Отель, к сожалению, запустили, он постепенно приходит в упадок, толстый слой пыли на вентиляции и мебели, плесень в душе, вспученный паркет. Чужие волосы и пыль на изголовье кровати.

Расположение отеля очень удачное, все что необходимо (метро, фуникулер, магазины, аптеки, кафе, бары и тд) все в шаговой доступности. Довольно крутая лестница в самом отеле, но это норма для всего Стамбула. Точно посоветую данный отель для отдыха!

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Location was perfect on a vibrant, quaint, cobbled street. Step back in time. The room was cleaned everyday, very friendly staff. Nearby is a quaint wine house Comedus with delicious cheeses, delicatessen products and a very extensive wine list. Perfect stay we will back!!

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026The architecture of the building and the room design were beautiful and thoughtfully done. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city center, with excellent metro access, making it very easy to move around Istanbul.
There wasn’t anything I strongly disliked overall. However, the building doesn’t have an elevator, and since my room was on the fourth floor, going up and down could be a bit tiring at times. Also, while there was water provided upon arrival, it would have been a nice touch if water service had been continued during the stay, especially considering it operates as a hotel. A small suggestion would be to reflect the hotel’s design concept in the toiletries, possibly through a local brand collaboration.

Zigarettenrauch von der unten drunter liegenden Terrasse der Weinbar zieht in die Wohnung, am Wochenende Musik-Bässe bis nachts um 3 Uhr zu hören trotz geschlossener Fenster.

Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gering, aber gerade noch ausreichend.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Lage des Apartments war optimal. Man konnte die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurde täglich sehr ordentlich aufgeräumt.
Durch zentrale Lage war abens die Lautstärke im Zimmer eher hoch. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte leider nicht.

An den Wochenenden wird es etwas lauter durch die umliegenden Bars und Kneipen. Eine perfekte Unterkunft um die Stadt zu erkunden und zu fühlen.

Não foi um problema para nós, mas para quem tem mobilidade reduzida os lances de escada (dependendo do andar) podem ser uma questão.

Poorly coordinated check in process requiring us to contact the host upon arrival since no check in staff were present. A message with check in instructions on the day of arrival or day before arrival would be helpful. Lots of stairs with no elevator.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025The location was super central. Everything is nearby. The room itself it very comfortable and the management and cleaning team are very responsive to issues and kind.
Note that you'll have to climb up some very steep stairs to get to the level. So if you are a clumsy person, you might want to be prepared. I found Similar stairs in many other buildings in Istanbul, so I suspect it's common.
