Good communication with the agent on arrival to collect the keys. The apartment was immaculate. The location was perfect for us. Air conditioning throughout, excellent! Nice extra's e.g coffee, washing pods, fruit.

Beautiful apartment and AMAZING location for Lisbon. While you may think there would be noise, it was very quiet and peaceful. We walked to all the shopping districts around within 10 minutes or less, wonderful restaurants too nearby. The check in process was so smooth, including showing us the garage for our rental- Very responsive and helpful hosts. We would absolutely stay again.

The apartment was modern, comfortable, and in a good location.

The management team overbooked the room we were staying at. Rather than admitting their mistake and fixing their mistake, they pressured us into spending an extra 350 Euros for another room. We were traveling with a toddler, and we were exhausted, so they took advantage of that. At first, we thought it was strange that they brought a whole management team of 3 people just to check us in when all our other accommodations only had 1. They tried to make it seem like they were doing us a favor by insisting that our toddler needed a whole bed for herself. When we repeatedly said our toddler co-sleeps with us, they suddenly changed their reasoning to the bathroom not being enough, and how they didn’t want us to leave a bad review for having to wait for bathroom usage. We told them that we didn’t mind, and it still wasn’t enough for them to give us the room. They had an endless list of reasons we needed to “upgrade,” and we were so confused. It wasn’t evident that they had overbooked the room until the three of them started to talk in Portuguese thinking that we wouldn’t understand (we’re Americans). At that point, our toddler was already patiently waiting for a whole 30 minutes, and we needed to get food, so we just caved and paid for the upgrade. It was a miserable way to start our Portugal segment, but I guess… at least the apartment itself was nice…

The location is excellent. We enjoyed being close to great restaurants and major sights on a relatively quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Having parking was a very helpful bonus. Arranging our check-in was very easy, and we had everything we needed in the apartment.

The bedrooms are quite small, so we did have trouble finding space to put our luggage.

Wonderful place to stay in Lisbon! Clean, excellent location near shopping and restaurants. Our host, Ben, sent us helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Everything about this stay was great: - The location was perfect… near everything but on a relatively quiet street; - Rental company was communicative, easy to deal with, and thoughtful in their approach; and - The apartment was clean and comfortable, including very comfortable beds.

The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Even somewhere to store your luggage if you have a late flight or transfer. Also transfer service is excellent!

Highly recommend this apartment.. great location, walk out the door and you are in the heart of Lisbon. Beautiful facilities.. everything you need. The apartment was beautiful presented and very clean. The staff at Lisbon Best Apartments were very professional, prompt and super friendly and helpful… nothing too much trouble. We also used the transfer service , highly recommend also. Would stay here again if we visit Lisbon again.

Hello, I am writing to report a robbery at this property. We are writing because we are concerned about the safety of this property as we are now sure anyone can enter this property. While we stayed here we had a large sum stolen from our wallet in cash. We contacted the property ASAP and then they blamed us for losing the code. Saying they trust their employees and then they stopped replying to us whatsoever. Even though the code was always in my bag, we never lost it and we learnt it by heart anyway. We have realised this loss is our fault and we should have hidden the money better. But we are mainly concerned about the fact that anyone can enter the apartments as they please and it definitely had to be an inside job as there were no signs of forced entry. Ironically when we were checking in we asked the host if it is safe and he said of course it’s super safe. There are cameras in the property but the hosts stopped replying to us when we asked them to access this. We are deeply concerned about this whole setup. It is very scary to think I could have walked it on them during the robbery and what could have happened then.. or if they decided to do it during the night. We just felt so unsafe and upset about how the hosts handled it. What is the point in cameras if anyone can open the doors?

Excellent location & the apartment had everything we needed. Supermarket & lots of care/ restaurants nearby. Parking available which was great.

Very clean, well-equipped

Excellent location less than 100m from one of the exits from the Baixo-Chiado metro station. Well located for tram services and close to many major attractions. Spacious, well-appointed flat. The staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful.

There is a nightclub opposite down in the street. It was occasionally a bit noisy requiring the windows to remain shut

The apartment is well equipped. Location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in was a little chaotic. Communication coming from two different individuals via email and WhatsAp. Could have been a smoother check-in process but would still stay again.

The location is ideal: central enough to easily reach all major sights, yet quiet enough to relax after a full day of exploring. Her kindness, professionalism, and constant availability made a real difference. Thanks to the dedication of Mafalda and the entire team, we felt genuinely cared for and completely at home. Loved the apartment, great location, could walk to restaurants, shops, and waterfront. Staff were excellent, greeting us when we arrived, helping us with our luggage, showing us where the secure parking lot was on the next block, providing us with restaurant recommendations, checking that everything was good, asking if we needed help when we were departing. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, included a washroom, great shower, and comfortable bed. Even though the apartment was close to everything, it was surprisingly quiet inside. We loved it and would totally book it again if we're back in Lisbon another time.

Everything was perfect and our apartment was on the 4th floor. Fernando greeted us warmly and provided us with a lot of good information. We loved the fruit bowl, being able to do a load of laundry, and the nespresso machine with a ton of coffee pods (although we broke the machine and a replacement came quickly). The apartment was beautiful and was perfect for our family of three. My daughter said the pullout couch was comfortable. The apartment has great natural light and we loved the building. Everything was very clean. Excellent staff and communication. The location was perfect and we would love to stay here again.

Excellent location, and the apartment was a beautiful vintage but modern rehab Ed apartment with a loft bedroom and a cute gorgeous balcony overlooking Lisbon and the castle. Comfortable and plentiful beds for our family of five. Joao was very communicative and helpful even before our trip began. Couldn't ask for a better location and housing in Lisbon. Amenities were great,including laundry..Cute windows , bathroom mirrors had built in TVs. Walking distance to all the main Lisbon points of interest and neighborhoods.

Main lounge thermostat and lower floor bedroom thermostat were not working when we arrived. Host was not sure why and it was quite cold, but turned out to be a simple fix. as the electrical panel had a tripped circuit breaker and turning it on got the heat working for the rest of the trip. Minor issue really. .

Everything was wonderful from being greeted by Elke to touring the area and being fed a sumptuous breakfast. The surroundings were very neat, clean and comfortable, the rooms open with private outside space available. We all felt very much at ease and welcomed there.

Nothing, at first I was a little concerned about our location, it is secluded but actually only a few minutes drive to town.

Location, elevator, air conditioning controls in each room, very well equipped, and a fantastic shower!!

Absolutely everything! Hosts Fernando and Yuran were great, we got delayed at the airport but they were so accommodating and helpful. The apartment is fantastic has everything you could possibly need, very comfortable. View from the balcony is really beautiful. Apartment is also located 2 minutes from metro station, location is so central for everything yet inside apartment, even on the balcony it was quiet. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Lisbon Best apartments! Every detail was thoughtfully and masterfully executed. The apartment was so well sound proofed that not only could you not hear the cacophony outside, but also no sounds from other rooms in the apartment. The staff was fantastic! The room was super clean and smelled wonderful. They even turned on the A/C before we checked in so the apartment felt so comfortable and cool. The little kitchen was well equipped, and even with Vista Alegre China. The apartment was a true haven in a very busy and noisy city. We have found our go-to each time we are in Lisbon!

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to major sites and restaurants. Rooms were nice and quiet at night. Room was clean with maid service mid-stay. Hosts even provided coffee, bottled water and fresh fruit for our stay.

Staff were very nice and provided a fruit basket for us upon arrival. The apartment was spacious and served our needs well. The location also worked well for us, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and some of the sights.
