Booking said it was 6.6 miles from airport but it was more like 14. Booking also said it held 5 people. I showed up and there were two double beds for us and I slept on the floor. Not cot or couch or anything. Hotel was fine. Booking.com screwed this up.

Limited breakfast options. Bagels were served everyday, no toast available. Bedrooms were smaller than last time even though I booked the king sized room. Coffee maker in the room, would rather this was a kettle - then gives you the option of having both tea and coffee

The locations is far away from subway lines.

It was as expected from a Fairfield Inn property.

I was unable to connect with WiFi and had to call tech support for the property. About an hour later I had to change my settings on my devices which necessitated a change when I left. I have stayed at other Fairfield Inn properties and never had that problem.

Там работает человек похожий на мигранта из Индии вроде менеджер или вроде того чуть чуть был грубоват. Паркинга нету придется платить отдельно 41$ за ночь

Breakfast was surprisingly great, check in easy, great shower, super clean, lots of Uber's nearby and great Choice on uber eats. Not that close to jfk but we’d stay again.

Love how there's a variety of items for breakfast. Everyone is nice and welcoming. And rooms are perfect.

5 star service! The room and bathroom were cleaned well. They do have ice you can collect on your floor. Parking is valet with some street parking. The front desk agent, Jayden was personable, very attentive, and ran the front desk like a well oiled machine. My requests were handled quickly and followed up on and will make sure the valet has your pulled up front waiting whenevet you step out. Kudos also to the valet team. I will definitely stay here again.

Although the temperature output was great, the heating/AC unit made such a racket! Good grief. My sleep was interrupted more than once. The counter space in the bathroom is EXTREMELY limited. So if you have a big spread that you usually lay out for hair, make up, skin care etc. the tiny corner ledge presents a challenge.

It was easy for public transportation, getting to the busses was super fast 5-10 minute walks. But it's really not centrally located itself by any means. The staff was so friendly especially the women who usually runs the breakfast, I never got her name but she wears a head wrap and she is a delight, we LOVED her. Waffle batter is AMAZING and the bagels were super yummy.

We did find a small bug on one of the towels when brought up to us about six nights into our ten night stay, I called and told them and they said to leave the towels we had outside and they brought us new ones but it just felt a bit gross after that. The breakfast options were all super yummy but very consistent so they don't change often if you're staying for longer periods of time. And we stayed in the assisted bathroom one due to myself recovering from a hip surgery, the bathroom is FREEZING, so if you're sensitive to temperature and thinking about that room that's something to note. Laundry is $5 to wash and $5 to dry so $10 total and all in quarters.

I love how easy it is to find, how clean it was, the amenities, the breakfast and how kind the staff are

If i wanted to go somewhere that’s right across the road it’s a bit of a walk. That’s all.

Didn't know what to expect. Hotel located next to a quiet neighborhood. Close to many bus routes. Breakfast was available every morning with hot tea or coffee. Saturday morning the waffle station was not available but they had pancakes as a replacement. Staff was friendly and really enjoyed or stay

The food provided is common for others hotel as well. So-so. Anyways, still ok to have a light bft.

No hacen aseo a la habitación si tu no lo pides lo cual no avisan al momento de ingresar. No hay agua caliente muy seguido y tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fria.

Al ns arrivo (ore 19) abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore che ci portassero le lenzuola e le coperte x il divano letto , che non era nemmeno stato aperto. Era in realta' una poltrona pieghevole stretta e scomoda, con le molle ben visibili Abbiamo dovuto richiedere ulteriori 2 set di asciugamani, nonostante avessimo prenotato per 4 Armadio capiente per 1 persona Piu' di una volta, il riscaldamento a iniziato a fare un forte rumore nella stanza durante la notte ed abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo Colazione scarsa di qualita e quantita

Front Desk Staff were very unprofessional. I made the full payment for 3 days USD 466.06 when I booked the room. Unfortunately, again, they charged me with the full amount USD 466.06 duplicate transaction when we checked out. I got the message from the bank that they made the double transaction, which means USD 466.06+ USD 466.06 . Please arrange to refund USD 466.06, which are made duplicate. It is very unfortunate. I was on the flight going back to Dubai when I got the message from the bank for a duplicate transaction.

Front desk staff support was not satisfactory.

The location was convenient for our quick trip to NYC. The hotel was decent regarding the amenities and overall appearance.

The cost of valet was way too high. We managed to get a discount for the one night but I don’t see the appeal of staying here if we’re getting charged over $40 per night for parking. Hotel appears outdated.

The room was VERY dirty with roaches and food left on the floor. Garbage pail wasn’t empty The bedsheets has stains on it. I requested housekeeping and they never came within my entire 2-night stay. Both the water temperature and the room temperature was terrible. The shower was too cold. The room was too hot and the thermostat was broken. On top of everything, I paid over $800isc for two nights and I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Elite Member.

10/10, super convenient and comfortable. *note that breakfast is not open later on weekends.

It was a pleasant experience. The facility itself was very clean and the staff were polite and helpful . If you’re traveling with children try to have all you need . The shopping area is very limited .

The property and staff at this hotel were great. The parking on grounds is Valet only with a few spots on the street not Valet out front, or in the neighborhood behind the hotel. Aside front that our stay was excellent and the staff run a clean, friendly and efficient hotel!
