Location
Hotel was good
That booking.com charged 2 times instead one onetime and the hotel never got a confirmation and I had to pay for a whole another room
The location was great. With the holiday weekend the price was very reasonable.
Zentrale Lage, Frühstück gut
Bad etwas "altmodisch" , Pool könnte moderner sein
Le hideaway et service rapide le matin
Froid, sombre, bruyant, très bruyant
Breakfast was good. Fast responsive service. Good downtown location, smaller feel than busy Hilton across the street.
Uncomfortable bed. Holes in the sheets. Splatter marks on bathroom vanity wood facing, I wiped them off myself.
Location Clean room Comfortable bed
Weak shower Strong chlorine smell in the gym (next to the pool) No complimentary water in the room

Parking was eh
The Duniway was very disappointing - hotel entrance was dirty and the lobby was worn, the check-in was efficient at best, elevator was dark and dingy, hall carpet had not been vacuumed recently. Reluctantly we went ahead and checked in - but once in our room we decided move hotels - the desk person did not care one bit we were checking out and had not one question to as why we were. Fortunately we found another hotel near by - best decision ever!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Duniway Hotel in Portland. Despite having a valid confirmation number and proof that our reservation had been confirmed, the hotel informed us upon arrival that there was no room available. It felt like they had overbooked the hotel and then tried to make it seem as though the problem was somehow on our end, rather than taking responsibility for their mistake. Instead of acknowledging what had happened, we felt completely gaslighted throughout the interaction. The worst part was that this happened late at night, leaving us stranded with nowhere to stay. There were no hotel rooms available anywhere in Portland or even across the river in Vancouver, Washington, making an already stressful situation significantly worse. After a long day of travel, we were left scrambling with virtually no options because of the hotel’s mistake. There was little empathy, no meaningful effort to make the situation right, and no sense of urgency despite the circumstances. Mistakes can happen, but how a hotel responds is what defines good customer service. In this case, we were effectively left out to dry even though we had clear proof of our reservation. I expected far better from a hotel in this category and would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
Comfy bed
Parking , head boards were all torn up , stained carpets didn’t feel very clean way over priced , valet didn’t want to take our car , no lunch options in hotel
Location was central. Check in was great with upgrade honoured for gold member with extra perks explained. Room was large but dated and tired so didn’t feel like an upgrade. Perhaps some rooms have been updated. Bar service was great and breakfast was enjoyable with helpful staff. Overall with perks the value was good.
Right downtown. Parking garage next door. Hotel ambiance was good and had a bar and restaurant area that was convenient.
Bed wasn't ad comfortable as I hoped. Every staff person I engaged with was very dry and didn't offer a smile or pleasantries. Too bad. That would have made the experience nicer.
The Duniway is a well appointed, very “Portland” hotel. The rooms are comfortable, lobby bar a great place to meet friends and family for a card game and a cocktail, and breakfast at Mayrose was delicious (open faced breakfast club for the win!). Gerry at Mayrose was friendly and efficient, while ensuring I didn’t feel rushed with my breakfast. I also appreciated that the front desk at l check in made sure I understood my diamond honors benefits and at checkout confirmed they’d been applied without me asking. After having to chase down billing departments at other properties to get credits applied, it’s always appreciated when the desk is proactive.
Breakfast was fantastic!!! Very helpful and courteous staff - enjoyed our stay.
Wish there was a coffee/water station set up in the lobby.
I love this place and near downtown good service and food hotel look unique for me because just I live in forecast and deer and it kind mean to me
Just close bar and restaurant very early
Nice spacious room. Stayed 1 night in king room, beautiful view of downtown. Cute coffee bar in lobby. Room had a sofa and desk area that was nice.
The headboard was warn and the room smelt a tad musky. I loved the updated. Bathroom but the prefilled body wash was empty.
Stayed here a week in early June. Location was great - plenty of walkable restaurants. Interacted with 6-7 of the staff, to a person they were fantastic. The room was quiet and dark and comfortable. I would stay here again.
Comfy bed, plenty of space in the room. Proper desk with good light. Decent shower, nice towels. Lovely having a pool for a swim. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The vegan options for breakfast were in short supply, everything seemed very expensive.
Location and restaurant
The room was shabby. There was no internet on the tv.
