Amaris Hotel Padang

I like to stay

Just no makers coffe

Location

Toilet is too dark, phone desk & window wall dirty, bed sheet dirty with hairs & pillow sheet never change have human hair oil smell

Friendly staffl, strategic location

There is a water leaking from the aircond in my room

Location wise is great. And easy to access to all

Lovely staff, great location right in the middle of the city and comfortable room. Breakfast was decent - we’d have liked some fruit and proper coffee.

Great location right in the city centre, with easy access to restaurants and transport. We were upgraded to a front-facing room with a large glass front, however unfortunately it was very hot and quite noisy, as right in a main road. But the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent throughout our stay — very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for food and transport, and kindly storing our bags for a week while we travelled around the area.

The rooms at the back were quieter than those at the front.

Rien à dire!Parfait!

Boa opção em Padang

Clean and good location

Nice place and beautiful room. Its clean and they have nice breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is nice, especially if you stay at the top floor.

No option to stay without breakfast

Infra-estrutura excelente do hotel. Funcionários bem receptivas e dispostas a ajudar (precisei de um check-out late tranquilo e justo), pedi dicas de onda sacar dinheiro, fui muito bem recebido. Voltaria com certeza.

Nada a relamar. Usei para um pernoite. No outro dia segui para uma viagem de barco. Café de manhã achei mais nativo com comidas locais, eu que sou acostumado a comer queijo, preseunto, etc, não tinha. Mas bom para experimentar novas culinárias.

The breakfast has enough spread for guests (scramble eggs, bread, steamed sweet potato, chicken porridge, fruits, nasi goreng with veggie and fried chicken). Hair dryer is available upon request. Quick response for maintenance officer to fix the television. Wi fi is super-fast.

nothing

Very comfortable and great location

Smell so good

Great location and easy access to the city centre. Food wise is good taste with basic beverages served

The bedsheets and comforter wasn’t clean well and leave uncomfort smells. Its causing uncomfortable to lay down and causing itchiness. The bathroom wasn’t clean properly with the stained and leave unpleasant smells too. The furniture are not well maintained and faded. The floor are slightly dirty with stained

Everything's nearby. Great service by the staff. I love it so much. Very comfortable

Basic but good and comfortable place. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! Bathroom was perfect. Great attentive staff

Staff friendly and give a very good service

The breakfast option not much.

Near the mosque And staff are always friendly

None

I had a power outage for two days prior to my intended stay, as I was in the Mentawais. I tried to reschedule on the day of my intended arrival and the person who responded was very short with me. I understand that it's fair because their policy but I would have appreciated if the staff member that I spoke to was a bit more empathetic and polite, seeing as I lost 400k+ due to circumstances that were not my fault. I am not asking them to change their policy or make exceptions for me, just to be treated with the politeness that many other hotels have shown me.

The staffs are friendly

Value for money. Helpful staff

Nothing

Breakfast was great & value for money. Friendly staff , simple check in & out

Location is good, breakfast spread is good and staff were responsive.

Cleanliness must be improved. Bedsheets stains present. Toilet are not clean. The room is small. Hardly any space to walk after placing the luggage on the floor. However , for the price paid, the room size is considered acceptable. Most important , cleanliness must be improved.

Location is the best

Facilities is too old

Location is really good close to Mc Donald’s / Pizza Hut / supermarket / kfc

The mosque church will wake you up very early in the morning …. But it happened the same at Ibis

Good location, clean spacious rooms.

Wi-Fi was weak.

the breakfast is good..

the room a bit small

The location was great, the room was clean, breakfast was OK, limited options but it was fine.

Nothing

The bed was comfortable

Breakfast need to be improving and have more options

Comfortable bed. Good Buffet breakfast but without the Freshmilk. The room is small, but u can pray at Prayer Hall at level 2. Free welcome drink coffee and tea.

Cleanliness can be improved. Just light brush will do. Siram2 isn't adequate. Toilet paper 🧻 ran out .

location is great

breakfast too standard

Feels like new hotel. Maybe it is really new.

Room a bit small.
