Hotel Praza Quintana

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Frente a la Catedral y cerca de todo. El hotel muy lindo. Cómoda la cama y la almohadas. Hay que destacar la atemción de las empleadas de recepción, por su amabilidad y buena predisposición para atender cualquier pregunta o requerimiento.

Realmente todo fue de nuestro agrado.

Check was 3pm. Before 3pm we could leave the bags but the hotel was ‘closed’ . It took 40 minutes to check in as by 3pm there was a line outside the door They need a few more people to handle check in. . And no facility to purchase a coffee in the reception - full breakfast or nothing!!!

La habitación se encuentra en la planta menos 1 huele a humedad y a huevos podridos sin ventilación y la ventana que da directamente a la calle así que no se puede abrir o ventilar si no quieres que te vea toda la ciudad. De estas cosas ha que avisar. En la vida me hubiera quedado allí y menos por 191 euros sin desayuno. El personal no nos ayudó en nada y acabe poniendo una reclamación. Un desastre!!!

Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean. Beds were so comfy after 5 days in the Camino route. Receptionist was Janette was so helpful. She took time to recommend a good restaurant and even booked out transfer taxi to airport for the next day

Trevligt med bevarade gamla murar. Nära till sevärdheterna. Bra frukost. Bemanning i receptionen till sent på natten.

Vi var ett grupp väninnor med två bokningar på Booking av totalt 3 dubbelrum (2+1) med enkelsängar i alla plus en extrasäng i ett av dessa. Rummen och sängarna motsvarade emellertid inte detta utan i ett av rummen var det en liten dubbelsäng (140cm?) för två. Verkade föreligga kommunikationsbrist mellan Bookings plattform och hotellet. Rekommenderar att man utöver att klicka på enkelsängar (om man önskar det) på plattformen även kontrollerar direkt med hotellet. Två av rummen vi fick var källarrum. Viss lukt av fukt/mögel där samt en gågata precis utanför fönstren. Det 3e rummet hade en bar precis nedanför/mitt emot som innebar viss ljudnivå till mycket sent.

Primeiramente, ao chegar tivemos que voltar à recepção três vezes pois a chave do quarto não funcionava. Apesar da cordialidade da funcionária, tivemos que esperar quase 30 minutos para resolver a fechadura do quarto. O hotel pra ficar muito bem localizado, perto de todas as atrações do Centro Histórico, sofre com o barulho das pessoas que passam o tempo todo inclusive de madrugada na frente do hotel. As janelas não são acústicas. Por fim, solicitamos um táxi para ir ao aeroporto, agendado para 6h30 da manhã do dia seguinte.ao acordar, fomos informados que não poderiam chamar o táxi pois não havia nenhum disponível. Além de terem atrasado nosso café da manhã. Tivemos que comer as pressas e nos virar para achar uma condução até o aeroporto.

El desayuno era muy básico, no estaba mal pero podría mejorar. Y es fácil confundir la entrada del hotel con la entrada de una pensión que hay en su parte trasera. Me paso a mi y me di cuenta que a otros viajeros también le sucedió

Fantastic location

I was in room 12 - one of the basement rooms and unfortunately the room smelt badly of mould which meant it wasn't a very comfortable place to stay. Even after opening the window and the receptionist spraying the room with some sort of spray, the smell persisted and is something the hotel really needs to sort out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and worked hard to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The location was close to the sights, parks, restaurants, and shops that we wanted to visit.

Room and hotel seemed to have undergone. Fairly recent refurb. Our room was top notch. The staff particularly Rebecca were great.

It could be a little noisy at night with people outside in the streets but I think this would apply to any hotels in the city centre. You cannot stop a bit of raucous behaviour from people. It did not prevent us having a good night sleep.

They gave a stranger a key to my room the ladt day I was there, when I got back later she was in my bed !!!! I told reception the man never even answered me on check out, I've gone there fir years but won't ever be back

The beds were very comfortable, but the duvets had stains on them. I’ve stayed here a few times before, but this is the first time I’ve felt it wasn’t clean enough.

La ubicación es excelente, caminando pudimos llegar al palacio Real, al Parque de España, a la Gran Vía, a la Puerta de Alcalá.