The staff was really great. The rooms were unbelievably roomy. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Needed more light in the bathroom.
The staff was over the top and helping us in any way. Very friendly. You felt very comfortable throughout the stay.
There needs to be a little bit more lighting in the bathroom. It was hard to see.
Very nice hotel. Had character. Excellent bed and pillows.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Duniway! The location was good, and in walking distance to many of the things I wanted to see and do in PDX. The rooms were really comfortable and clean, and I slept well - relatively little noise, and comfortable beds. I also enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff were, as they provided a bunch of recommendations for places to eat and how best to get around the city. I definitely recommend staying here!
Everything!
N/A
The location was perfect for our stay. The hotel was very nice and clean, very fancy looking. The beds very comfy and soft sheets. The restaurant breakfast was delicious. The gym was great. Easy parking right next door and a lot cheaper than most places. The rooftop courtyard was really cool, it was a perfect night to check it out.
Our room opened up to the rooftop courtyard, so I didn't really feel comfortable having the curtains open. Not a huge deal though, and the courtyard itself was pretty cool. For the life of me, I couldn't get the fancy coffee maker to work, even after reading directions and watching how to videos. I'm still thinking about that defeat and what the coffee would have tasted like. 😆
Very disappointing experience for an Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts property. After reading other reviews, I can now see that my experience was not isolated. The hotel looks modern, but the service does not match the premium branding or expectations associated with Amex Platinum benefits. I arrived at 9:30 AM and was told I would need to pay extra for early check-in. There was also no room upgrade offered, despite booking through Fine Hotels + Resorts. The front desk interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, and the staff member assisting me seemed visibly irritated. Several other reviews mention inconsistent service, unfriendly staff, and benefits not being handled as expected, and unfortunately that was exactly my experience as well. This property may work as a standard hotel stay, but it does not deliver the level of hospitality I would expect from a Fine Hotels + Resorts hotel.
Was clean, centrally located, and parking secured 24hrs a day.
$4.00 for a bottle of water? Should be complimentary in each room. We need water like wtf?
I loved how clean everything was — both the lobby and the rooms smelled fresh and spotless. I absolutely loved the blackout curtains; they are the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and so were the pillows. The location is perfect, close to all the nice spots in downtown.
Everything was excellent. The staff was exceptional. Location worked out perfectly.
The only complaint I had about the whole stay was that the showers had about as much water pressure as an eye dropper.
This was the most disappointing hotel experience. Rude front desk, we tried to plan something special for our 30th wedding anniversary and this was the biggest disappointment.
Staff was so lovely. Front desk person at check in was absolutely amazing!
Shower was kinda grimy with black, squishy build up all between the floor tiles. That was the only thing I had complaints about.
We were very excited to receive a 2 night stay in Portland. We choose the Duniway from a list of choices due to their reviews. The hotel’s location was great but we were met with several employees that acted as though we were an imposition when needing their help in any way- such as do I need to check out with you. At check-in, we were asked for our Am Ex card. We don’t have one. She said that’s too bad now we can’t get any of the benefits. (Free breakfast, upgraded room and late check out). I explained the room was a gift from my kids. It didn’t matter. She had a very condescending manner. Next problem began when we got to our room and found the headboard to be peeling. It was very off putting for a 4 star hotel. I called the desk to get a new room. She finally said I could but it wouldn’t be any better. At the point, I felt as though there would be no point in moving as there was no apology only lots of excuses about the rooms condition.
We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our pacific west coast trip a the hotel was great, very comfortable and clean and the reception team were very helpful and friendly. It had a. Pool and gym (we didn’t use - JETLAG) but looked great. It was an easy walk to most things from here, very close to the premium shops and the river. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong so just be prepared for a slightly longer shower
Location was perfect and the dynamic of hotel was what I expected as a higher end hotel. The lobby was to be expected and the room was quite comfortable.
My spouse and I stayed this past weekend, during a European sales conference. Under other circumstances, our experience would have been better, but this sales group were loud and definitely inebriated. The room joint to ours had 2+men who were very loud and impacted our restful sleep. I understand how those sales meetings go, but putting that party on the same floor, or next to, non sales....I wasn't impressed.
