Everything was superb from the rooms to the amenities and appliances and the staffs. Will be back again!

Nothing

Gute Lage,wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Sehr kleines Zimmer.

Amazing breakfast

Very good location when flying from Hanida airport. Lot's to look at withing walking distance and a few useful metro lines very close by. Not very touristy. Worked really well for us.

Not a very personal hotel, minimum communication with staff but sufficient to make it work.

Best location, transportation convenience.

Most of the staff are nice and welcome. We feel unwelcome by few staff with bad communication and body language. One of a glass has a lip mark on its edge.

Gute Lage

Great hotel, central location, good value-price ratio and with an excellent staff. I recommend it for everyone!

I haven't tried the breakfast option, so I can't judge that part.

Location. Hotel staff quite efficient

The room is tiny and feels like a prison, There's a window but you cannot see through it so felt a bit claustrophobic. The pillow was the worst I've ever tried, only one and so think I needed to put a bag nehind to feel more comfy

Price, location, comfort, staff, cleanliness, quietness, and the amenities were just what was needed from a hotel in such a large city as Tokyo. In a double room, the shower room was great for getting everything situated with a separate toilet room for the second person to use if showering.

I didn't stay for breakfast to see what it was like but that's a me problem <3

Posizione molto comoda e staff gentilissimo.

Good location and a very well equipped, clean room. Lovely reception staff very helpful.

Nothing to speak of.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to talk to and they helped me arrange luggage transfers. The location is very close to Hamamatsucho's elevator exit which is a bonus when arriving with luggage. Nice spacious room that was clean and extremely nice shower head in the bathroom. Very luxurious feel. Comfortable room.

Some layout of the room was a little strange. Sink is in the main room so the toilet can be a separate area. Kind of annoying to open 2 doors to access the mini fridge, would just prefer it to be visible. The dimming light was great but kind of annoying that it would go back to brightest setting after being turned off.

Location was great, easy walking distance to train station, restaurants, Tokyo Tower, and other attractions. Bed was comfortable (for Japan where all the beds tend toward firm, this was on the softer side of firm), room was quiet, breakfast was good, and people at the front desk were friendly. Room was the usual small, but had everything I could possibly need.

Gentilezza dello staff e pulizia in generale

Room. It utilized space well and facility was good.

I've got towel with cigarette smell.

I love this business hotel for work. A perfect breakfast- very tasty. Huge choice of amenities, you can choose your pillow downstairs as well. Staff mostly very friendly. Especially a girl (who is Korean) I can’t remember her name now. She speaks very good English and she is so helpful and friendly!

The tool is very small and no Space to put things. But it’s a business hotel, it’s ok.

Very clean, comfy little room with some complimentary goods like toothbrush, toothpaste, bath soap, etc. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. Distance from the station was also less than a 5 minute walk, which is easy even in the rain. The breakfast also has a good bit of variety and some of the offerings change slightly from day-to-day; all you have to do is tell them your room number.

There are two laundry machines. That's good for those carrying light for two weeks tour

There is no breakfast available and also blanket is a bit thin for me. I prefer those fluffy ones like futon or comforter type.
