Was so gross I left. The TV eas broken. There was no lock on the room door. No lift and a guy on the balcony looking in the room. Walls were dirty. Bed bugs

The location was fantastic- it was at the center of siem reap. Close to restaurants. The staff were very friendly.

There was no lifts in the building and its hard to drag your luggage if you are on higher floors.

The bathroom door did not work, the window was too difficult to open, the ac was leaking water.

I enjoyed my two-night stay here. Staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with everything. The breakfast was freshly prepared; although options were limited, each choice (pancakes, eggs, or fruit and yoghurt) was good.

Propreté moyenne... Un cafard dans la chambre. J'étais déjà venu l'année dernière, et c'était mieux que maintenant. En plus, nous avions demandé une chambre avec lit double, on avons eu deux lits simples.

Le Water Villa is a wonderful place, with common balconies overlooking the funky artsy street setting, walking distance to everything you'll need in a stay. Easy going, but very helpful staff when wanted. Great shower, air con, and even a mini-fridge to keep the drinks cold.

It wasn’t a big deal but the mini fridge in my room was either out of order or it automatically shut down when you left your room. So it’s better to be careful before putting your stuff into the fridge.

Mala atención por parte del personal. No cumplen con lo acordado y no responden de manera adecuada ante sus propios errores. El problema fue que ofrecieron una habitación con dos camas individuales cuando la reserva era para una habitación con cama doble. Se percibe una falta de profesionalidad, ética y compromiso por parte del equipo. Baños muy feos.

La chambre ne correspondait pas à ma commande (2 lits jumeaux au lieu d'un king size). Draps sales. Après intervention de ma part reconfiguration de la chambre. Pas de télé contrairement aux informations données. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Chambre au rdc donnant sur rue bruyante. 3ème visite à Siem Reap : mon plus mauvais séjour

Close to but not in the Pub Street, etc, ...all the better ! Room is functional, everything works (except TV, but this is all over the country). Hot water, kettle, fridge, closet & hangers ...ok. Bicycle rental and transportation reservation available. Staff is very willing and smiling

Willingness from staff is not all : some wrong info, forgot to give me back my ID card left for the bike rental, which was 3USD/day (paid only 2 in previous cities I visited).

All the staff was very friendly, service of cleaning room and laundry were excellent, central and very close to very good restaurants and the famous pub street!

Poor toiletries, the entrance road was completely ruined, simple breakfast (nothing special)

The bed was a little too firm for my preference, but I complain about the firmness of the mattresses in 9 out of 10 hotels that I stayed in so don't take it to heart.

The location in the city center is very good, just a short walk to the entertainment area, the river, and the nightlife. The room is clean, the space is spacious, the facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. And take care and organize private tours and more. They will guide you when you arrive at the hotel. We recommend you for your stay in Siem Reap.

Eigenlijk niets. Je liep zó naar het uitgaanscentrum, supermarkt om de hoek net als heel leuk chique winkelstraatje - en toch heel rustig!

In a very good position, the room was big and fully furnished. We were given a room on the third floor without the window so we stayed on the ground floor, convenient but noisy. You can book excursions with the reception.

No lift if you are upstairs

The staff were amazing. Through checking in and out and during my time there. They sorted out all my bookings (rentals, tours, taxis to/from the airport) and were a pleasure to talk to.

Great central location, staff were very helpful and accommodating, rooms were basic but matched the price. They had a lovely balcony also that was a great sun spot in the afternoons

Our room had a strange food smell to it we got used to it as we spent minimal time here!

Very well located in the city center within a quiet neighbourhood. The guys working at the reception, I recall Sovat, were really welcoming and helpful. I even rented a mountain bicycle for 6$ to explore Angkor Wat. The room was tidy and comfortable.

Really lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and good value for money.

No shampoo or shower gel. Mosquitoes in room were a bit troublesome, could do with some plug in repellent maybe.

- Great Location - Very friendly and supportive staff (I booked a tour with them, I booked a Taxi to the airport with them and had some issues with the bathroom that were fixed in a timely manner) - Good and quick laundry service - In general good value for money - Breakfast was freshly prepared

Die Unterkunft war sehr günstig und hatte alles, was man braucht.

Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen. Alle Halter schienen kaputt zu sein. Ein Duschvorhang wäre auch sinnvoll gewesen, aber auch nicht zwingend notwendig bei der Größe vom Bad.

I had a great stay here. The staff were very supportive during my time in Siem Reap. When my rental motorbike had trouble starting — and since my driving wasn’t very good — they kindly helped me and solved the problem right away. Thanks to their patient and friendly assistance, I was able to enjoy my visit to Angkor Wat and had a truly unforgettable experience. I really appreciate their kindness. Thank you so much.

Very Small room. I booked a King-size room, But was given a very small room, which usually is the size of a single room in many places. Instant Water Heater dint work. Poor quality toiletries.

Excellent location in the center of Siem Reap, every street is walkable around, excellent cafes/restaurants 50m around, pub street is 5min by walk The mattress is very comfortable, we had very good nights there, also the street is quiet Functioning A/C and hot water Amenities in the room + mini fridge The staff is amazing, they offer personalized service, very helping and careful with guests, always welcoming, smiling, you can organize everything with them (tours, transfer to other cities…) Breakfast is very good We really loved our stay in this hotel!

Everything was perfect

The location was excellent, so close to a lot of bars and restaurants.The staff spoke great English. Sovat, the night receptionist was great at his job and gave good advice as where to go.

A lift in the property would have helped.

The location was convenient and the staff were pleasant.

The walls and ceilings are thin, so noise from other rooms get in. The chairs in each room are made from heavy wood, so every time someone in a room around you pulls it out or pushes it in, you can hear it. My recommendation is that you buy lighter chairs. Those big, heavy chairs are so unnecessary and create so much noise.

Nice, quiet hotel in an excellent location. The staff were lovely and friendly, and happy to help if needed. The room was cleaned every day to an excellent standard.
