Excellent location. Right in the centre of the Medina but still in a quiet location where you could relax. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and were always there if anything was needed or had to be arranged.

Very clean, cute decorations, excellent breakfast, and the staff are amazing. Aziz was especially accommodating and was there for our every need. He was a great host and had a sense of humor which made us feel right at home. We had to leave early one day and he even packed a small breakfast for us to go.

This place was amazing. I came out here to surprise my girlfriend and propose and Aziz arrange to have flowers and candles and it was perfect. He helped make everything possible and I couldn’t have asked for more. Great rooms and the beds were extremely comfy. The staff is amazing and they don’t get enough credit. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

What is there not to love. Location, pool and roof terrace, beautiful riad and amazing staff. Aziz was so accomodating, he made us a delicious traditional breakfast every morning and even woke up at 2:30am to prepare it when we had to leave for the airport. It was honestly the perfect oasis after a day getting lost in the souks, thanks to the beauty and calming presence of the riad and its staff.

Nous avons tout aimé, la localisation, la décoration, la calme, et par dessus tout la gentillesse du personnel avec une mention spéciale pour Aziz qui a été vraiment au petit soin avec nous tout au long de notre séjour.

hele lieve personeel en elke ochtend kregen we een traditioneel ontbijt. Ik heb enorm genoten en we kregen veel handige tips over plekken dat we konden bezoeken.

De toeristen tax en dat veel met alleen cash betaald kan worden.

Il y a des endroits où l’on séjourne… et il y a des endroits que l’on quitte avec le cœur lourd. Ce riad fait incontestablement partie de la deuxième catégorie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Aziz avec une gentillesse, une bienveillance et un professionnalisme exceptionnels. Il a su nous mettre à l’aise immédiatement, au point que nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible, il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Aziz a été bien plus qu’un hôte : il nous a conseillé sur tous les lieux incontournables de Marrakech, partagé ses meilleures adresses et pris le temps de répondre à chacune de nos questions avec patience et enthousiasme. Grâce à ses précieux conseils, nous avons pu découvrir la ville dans les meilleures conditions. Son sens de l’accueil est tout simplement remarquable et il fait partie de ces personnes qui rendent un voyage encore plus beau. Un immense merci également à Amina et Kenza, qui réalisent un travail exceptionnel. Le riad est d’une propreté irréprochable, les chambres sont toujours impeccables et chaque détail est soigné avec beaucoup d’attention. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur sourire et leur gentillesse apportent une véritable touche de douceur au séjour. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner… Un vrai bonheur ! Chaque matin, nous avons dégusté un petit-déjeuner copieux, varié, frais et délicieux. Tout était préparé avec soin, c’était le moment parfait pour commencer la journée avant de partir découvrir Marrakech. Le riad est magnifique, paisible et parfaitement entretenu. On s’y sent en sécurité, choyé et accueilli comme un membre de la famille. Ici, l’hospitalité n’est pas un simple mot, c’est une véritable philosophie. Toute l’équipe met tout en œuvre pour que chaque client vive une expérience unique. Les chambres sont très luxueuse et confortable, en plein mois d’août la clim n’étais pas de refus ahaha.

Our stay at Riad Dar Yema was one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after the holiday ends. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt an immediate sense of peace — like we had arrived somewhere special, somewhere that cared about us not just as guests, but as people. The riad itself is beautiful, full of character and calm, but what made our time there unforgettable was Azziz, the hotel manager. His kindness wasn’t just part of his job, it felt genuine, thoughtful, and deeply human. Every day, he found ways to make our stay easier, happier, and more meaningful. Whether he was helping us plan our day, sharing local insights, or simply checking in with a warm smile, he made us feel seen and looked after. There was a sincerity in the way he cared for us that turned a wonderful holiday into something truly special. It’s rare to meet someone who elevates an entire experience just by being who they are, but Azziz did exactly that. We left Riad Dar Yema with full hearts, grateful for the memories and for the people who made them especially Azziz ❤️ We can’t wait to return.

Riad is located have and easy access to the main square, which makes the navigation in the Medina really easy. The staff is super friendly and made out stay super pleasant

Il personale era davvero eccezionale, persone bravissime e sopratutto disponibili per ogni cosa! Hanno reso il soggiorno in questa Riad perfetto, era tutto pulito e c’era molta attenzione, anche la colazione buonissima.

