Im Bad gab es kaum Ablagefläche, eine g Garderobe oder ein Kleiderhaken fehlte komplett. Die Kissen waren für meinen Geschmack viel zu dick.

Great apartment lots of space clean comfortable well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Right next to a subway station, lots of supermarkets and shops around. Was really great.

A bit noisy at night due to the proximity to the train. Also neighborhood does not feel really safe at night. Closet is good missing some shelves.

Travelling as a large family and stayed in the 2bd apartment, which was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, clean and well decorated. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed. Check in and out was easy, staff was friendly. The location was convenient for us as it was close to where we needed to be, but it's not in Central London (though it is really easy to get there by public transport). Overall a great experience.

They wanted to charge extra for a baby crib, which is an exaggeration considering the price of the apartment itself is already quite expensive. This is a complimentary service in many other similar hotels.

Excellent welcome on check in, doors held for us, escorted to room and shown around. Shown controls for aircon and made to feel like nothing was too much to ask.

Booked in a hurry as we had been let down at the last minute by a cancellation from our previous booking (Airbnb). This was a great find, right next to Kilburn High Road station and with supermarkets, bars and cafes just round the corner. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartments are presented at a very high standard. A great stay.

Great apartment, very clean and spacious rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and specially the living room. The apartment was equipped with all requirements for family living. The location is pretty good and close to train station, Bus station and food store. Great reception staff and safe residence facility.

The apartment was cold with central air con. It was a life saver during the heatwave of London. It has a Bidet in the bathroom. Excellent design with amenities. Utensils. Washing machine and a nice big fridge and freezer. The sofa bed is a large double bed. Staff are absolutely lovely and accommodating. Bus stop is right at the door. Metro station is a 7 mins walk. And it's Kilburn Park station. A well connected station to the center. Overall, Sanctum's was the best decision I've made for my stay in London this year. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out.

I enjoyed my stay but I had an issue with ironing my clothes. It was very difficult to use and it ruined my clothes. So I'd avoid using it.

Everything earlier listed.. the location in the cleanliness the Comfort, the ambience, the staff (especially Ottoman) and the fact that the bathroom had a bidet (extra points for that!)

We didn’t like the fact the sofa bed was broken and when told they’d fixed it they hadn’t, our stuff had been moved and clothes had been moved and refolded elsewhere

Entertainment. Was extremely surprised and disappointed that in this day and age, YouTube and Netflix was unavailable. Your tv guide listed a whole array of programmes but only about 5 was available to watch. No news channel whatsoever and the excuse was your external satellite. Totally unacceptable. It made my stay less than pleasant as I had hoped to relax and watch television.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet spray. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

موقع الفندق بعيد جدا تم حجز غرفه وصاله ولكن صِغر حجم الغرفة بالتكيف لشخصين تكفي لواحد فقط ولازتستطبع التحرك في الغرفه ولا مكان لوضع الشنطه وسوء الإطلالة النظر على منور مبنى على مبنى لا تستطيع النظر سواء على جدار وغياب المرونة أو التعاطف في التعامل مع النزلاء جعلت التجربة مخيبة للآمال ودون مستوى التوقعات

Alugamos no Booking um Estúdio. E quando chegamos não haviam estúdios disponíveis. Tem 2 estúdios, e ambos estavam ocupados. O desagrado foi total. Ficamos num apartamento que não correspondia ao que alugamos. Apesar dos empregados tentarem remediar a situação de melhor forma. Além disso a limpeza só é feita, as 4f e ao domingo.

My daughter is in ICU at Royal Free. I live in the US, the people who work there were wildly supportive, kind and helpful. They gently asked her progress and encouraged me on hard days. Invaluable. I only left to be closer to the hospital.

Buen apart-hotel en el centro de Londres. Instalaciones modernas, recientemente renovadas, con un apartamento cómodo y bien equipado para una estancia larga (varias semanas en mi caso). Con cocina y lavadora para el día a día. Dormitorio con cama grande muy cómoda y sofá-cama doble en el salón. Muy limpio y con servicio de habitaciones 2 veces a la semana. Muy próximo a supermercados para la compra diaria (M&S, Sainsbury's, Aldi). Bien comunicado, con metro y autobuses muy cerca. El personal muy amable, especialmente un español que estuvo siempre muy atento.

