Wir lieben London, besonders Soho und Covent Garden. Da liegt das Hotel perfekt. Es sind unzählige Restaurants und hübsche Geschäfte in der Gegend. Viele Theater kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Picadilly. Außerdem lieben wir den Art Deco Style des Hotels. Es ist einfach wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle reizend und liebenswürdig. Abends bekommt man noch als Betthupferl leckere hausgemachte Kekse. Eine Nespresso Maschine ist auf dem Zimmer vorhanden und, was mich als Milchkaffeetrinkerin besonders freut, es gibt kleine Milchfläschchen für den Kaffee, die jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt werden. Endlich mal nicht die mickrigen Milchdöschen, oder noch schlimmer Milch in Pulverform. Eindeutig unser Lieblingshotel in London,

The location is outstanding, situated walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops and things to do. The room was lovely. Very spacious for the size of the building. Extremely comfortable and quiet despite the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bardzo dobrze usytuowany hotel w samym centrum Covent Garden, blisko do stacji metra. Bardzo ładny, wygodny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki. Dobrze wyposażony. Personel bardzo miły. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne z wysokiej jakości produktów.

Na śniadanie mogło by być trochę warzyw.

The location was superb and the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable

Breakfast was extremely poor and the staff who waited on were very poor. Every time we asked for a coffee the girl made it cold and she was very slow with everything she did. The buffet was very basic and the bread for the toaster was far too small.

Great location, in the heart of Coventry Garden. Ideally placed for theatres, superb restaurants, museums and art galleries. By London standards, the room was generous in size, and the bed was so comfortable.

The taped music selection playing in the restaurant is really dire. Each track had the effect on us of a fork scraping down a blackboard. I would have appreciated more storage space in the room. Also, the tv in the room didn’t work well, as the signal kept cutting out every couple of minutes.

Room was very pleasing and well appointed. The bed was so comfy. Delicious fresh cookies every day in room. Great location, easy to access many great sites.

Location close to the heart of Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House. All the staff went the extra mile to be helpful. Breakfast was well presented.

Could be a new nuisance in wet weather to stay across the road to go for breakfast. But they do provide umbrellas!

Some hotels coast on their address. The Henrietta has one of the best in London, tucked on Henrietta Street directly across from Covent Garden, and still puts in the work as if it were hidden down some alley nobody could find. This was a return stay for me, and the things that impressed the first time held up. The rooms are genuinely stylish rather than boutique-by-numbers, with plush, well-thought-out interiors that feel designed by someone who actually stays in hotels. Round-the-clock room service is a rarity at this size of property and it functioned flawlessly, which matters more than it should when you land late and hungry. But the location is the headline and deserves the detail: Covent Garden tube is a four-minute walk, the piazza and the Royal Opera House are on your doorstep, theatres surround you, and the British Museum is a pleasant fifteen-minute stroll. For a business trip it puts half of central London within walking distance; for anything else it puts you in the middle of the show. The street itself stays surprisingly calm at night given what's around the corner. The ground-floor bar and restaurant hold their own too, worth a visit even if you're not sleeping upstairs. Hard to fault and easy to rebook. In a city full of grand addresses, this small one on Henrietta Street is the one I keep coming back to.

I treat myself to a solo trip to London every couple of years and I like to stay here as it's very comfortable and quiet, and the location is central and feels safe for a woman travelling alone. This was the third time I have stayed here and this time I was given a beautiful room at the back overlooking the garden. I very much enjoyed my stay.

pour mon premier séjour de 5 jours à Londres, cela a été formidable, fantastique. tout était très agréable, la chambre parfaite, l'équipement, le service, le personnel disponible, accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service, adorable. le petit déjeuner était superbe délicieux, le restaurant le soir, parfait très bon, vraiment succulent. je garde un merveilleux souvenir, et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel, pour mon prochain séjour. cet hôtel propose des qualités de service haut de gamme, vraiment, pas comme certains qui affiche 4 ou 5 étoiles avec des prestations de 1 étoiles. vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés votre séjour sera divin. l'hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre, près de tout, un bonheur.

We were booked to go to the Royal Opera House so the location was perfect.

There was nothing to dislike.

Excellent central location. Walkable to everything. The rooms were quaint and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Construction out in front of the hotel was going on at the time of our visit but it was not too much of a distraction.

We had booked for three nights but on our first day we had news from home which meant we had to only stay for two nights. I spoke to the front desk, giving them more than 24 hours notice about only staying for two nights and asked will I get a refund for the third night. The chap said let me check with the manager. Later that day I asked him had he spoken to the manager and he said yes, but unfortunately there will be no refund. A shabby hotel with a shabby attitude to guests.

Great stay

Very cute room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, and good wifi. Also, the location was perfect.

The main criticism was that it was hard to find on Henrietta Street. It took me a while going up and down Henrietta Street while dragging a lot of luggage before I could find it. Also, wish there was a bit more of a lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Henrietta. The reception team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to adapt to my needs. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was as comfortable as possible and always did their very best to help. I would have loved to extend my stay and come back, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I definitely recommend booking well in advance! A very special thank you and a big hello to the amazing reception ladies — they are truly incredible and made my experience so much better. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude will always be remembered. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's really no big deal.But there were steps up from the entryway to the reception.Area, which might make it more difficult for people with disability.

sweet room , large bathroom with two sinks which is great for travelers. It was cozy for a mother daughter trip. I do wish it included breakfast and a better lobby but the room and linens and staff were all great.

