It wasn’t completely clean, bathroom had a dirty toilet. And the room was dusty

Kontakt z obsługą jest bardzo trudny, rozumiem że to włoski klimat jednak komunikacja mogłaby być na lepszym poziomie

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially liked the excellent location, which made it easy to access St. Peter's Basilica, as I had events scheduled nearby. The room was spacious for one person, clean, and well-designed.

My main concern was the check-in experience. I had informed the hotel in advance about my expected check-in time, but I did not receive any response to my messages. Upon arrival, I had to wait outside and call someone before being allowed in, and I also had to prove that I had a valid booking. Since I was already running late for an event, waiting around 10 minutes on a call to gain access was particularly inconvenient and stressful. Improving communication and the check-in process would greatly enhance the guest experience.

-Never saw a member of staff/owner... no one. -No smoking is allowed yet people were smoking and the smell of smoke entered our room through the air vents. (Obviously no smoke alarms) -Insects in our bathroom -For the amount of money we paid I expected better and more care for detail...no bathroom amenities except for watered down hand soap. -we had Christmas toilet paper(we are in May) and extra paper stored un wrapped in the communal corridor (not very hygienic). - rooms weren't cleaned, not sure if that was included or not. But no staff to ask if we needed an extra towel etc.

I highly do not recommend this place. Contact with the owner was very difficult. From the conversation, it seemed she agreed to check in at 1 a.m., but when we kissed the doorknob, I called Booking.com only to learn that the owner had left a message saying we could check in at 11 a.m. but hadn't sent it. We arrived at 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage and saw mold on every wall. The woman told us it wouldn't be back until 1 p.m. At 1 p.m., we found mold with wet paint on top. The room was unbreathable. We asked for a refund. Then the owner, who is clearly a complete con artist, started talking to us. He explained how he was a serious businessman, and instead of issuing a refund through Booking.com, I should simply give him my bank account number, and once he received the money, he would refund it. Of course, I refused. We finally managed to resolve the issue, but the bad taste remained. In short, the place was dirty, moldy, smelly, and not suitable for overnight stays. The people working there are rude and disrespectful. In the future, I also advise against calling guests names in Italian over the phone, as I happen to speak the language myself. :) I recommend looking for better places than this, and I've reported the accommodation to Booking.com so they can check the room conditions.

Property is a very accessible to everything!

Нам понравилось все, месторасположение вообще супер, Ватикан-2 минуты пешком, замок Святого Ангела -5-7 минут пешком, очень много достопримечательностей в 30-40 минутах ходьбы. Каждые 2 дня мини уборка, замена полотенец. Особенно приятно было за поздравления с днем рождения и маленького подарка от Innsiderome🫶🫶🫶. Цена-качество как для Рима на высоком уровне.

Немножко было шумновато от соседей из за тонких стен, но это скорее проблема целого Рима☺️

Die Wohnung ist direkt neben dem Vatikan.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war nicht gut. Ich bin mit meiner Mutter angereist und wir hatten das Dreibett Zimmer gebucht. Ohne mit uns vorher abzusprechen wurde uns das Zweibettzimmer einfach gegeben und anderweitig die Dreibettzimmer vergeben. Für das Dreibettzimmer wird ein höherer Preis verlangt, den wir vorab bezahlt haben. Vor Ort hatten wir die „Co-Vermieterin“ darauf angesprochen. Wir seien selbst Schuld Ihrer Meinung, da wir es ihr vorher hätten schreiben sollen. :-) Wir haben somit für den gebuchten Preis d. Dreibettzimmer im Zweibettzimmer geschlafen und seien selbst schuld. Selbstverständlich wurde der Preis natürlich nicht angepasst. Im Vorfeld hatten wir die Unterkunft telefonisch kontaktiert um eine Antwort zu erhalten auf unsere Nachricht die wir vor Reiseanzritt zugesendet hatten. In unserer Nachricht hatten wir angekündigt um 13 Uhr einzuchecken. Laut Beschreibung kann von 13-15 Uhr eingecheckt werden. Wir hatten um kurz vor 13 Uhr die „Vermieterin“ angerufen, weil wir sicherstellen wollten, dass der check-in klappt. Nach dem zweiten Anruf ging Sie dran und antwortete: Sie haben eine Nachricht erhalten, dort steht alles drinnen was sie wissen müssen. :-) Wir sind dann um ca. 14.30 Uhr zur Unterkunft gekommen und die „Co-Vermieterin“ hatten wir nur angetroffen, weil sie mit unserem Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Fazit: Die Lage ist sehr gut! Das Zimmer war sauber und es befindet sich sogar im Haus ein Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht. Wir buchten ein Dreibettzimmer und bekamen das Zweibettzimmer. Die Kosten wurden uns nicht „verrechnet“ oder „erstattet“!