L’unica mia pecca ma personale, è che la Riad si trova nel centro vicino a tutto però si trova comunque in delle vie poco illuminate a volte proprio buie e che se torni di sera verso le 11/00:00 a casa mette un attimo di ansia. Essendo che devi andare a piedi perforza poiché taxi non riescono a passarci.

Il riad é davvero splendido e ben tenuto, la camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione buona ed abbondante. Aziz é stato gentile, professionale e pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste, oltre a dare ottime indicazioni su come muoversi nella Medina e cosa visitare. Posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere a piedi facilmente le attrazioni principali

Le riad est idéalement situé. Très proche des souks et de la place Jamaa el Fna. L accueil est irréprochable. Le personnel est sympathique et bienveillant. Petit déjeuner copieux mélangeant pain et gâteaux traditionnels et petit déjeuner plus "européen". Les chambres sont tres propres et nettoyées tous les jours .

La tranquilidad y paz que habitaba el lugar. Asís, el encargado, quien nos hizo sentir especiales y nos brindó información valiosa sobre Marrakech (paseos, restaurantes, alertas a tener en cuenta para no ser estafados en la Medina, etc.)

De la propiedad nos gustó todo. En nuestro, la llegada nocturna a Marruecos (no solo a Marrakech) nos asustó un poco por la diferencia de idioma, de modos y demás.. pero al llegar al Riad, Asís nos brindó seguridad y tranquilidad para que salgamos a dar un paseo por la Medina y la plaza Jema.

The staff's hospitality stood out the most! They all were so polite, caring, and accommodating. Greatly appreciate all they did for us every day. The riad was beautiful and cozy.

Excelente Riad. Lindo. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e cuidado. Excelente localização. Os funcionários, em especial o Aziz, sao de uma simpatia e excelentes profissionais, deixando-nos sempre à vontade e a sentirmo-nos em casa.

O caminho para o Riad pode parecer um pouco, labirintingo e desconfortável, ao primeiro impacto. Nao nos podemos esquecer que estamos dentro da Medina. Mas sempre nos sentimos seguros. E qd se abre a porta do Riad…. Parece que mudamos de mundo. Sente-se o sossego.

Riad muito bem localizado; Super central a 5min a pé da praça Jemaa El Fna. Localização tranquila, no meio da Medina. O funcionário Aziz foi muito prestável, dando-nos dicas uteis de sitios a visitar e sitios para comer. Sempre disposto a tornar a estadia em Marrakesh o melhor possível. O pequeno almoço foi ótimo todos os dias e iam variando alguns produtos - tudo muito caseiro e delicioso e muita quantidade. Foi nos dado o quarto no ultimo andar, que tem um terraço, que pode ser usado por todos os hospedes, no entanto é bastante privado. Gostamos muito e recomendamos este local para ficar no centro da Medina.

Achei os Transfers Riad-Airport caros (50€ cada trajeto) e o preço não foi acordado previamente. Os preços que têm no site parecem não estar atualizados. Para além disso, reservamos 3 quartos, e um deles não incluía pequeno almoço e tivemos de pagar à parte; não sei se foi um problema do Booking ou do Hotel. Mas prefiro ter tudo pago antes do que pagar no alojamento. Houve também uma situação em que nos pediram os passaportes quando chegamos para fazer o ``check-in`` e queriam ficar com eles até ao dia seguinte, o qual recusei. Levei os passaportes comigo nessa noite, e não foram mais precisos.... foi estranho só, mas ficou rapidamente resolvido.

Un endroit très paisible au cœur de Marrakech. Le riad est très propre, très joliment décoré et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le vrai point fort reste l’équipe : tout le monde est extrêmement accueillant, disponible, réactif et toujours aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement. On s’y sent vraiment bien dès l’arrivée. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous venons de passer une semaine absolument magnifique dans ce riad, et nous en repartons avec des souvenirs incroyables. Il Riad é ben tenuto ed é centrale. Aziz ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e simpatia t. La camera era pulita silenziosa. Posizione centrale: in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza principale Servizio da/per l’aeroporto, puntuale, professionale e preciso.

There is so much to love about this Riad. From the minute we booked it, our questions were answered quickly, they sorted out airport transfers (that included a porter to guide us through the maze of streets), made us feel so welcome, were quick with a smile, and wanted to make sure we had the best time. Both Amina and Aziz were wonderful hosts. The riad is beautiful. We had a twin room that was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower. The tradition Moroccan breakfasts were varied on each of the three days, and always delicious. The rooftop was a lovely sun trap for a quiet escape in the afternoons.