Chambre en sous-sol, la fenêtre donne au niveau des pieds des passants dans la rue piétonne derrière l’hôtel. Bonne isolation mais on ne peut pas vraiment laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Fenêtres opaques, peu de lumière.

Ausstattung hat schon lange das Zeitliche gesegnet, Frühstück war nicht gut, wir haben uns am zweiten Tag von einem Café etwas gekauft, weil das Frühstück im Hotel so schwach war.

Posizione camera piano terra disturbata

La posizione della struttura è di assoluto rilievo. Si trova proprio dietro la cattedrale di Santiago che si raggiunge, come tutto il resto del centro della cittadina in pochi minuti a piedi. L'hotel si inserisce in un palazzo storico che è stato sapientemente ristrutturato con qualità di gusto e materiali. La nostra stanza, una tripla, era pulita, ben rifinita e tutto sapeva di nuovo. Addirittura nel bagno si sentiva ancora l'odore della resina del lavabo. Il letto era molto comodo e spazioso ed anche il terzo letto non era una sistemazione di fortuna ma un vero e proprio letto. Si tratta però fondamentalmente di un boutique hotel e quindi le dimensioni della camera sono molto ridotte ma tutto è pensato per essere comunque confortevole ed ogni particolare si nota come sia stato studiato e personalizzato per essere funzionale seppur nel poco spazio disponibile. Il resto della struttura è molto ben curato. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante e della colazione ma i locali sembravano molto ben rifiniti e funzionali.

Potrebbe sicuramente migliorare l'accoglienza del personale alla reception. Peccato perché una struttura così piccola meriterebbe un approccio quasi famigliare nell'accogliere i clienti, mentre in questo caso è stata piuttosto fredda, disinteressata e poco collaborativa. Hanno detto che non c'era alcun servizio di aiuto allo scarico dei bagagli e quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in un posteggio remoto e camminare per le vie acciottolate della cittadina trascinando le valigie, mentre poi abbiamo visto un taxi potersi avvicinare e scaricare le valigie di fronte all'hotel. Inoltre di fronte ad alcune richieste riguardo la città ed i parcheggi, le risposte sono state vaghe, quasi che chi rispondeva non conoscesse la città o semplicemente non aveva voglia di aiutare più di tanto.

Da localização, muito perto da catedral, e da limpeza.

O quarto era muito pequeno, com janelas que deixavam entrar luz, mas que não se podiam abrir (vidro fosco, davam para a rua principal). O quarto permitia ouvir perfeitamente o hóspede do lado e os muitos transeuntes nas ruas. O pequeno almoço não tem uma boa relação qualidade preço.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est en plein cœur de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, à deux pas de la cathédrale et toutes les rues touristiques. Il est possible de se rendre en chambre à n'importe quel moment de la journée. La propreté de la chambre est très bien. La climatisation est d'un grand confort.

On entend trop les bruits extérieurs : visiteurs de la ville qui chante la nuit, la musique extérieure jusqu'à 4h du matin. À cause de ça, les nuits n'ont pas été si reposante malgré la qualité de la literie. Je comprend qu'il est difficile d'être à la fois en plein cœur de la ville et loin des festivités. Mais peut être que l'isolation phonique doit être améliorée.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter St Jacques de Compostelle, en plein centre historique. Très propre et confortable, excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Etant donné l'emplacement et la catégorie de l'hôtel, un double vitrage des fenêtres serait très appréciable, surtout pour les chambres côté rue, car il y a beaucoup d'animation le soir, tard dans la nuit.

El personal de recepción es muy agradable y profesional y la ubicación es inmejorable. Tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes están limpísimas.

La camera era carina, curata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Molto apprezzata anche la Smart TV grande e moderna. Se la camera fosse stata a un piano superiore, probabilmente ne saremmo rimasti davvero soddisfatti!

Purtroppo la nostra camera si trovava al piano -1, dettaglio che non era indicato al momento della prenotazione. Si percepiva inoltre odore di umidità e l’ambiente risultava piuttosto umido. La finestra era ampia, ma affacciava su un cortile interno stretto e chiuso, quindi entrava poca luce naturale e la sensazione era comunque quella di un seminterrato.

