Buvau apsistojusi tik vienai nakčiai. Iš to ką pamačiau - man patiko aptarnavimas, vieta ir personalas. Kambarys paprastas, tvarkingas, minimalistinis - jame yra tik tai, ko reikia, ypač jei apsistoji tik tam, kad pernakvoti. Man taip pat patiko pusryčiai - jie nebuvo ypatingi, bet buvo pakankamai sotūs ir skanūs. Personalas pastabus, supratingas. Vieta graži - yra paprastas, bet jaukus vidinis kiemas/terasa.

Dušas senas, kitoks - ne iš karto supratau kaip jis veikia.

Close to Euston station and Theatre Land. Lovely staff. Great breakfast.

Ist ein B&B kein Hotel, eindeutig stark in die Jahre gekommen und brauch dringen eine Renovation. - Abfluss stinkt - Wasserstrahl in der Dusche spärlich.. - Fenster alt und Strassenlärm störend - Personal wirkt unmotiviert - Frühstück könnte kreativer und abwechslungsreicher sein.. -Inventar ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und Matrazen "durchgelegen"

Aside from the location what made this hotel stand out most was the friendliness of the staff and the amazing breakfast. The breakfast is made freshly to your liking (full fresh English Breakfast available) and I was always treated very nicely and kindly. It was possible to store the luggage early on the day of arrival and also after check out. Another big bonus was that I could already check in at 11:30 instead of having to wait until 14:00, which was very convinient!

The shower was very dirty - the shower walls were full of other people's hair and it wasn't cleaned properly, not even after going to the reception and explicitly asking for the bathroom/shower to be cleaned properly :( In general the cleanliness is the main paint point of this room, the rest was okay even if the room was small

Badkamer, slechte douche, rioollucht, geen afzuiging. Vloerbedekking in slaapkamer niet hygienisch en stoffig.

Excelente ubicación. Permite moverse a pie por las zonas de interés del Oeste de Londres. Casa antigua de arquitectura tradicional; habitación con chimenea de leña (sin uso, pero bonita); techos altos, como los de antes. Personal muy atento y servicial.

Es un establecimiento humilde y antiguo. No puede alcanzar los estándares actuales de confort y limpieza de los hoteles modernos. Sin embargo, a nosotros nos resolvió suficientemente nuestra estancia en Londres.

Schöne Lage für Familien, Fünfbettzimmer

Das Hotel könnte wunderschön sein, es hat definitiv schon bessere Tage hinter sich. Leider ist alles sehr abgenutzt und schmutzig. An den Bechern im Zimmer war Lippenstift und auch beim Frühstück war das Geschirr nicht sauber.

Aussi situé à 20mn de bus de Camden Town. Grande chambre pour notre famille de 4 personnes est confortable. Les lits étaient confortables en taille.

Le bruit de la rue, le bruit des chambres voisines (insonorisation moyenne), La propreté de la moquette dans les coins (logique le personnel n'a pas forcément le bon matériel) Les fenêtres ne fonctionnent pas ou pas bien. Les rideaux sont en partie décrochés La douche n'a pas de flexible et le mitigeur est endommagé. Le robinet du lavabo est pareil.. Le management doit réagir et cela sera un très bel hôtel. Les matelas sont vieillissant. Les ressorts se font sentir mais encore acceptables. Attention si votre corpulence est exigeante. L'eclairage est vieux mais fonctionne. Les prises USB murales ne fonctionnent pas. Donc le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon 😟

Il personale è molto gentile e la colazione all'inglese buonissima. La struttura, elegante e tipicamente londinese, è in una zona centrale, e vicina a diverse stazioni principali della metro.

Ho sofferto un po' il caldo nella mia camera.

Very hot in the rooms. Stiff air in the breakfast area. Windows were not opened even once to let fresh morning air into the breakfast area. But that's probably my problem😆 Nice inner garden once was a marvel. Now - very neglected with lots of dry flowers in flower beds. But evenings there with local squirrels after long walks were relaxing.

Excellent location, staff were helpful and friendly and even let me check in early with no extra charge. Happy to store luggage the day of check out also. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made for you.

The bed was not too comfortable and the room was definitely hot, the shower also drained very very slowly so you I did have to stop the shower a few times so it wouldn't overflow while washing my hair - but you get what you pay for and this room was perfectly comfortable for the price.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were close to many restaurants.

