I am absolutely thrilled with my stay! The apartment is perfectly located right in the center of the city. My absolute favorite part was the fact that it has so many comfortable balconies to relax on.The host, Ben, went above and beyond. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. He even assisted us in finding tours and provided excellent local recommendations.The amenities were top-notch as well. We were greeted with fresh fruit, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom even includes a bidet.I am so, so happy with this experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Me comunique para avisar a que hora estaba llegando en auto y sin ningún problema a esa hora me estaban esperando en la puerta del departamento para enseñármelo, y mostrarme donde estaba el estacionamiento (otro edificio). El departamento más lindo que en fotos, cómodo, luminoso, lindo decorado, con todas las comodidades. ¡Y la ubicación espectacular!, En una zona con mucha vida, pero realmente las aberturas dejaban silencioso el interior. Cerca a todo lo que como turista queremos hacer. impecable!

Service and euipment was great at suler central location

Due to very central location it was noisy. I strongly doubt it was a 60nm2 poroperty as it was advertised., rather felt 45ish which makes a difference if you are a family of 4 w 2 kids.

The location was perfect for morning caffe, catching a tram, walking through the historical district and finding restaurants of every kind. We ate some meals in the apartment, and grocery stores were extremely accessible. Evenings brought a wide range of entertainment in the Square. The apartment had extra touches that made the stay special, we received great help in arranging private tours and the appliances were all working well with access to instructions for their use were readily available. Cleaning and fresh linens were a plus.

Great location and Ben,our host was wonderful and informative. Excellent service and the unit was very modern and bright! Great cleaning while we were staying and everything worked great.

Cant stress enough how good the location of the apartment is - right at entrance of subway, McD just downstairs and super close to tram stops to take #28 and#12. Apartment itself is impeccable with parking (abit of distance to walk though) and perfectly decorated and equipped. Although you could hear noise from the busy square below but it didnt bother us at all. In fact the fantastic view and location was worth it. Apartment is new and had lifts- so important when you have luggage Only issue I would say is that apartment entrance is along busy street and parking near the McDonald’s is very hard to come by so there is no space to actually stop the car to drop your luggage. But Ben and his colleagues were there to help, one to help with luggage and check in while another one helped to lead to car park. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Super Personal! Sehr nettes renoviertes Wohnung, mit hochwertige Ausstattung. Sehr zentral mit Metro gerade daneben. Da wir vorher mit Auto unterwegs gewesen sind grosse plus, private Garage und sogar Begleitung was mit uns bis dahin gefahren ist.

Acomodações ótimas. Atendimento excelente.

Excellent location! Very convenient to get to historic center and also to catch public transportation. Nice new interior. Lots of space. Very good service, thanks to the team for letting us know early that there was some damage being fixed in our original reservation, and then moving us to an upgraded unit very quickly!

Great location. It’s not a hotel but we get housekeeping every two days and the team will help with clearing trashes, cleaning, replenishing coffee pods, laundry detergent and fresh towels. We travelled a lot and always rent an apartment but have not stayed in one that has such frequent housekeeping. Communication is easy with the team, friendly, approachable, helpful. We have a late flight and they helped us store the luggage until we need to leave. It’s a busy area and we get free concerts from street performers if we leave the window open. The most impressive is every room has a split unit A/C which we can get cool wind on hotter days and warm air for colder rainy days. Cooking utensils are ample (since we have a long stay).

번화가에 있는 위치가 좋았던 아파트 28번 트램이 딱 집앞에 서니 너무 좋았어요 그리고 저녁 먹을때 문밖에 버스킹 성지여서 여행내내 편안한 숙소에서 버스킹을 관람해서 너무 기억에 남아요

부엌이 조금 작았지만 그래도 모든게 아쉽지 않을 만큼 좋았습니다

Excellent location, great for metro, trams, bars & restaurants. Great neighbourhood with a great vibe. Apartment was comfortable, spacious, modern and very clean. Really good communication from hosts, met us on arrival to go over everything, which was very useful. Lots of extra touches, such as fruit, water etc. Although above a McDonald's, you didnt know it, no issues with it at all.

Shower is not very powerful when it's on the rainfall shower setting. I found the pillows a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was great and as described. The location of the apartment couldn't be better. The host was attentive, the apartment was very clean, equipped with everything and soundproof. Definitely recommend 😊

Emplacement excellent : la bouche de métro est en bas de l’immeuble, le tram 28 passe devant, et le quartier est central, tout ou presque peut se faire à pied. Tout était parfait : propreté, design, espace, isolation du bruit (la place en bas est pleine de monde et c’était le silence dans l’appartement). L’accueil avec proposition de tours (tuc-tuc….) était très agréable.

