Perfect location for Wembley. We stayed for 2 nights when we went for a concert. We gad a comfy bed and everything we needed in the room. Friendly checkin and parking.

Perfect location for Wembley Stadium and it was like staying in someone’s house. The staff were very friendly and welcoming .

It was not a hotel. I paid £368 for ONE NIGHT!!!! My fault as I assumed for that price it would be high end luxury and as it was a special treat that was fine. But this is literally someone’s semi detached house with bedrooms in it, no breakfast even. Lovely staff and great service. But I just think it’s a bit pricey.

Really lovely staff member who was very welcoming and helpful. The room was huge, with a very clean bathroom and even a small kitchenette! The garden was lovely. Everything was spotless, and despite being so close to Wembley Stadium and on the main road, it was very quiet.

Er was geen airco aanwezig en de ventilatoren kunnen wel een keer schoongemaakt worden. Ze waren heel stoffig met als gevolg dat er stoffige lucht in de kamer waaide.

The place was filthy, facilities were unclean, divan base was dirty, mirror cracked and advertised air con but it was just an air purifier. Didn’t get any sleep because it was so warm in the room. Hosts were not accommodating with this at all. Dreadful place.

Room far too hot. Not enough ventilation and couldn't find anyone to ask about sorting the room temperature. It was massively cooler outside and even with window wide open and fan on room did not cool down. Considered sleeping outside. Did not sleep very well at all.

room was extremely hot. they did accommodate with two electric fans already in room, and room leads to outside garden. however it felt like room was retaining too much heat when it was only around 20 degrees outside, unfortunately.

We hadden kamer 1, zeer ruim en 2 grote bedden. We konden ook rechtstreeks in de tuin. Dichtbij de metro naar centrum.

L'accueil est très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse pratique et fonctionnelle. Il est bien insonorisé. Il est possible d'avoir une place de parking dans l'hôtel. Le bus passe juste devant et la station wembley park a 7min en marchant tranquille. Il y a le box park ambiance animation et restauration a 5min. Idéal et pris abordable. Merci

Il fait chaud dans la salle de bain WC mais les températures exceptionnelles du moment n'aide pas. Mais deux ventilateurs a dispo merci a l'équipe. En réalité pas grand chose qualité prix au rdv.

The hotel is in a great location, we stayed here for the night with going to a concert at Wembley. It was a 10 minute walk there so location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and the room was spotless with everything you need and also parking on site. It was a hot day/ evening and when we arrived there were 2 fans in the room that made it very comfortable and this was a big positive for us!

I’m very impressed. The rooms very spacious, bathroom was clean and there’s a small kitchen facility, all very clean functional. The beds were comfortable and there were two fans in the room.

The staff are incredibly lovely - really friendly and welcoming ☺️ The location is unbeatable - 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium means this was absolutely worth it and then some. It was clean, good sized beds in our room, and a private bathroom which I really appreciated.

It was almost unbearably hot. I would imagine close to 40 degrees in our room, even with 2 fans that they gave us (and this isn’t anything on the staff, they clearly know it’s warm which is why they provided the fans, so they did everything they could). Everything about the hotel is amazing except this, so please keep in mind if you’re staying during summer - we barely slept because it was so uncomfortably warm. I’d highly recommend the hotel invest in air con, even portable units for each room, so that guests are comfortable during their stay.

Small accommodation. The en-suite shower was tight and had the smallest sink I’ve ever seen. It was also far too hot, they provided 2 fans which made no difference, it was like a sauna with the sun shining in room 9 all day. No air conditioning. Very early check out by 10am.

It was clean, easy to find and easy for public transport. The lady who checked us in was lovely and really welcoming.

The location. And the spacious shower unit. The bed was comfy. 2 bottles of water provided and shower gel and shampoo provided.

The shower head was covered in limescale and hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. There was cockroaches in the bathroom which I've never encountered in England before. The shower furniture's such as the cabinets the shower unit frame were not cleaned recently aswell as there being no hooks anywhere for towels to be placed. There was a drying radiator for towels but that also hadn't been cleaned clearly, in a long while. There was a stain on the bed upon arrival partner pointed out. Seeing as it was very late and for 1 night we looked past it due it's location on the bed not being overly intrusive. The room was unbearably hot and the bathroom even more so only made slightly less so by the presence of a fan.

