I liked everything. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great: it's half-way between Ortigia and the archeological site with Greek and Roman theatres. The restaurant is exceptionally good. The best food I've tried in all of Sicily.

My room on the 1st floor had windows that didn't have shades to block the street light at night.

Perfect location with excellent restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and very comfortable. All the staff were lovely, Valentina especially, who went above and beyond. The type of hotel you look forward to returning to.

The staff were exceptional; polite, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The rooms were immaculate and beds comfy. We were even given a free upgrade!! The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk into Ortigia, and off the main road so it was very quiet at night. It was also only 5/10 minute walk from the train station. 10/10 would happily stay again.

Hotel is situated a quick walk from Ortigia Island where most of the restaurants and bars are at.

The initial room I received had all frosted windows making it impossible to see outside (room was facing an inner courtyard), this was not something that was specified in the description of the room. The reception staff was very kind and helped me switch to another room that had regular windows - still overlooking an inner courtyard. The rooms showed visible signs of wear an tear - like paint bubbling up from condensation in the bathroom and some of the fixtures had rust stains.

One of the worst hotels in Siracusa/Ortigia. The room was warm. The temperature was at 16. By that logic, the room should have been cold. But it wasn't. My room was on the first floor, and my friend's was on the second floor. Her room was quite cold and lived up to the temperature control. Mine wasn't, and despite complaining 3 or 4 times, the staff was steadfast in blaming it on the fact that it was hot outside and that the room was facing in a way that the temperature was alright. I had to borrow a fan from the reception. I stayed for 3 nights and it was miserable. MARIO, the supervisor, would not listen to or take feedback and became quite combative. He was unwilling to listen to the fact that my room had not cooled down as much as it should have, compared to my friend's room on the 2nd floor. Neither was he willing to give me his manager's name with an email or phone to report to. He gave me a discount for a late check-out, which was inconsequential.

Property is well located for access to Ortega and walking distance to bus and train stations. Many restaurant options nearby. Front desk staff were chatty and very helpful. The man who runs the breakfast does a particularly good job. He is very professional and always happy to make an extra coffees and fill up our water bottles. High-quality breakfast with lots of variation which changed each day. In room facilities were good. Room serviced twice a day.

Temperatures are very high at the moment, air-conditioning fairly good.

Fabulous hotel in a terrific location in Siracusa. It’s a short walk to Ortigia (Umberto bridge) and to the bus and train station. Kudos to Melania and Valentina who provided excellent and professional service and made our stay extra delightful. The breakfast is terrific with a large selection of everything and the best Sicilian pastries. Daniel also provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were glad to find free parking right outside the hotel which is also located right across the street from a park.

Very well presented and positioned hotel about 5 minutes walk from the island. Easy walking distance and a good location to dip in and out of the main area, Hotel has nice restaurant but we didnt dine there as we wanted to have experience of trying different places.

No parking but only a short walk from car parks 10-15 minutes. No negative things at all, staff were very helpful and friendly, room was a really good size and as mentioned a great location close to the market and the bay

La habitacion es hermosa, de muy buen estilo. Todo el hotel es muy lindo y limpio. Re hacen la habitacion por la tarde, tiene de todo en habitacion, hasta plancha! Muy bien equipada. Es interesante que tiene un parking de 15 min en la puerta para hacer chack in, despues se consigue facil en la calle en la zona. Terraza muy linda tambien

El desayuno es perfecto 8 am cuando empieza, despues no reponen, algo muy extraňo en un hotel de esa categoria.

Very nice place, but kind of far from Ortigia and all that you want to see in Siracusa. Next time I'd stay in Ortigia proper. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and big though odd with like half windows. Nice bath amenities and hotel design. Price a little higher than it should be in my opinion.

