Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Mississauga/West

Location was okay for where we needed to get around to.

The room had a mildew smell / odour to it. The air conditioning unit is loud and made a rattling noise - would kick in while sleeping and woke us up. The view from the room was what appeared to be the HVAC unit. The value for what was provided was subpar in my opinion. The bed was not very comfortable. The headboard was some kind of foam padding - it was quite odd.

Lounge is good

Parking is not safe. My friend's car was stolen from parking lot in front of hotel entrance. They did not give the rooms on same floor to all in our party even though lots of room were vacant on that floor.

Checkin and checkout was easy. The business center was well equiped i was able to do some work. The big screen at the lounge was awesome - was able to follow the world cup game!

following up to have the room cleaned

Fantastic Location: The hotel was perfectly situated near where I needed to be, making commuting and access incredibly easy. Spacious Accommodations: The room itself was quite wide and comfortable, featuring a large window that let in great light, along with a nice, modern washroom.

Room Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the housekeeping fell short. When I arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned; there were random items scattered around, including pens everywhere, scrap paper, and discarded clothing tags. Bedding Hygiene: Most concerningly, both the bed and the pillows had a large, pale brown stain on them, which was highly unappealing and impacted the comfort of my stay.

It was in a bubbly area of the city.

My friends car was stolen on the premises and the staff weren’t helpful about the situation. In addition to that, house keeping didn’t come to clean until I called twice. It seemed they were understaffed and when i asked they said they weren’t understaffed. Every request took over an hour to be responded too

Nice

Good

The rooms were nicely designed and cozy. The shower pressure was good, and the water temperature was hot and nice.

I didn’t like the fact that the shower only had one side, no sliding door to prevent the floor from getting wet.

Great customer s

Pas de shuttle trop loin

Breakfast included with the room is the best way to enjoy the stay. It had great options which were very filling and balanced.

The dinner options were lacklustre so I would suggest directing people to purchase heavier meals from elsewhere and save that for light snacks

Pool and staff are amazing! Room is big! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!

Not a queen bed as advertised! They were twins!Cockroaches in bathroom!

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Good

I definite recommended staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodation. Facilities clean and accessible to a lot of stores.

Nice rooms

I gave 4 star because for the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included.

Quiet location, clean rooms, friendly staff. We were very happy with our stay and would come back if we're ever in the area again.

Stayed here several times. One of my favorites in the area

Everything was great, although there was a quite interestingly stained sofa-bed thing in our room. I'm pretty sure they tried to clean it, but wasn't quite sure enough to actually use it. Didn't really matter, though, since there were only two of us and we just shared the proper bed. But really, everything else was genuinely good. The hotel itself is nice, with good parking and a gym/pool/exercise section, there were a variety of restaurants nearby even late at night, and there were basically no problems at all.

The property is very clean and staff are very friendly.

Great

It seems like a new hotel with everything well sorted out.

Nice pool

Room did the job nicely, always great water pressure for showers

Not many dining options close

Nice and clean. Nothing native to say

Stayed for one night. Hotel is clean and quiet and has comfortable beds. We didn't dine at the hotel, but there are other restaurants close by.

Everything was alright except the bathroom.. there was some body hairs in the shower.

Very clean, great staff, beautiful pool and hot tub, great fitness room!

Not very good service no cutlery in room no water provided in room overall not very good service

The place was very nice

Great hotel with great staff. Super stay.

Clean room and staff

Staff pleasant and room value for money

Good

When I first arrived, the front desk changed my room from what I had reserved. In the room, there was a leak in front of the closet because the carpet was soaked, so I asked to change rooms. The new room had a coffee maker that I thought wasn’t working but it just so happened that the outlets on that side of the room were shorting. Then the AC kept turning on and off which was further confirmation that there was something electrical going on. At 2:30 am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel. The fire department had to come and determine it was just electrical. They allowed us back into the hotel without having resolved the issue. This led to the fire alarm going off again at 4:00 am. I had a horrible experience at this hotel and while the staff were kind and apologetic, they were only putting band-aids on problems that needed bigger addressing.

Fast check-in, friendly staff, clean

Excellent staff and great location

The beds and pillows were comfortable, I slept very well!

One of the best hotel in Mississauga Ontario cleab beautiful nice lobby

Cute place to stay for a night, has a nice restaurant nearby

Great staff and wonderful hotel! Loved the room and cleanliness.

sheets were too small for the bed and kept popping off the corners.

I had a good visit. Will definitely visit again

Clean, courteous, and accommodating staff

Everything was amazing except Netflix never connected cause there was Internet issues but overall a wonderful stay

Safe, clean and convenient location.

Cool & clam place to stay little away from chores

Toilet clogged plunged for a solid 5 min maintenance guy going hard on it, left for the evening came back smelled like a sewer in my room notified night attendant nothing, Talked to lying manipulative baiting me w/trivial points still not attended to had to go to lobby or pool area to go to bathroom said he would approve refund spent over a half hour notifying this horrific company hotels.com the called manager to get refund approval he DENIED IT. Phone was broken made clicking noises all night no matter hat I did broke broke broke. Don’t ever use this app they are worthless & do not take responsibility for their 2nd party listings. Horrific but that’s Canada for ya A. Melting pot of he double toothpicks on earth.

Very nice, clean hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Really loved it and would stay again if in the area.

Our room was clean and smelled fresh. Our check in was easy and the staff was polite and helpful we even asked for late check out which was granted. Beautiful places to stay and very convient

Clean room, i don't like the shower its open and water

Great staff, great service, very pleasant stay

The maintenance is not very great, basics are missing like a service call was never attended. Clogged drain and no exhaust. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Nothing special and nothing surprises

The room and hotel was beautiful, super nice pool and hot tub. Comfy bed. Really nice shower. It was very close to stuff and in a nice area. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner, there was some dustiness around and sticky stuff on one of the tables but otherwise I was very happy with our stay!

We had a good stay. Only issue was we only had 3 towels in our room and there was for people. Rather than that, we had a great stay.

Mear Pearson airport so good choice if you visit Toronto but like to save on living expenses.