Comfortable room
For 1 hours earlier Check in they charge USD 25,- but my very early Check Out at 4am the next morning was not taken Into consideration or compensated for 1 hour earlier Check in 🤔
Great location, kids loved the pool. Really fun, modern aesthetic :)
Some finishes in room (headboards, window seat) showed noticeable wear and tear.,
The staff at front desk
Nothing
I thought the room itself was very nice and clean. No issues; however, service staff, both bar and restaurant were less than friendly and service was unavailable too often. The final kicker was… I stopped to ask when the bar/lounge would open. I was told 3:00. I invited partners for drinks at 3:30. 11 people show up but the lounge is not open. I check with the front desk and the attendant says, “Oh, we’re going to open at 4:30 now.” Fixable problem (as we went somewhere else), but shouldn’t happen. And… my $100 credit in the hotel went unused. Total drag. Again, cool hotel, priced right… bad and unreliable service!
Clean, quiet
No toothpaste in room
If this was a 3 star hotel the rating would have been higher as that’s all it is. I simply cannot fathom why this is rated as a 4.5 star hotel. Service is what makes highly rated hotel stand out. This was sorely lacking. A line up to the door at check in with 1 person working and that one person not very friendly made for a horrible check in. No answer any time we called front desk or housekeeping - room was lacking extra blankets and drinking glasses. We had much better luck with the AI texting as at least they sent someone to deliver the missing items and to check why our heat was not working. We sent a text at checkout to have a luggage cart brought to our room only to be told sorry, we are busy come get it yourself! 4.5 star… really. The room was clean but rough shape. The headboard was a soft fake leather and it had huge unsightly gouges and scratches all over it. There was a coat peg board on the wall and some of the pegs were broken off. And our heat didn’t work! They have it set it so you cannot go higher than 73. It was snowing and cold! Maintenance had to come and bypass the setting so we could turn it up. The location was about the only good thing I can say about this hotel. We felt cold, ignored, and definitely not pampered as we usually are at 4.5 star hotels. Do better Hilton or lower your rating
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet. The Duniway was a short walk to the Newwark Theater, where we were attending a dance performance. All the staff were friendly and answered all our questions. I also thought the price was reasonable, and I would stay at the Duniway for future visits.
Wow. This was one of the worst & most exhausting hotel stays I have had. Not because the space is bad, but because almost none of it is being allowed to function. To start with the positives, because they deserve mention. The bedding/sleep quality was excellent. Breakfast at Mayrose was genuinely outstanding. I had a breakfast slider and the Bloody Mary which were both steallar. Also had nitro cold brew coffee, which was easily the best cup of coffee I had in the city. Jeff, the bartender at breakfast, was knowledgeable, warm, and professional. Brown, a valet attendant working for a 3rd party parking service, was the single most helpful person I encountered. He explained confusing policies and genuinely tried to improve my experience before any tip was involved. These individuals clearly understand hospitality. Unfortunately, everything around them is broken. I booked this stay through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, which advertises specific benefits: Early check in at Noon, potential room upgrade, daily breakfast credit for two, 4 PM late checkout, complimentary WiFi, and a $100 experience credit. This is also a Hilton property, so Hilton Gold benefits are supposedly in play as well. In practice, these programs collide instead of complementing each other. I arrived at 2pm and while I was able to check in early, parking immediately became the first layer of confusion. Valet costs $59/ night with no access after hours. Self parking is at the sister property but cannot be billed to the room, meaning FHR credits cannot be applied. This was never explained by anyone other than Brown. After check in; I decided to have lunch. However at that time, nothing was open. No bar. No restaurant. No amenities. I was handed a confusing flow sheet listing closures and hours with no clear explanation (See photo attached). Early check in existed yes, but to the room only since all amenities were closed. Luckily there was a Canes chicken nearby who was willing to feed this starving traveler. In the room, I booked an ADA King, with complimentary upgrades listed as part of both FHR and Hilton Gold. I initially believed I had been placed in a single Queen because the bed felt smaller than expected within the space. After follow up communication with management, I understand the room was a standard King. That said, no upgrade was offered despite availability language in both FHR and Hilton Gold benefits. The bar at Mayrose, operates as lounge service only in the evenings. This means roughly twenty seats for a room full of guests. Table service unavailable, so guests stood in line to order drinks while large sections of the restaurant sat empty behind closed signs. After seeing a few guests enter the closed section and be