Antonio was very helpful and informative.rooms very comfortable with all modern vacilities.very close to trevi fountain and the crowds the room had very good modern sound proofing so you heard no noise.

Location was superb! Trevi fountain a minute away, no exhajeration, Pantheon, main shopping street 10-15mins etc. Everything within walking distance. Lively stalls just outside, great restaurants, bakery around the corner and even an McDonalds if your desperate! Antonio at front desk was super helpful and appartment itself was very modern and immaculate. Simple and very tasty continental breakfast.

La atención y el trato recibidos fueron excelentes, especialmente por parte de Antonio y de la señora encargada de la limpieza. La ubicación es inmejorable: está muy céntrico, junto a la Fontana di Trevi y con muy buenas comunicaciones. La habitación está muy bien aislada acústicamente, algo que se agradece mucho teniendo en cuenta que se encuentra en una zona tan céntrica.

Cosas a mejorar, aunque no las consideraría aspectos negativos: El desayuno resultaba un poco repetitivo, ya que prácticamente se ofrecía lo mismo todos los días. También nos resultó algo diferente no poder servirnos nosotros mismos. Aunque se agradece mucho el esfuerzo y la atención de Antonio, estamos más acostumbrados al sistema de buffet, donde cada uno puede servirse libremente. Con un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, la experiencia habría sido perfecta. No obstante, la calidad de los cruasanes y del resto de productos ofrecidos era muy buena.

Room was modern and spacious, no iron in the room but staff were happy to supply one. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Arranged pick up & drop off at the airport. Breakfast was good, enough options to choose, mainly continental. Access felt very secure. Location to the Trevi fountain was excellent, <1 minute, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely say there again.

Wouldn’t really say too much not to like, you could pay more for a better standard of hotel but when you spend so little time in it, it’s not worth it.

Great location! I didn't realise just how close this was to the Trevi Fountain. I enjoy the busy streets of Rome as you step out of the accommodation. While on one of the main streets the accommodation felt very sage. Rooms also had good sound proofing and we didn't hear anything from the streets below. Staff were helpful in arranging a transfer from the airport for us.

Rooms were clean however there was a very strong smell of bleach in the hallway all of the days of our stay. The third bed added for our triple room was quite uncomfortable and was a little difficult with 3 large suitcases.

The hotel is just a few steps away from Trevi Fountain and just a short walk away from Pantheon and Spanish steps. Antonio was extremely helpful in ensuring we have a smooth sightseeing journey that he gave us a map showing all the nearby attractions in Rome and wrote down the approximate minutes to get there. They also have a good breakfast which is a plus so you'll just step out of the hotel worry free of where to purchase breakfast given everywhere in Rome is so expensive. Arranging for transport was also easy given we are a group of 5 with a senior and a child, Antonio made the necessary arrangements to ensure we are picked up from the airport and sent to the train station for our next journey. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay and will definitely come back here again.

Nothing really. Probably just the lift that it's just for 2-3 pax max so the others would have to climb up or down the stairs when in rush to the 2nd floor (considerably like a 3rd floor as count starts from Ground, 1st, 2nd floor). Also, since it's small, people with a lot of bulky luggage would have to go one by one to get up or down which is not very convenient for a group of 5 people with 5 bulky luggage.

Breakfast was good and the location was beyond excellent. The staff went above and beyond with the breakfast and transport.

The staff Ms. Cathy and Mr. Carlos were very pleasant people! They actually made our stay comfortable. The free breakfast was served to us and we had more than enough to eat,saved us a lot of money! The room was clean and provided a bunk bed for the children and comfortable Queen bed for us the Parents. Highly recommend!

magnífica experiencia en este alojamiento, principalmente por Antonio que es súper amable y dispuesto para ayudar en todo lo necesario... sin duda marca la diferencia respecto a cualquier otro B&B, siendo justo lo que necesitan las familias cuando vas a una ciudad/país desconocido. Otro factor diferenciador es la ubicación, cerca de gran variedad de monumentos como el Panteón o Fontana di Trevi que están a cuatro pasos (literal). Está cerquita de calles principales de la ciudad, autobuses urbanos y metro. se puede ir andando al Coliseo a tan sólo 20 minutos yendo con niños de 3 y 7 años. Habitación amplia y limpia... con aire acondicionado lo cual es muy importante en Roma durante el verano.

Nada a destacar... teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un B&B, no un hotel... pero como digo Antonio te acoge fenomenal para que te sientas como en casa

The unit was modern inside with two separate spaces for kids and adults, and a toilet/sink separate from a shower/sink which made it easier for a family to get ready in the morning. It is steps away from Trevi Fountain which is convenient, but also very hectic and busy. Depending on the time of day, when we left the apartment, we would have to enter a river of moving people. Walking distance to most things including transportation. Steps from Trevi Fountain. Go in the early morning for great photos from the funtain basin.

The main bed was firm and not very comfortable. TV did not show anything in English (no Netflix). The first host we met was very kind. The second host we met upon checkout was not as friendly as the first. You can tell that many people do not like tourist. A good number of people were very rude and unkind to us. City is dirty, busy and loud. Many people only cared about themselves, and not others. We feel blessed to have gotten to see historic locations. Historic landmarks should accessible and shared with the world. We did not like Rome as a place to visit or the people who were rude to us. We will not be back.