C’est un appartement avec plusieurs chambres et une partie commune centrale (le couloir) et les autres locataires font du bruit et parlaient forts et on a été réveillé durant la nuit

地理位置优越，就在圣彼得大教堂广场入口旁边，通过窗子就能看到楼下一波波的旅客。窗子隔音效果好。我们到达时是下午两点左右，房间还没有收拾好，小姐姐说临时打扫人员不在，只能她自己动手，所以有点迟了。放下行李我们就去排队进教堂参观了。晚上回来小姐姐把行李放到了房间。房间里有一点点点心，过道有胶囊咖啡机和奶泡等，咖啡杯都很干净。

好像没有早饭。

La cercanía al vaticano

Había muchísimo ruido en la planta superior; se lo dijimos a la propietaria pero nada; el baño está bastante deteriorado; solo hay posibilidad de dejar las maletas en el pasillo para que te las guarden, cosa que no nos daba ninguna seguridad porque cualquiera las podía abrir; cada vez que entra alguien hay mucho ruido porque es una casa con habitaciones con llave.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Und an sich WÄRE innsideRome auch in einem schönen Haus mit ebensolchen Zimmern. ABER:

1) das Zimmer (Nr 3) war extrem feucht. Eine der Wände sogar sichtbar nass. Beim Betreten stockte der Atem ob der Luftfeuchtigkeit. An einigen Mauerecken Schimmel! 2) Air Condition vorhanden aber nicht funktionsfähig. 3) keine der Jahreszeit entsprechende Bettwäsche vorhanden. Ein Berg verschiedener Kuscheldecken zwar, die man sich dann mehr schlecht als recht zusammenzimmern konnte. 4) kein Babybett vorhanden. 5) sämtliche Nachrichten an den Vermieter mit der Bitte um Abhilfe blieben unbeantwortet.

La ubicación, cama cómoda, te pone 2 tipos de almohada para que elijas cual te gusta mas, tiene aire acondicionado, buen baño.

Las persianas, aunque echábamos la cortina y cerrábamos la puerta (que actúa como persiana) seguía entrando luz. Poca privacidad, en un pasillo están todas las puertas de las demás habitaciones y poco aislamiento con la habitación contigua.

Il fatto che non c’erano parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Solo uno ma era pieno!

Ubytováni jsme nebyli a nebyli jsme jediní kdo přijel ale nebyl ubytován. Po příjezdu jsme volali, psali ale zprávy neodpovídali na otázky na které jsme se ptali. Konkrétní dialog: “stojíme před dveřmi uz hodinu a nereagujete na zprávy” odpověď: “stále neteče teplá voda?, mysleli jsme, že už to bude vyřešené “ . Po dlouhé etapě zpráv jsme se dozvěděli, že nás pobyt je nutno zrušit kvůli problémům vzniklým právě z důvodu netekoucí vody ale nikdo nás včas nekontaktoval a my hodinu a půl čekali na tuto skutečnost. Němci, kteří s námi čekali byli stále v očekávání, že je vše v pořádku a další hodinu čekali až se ubytuji. NEUBYTOVALI

Přístup a nevčasné upozornění na skutečnost, že nás pobyt je zrušen. (Viz uvedené)

Posizione ottima, anche se c'è voluto un po' prima di capire come arrivarci senza un lungo giro a piedi. E oggettivamente ben isolato dai rumori della strada sottostante

