It’s optional, but they also offer free pajamas~ which is convenient for those who don’t have much clothes! The staff was very friendly and even though we checked out late, they were very nice!
Not too much room if you have a lot of luggage, but we booked a twin room, cheapest option~

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Montana Flat Yebisu. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Balkon hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Tsutenkaku Tower. Das Apartment ist praktisch gelegen, um Osaka zu erkunden. Bahn und Metro sind sehr nah. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und organisierte den Weitertransport unseres Gepäcks. Auch war die Kommunikation vor Reisebeginn super. Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet.

Bed and pillow was Hard. Room was small for the value. Check in was confusing and difficult with kiosk, staff had to assist check in.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026部屋から見える夜の空港を見ながら、バーボンを飲めて、海外旅行前の幸せな時間でした。 朝食が５時半から食べられのは、早朝便を利用する者にとっては嬉しかったです。６時には無料バスに乗りたかったので、茄子カレーやサラダなど食べられて満足でした。でも機内食の食事が10時頃に提供されて完食できませんでした。笑い話しです。
特にありません。 強いて言えば、パックのインスタントコーヒーがあればよかったです。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026A localização é boa! Existe um lowson dentro do hotel oque facilita muito,o lobby é grande tudo limpo e bem bonito! O café da manhã apesar de bem cheio ele é muito bom com variedades de pratos! O quarto é bem limpo e com muitos elevadores,estive em um quarto com a vista para pista das aeronaves! Muito legal!
Foi um pouco difícil de saber onde ficava a entrada do estacionamento,os amenities ficam apenas no saguão em frente a recepção,oque é chato ter que descer para pegar toda vez que lembra de algum item necessário! O quarto onde fiquei é limpo porém para 1 casal e 2 crianças a cama é bem pequena oque não proporciona uma noite bem descansada! E a asa do ar com estava danificada oque não foi possível posicionar para cima e me incomodou o vento batendo diretamente. O café da manhã é muito bom,porém deixou a desejar a parte de pães e torradas,a reposição foi demorada oque me fez ficar esperando esse tempo!

湯槽に浸かろうと思ったら底側面が湯垢が残っていてザラザラしていた。 シャワーで済ませました。 外国の方担当でした。 指導していただきたいですね。

Shuttle bus doesn’t collect from 3 and you can’t walk easily even though it looks close on the map so you have to get a bus to 2 then the shuttle from there which took about an hour in total when it is so close on the map. Very basic breakfast but tasted nice and better than nothing.

Tee und Kaffee beim Frühstück waren aus einfachen Automaten und schmeckten nicht gut. Das Ein- und Auschecken am Automaten trotz Personal an der Rezeption fand ich verwunderlich.

Sometimes I have to wait a while before the shuttle bus arrives, but that’s fine.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Excelente hotel! Praticamente ao lado do aeroporto de Narita, o que torna a estadia nele muito conveniente para aqueles que chegam ao Japão por este aeroporto. Apesar da proximidade, o hotel oferece transfer gratuito o que torna tudo ainda mais prático por conta das bagagens e afins, além de fazer com que o trajeto seja ainda mais seguro. Café da manhã excepcional com diversas opções para escolher no buffet, desde mais à moda japonesa, quanto mais "ocidentais". O transfer pode ser pego também de volta para o aeroporto, o que ajudou muito no meu caso, porque tive que pegar o trem no dia seguinte a minha estadia e há uma estação no subsolo dele.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026海外旅行からの到着が夜遅かったっため、一泊だけ利用させていただきました。空港からホテルへのシャトルバスが深夜まで運営されていたので大変助かりました。スタッフの皆様の挨拶と笑顔がとても印象的でした。お風呂があったのも帰国の二人にはホッとさせてくれました。翌日の朝ごはんはとても美味しく、そこでも皆様の挨拶が元気を与えてくれました。
海外旅行のスーツケース二人分を部屋で広げるためには窮屈でしたが、一泊だけでしたのでそれほど気になりませんでした。クローゼットもないのでご注意を。

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026無料の朝食なので、質はやはり他とは落ちるかも知れないが、用意してもらえるだけ有難い。 リムジンバスの運転手さんは皆親切。
エレベーターが3台も有るのに…朝とか各階止まり なかなか1階まで行かない。一杯なら乗れないように出来ないか？ アメニティー有るのに…チェックイン時知らせてくれなかった。

It was nice. Rooms and bathroom were well cleaned but the pillows were slightly odorous as they may have been old.

かなり混雑していて、ロビーも雑然とした雰囲気。コンビニがあるので便利だが、大混雑でした。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026みなさん仰っていますが、朝食がおいしかったです。ただ、出発時間の関係で本館の朝食はいただけず、新館の朝食をいただきました。パン、カレーなど軽食でしたが、おいしくいただきました。
ホテルから空港は送迎がありましたが、ホテルまでの移動について案内がHPで見当たらず、歩きました。30分くらいかかって、夏場だったことこともあり汗だくでした。

フロントにスタッフがたくさん居て、並んでいるのに対応してくれなかった。アーリーチェックインをお願いしたのに結局は部屋が用意されておらず二転三転。ライブの時間に間に合わないかと思った。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026シングルなのにベッドがとても広かった。 一階にローソン、徒歩五分程度の場所にセブンイレブンがあり便利だった。 テレビで各種動画サービスが使用できるのが嬉しかった。 有料アーリーチェックインに対応していただいたので、早い時間からゆっくりできた。