Le petit déjeuner anglais est copieux et bien préparé. Le buffet est varié. L'établissement est très bien situé, facilement accessible à pied du centre ville (20 min de marche) et à 5 min à pied d'une station de métro.

Côté rue, les chambres sont un peu bruyantes et les odeurs de cuisine du matin se font un peu sentir.

Rigtig god morgenmad. Personalet var flinke og gav os nogle earplugs tilbage, som vi havde tabt på værelset. Rigtig pænt af dem, at hjælpe os op med bagagen.

Très bon et varié, le petit déjeuner était présenté dans un joli service typiquement anglais. Le personnel était à notre écoute. L'emplacement est idéal et l'hôtel a du charme dans ce quartier.

Le nettoyage de la chambre à notre arrivée laissait à désirer ( des déchets des précédents occupants sous les lits !) . Après notre signalement,un nettoyage a été fait. Pendant 2 jours nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude...

El personal fue súper amable y muy serviciales, me guardaron el equipaje tanto antes del check in como a la salida. El desayuno estaba delicioso. La habitación era muy pequeña pero funcional para una persona y una noche. La ubicación también es excelente. En general bastante bien.

La moqueta no estaba limpia y deberían darle un repaso al ventilador, ya que hay que usarlo sí o sí en verano al no haber aire acondicionado.

Le hace falta un arreglo a los cuartos de baño. Estábamos casi en la última planta y salía un hilo de agua de los grifos. Para unos días está bien.

Virkelig godt og hyggeligt hotel, som ligger helt perfekt i forhold til alt man skal se i London. Morgenmaden er helt fantastisk.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, and good value. Room was spacious and as requested, at the back of the property so quiet. Location is excellent.

It was dirty; they had only made the bed with clean sheets, but the room was full of dust, receipts, and open tea packets on the shelf. It was extremely hot, and you could feel the springs in the mattress it is nowhere near worth the price they charge.It’s hot and the room has no ventilation because there is a wall blocking the part of the window that opens; the furniture is extremely old and broken.Filthy, broken furniture covered in dust.

Hotel na odlicnoj lokaciji, usluzni djelatnici i dobar dorucak.

Beaucoup de poussières dans les ventilateurs présents dans la chambre. Nous étions sous les toits et c'est vrai que la chaleur nous a obligés à les allumer (mais un peu à contre cœur !)

I Loved the location, next to the British Museum, the tube, and close by all the musical theaters. also a full British Breakfast is included. thats is also nice to have a good start of the day. I would come again next time i'm in london. The room also came with 2 nice chairs to unwind in and a fan for the heat, the room was basic but verry fair priced, and again you cant beat the location.

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno y personal muy amable. La cama es cómoda y el jardín muy bonito. Reservé una habitación doble y no es muy grande, baño correcto. En general todo estuvo bien.

Fui en plena ola de calor y el alojamiento no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Proporcionan ventiladores pero aún así sigue haciendo calor en la habitación.

The Jesmond was totally fine. Room was clean, staff friendly. No air con , but had fans in the room. It was very hot, but that is not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good and efficient service.

Jesmond Hotel. The cons: There is no lift, not even a service lift for bags. We had to lug our heavy suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Some people had to carry theirs up 6 flights. There is no air conditioning. The room was very very hot. The bathroom was tiny, just 74cm (2ft 5 inches) wide, but long enough to squeeze in a small shower, hand basin and toilet. In the room, the hotel phone didn’t work. If you wanted to talk to the duty manager you had to walk downstairs. The only fire escape is to walk all the way down the sole narrow inside staircase and out the front door. Entrance was very disappointing in appearance... Dead plants and awful fake flowers

The pros: The duty manager was pleasant (but not pleasant enough to help with the suitcases).

Fijn hotel in een rustige buurt, op loopafstand van o.a. British Museum, St. Pancras international station, horeca en verschillende metrostations. Kamers zijn schoon, ontbijt is uitstekend, eigenaar is sympathiek. Fijn dat in de kamer een ventilator staat!Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. We komen hier graag terug!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war gut und frisch zubereitet. Die Lage ist klasse, wenn man schnell in der Innenstadt sein will.