seated, I asked if I could sit there as well (I had been waiting about ten minutes at this point). The bartender explained that while those guests were allowed to sit there to be nice, the area was technically closed. That moment summarizes the entire stay. Rules exist, but they are applied selectively. Guests who follow them are penalized. Guests who quietly bypass them are accommodated. None of this is the fault of the bartenders, who were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Decided to cross the street and visit the sister property hoping for relief. The same situation awaited. Huge open areas. Most seating closed. Two solo bartenders managing crowds. No improvement. I contacted the GM via the hotel app to express frustration, and the response quietly walked back the early check in promise, framed closures as scheduling choices, and redirected me once again to the sister property or to canned cocktails from a market. It addressed none of the underlying issues. During my entire stay, amid visible guest frustration and obvious staff strain, I never once saw a member of management present on the floor. The in room experience continued the theme. The refrigerator was plugged in and running, yet hot to the touch. There is no minibar, no room service, no printed menus, and no clear guidance. Everything is pushed to QR codes. So instead of being welcomed, you are onboarded. Instead of care, you get compliance. Instead of warmth, you get a bored gatekeeper irritated that you interrupted her screen time. Despite being guaranteed a 4 PM late checkout, I chose to leave EARLY. At that point, I had simply had enough. The most frustrating part is the unused space. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous public areas, massive square footage; all sitting behind closed signs while guests wait and staff burn out. This hotel has enormous potential, but it is paralyzed by poor operational decisions and invisible leadership. At $300 per night, this is unacceptable. The Duniway should be renamed "The Wrongway" if you ask me. Simply because everything here sends you in the opposite direction of clarity, ease, and hospitality. ZERO STARS AVOID AT ALL COST!
The location, the cleaning crew.. the breakfast was very good 👍
The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. That's the only thing that wasn't good for me.
Quietness
Nothing
The room worked perfectly for me, and the front desk staff and others I met were generally positive and professional experiences. The location of the Duniway also worked very well for me and I appreciated the layout of the room as I had to spend a few hours working so the large and well thought out desk was one of the better ones I've seen. I stayed on one of the top floors with a view of the city, and appreciated that the desk faced the door and provided some back lighting. The hotel is far enough away from other buildings that I wasn't really worried about people being able to see into the room and so skipped using the blackout curtains, which made the morning sun a lovely experience.
The valet service could have been better. I arrived in the evening and the valet service actually spent a few minutes trying to convince me to self park. Additionally, the Duniway uses an app for room service, and it's not a very good one. I was in the middle of trying to order some lite dinner and I must have passed the cut-off time because suddenly the order was no longer able to be processed (hot food). Door Dash was an option, but it would have been nice if the app clearly indicated when the hot dinner service would be closed.

Stayed at the Duniway with my buddy for my birthday trip in December 2025. The hotel room itself was great, but the service left a lot to be desired. When we checked in there was an absolute mosh pit in the lobby. We couldn't even get to the front desk to check-in. They were understaffed, so I eventually was able to check-in after getting a drink at the bar. While I was checking in, the bartender dropped off the check for our drinks with my buddy even though we said we were checking in and doing a room charge. They did take care of this eventually, but I had to escalate to a manager. I have notes in my Hilton Gold profile saying I want away from the elevator, and the first night they stuck me in a room dead in front of the elevator. I slept awful from all the noise from the guests congregating in front of the elevator. I should have immediately switched rooms but again the front desk was a nightmare so I ended up having to pack up and move rooms the next day. Again, they took care of my concern but this should have been addressed up front. They gave a very confusing printout of the hours of their various restaurants which I literally had to put into ChatGPT to understand, and ChatGPT flippantly said something to the effect of those aren't hours, that's a teasure hunt! We enjoyed brunch on the weekend with the extended hours but the coffee shop wasn't open the hours they said it was, and when they casually told me to go across the street (in the rain) to get a coffee, I did and found their worker on a 15 minute break. And then they charged me for the coffee that was supposed to be included at breakfast. I loved the hotel itself but don't think I'd stay there again due to all the service lapses. Next time I go to Portland I'll give the Canopy by Hilton a try and see if they care about their elites.