Non mi ero accorta nella descrizione della stanza-colpa mia-dell'assenza del bidet, un problema per noi italiani. Nella stanza e in bagno farebbero comodo dei ganci in più. L'anta di chiusura della doccia rischiava di uscire dalla guida. L'armadio è piccolo e molto alto, difficile da utilizzare se non sei un gigante. Vicino al letto singolo non c'è una luce anche piccola da poter accendere spegnendo quella grande. Ma quello che ci ha lasciato spiazzate è stata la colazione. La parte presente in camera-fuori c'è una macchinetta del caffè a cialde e se rammento un microonde-consisteva in un bollitore, del caffè liofilizzato e qualche bustina di the e zucchero. ZERO cucchiaini. Una brioche vuota, una brioche al cioccolato e letteralmente 3 di numero biscotti senza latte e uova (tutto giustamente confezionato per questioni di igiene, non un granché di sapore, ma è questione di gusti). UN Chupa chups, di per sé un po' ridicolo, ma se proprio vuoi metterlo, ne metti 2/3 in base al numero delle persone presenti in camera, o per tutti o per nessuno. Insomma, la sensazione generale è che sia calibrata più sulle esigenze degli stranieri che degli italiani, comprensibile, ma anche gli italiani viaggiano

This is the worst experience ever for us. We stayed for two days and they gave us only 1 towels each. No cleaning no one for us to ask anything ,we called no one answer the phone. The place is really old and smell. very disgusting.

If your main purpose to going to Rome, Italy is to go to Vatican City and do religious activities like we did, attend The Four Doors Jubilee 2025, Angelus Blessings and see the Pope, I would highly recommend InnsideRome because it is just literally just a stone away from St Peter's Square. In addition to that, restaurants and souvenir shops is really beside InnsideRome. It is located very conveniently, just a bus away from other tourist area in Rome. Bus stop infront of InnsideRome door. Most specially, Ms. Cassandra is very conversant to all your queries. Though, I didn't met her personally. She replied to ALL my concerns. She booked my own transportation pick up from Airport. Followed up if I already met the driver. Made my check in done so smoothly. I would highly recommend InnsideRome all my expectations were absolutely met.

Vicinanza al Vaticano

We did not enjoy the check in process. Not only was my message from 19/9/25 never answered, the message from the host with instructions was never sent. The number didn’t answer to allow us in initially, and then we couldn’t see which place was to go in because everything was tapped off/under construction right outside the check in door. It looked inaccessible and added to the confusion. The room was nothing like the pictures and overall we were surprised by the differences. The tile in the shower was very pretty. I appreciated the luggage racks and blow dryer.

Less than basic housing, horribly overpriced, never imagined I would have to pay 370 Euro per night for such a basic dump. Very complex WhatsApp back and forth to check in after hours with remote "coaching", someone sleeping in my room, no chair, one has to sit on a small fridge, shower only fixable at height of a 10-year-old, amenities shared in the hallway in an open shelf (hairdryer, etc), youth hostel experience at best. How were they able to rig the rating?!! 8.7 REALLY?! I feel betrayed.

The location was perferct, near Vatican and with lot bars and restaurants. And also the bus station was nearby.

The only thing that I will add , will be a binder with clear instructions, ie go to the (1st floor and find the key pad on the wall) for us that’s the second floor, also, they is a credit card machine to pay for the tax but not clear instructions in how to use it , in English That been said Cassandra was great

Besonders schön war die Ausblick auf Peters Dom!Zu Fuß zu erreichen Vatikan City!Bus,Apotheke, Souvenirladen und Gaststätten vor dem Haustür!Zu empfehlen Homebaked grandma's kitchen! Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und vor allem mit Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Ho prenotato per 3 persone e la camera era allestita per 2! L'host non ha risposto al telefono né prima né dopo l'arrivo, il disservizio non e stato risolto.

Posizione straordinaria, vista Cupolone, a pochi passi da Piazza San Pietro, direttamente sulle mura vaticane. Sotto c'è un bar minimarket tabacchi che ha di tutto, anche se chiude la sera. Buona soluzione per fare colazione. A disposizione macchinetta caffè nel corridoio, asciugacapelli, le piccole attenzioni che fanno sempre piacere.

Bagno piccolino. No bidet. Però fa quel che serve.
