The bed was so firm, it was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

朝食がいろいろあってよかった。6時半に会場に行きましたが、既にたくさんの人が会場にいました。流れがスムーズで込み合うことがなかったし、常に食事を補充してくれてスタッフの皆さんも感じがよかった。

夜に二人分の化粧品アメニティを数えながら取っていたら、スタッフの方にじーっと見つめられ、「おひとり様分でお願いします」と言われた。大量にわしづかみで取っていたわけでもないのに、悪いことをしているような気分にさせられ、非常に不快な気分にさせられた。「二人分です」と言ったら、（そもそも、なぜそんなことを説明しなければならないのでしょうか？）「失礼いたしました」と返ってきましたが、最初に別の言い方がのあったのではないでしょうか？スタッフの方の（再）教育を希望します。

午前中の飛行機だったので、成田に前乗りするために利用しました。空港へはバスで20分程度でした。今回はスペシャルオファーの6000円台でバラエティに富んだ朝食も食べられて大満足です。

部屋がさすがに少し狭いです。どうにかスーツケースが開けられる、という感じでした。しかし、前乗りで泊まるだけなら特に問題ないと思います。

千葉豪雨の際にお世話になりました。ビジホなので、家族4人で泊まるにはもちろん狭いのですが、あの時子供料金なしで受け入れてくださり助かりました。また、朝食もビジホらしからぬラインアップで好感がもてました。何よりスタッフの方がキビキビと手際よく対応して下さり、とてもよかったです。

住宿地點離機場很近，有免費接駁車到機場很棒，如果是去第一或第二航廈的接駁車每小時有3班次，還算密集。 房間中規中矩，乾淨，價格親民。

希望到第三航廈的接駁車班次多一點，最晚竟然是早上6點出頭，這樣就沒辦法享用本館的早餐(6:30開始)了...

ホテルの方々、施設が悪いと言うことでは全くないのですが、滞在中に酔って帰ってこられた方が部屋をドンドン叩き、ドアノブをガチャガチャされてうるさかった。寝ていた時間帯だったので少し怖くもありました。外で友人に電話をされていたのか、部屋を間違えていたようだった。難しいのかもしれませんが、カードキー自体に部屋番号を記すとか…できたらいいなと思いました。

値段相応なので何も良くないことはありません

希望通り高層階で空港が見える部屋で宿泊させて頂きました。

お湯の出が今一で浴槽に入ることは断念しました。部屋が狭いのは金額面を考慮すると仕方ないと思いますが。2人ではもう少し広めが良かった。

The hotel is conveniently situated just a ten‑minute walk from Terminal 1 of the airport, and a complimentary shuttle runs between the airport and the property. The rooms are fully equipped, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. An on‑site convenience store is free to use, allowing guests to pick up snacks and basic necessities. The hotel also provides complimentary toiletries—including cotton swabs, razors, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even pajamas. Elevators are swift, and the rooms are consistently clean. After check‑in, you may leave your luggage at the reception desk, which also offers a scale for weighing bags.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, leaving me with neck and back pain after a night’s sleep. In addition, I found the 10 a.m. check‑in time uncomfortably early.

This is my second time to stay at the hotel. The property is very clean and staff members are friendly and helpful with my questions. The hotel has everything you need to stay (skin care products and long gowns for pajama). Two most important things for me is the convenience store (Lawson) has not only regular products but also has various little souvenirs! It makes me possible to pack last minutes Japanese gifts and snacks to squeeze into my luggage. One more thing is a dryer in the laundry room. Many hotels has not strong dryers which takes over 100minutes to dry all clothes for family of 3 for a day or two. However, this hotel has laundromat quality dryer to save my time at night and make it possible to pack clean clothes before the departure!

We have to take a bus to and from the hotel for Narita, and it might be very crowded or have to wait over 30 minutes depending on the timing, but overall they come on time and the drivers are always polite and friendly!

Bardzo dobre miejsce na przespanie się przed porannym lotem. Wszystko odbyło się sprawnie, miło, a wcześniej wysłane bagaże już na nas czekały. Pokój wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciu.

成田空港に近いので、朝早くに飛び立つ飛行機を利用したいときに便利です。部ローソン屋は清潔で広々していました。洋服掛けには消臭スプレーが備えられていますので、夏場に汗が衣服に染み込んでも大丈夫です。本館1Fにコンビニ・ローソンがありますので、夜食を手軽に購入できました。

We booked for two adults one child. But still they only gave two towels and got to pay for our child’s towel.

I really liked the buffet breakfast and the fact that there was a convenience store in the facility as well as free shuttle bus to the airport.

Tophotel voor overstap op Narita airport. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. En uitstekend Japans ontbijt. Kamer is voorzien van alle gemakken, compact en stil. Superhandig dat supermarktje Lawson in het gebouw zit.

Eigenlijk weinig. Kamer had iets groter mogen zijn want als je met ruimbagage komt is daar weinig ruimte voor. Het is ook onduidelijk dat het oude en nieuwe hotel eigenlijk een geheel vormt.

Breakfast was nice. I appreciate that they gave out a light meal for those who have to leave early due to early morning flights. They also were friendly during the whole process of checking in even when we had troubles.

The pillows were quite hard, and the space per room is quite cramped.

Been travelling for 5 weeks and this was the worst bed of the whole trip! So hard. Only one pillow provided. Had to ask for extra pillows. Check in was awful on machines. Not useful after coming off a 14hr flight and staff enforcing use of machines to check in.

First, it was a long day. So, by the time I landed at Narita I was done, After texting with the Shinkan's outstanding staff I got to the bus stop near the airport. The bus driver was a welcome sight. Smiling, professional and courteous. Upon arrival, the wonderful desk staff checked me in and I was in a very nice room in a matter of minutes. Perfect for a solo traveler and the price was reasonable. I found the Larson Store next store and ate myself to sleep. Next morning I really enjoyed the free breakfast. A fusion of Japanese and American cuisine. Checked out. Back on the shuttle. Another wonderful experience. Arrived at Narita before my counter was open. Home to South Korea. I cannot thank all the staff at the Shinkan enough.