We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel is. The staff were so nice. The location to Keller Auditorium was perfect. The room so spacious and spotless clean. We left maid a nice tip.
Nothing
Well, Location was great, facilities were clean love that the pool was open during the winter.
Nice hotel. The dinners and breakfasts in the Mayrose Lounge are a highlight. Great food and excellent staff. Front desk staff are amazing as well--just incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The only knock on this place is it is crazy crowded. They only have the bar area open for dinner on Sundays, and it was absolutely jammed from 5 pm to 11 pm with screaming kids and dogs (on leashes). My only suggestion if you are not a fan of loud toddlers and dogs is to know before going that this is a thing here. But otherwise, this beautiful hotel lives up to its reputation for sure.
We stayed on 12/8/25 for a night, Rodrigo at the front desk gave me two choices for an upgrade, I left it on his suggestion. To my surprise his choice exceeded my expectation and made my partner very happy. He is professional, friendly and make you at ease. I am staying again this weekend for 2 nights Sunday/Monday, hope he is around. The next day we had great breakfast, fresh hot coffee "Very Important", the gentleman who served us checked as on us frequently.
地點方便,除了Apple 也在附近,附近也有很多有名的牌子的商家。

The staff were very friendly and provided great recommendations. We were on the top floor and had a stunning view of the city. The room felt clean and cozy.
While the pool was great to have it is a tad small so best to go at less busy times.
Everyone was extremely honest and friendly
La limpieza exelente
Lo único que no me gustó fue que no había microondas en la habitación
It was a great hotel definitely will stay here again
I paid for a corner king between floor 17-19 and person at the desk tried to give me a room on floor 11 and kept saying “your still getting the same room” I understood that but I specifically booked the room I chose cause it was on a high floor I didn’t understand that even after booking my room I specifically paid for was given to someone else they told me only the 11th floor had rooms available and after some time demanding my room the put me on floor 16 it was ok but I would’ve rather had floor 19…. Next time someone books a room down to the exact description make sure they get exactly what they paid for so future problems like this don’t occur again.
This Hilton hotel was very nice and the staff were wonderful and very sweet. The rooms were very nice but my room didn’t have a microwave.. i’m not sure if that’s a normal thing or not lol. The lounge was nice and coffee was amazing. Directly in the heart of downtown Portland.
Parking garage was scheduled for maintenance but we were denied entry earlier than scheduled. Then before exiting we were rudely told we would be charged an addition night for misplacing QR code for exit.
Location
The Wi-Fi was spotty
Excellent staff very helpful friendly laid-back good location
Their bar didn't open until 430 after driving 3.5 hrs would have been nice however found one close
Location, concierge, Front desk
Bartender not friendly unintentive
Pure and simple, that’s what the Duniway is — mainly because it falls so exceedingly short of expectations. If it was correctly branded as a Doubletree, then the numerous service and product mistakes and miseries could at least be factored in, if still not excused. I make my case to a candid world: 1) I was barely recognized as human by a two-staff Reception Desk upon check-in. No recognition of my Gold status, no hotel restaurant or amenities information given without prodding, and as it turns out, no Hilton Gold amenity of $15.00 a day added to use as I saw fit. Oh, and no staff name tags which is a curious — and telling — touch! 2) Also at Reception was a middle-aged Security Guard? Concierge? Bouncer? dressed in Vintage garb who announced the Duniway name origin. Perhaps I didn’t show him enough attention because he deliberately shut the entry door in my face later that day. 3) The lobby is a crowded chaotic mess with both a small bar that didn’t open until 4:30, yet was crammed with families milling about and yucking it up much like an airport gate area (this was around 1 pm) and a small restaurant next to it , which opened at 5, and was much the same. Both spots were clearly not places where a solo business traveler could enjoy a quiet drink or meal later on. 4) My Premier Room on the top floor: Large swaths of paint/fabric peeling or peeled off EVERYWHERE… furniture, bed headboard, walls. If the desired look was Great Depression roadside motel, then the goal was met. And, then in no particular order: — Weak to barely a trickle of water pressure in sinks and shower. — NO cellular service. Weak Wi-Fi that continually dropped out. — TV remote that couldn’t communicate with the monitor without a repeated struggle. — No accessories for making tea (kettle, tea bags) — Several large bags of uncollected garbage from previous guests, including smelly leftover takeout food, were piled up outside my door. (The staffer who brought the kettle I requested was both surprised and annoyed that I actually cared about the trash being removed!) If you want to use your Hilton Gold amenity on food before 4:30, you must cross the street to another Hilton owned by the same equity investment group. There you’ll find a barely stocked “grab & go” shop with inflation-priced small Caesar Salads with a few measly strands of Parmesan and processed turkey cold cuts sandwiches on white wonder bread, along with a few bags of chips and cookies. Half bottles of inauspicious wine are $30! Luckily, the bedding was comfortable and up to Hilton standards. It must have fallen off the delivery van en route to a better managed hotel. I couldn’t wait to get away from this place.