Esperaba una mejor ubicación. Está en la frontera entre una zona buena, con mucha casa residencial de alto nivel) y una zona comercial peor y con más tráfico, aunque segura. Yo pensaba que la zona era mejor. El menaje de la cocina era un poco escaso y de baja calidad. Sólo había 3-4 platos de cada tipo, con lo que había que fregar continuamente. Se habría agradecido, sobre todo por el precio, un lavavajillas. La piscina que se menciona en la descripción es un gimnasio cercano, por lo que al final no fuimos. Entendiendo que el precio de los alquileres en Londres es muy alto, la relación calidad-precio del alojamiento es razonable, aunque esperaría algo más por ese precio.

the constant call to remind me of checkout. Checkout was at 11am and i got called like 3 times in the morning about my checkout. It was rather bothersome and seemed to be a downer on what had been a beautiful stay.

Apart from Monday and Thursday, to change the sheets at any other time would require you requesting the cleaning ladies. The cleaning ladies would cost you GBP 50.00

The property was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was only a 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station.

I don’t like the property

Staff was very professional. Check-in was easy. The flat was very nice. A/C worked wonderfully as it should, heated floors were pretty cool. The shower was great. Not a lot of shelf space/lighting in the bathroom. The kitchen had a basic outfitting of utensils and dishes and cups. The water and coffee were complementary. There was no dish towel or paper towels. The only complaint we had was the washer/dryer combo was not that efficient. It might have been operator error but I turned on the dryer 3 times for about 6hrs and clothes were still damp. So we asked the staff if they provided a laundry service. They said they could take care of it in which they did. However, what they didn’t tell us was that it was gonna be €79. Location was about three minutes from the tube station, which was also convenient. There were a variety of stores with a block to include restaurants and a market. Would recommend staying and would stay again.

There is a lot of noise outside and this has impacted a lot on the stay here and will not stay again due to the noise.

I had booked a property with a pool as indicated to me while booking. Only after booking, the reception told me upon arrival i should have gotten the information that there was no pool access. Actually, there was a pool but in another building for an extra (high) sum. I totally felt scammed since I took this place BECAUSE I thought I had pool access. Otherwise I would have taken a much more inexpensive place. Also, there was a window. Right behind the window was a brick wall.

Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter.

Extremely happy with our stay here! Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Very clean!!! This location was very close to underground stations, bus stops, and even an overground line. We had no trouble with getting around London. Highly recommend this location! If we ever go back to London, we'll be back to Sanctum!

We had a Very comfortable stay. Train and bus station were very close. Friendly staff Best part is they gave us complimentary upgrade from studio to 1- bedroom which was very comfortable with baby .

The only downside was hotel rooms don’t have dishwasher and there is no room service on weekends. Since Our stay was during weekends, it was little uncomfortable with doing the dishes manually with hectic schedules we had.

Bien qu’étant 6 personnes à partager cet appartement, chaque chambre bénéficiait de sa propre salle de bain ce qui permet de conserver nos intimités. Chaque pièce bénéficie d’une belle superficie, on s’y sent très bien.

Tho this place was amazing to stay at. The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly. I asked could we check in early I was told it would be 100£ extra I told them no. I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. I also asked could I get phone call when the apartment would be ready which I didn’t get & 1 of the showers didn’t work. Tho that was fine as there was another shower in the bathroom. It was amazing apartment. It’s such it a shame the staff weren’t helpful.

The apartment hotel is l,ocated in a fortmer theatre. It is very clean and the corridors are very spacious. The lifts worked promptly. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The doormen and reception staff were very helpful and service-minded.

The sofabed was absolutely impossible to sleep on. The entire lay-out of the apartment made extremely inefficient use of the available space. It was unfortunate that only two key-cards were made available for a traveling party of three. We did not see any other guests during our stay.

Excellent property with very helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were a family of 6 and the 4 bedroom duplex was perfect for our needs.

I would suggest that they include much larger toiletries in the bathrooms. The bigger ones which you now find in hotels which are on the walls. When you are traveling you don’t want to be thinking of buying or Bringing these items with you. Also since it’s a serviced apartment and for the price would be ideal if they would I clean on a daily basis.

Difficult to get taxi

It's a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. The location is great, approximately a 20-minute ride to central London by subway or taxi. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again in the future.

I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central.
