The BnB is super cute. Marieke as a host is super welcoming and has great tips for the region regarding wineries, restaurants and hikes. Her breakfast is great and our room was super comfortable. We loved our stay here and would definitely come again.

All Seasons is located in a quiet property within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The house was extremely clean, the rooms very comfortable and the hospitality was phenomenal. We got to chat and get to know the wonderful host, she goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay.

The stay at All Seasons Bed & Breakfast was good. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. She had give us good ideas for activities like kangaroo farm. We loved it to go there. Also nice ideas for restaurants. The room was very clean and very close to the city center if you have a car. Parking was very easy and also the internet access was very good. I would book there again. Thanks a lot to stay at your place.

A quiet, restful location. Everything was spotless and well looked after. A very hearty, tasty breakfast, was always served at the time we requested. The hosts were wonderful people who always took time to chat and answer any questions we had. The location was perfect for us. All of the activities we participated in were less than half an hour away.

The breakfasts were excellent along with our host. We required breakfast early and each morning it was prepared ans waiting for us.

The breakfasts were great, the common area we had access to was very comfortable and well equipped, overall worked very well for us!

Wij hebben hier een prachtige tijd gehad. Een ontzettend hartelijk welkom door Marieke, maar ook haar man was heel behulpzaam. Wat ons het meest beviel was de gastvrijheid en warmte die ons tegemoet kwam. Daarnaast alles heerlijk schoon plus een heerlijke ruimte om zowel binnen als buiten te zitten. En ook nog een heerlijk ontbijt! Een dikke 10. Wij vonden het echt jammer om weer afscheid te nemen van deze lieve mensen en deze mooie plek.

Een gezellige plek om te verblijven in Kelowna. De Nederlandse eigenaar maakte het een erg fijn verblijf met een lekker ontbijt en tips en hulp waar nodig. De kamer is fijn en de locatie handig centraal.

Marieke was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There was a shared kitchen and living room for the guests, so we were able to cook simple meals and relax in the living area. Marieke even provided us with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and basil from her garden for our meal! The breakfasts were lovely too.

The property is just off a busy road and was quite tricky to find first time (although Marieke did provide good directions). This is a very minor detail - overall the property was great. You could walk to the lake easily and it was only a short drive to the downtown area.

The breakfast was hearty and Marieke a very kind and lovely host. She was extremely responsive to queried recommendations of things to do and places to go. I also really liked that beach towels were available

Our hostess went out of her way to accommodate our needs that included personally taxiing us to the local theatre - our destination of evening entertainment - and returned to pick us up later - all due to our walking limitations and parking problems. She further booked us into a lovely dining establishment for our golden wedding anniversary. Also, her breakfasts were both delightful and original. What's not to like!

We had some difficulty in locating the precise location since it is hidden well off the main road and lacks appropriate signage.

The breakfasts were all very good and different every day usually incorporating local ingredients and an abundance of fresh fruit. Our host, Marieke, was more than accommodating. The property is a working farm and an absolute delight. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Marieke was wonderful in accommodating dietary restrictions and asking us about timing for breakfast. There was a lovely spread of items, food was delicious and prepared fresh.

A comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Breakfast was delicious with omlettes and Dutch crepes, plus cappuccino coffees. Marieke was a very friendly host and made us feel right at home.

I booked last minute as a result of the fact I had to stay in town for a medical emergency. Despite this, our hosts James & Marieke were warm & welcoming. Our room was spotless & bed very comfortable. They also allowed the guests to make use of the kitchen, lounge, and laundry facilities, which were excellent. The location was great, within walking distance to the lake and some eateries. Marieke also recommended we visit Beach land, and a great little bakery called Bliss. Both were fab. I highly recommend this great B&B

I could not say a single bad thing about my stay. I felt so comfortable, my room was perfect, and the breakfast was incredible. I wish I could have stayed here longer! The location is perfect if you want to be close to popular areas but not right in them. It was so perfectly quiet and walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Not to mention, Marieke was so kind, friendly, and informative with recommendations while I visited. This is where I will be staying everytime I come to Kelowna.

Breakfast was superb. Marieke took all our diet restrictions into consideration. She got specific ingredients just for us, that includes lactose-free yogurt, gluten-free pancake mix, or even by making salmon omelettes with herbs that are fodmaps-friendly. The host, Marieke, does things above and beyond. She gives directions when we need, and new ideas to discover the city. Her house is welcoming. We even enjoyed sitting in the bedroom - that's how comfortable it was. The location is close to downtown yet very private. The patio is nice; we played card there, eating fruit that was offered to us midday (I know, that's not breakfast - they're just really generous).

Everything. Nice setup with a large living, kitchen en the possibility to sit in the garden at the front in a private corner. It’s is all very well maintained, I thought it looked was just done but it wasn’t. The room was very clean and had a comfortable king size bed. The tv has internet so you can watch Netflix with your own account. The shower had a steady regular temperature and had more than enough water pressure. What we liked too is how quiet it was, there was an other family but we never heard any of them. Marieke is a perfect host, she really does the extra mile to make your stay very pleasant. And she makes delicious breakfasts with enough to choose from. Don’t go here for one night, book more it is really worth it!

The property is a working farm, the host was interesting to chat with, breakfasts were lovely, and the A/C greatly appreciated! Fresh cut flowers greeted us when we arrived, and the bed was very comfortable. We were happy to find an actual left turn lane off of Lakeshore onto the property!

We used Kelowna as a stop over to Vancouver. We enjoyed our short stay. The B&B had everything we needed. The host was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Even though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we felt that the cost was on the higher end of the scale for what you get. While we acknowledge the room was tidy and comfortable, we had access to the kitchen, and that breakfast was included, $220 CAD per night for a shared B & B may be considered quite costly. This is likely a factor that may deter other B & B travellers.

An excellent Bed and Breakfast, all round. The room was comfortable,roomy and spotlessly clean. The host was very helpful and the breakfasts were delicious, especially the Dutch pancakes.

-The location is lovely. Very close walk to the beach and some restaurants. -The property is also very charming as they grow produce as well. - The rooms were very clean and comfortable. - The breakfasts were filling and delicious. - The host , Marieke, was very welcoming and friendly. - This is a gem in Kelowna. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. My partner and I hope to be back soon.