Disponibilité de l’hôte pour nous accueillir même s’il n’y a pas de réception sur place ( échanges faciles par wattsap) Présentation de l’appartement et du parking + conseils et bonnes adresses Service de qualité Belle prestation au niveau de l’appartement confort et déco = standing ++

Refreshing to have such a professional company to work with. Was met on arrival, just like a hotel. The apartment was spotless, and incredible attention to detail all round. They have gone that extra mile and deserve credit. The location is simply unbeatable. Tram stops by the front door. Metro also by the front door. Bonus McDonald's directly under the apartment for emergency snacks lol .

Parking was a little far, and difficult to park, but once in was ok. ( free parking which helps of course)

The location was fantastic - many beautiful sites, great food, live music at night and shopping all within a close walk. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and spotless. Fernando was so great and helped us check-in early after a very last minute booking. Would definitely stay here again.

The attractiveness of the location in Chiado Square was exactly as described on the website. The ability to open the balcony windows and take in the sights and sounds of the square, and then close them for a perfectly quiet night's sleep, was wonderful! Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Staff were very responsive from pre-booking right up through departure. Would absolutely stay here again!

Can’t think of anything. There were street performers at night in the square below until 11 pm. We enjoyed and actually opened the windows but people who go to bed early may not like.

Fantastic location. The place was roomy, clean, quiet - despite being in a busy location, and modern with great facilities. The staff and service were fantastic. Greeting on arrival and continual support via WhatsApp throughout our stay. Every request was responded to promptly with a positive outcome.

Check in was a smooth process, thanks to Ben who was helpful, kind and simply fabulous. The apartment had all the amenities one could ask for, including a dish washer and washing machine. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and a short walk to sites and the metro. Tram 28 has a pick up point right outside. Live entertainment on the square in front of the building every afternoon and evening.

Lovely property with great location. It was very nice it had a laundry machine but the dryer didn’t work so we had to leave with a bag of wet clothes! Other than that it was great.

We had an incredible experience at Lisbon Best Apartment Chiado Square — truly better than we could’ve hoped for! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Airport transportation was easy and convenient, and we were warmly greeted by Monzer, who welcomed us with genuine hospitality, showed us around the apartment, and even helped us book a Tuk Tuk tour that ended up being one of our trip highlights. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location could not be better: walking distance to grocery stores, endless dining options, and great shopping. It’s right in the heart of Lisbon, making sightseeing effortless for first-time visitors like us. One of our favorite memories was enjoying the sunset over the rooftops while listening to live music from performers in Chiado Square — such a magical (and free!) experience. We give this stay the highest of recommendations.

I could not imagine going to lisbon and not going to this property. The neighborhood surrounding the property was filled with many fine dine choices and was central to all the tourist spots near. Upon arrival the communication with the tenant was 10/10. The apartment had a beautiful view of lisbon and was located right at the heart of the city. I would recommend and go again myself!

Very thorough welcome and check-in by Fernando. Duplex apartment was brilliant, very clean and felt high-end. Probably too big if anything for a couple! Location is spot on, best place to be in Lisbon. Close to everything and the buzz on the square. If you came for peace and quiet, stay somewhere else. With the great air conditioning and windows closed, you can barely hear the traffic and trams. We were on the 5th floor however! Appreciate it would be noisier on lower floors. Overall, a brilliant stay.

Refresh of tea bags and water when cleaner came around would have been ideal.

In the center of Lisbon very close to restaurants and shops and have an easy access Fernando and Monzer were extremely nice and communicative which made the stay even better

The hospitality of the management team is on another level. The location of the apartment is amazing, you have everything in a walking distance and the metro is basically underneath. The apartment was clean, all the necessary equipment and facilities were present. I saw a lot of comments about the noise from the street, yes it is a noisy street but the windows are soundproof and we were never being disturbed.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in! Location was perfect. Close to so many sites! Property managers were so helpful in making our experience top notch, from organizing our car service in and out of Lisbon to making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was so well equipped and comfortable for my family of 4. We would highly recommend!

Nice, clean, spacious, apartment with all you need (even a yoga mat for morning exercise). Great location right in the middle of Chiado. There will be noise / singing until 10:00 pm or later. Lots of shopping and restaurants right there. Right next to a train station. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved it here. The location is perfect, everything was super clean and convenient. The host Ben checking us in was great. Beds were comfy. Place is very modern bidets and TV in bathroom neither a must for us but it was cool for kids. Convenient for the Baixa-Chiado metro stop and famous tram 28. We used the metro to get to the CP trains to Lisboa Oriente and Lisboa Santa Appolonia to Faro. It made it super easy to get straight home. We absolutely loved the nightly musicians outside and enjoyed wine on the balcony each night listening. Ice cream and shops are very close. Amazing pastries and coffee right below. AC worked well and has elevator. If we come back, we will stay here 100%. Do not rent a car in Lisbon, lol.