Posizione ottima, varie attrazioni raggiungibili in 20/30 minuti a piedi. Colazione ottima e servita al tavolo. Signor Antonio gentilissimo e disponibile. Se si arriva prima dell’ora del check-in si possono lasciare le valigie in struttura e stessa cosa anche per il check-out.

The location is very central.

They refused to clean our room the following day. They claimed that they were supposed to clean once every 48 ours! It is not what we paid for. They mentioned that they cleaned the room before us. We cleaned the room ourselves. The next morning during breakfast, we had to ask 3 times and insist for an extra portion of praline spread, fruits weren't of good quality and we had to either take the last banana offered or not have one at all. We chosed not to have any. The next morning we didn't bother to eat at the hotel. Unacceptable behavior.

It was in a great location, we were able to walk most anywhere. Antonio, the receptionist, was kind and attentive. The room had a queen and a double bed which met our needs. The restroom is updated and clean. The location is right in the center of Trevi and around the corner from the fountain. The room is safe and secure as well. I recommend the place.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and was very helpful. He called us a taxi for the following morning, offered helpful advice on how to best reach one of our tours, and even offered to give our daughters a few things for breakfast since we were leaving very early.

We had a wonderful stay at Trevi Elite. The room was very clean, the sheets and towels were fresh, and everything was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring Rome. But what really made our experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, from the receptionist to Katia, who took great care of our room and always kept everything spotless. A very special thank you to Antonio, who went above and beyond to help us. I was traveling with many suitcases and my daughter was using a wheelchair, which made things more challenging. Since taxis cannot stop directly in front of the hotel, Antonio personally helped us find a taxi, carried our luggage, walked with us, and made sure everything was taken care of. His kindness and attention made a huge difference for our family. Thank you to the entire Trevi Elite team for making us feel so welcome. We truly appreciated everything and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I think that the entrance of the hotel should be more visible since it was a little hard to find. For example, maybe add a sign above the door or something like that.

La ubicación se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio del centro incluso al Vaticano unos 40 min a pié. El chico que está de encargado super amable te aconseja de sitios donde comer y cenar comida tradicional.

Hemos estado pasando unos días en el puente de mayo y elegir este alojamiento fue todo un acierto. Antonio, la persona que lo gestiona, es un encanto, siempre dispuesto a facilitarte la estancia incluso antes de la llegada. El alojamiento está en pleno centro de Roma, a un minuto andando a la Fontana de Trevi. Y aunque es una zona muy bulliciosa, en las habitaciones no se escucha nada de ruido. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y la habitación era perfecta para pasar unos días en familia. 100x100 recomendable

Posizione favolosa, a due passi dalla Fontana di Trevi. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una quadrupla molto accogliente, pulitissima e con arredi nuovi e moderni. Antonio è una persona di una gentilezza e cortesia squisita. La colazione viene servita al piano, è abbondante, disponibile sia salata che dolce.

Probably just me, but although it was a pleasant stay just wasn’t what I expected. For an old building it was very modern interior. Loved the lift.

Een heel leuk en gezellig hotel! Goede gastheer. Perfecte ligging en een hele goede prijs voor deze locatie. Een drukke plek en toch niks van geluidshinder in de kamer.

Ontbijt was in orde maar er mocht misschien wel iets meer variatie zijn.

The location was excellent. Trevi Fountain was about a 45 second walk, Pantheon was maybe a 15 minute walk. The subway was only a 15-20 minute walk. Room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was nice to have as a starter (pastries, cheeses, ham, coffee etc.) Antonio was our contact person, we can't say enough nice things about him! He made the stay very smooth and welcoming.

I think the showers should have "dispensers" with soap/shower gel at least instead of little bars of soap. Shampoo on the counter in little packets, not the best look either, just add that to the dispensers.

La ubicación es increíble. Está a literalmente pasos de la Fontana de Trevi y queda a 10 minutos caminando de muchas atracciones como el Pantheon, Piazza Navona y a unos 15-20 minutos de el Altar de la Patria. Y si quieres a unos 25-30 caminando al Coliseo. Habitaciones cómodas con estética moderna e iluminadas. Lo que falta en las habitaciones es espacio para maletas, el lugar para dejarlas es bastante pequeño, pero solo ese detalle. Habitaciones bien insonorizadas, el hospedaje está en la calle mas transitada de Roma y no se escuchó en ningún momento el ruido de afuera. El anfitrión, Antonio, muy amable y atento a tus necesidades. Habla español asi que si vienes de un país de habla hispana no tendrás ningún problema. Desayuno no muy variado, pero rico. Todo tipo de restaurants, tiendas de souvenirs, supermercados cerca ya que esta en la zona mas turística de Roma. Me gustó mucho mi estadía. Lo recomiendo, precio/calidad está excelente si quieres estar cerca de todo y cómodo.

Estéticamente la entrada al hospedaje no es muy bonita, es solo una puerta que se abre con clave y está un poco sucio al lado de la entrada. Espacio pequeño para maletas. Lo otro que no me gustó mucho es que la recepción solo funciona de 8 a 15, sin embargo Antonio deja su WhatsApp para que te puedas comunicar con él si problemas ante cualquier eventualidad. Nada más.