The property was easy to get to by metro from London and it seemed to be a peaceful area. Check in and check out were also easy as I just had to hand out the keys back at the desk after I left. I appreciate them offering two fans in the room. The receptionist was also pretty kind and helped me with some stuff when I arrived

Unfortunately, the room was boiling even with two fans. And it didn’t help the fans are full of dust. There were also some insects in the room and the main mattress seems to be a bit dirty. Some noise from other rooms and light coming from outside which made sleeping a bit hard…

We booked this hotel because we were going to a gig a wembly and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Very easy to find with parking on site. Wembly was a short short walk as well as lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

Hotel was lovely, my only issue was no air conditioning but was provided with fans by our host and luckily we were in a ground floor room which opened up onto the beautiful back garden. Life saver. Hotel is bright, clean and our room was amazing with mini kitchen and small table and chairs. Great location for Wembley events, will definitely use again. thanks x

The only negative was the room was very hot even at night and in the morning although there is a fan in the room which helped a bit

- I was already prepared for the hot room as I read the reviews beforehand, it wasn't too bad considering we have just had a heat wave...I found a good setting for the fan to keep me cool - I struggled to sleep because of the noise of traffic outside, it was really noisy...turns out the street doesn't sleep!! I ended up putting on my noise cancelling headphones to sleep which I haven't done before

La posizione era ottima per raggiungere Wembley. Sono andata ad un concerto che è finito alle 22:10, alle 22:35 ero già sotto le coperte.

La pulizia della stanza è da rivedere proprio: la lampada aveva così tanta polvere che quando l’ho spostata per sbaglio si è alzato un polverone. Uno dei due asciugamani era sporco. La signora alla reception mi ha accolta scalza e in pigiama, diciamo che come prima impressione mi sono un po’ spaventata

The heat of the room was unbearable to point I was worried about all of us going to sleep . A fan was provided and an air cooling unit that was ineffective really . The fan blades were covered in thick layer of dust which I tried to clear out so it wasn’t blowing dust directly into the air and then to our lungs

Stayed here for an event taking place at Wembley Stadium. Location wise, it couldn't be more perfect. 5 minute walk to Olympia Way, various eateries shops and 10 mins to the stadium and Wembley Park tube station. The location was fantastic, with room for parking if you message the hotel before your stay. Extremely easy to drive to from the Midlands. We travelled down to J1 of the M1, a 10 minute drive and you're there. A member of staff was at reception to meet us and she was extremely pleasant and welcoming. I had booked a deluxe family room, which was shown to have a double and a single bed. We were shown into room 1 which was at the back of the guest house. This was a huge room with two double beds, and garden access, however it was desperate for a good clean, and decor refresh. I didn't feel comfortable at all in this room with my 10 year old, and was quite upset about it, so after a quick pop to the shops, I spoke to the lady on reception to see if an alternative was available. Straight away she showed us a room across the hall, room 2 which was much better and what was expected. This room felt much more comfortable and we were able to settle. The lady was extremely understanding and was more than happy to help make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Despite it being on the front of the house facing the main road, we had a very comfortable nights sleep, with the passing traffic making little disturbance. There is a small ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, which was pleasant enough for a freshen up each day. Tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, Iron, ironing board and hairdryer available. A small tv was also in the room, along with a Bosch freestanding Fan which was most welcome during the warm night. A perfectly located guest house for Wembley events and commute into London.

The only thing I would say is that room we ended up in, was much comfier, however it still could do with a bit of a refresh decor wise. It was clean enough to a degree, however there were some stains to the single bed base, and shower area. Although this didn't have a detrimental impact on our stay.

Good location, walking distance to Wembley Stadium and the tube. The room was large with 2 double beds. The room was clean and had good facilities like a small kitchen/fridge if needed.

Spoke to 1 member of staff on a ring doorbell that didn't seem particularly friendly i appreciate it was late as we came after an event but we were standing outside for a while not having a clue what was going on. I rang the doorbell again when we were leaving as i didn't know what to do with the key, but no one answered. The bathroom smelled horrific! No WiFi password anywhere to be found! Lack of USB outlet - make sure you remember a USB plug. The room was hot, but there was a fan, luckily.

Location is everything! So close for anything Wembley related, couldn't fault the location. Only stayed 2 nights but room was cleaned on 2nd day which was a nice surprise.

Had a front downstairs bedroom. It was a heatwave but it was so hot as no nets/blinds so had to keep the curtains closed which in turn made the room baking hot even with the fan on.

it was great that the room had crockery, cutlery and washing up facilities available. The room was spotless :). Having a parking space available was very useful.

There is a bit of a draught through the window (room 8) which doesn't seal very well but it wasn't a big issue. I found a good deal for this hotel, for the night I was there, but can't afford the regular pricing unfortunately (which isn't competitive with Travelodge) which is a shame as I would happily stay here for the two nights a week I need to be in this area for the next 6-8 months.

Nestled in a quiet area, this small hotel is just a five-minute walk from Wembley Park Station and Stadium. It offers a complimentary car park and is conveniently located near numerous supermarkets and local shops. The hall and corridors were spotless clean. The room itself was reasonably tidy and comfortable, featuring a private exit to a well-maintained garden.

It would be perfect if the bed base was cleaner and if there were two beer and wine glasses available.