Friendly service; clean and comfortable rooms; centrally located.
No facilities on site. We had to walk across the street to the sister hotel to get to a vending machine or the in hotel restaurant.
Amazing service, definitely coming back!

B
Located in a nice area of downtown, with a bar, restaurant, and a parking garage right next door (or valet!) The rooms were clean, spacious, had a stand-alone desk and couch. The dinner and breakfast were really good too, and friendly staff! Will stay here again!
Everything was great!
Beautiful hotel & one of my favorites in Portland. It features gorgeous decor that seamlessly marries mid-century style with contemporary elements. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, and the courtyard is lovely. And you can't beat the views. However, it could use some updates. In a top-floor king room, there was a weathered couch and headboard, missing chunks of material or paint. The ceiling looked like it had messy, silly putty in a bare hole. Hooks to hang clothes contained old, dried glue. Lastly, there is no smart TV, just an outdated cable one; this is one of the updates that is most needed. I will return because I love the space, but these are the reasons I didn't give the full five stars.
Location is great, bedding is excellent.
Scuffs on walls, poor crafsanship in some areas of room (not all) view was great, but overall for the price, and a top floor premium room, I was a little disappointed unfortunately.
love the location and walkability to downtown and PSU campus
Room was clean. Nice location
Good hotel. The negative was the restaurant doesn’t operate tor lunch. Overall good business traveler place to stay.
Location and the Mae rose restaurant, nice lounge.
The room had peeling paint and dirt on the walls. Seemed run down
Parking could be better. But otherwise an amazing hotel and had a great stay.
Lovely stay! Delicious restaurant, enjoy small but warm swimming pool, and outdoor lounge patio area!
Liked the walkability, the bar, and overall room design. Didn’t like that the advertised “large TV” had no internet connection for streaming. Also the room was dimly lit, and the water pressure in the shower was low.
Great location in the city and room was comfortable.
Bar area did not have enough staff to accomodate customers.
the hotel was very nice. the receptionist was really nice as well. however, the bartender wasn’t friendly whatsoever. i asked what he recommended and he said in a tone “ i don’t know what you like.” that was the only bummer.
I enjoyed the amenities
I wish the amenities stayed open later into the night.
Nice but my room 2034 had a rough life. It was also a long walk from the elevator with my bags.

What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
5.5/10Multiple reports of dirty entrance and lobby, holes in sheets, splatter marks on bathroom vanity, stained carpets and torn headboards — cleanliness is a notable weakness.
Service
9.8/10Mostly praised: many guests report friendly, helpful and responsive staff and quick morning service; however there are a few serious service failures (notably poor handling of an overbooking/no-room situation).
Location
10/10Consistently positive: described as central/downtown, great for waterfront access and close to attractions — location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
6.2/10Mixed: some guests report comfortable/better beds and spacious rooms, while others note uncomfortable beds, holes in sheets, stains and dated decor — overall room quality is below excellent.
Amenities
6.8/10Mixed to below-average: pool/gym reported as outdated with strong chlorine smell, parking and valet issues, and lack of some in-room amenities (no complimentary water) were mentioned.
Value for Money
7.8/10Mixed: some guests found pricing reasonable (holiday weekend), while others felt the hotel was overpriced given condition and extra parking/valet costs.
Food and Beverage
7.4/10Generally positive about breakfast quality, but several guests reported long waits/queues for seating and limited on-site meal options.
Overall Experience
9.7/10Most guests report a positive stay driven by location and helpful staff, but there are a few severe negative experiences (notably overbooking and poor front-desk response) that temper the overall picture.