Breakfast was incredible. The best oatmeal I've ever had. soft boiled eggs were perfect. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The area was so central couldn't have been better all the shops and restaurants and theaters so close by. everything was walking distance would stay here again!! Staff was always very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights as we are visiting from the United States. I was with my sister for a sister trip. The hotel isextremely conveniently located with all the important landmarks within a few miles, and you could reach all of those very conveniently through tube trains and buses. We did not use any taxi and still we were able to Visit Trafalgar Square, London Eye, various museums and Westminster Abbey. it is very close to a famous market known as seven dials. There are a lot of nice food shops over there.There are a lot of cute coffee shops, and souvenir shops from where we got coffee and obviously souvenirs. The hotel management is very helpful and they were very friendly. A very cute thing was that every day in the afternoon they served two fresh lemon cookies in a cute little glass container. The bathrooms are very clean and every day they will leave fresh crisp towels, and replenish the toilet rolls. They would also make the bed every day and even would fold the clothes that we left on the bed. overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel in a really great location

location was great. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker fine and always replenished. Cookies brought daily. Bathroom was fine - very nice towels, robe and slippers. Staff was responsive although not always in building - had to go to main building across the street.

Design of the room was bad Such a narrow hallway from bedroom to sitting area that we could barely both be in it. Door to closet opened and would hit you in the head if you tried to walk past. No drawers for storage, just some tiny open shelving in bedroom. Couch was soiled. Coffe maker was functional however in closet right next to clothing so got things hot. High price made me expect more.

Everything exceeded expectations

The room was pretty, the hotel was quiet, the staff were all so polite, helpful and warm. It is a perfect place to stay if you're going to the opera and to the theatres and art galleries nearby, but also if you want or need to rest and spend some quiet time in your room.

Lovely, small boutique hotel. Right in the heart of Covent Garden, walking distance to so much! National Theatre, West End, Oxford, all of it! The rooms are lovely although a little small - we stayed in the king bed london eye/superior terrace room. Amenities are excellent. Housekeeping are kind and helpful. If you book a terrace room, just a note that you have to take stairs to the 4th floor- the lift only goes to the 3rd floor. Have stayed here twice and both were wonderful experiences!

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the front staff actually walked us down to the corner to point out a coffee shop he was recommending!

The room was quite small, with limited space for our medium-sized suitcases. We had to lie our suitcases on the floor and bend down whenever we needed to access our clothes or supplies.

The hotel staff were most welcoming upon arrival and very helpful. The room was very nicely appointed and very spacious. The location of the hotel was right in the centre of Covent Garden and was an ideal location for us to enjoy the local surroundings and only a short walk to the West End theatres.

Not much to say here, it was all rather lovely. The only thing was the mattress was quite firm and we like a firm mattress. This was a tad too firm. However, that is very subjective and a personal preference. The pillows were fabulous!

There was no hot water in the shower. The hotel had previously been made aware of the issue by a previous guest but it had not been resolved. When we reported the problem on our departure we were immediately offered a free breakfast which we felt was very generous.

The staff are very welcoming. I felt safe being a solo female on this trip. I was given a quiet room - it really was very quiet and peaceful. The dinners and breakfasts were lovely - the restaurant decor is perfect. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also fantastic. One of the best locations.

The slamming doors of neighbouring rooms - it is very loud! Such a letdown as the hotel is honestly one of the best in London for a peaceful stay but bang in the middle of Covent Garden. The lights in the room need adjusting. The spotlights are too bright. There also needs to be an option to have a nice warm table lamp on at night time to relax. I ended up putting the bathroom light on and switching off all the room lights - not ideal. I don't think the switches were working properly either.

Quite but in the centre of everything. Short stay. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room. I live in London but will make regular return trips when I feel like staying in town rather than travelling on the tube home late at night.

We booked 2 bedrooms at the same price as staying with friends. Unfortunately our bedroom was not anywhere near the quality of theirs. Very disappointing as we always stay here when we come to London and have never had a bad room before.

Cannot fault the location. Disappointed by the property. Negatives : Small room accessed from a tiny cramped landing, off a very narrow steep stair. Truly awful scratchy carpet (looked dirty). Whole operation felt a bit unprofessional. Positives : Location. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom, Lovely staff. Location pushes the price WAY up, it is NOT worth it.

What a Charming , quiet and cozy hotel right next to Covent garden ! The staff was above and beyond - shout out to Shanna for being exceptionally helpful - I was first given a room in the 2nd building and as I’m sensible to noise , it was too loud - so they happily moved me into a quiet and spacious suite that was simply amazing ! Nice that breakfast is available downstairs , I loved this hotel and recommend it highly !

The location is excellent

Reception is not welcoming, partially attended. Lift does not go to top floor so don’t bother with city view rooms if don’t want to climb 3 floors. Asked for a drink at bar 10.30pm Thursday night. Barmen said no. Closed. Breakfast average, tea cold, toast, hot bread. Staff fairly untroubled and unwilling to go above and beyond.

Room was amazing and had a lovely terrace with a great view of the London Eye and rooftops. Location was also great, as were the staff and bar.

Telephone in-room couldn't dial reception, so we couldn't call them to change our breakfast order. There was no room service menu in the room, even though room service as apparently available and lastly the breakfast was delivered without any additional condiments. Otherwise it was all great.

Localisation centrale et au calme, confort de la chambre, qualité du petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être upgradé à notre arrivée, avec une chambre plus spacieuse que celle réservée.