Leider gab es im Einzelzimmer keinen Schrank oder ein Regal, lediglich eine Stange mit Kleiderbügeln. Ein zwei Flächen mehr, um etwas abzulegen, haben gefehlt.

La posizione era ottima, avevamo vicino veramente molte metro, che abbiamo comunque preso poche volte perché a piedi riuscivamo ad arrivare nelle zone di nostro interesse. La camera era semplice ma accogliente. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione buona, ma poco varia

La stanza era un pò calda ma con il ventilatore è andata bene Segnalo che la doccia ha solo il soffione in alto( quindi serve la cuffia se non si vogliono bagnare i capelli) e lo scarico un po lento

La stanza(camera da cinque) sottodimensionata, così come il bagno molto piccolo. La pulizia della stanza approssimativa, ma probabilmente gli standard inglesi sono diversi da quelli italiani. La colazione molto ripetitiva, uova bacon e salsiccia per il salato, pane a fette burro e marmellata per il dolce, sono presenti cerelai yogurt e qualche frutto, succo d’arancia e caffé.

Very central location, and great value for money, especially when one thinks that London is one of the most expensive cities in Europe. Staff both pleasant and attentive.

We had plenty of space for our family of four - actually all adults. Our room was on the first level making it quite convenient. The location was excellent, very close to trains. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet.

La proximité de l'hôtel de la gare St pancréas et la proximité du centre ville, nous étions à 22 min de trafalgar square à pied. Le petit déjeuner est anglais (oeuf, bacon,tomate et haricot), fait à la demande, il y a corn flakes, weetabix, yaourt, fruit, fromage et jus d'orange. Tout a volonté.

L'insonorisation des fenêtres, mais passer 23h... plus de bruit dans la rue malgré tout..

Hotellet har sin charm. Vi gillade det trots sina svagheter, mycket tack vare god frukost och trevlig personal. Dessutom bra förbindelser i närheten.

The staff all seemed very friendly and welcoming. The room was on the small size, but it was a single room and the facilities were all what you might expect for this price point. The breakfast was good, even offering free range eggs!

The bathroom could have been cleaner. It seemed as if the extractor fan didn't work, which might explain the mould in the bathroom. Also, the curtains had come off the rail in places and hadn't been sorted.

Staff very welcoming on arrival and at breakfast time. Room was small, but it was a single. Had all the facilities one would expect for this price point. Breakfast was good and included free range eggs. What was disappointing was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was mould in the shower and on some of the grouting in the bathroom - and the towel rail looked as it it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The curtain has come off the rail in places and anyone cleaning the room should have seen this. Be aware there is no lift, this type of building couldn't facilitate one.

Die Lage war für einen Trip nach London ideal, da man sehr nahe zu UBahnen und der inneren Stadt war um auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons schnell zu erforschen. Das Frühstück war überraschend sehr gut, man wurde mit einen "English breakfast" überrascht

Der Raum war nicht super gemütlich, für 4 Personen nicht sehr gross und Badezimmer und Toilette waren "shared" mit den anderen Parteien. Preis/Leistung war aber für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Praticamente tudo… casa de banho partilhada é que não dá com nada. Uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida nunca poderia fazer aqui a sua estadia, pois não há elevador… Escadas com degraus curtos, propícios para cair se formos distraídos.

Czystość a wręcz jej brak. Tutaj na prawdę nie potrzeba zbyt wiele jak posprzątać. Zatkana umywalka, tylko duże ręczniki w pokoju. Brudna wykładzina i nadmiar kurzu w pokoju odebrały przyjemność z przebywania w pokoju.

The location, as many others have said, is fantastic.

We stayed at the Jesmond 15 years ago, and since then there has been a sorry decline. The room was scruffy, sink blocked when we arrived, toilet seat broken and carpets worn. Staff, while pleasant, are not terribly competent. We left dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom and, instead of replacing them, they were hung back up! The sink, once uplugged by a staff member with a plunger was not sterilized ... who knows where the plunger had been before? It was a bit gross. Breakfast isn't what it used to be: undercooked sausage and tomato, cardboard toast. People stay here for the amazing location and the hotel's capacity to sleep families in a single room. But it is a hotel badly in need of renovation and better staff training.