There is very little not to like. If I had to say one thing - the bed was a bit firmer than I like but my friend loved it - it’s all about personal preference.

Beautiful Riad and very hospitable people

This riad is a beautiful place. Our room was spacious for a family of 3. We were on the 3rd floor and had the whole rooftop to ourselves. The guests didn't come up to the rooftop during our stay. Aziz was helpful and kind. He helped set up our transport to the airport. I highly recommend this option. A gentleman came with a cart to transport our bags to the car. Aziz showed us how to make mint tea :) We did not eat breakfast here but there are a lot of small shops nearby to get food. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. They provided soap and there is a hair dryer available. The common area is lovely. Great for relaxing and taking some cute selfies. You can hear noise from the kids outside during the day but it's pretty quiet at night. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Outside the riad felt unkempt

The staff are very friendly and the location is fantastic, very close to the square and the souqs. The Riad is a wonderful tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. On arrival we had a hamman and massage which was the perfect start to our trip and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Unfortunately our room was a little damp being on the ground floor and mould was growing up the wall. Marrakech is wetter than usual so we put it down to this but you could smell the damp and the bedding was damp at night. Which is why we couldn’t give this property a 10. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Location is unbeatable—this riad sits right in the heart of the Medina, just a short walk from the main restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The staff truly elevated the experience. They were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, always ready to help and ensure everything ran smoothly. Through the riad, we booked several activities including a camel ride, enjoyed the daily breakfast, and took advantage of the spa services—all of which were well-organized and added great value to our stay. The room itself was on the smaller side, but thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and equipped with AC, which made a big difference. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo riad è stato semplicemente delizioso. Situato nel cuore della medina, è la base perfetta per scoprire Marrakech. All’arrivo in aeroporto, il transfer organizzato dal riad ci ha portati direttamente fino alla porta. Lì siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Amina, che ci ha subito fatti sentire a casa e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per il nostro primo soggiorno a Marrakech. Il riad è impeccabile: pulitissimo, curato e molto accogliente. Tutto lo staff è stato straordinario, ci hanno trattati come dei re e ci hanno davvero coccolati durante tutta la permanenza. Sono simpaticissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. La posizione è perfetta: nel pieno centro della medina e vicinissima alle principali attrazioni. Siamo riusciti a visitare Marrakech spostandoci comodamente a piedi.

This stay was absolutely amazing, The staff were so friendly they moved us to the top floor as a complete surprise as they wanted us to make the most of the terrace. The breakfast every morning was so good, with a variety of local dishes. We arrived one evening and were given a nice local dish to try. We genuinely could not recommend this Riad enough, we will stay here every single time we come to Marrakesh!

The location within the Medina was perfectly close to the main square but quiet enough to retreat. Our room was immaculate, spacious and the shower was heavenly! Breakfast is delicious, nothing was too much trouble to ask for. Assis and Amina (apologies if names are incorrect or misspelt) are kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful - they couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay and time in Marrakech was perfect. And I was gifted with a small pouch of beauty gifts on departure.

Nothing at all. The roof terrace furniture is a little dated but comfortable and didn’t stop us using it. A heater would be wonderful for the colder evenings!

Frühstück wurde serviert. Eher auf der süßen Seite aber ich nehme an das ist eher landestypisch. Der Kaffee war sehr gut und die Servicekräfte sehr nett.

Personnel hyper bienveillant et petit déj au top ! Riad à 15 min à pied de la place principale. Je recommande également de prendre le transport aller et retour. Pour 20 euros, cela vaut vraiment la tranquillité d'esprit et vous n'aurez pas à chercher le Riad par vous-même avec tous les bagages.

Le petit déj pourrait être plus varié mais c'est un détail.

Siamo rimaste incantate da questo riad! Appena varcata la porta, ci si dimentica del caos della città. Il cortile interno con la fontana è semplicemente magico. Aziz e tutto lo staff sono stati di una gentilezza straordinaria, facendoci sentire a casa con il loro the alla menta e i dolcetti marocchini. La camera era pulita, e molto silenziosa. Posizione eccellente: in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza principale Consiglio di utilizzare il loro servizio da/per l’aeroporto, puntuale, professionale, preciso e sicuro.