La struttura si trova in una posizione incantevole con viste mozzafiato e un bellissimo giardino. La Valle dei Templi è raggiungibile in breve tempo in auto. La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta, con camere nuove e fresche (tutto è perfetto), letti comodi e lenzuola profumate. La proprietaria, Stefania, è una persona molto gentile e cordiale che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo eccezionale, assicurandosi che abbiano tutto il necessario e che trascorrano un piacevole soggiorno. Nice stay; but the website gave the impression that there was a rooftop pool, but that wasn’t the case at all—it was actually a very small hot tub that wasn’t even in use. That was misleading. Furthermore, the photos on the hotel’s website suggested there was a stylish rooftop bar, but whenever we went up there, it wasn’t even open; there was no one there. The breakfast was okay, but the orange juice was watery an not tasty. Rooms ok.

the hotel has a lovely location next to a park. Car parking was very easy and the Ortigia peninsula was reachable within 10 minutes by foot. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were spatious and modern. A real recommendation.

Что действительно удивило, так это завтрак. Очень качественный, разнообразный и действительно вкусно. Персонал на завтраке очень внимательный и заботливый. В 10 минутах ходьбы парковка открытая, чистая, нам она показалась безопасной, персонал подтвердил. Заранее запросите у отеля и они дадут вам точные адреса 2 ближайших парковок. Грязный лобио, туалет на 1 этаже, паутина в углах, грязь, стены затертые, это от 5* неожиданно. Сам номер был чистый, но внимательно смотрите куда выходят окна, если вам это важно. Есть номера, которые выходят в колодец и в номере днем, как ночью, только со светом можно находиться. Терраса на крыше с красивым видом на парк. В сезон работает джакузи и бар, но в сезон. До достопримечательностей минут 20-25 не меньше.

Would have preferred egg dishes to be included in the breakfast price as I don’t tend to eat cakes etc for breakfast (although they looked delicious and the presentation was superb) My stay was at the end of the low season so the rooftop bar was not open; it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to have a drink before heading out for dinner or a nightcap before bed.

Não gostamos da chefe de cozinha, que não fez nenhuma questão de ser simpática. Jantamos uma noite no hotel e em boa parte do mesmo éramos a única mesa. A comida estava excelente, mas uma solicitação nossa só foi atendida devido à insistência e, mesmo assim com má vontade, o que voltou a ocorrer no café da manhã do dia seguinte. Na nossa avaliação, caso ela não concordasse com a nossa solicitação, poderia vir a mesa e esclarecer a questão, o que seria bem mais delicado.

Le bruit absolument insupportable dans la chambre. Vous dormez avec le bruit constant des voitures qui passent. Sans compter les travaux de l hôtel durant la journée. Et dommage lorsque nous en parlons à l établissement qui il a agisse en fait de notre responsabilité que de soumettre à l avance nos besoins de calme pour une chambre. C’est clairement une manière peu élégante que de reporter la faute sur le client

The location is excellent for sightseeing, with most major landmarks within easy walking distance. The first impression is very polished, thanks to a beautifully renovated lobby and entrance area. While the reception felt a bit cold, we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and professional waiter at breakfast, who was a highlight of our mornings. The rooms provide all the essential amenities for a stay.

The general service at reception felt quite transactional; the check-in was merely a key handover, and we had to proactively ask for luggage assistance, which is unusual for this category. We were also disappointed that the "Welcome Drink" was essentially a conditional bonus for dining at the hotel rather than a genuine, unconditional welcome gesture. The suite lacked a "well-being" atmosphere due to the choice of materials, which felt a bit budget for this price point. The bathroom showed signs of wear (peeling paint, ill-fitting toilet seat) and lacked heating, making it uncomfortably cold in March. Furthermore, the breakfast model felt like poor value as many standard items (eggs, fresh juice) required a surcharge. Lastly, no information was given about the hotel bar or facilities while the rooftop was closed.

Very nice hotel, very friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast. In a quieter area next to a park, on a street with a number of restaurants very nearby. It is within walking distance of Ortigia. If you visit ask for the waiter Bruna to help you, she is the best.

在楼下找到了一个免费停车位！餐厅环境不错，面对市政公园，可惜顶楼的露台冬季不开。离老城相对比较近，带着老人走几步路尚在可承受范围。酒店设施很新，住着比较舒适。

早餐很精致，但样式可以再多些，煎蛋、蛋饼都要单算钱对于这个水平的酒店有些小气了。房间全都朝天井，一点风景都没看到。