Situation idéale dans le centre historique de Santiago. Beaucoup de charme dans la décoration de l’hôtel. La chambre avec vue sur la cathédrale était très agréable et baignée de lumière. La décoration est raffinée. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec une grande variété de produits. Un grand Merci au personnel pour l’attention portée à notre accueil cette fois-ci, en nous attribuant une chambre en étage après une précédente visite décevante.

Situation parfaite dans le centre ville historique près de la cathédrale. Hôtel à la décoration élégante, le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute. La chambre est très bien équipée, propre et décorée avec goût. La chambre est disponible jusqu’à 12h, et il est possible de laisser les bagages en attendant la chambre ou bien le jour du départ de l’hôtel. Nous avons apprécié l’engagement pris par le personnel pour nous attribuer une meilleure chambre lors de notre visite prévue la semaine suivante.

La chambre réservée était une chambre standard avec une vue sur cour. Nous n’avons pas apprécié la chambre 011 qui nous a été attribuée, ne correspondant pas à la description de Booking. - la chambre 011 est située au sous-sol/RDC au niveau de la rue, assez passante car proche de la cathédrale - les fenêtres de la chambre sont toutes opaques, sans visibilité de l’extérieur. C’est rendu nécessaire pour préserver l’intimité mais il y un ressenti d’enfermement, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe… - toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de grilles… nécessaires pour la sécurité mais la sensation n’est pas agréable quand on veut ouvrir la fenêtre(cf photos) Nous n’avons pas apprécié la non conformité entre la chambre réservée et la chambre attribuée (manifestement préparée pour recevoir une seule personne). Notre notation, un peu sévère, est à la hauteur de notre déception dans ce bel hôtel eu égard aux désagréments de la chambre et au prix payé de 123,50€ la nuit. Booking et le propriétaire doivent être transparents sur la description réelle de cette chambre. Le client devrait être informé si la chambre est au RDC sur rue sans vue sur l’extérieur, ce n’est pas une chambre standard.

Nos dieron una habitación en el sótano. Era un lugar húmedo, que daba a una pared. Resultaba agobiante pero, sobre todo, tremendamente húmedo. Ahí no debería haber dormitorios.

Su Booking lascia questa recensione con 1 stella Ottima posizione vicino alla cattedrale, peccato che ci hanno assegnato una camera al piano -1, lato strada, impossibile poter aprire le finestre dato il passaggio delle persone a livello strada che c’è stato fino a tarda notte. Considerata la prenotazione effettuata molti mesi prima abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di avere una camera ad un altro piano ma nulla, alla reception malgrado il nostro palese malcontento non c’è stata alcuna tutela al riguardo. La camera ampiamente rumorosa, pareti prive di insonorizzazione, per tutta la notte abbiamo sentito la persona accanto russare e parlare al risveglio o in altri orari. Persone camminare, parlare e qualsiasi minimo rumore dalle vicinanze e parti comuni dell’hotel. Eravamo all’ultima tappa del nostro cammino quindi anche molto stanchi, ma impossibile potersi riposare e trovare comfort. Al bagno presenti solo dispencer di sapone, nessun kit bagno. Un vero peccato aver pagato 170 euro senza colazione per una notte e non aver ricevuto la minima assistenza. Pagamento anticipato molto tempo prima. Carta di credito in garanzia richiesta all’arrivo. Abbiamo un’agenzia viaggi e le camere al piano -1, data la particolare posizione, vanno comunicate prima non all’arrivo del cliente. Chiaramente non consiglieremo tale struttura.

Bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean, bathroom looked newly renovated. I had a view of the cathedral, such an easy spot to be able to walk where needed in the city. The staff were all very friendly.

I took 2 rooms. In one the soundproofing was good, and in the other I could hear all the conversations from the street until night time. The bathroom was not very clean. I could hear all the movements in the corridor and the noise of the neighbors. Also the sound of the alarm all the time made it feel like I was near a power plant.

The room was beautiful with many great details and natural lighting. The bed was very comfortable and big. The location was very close to the cathedral but quiet thanks to thick walls and windows. The AC worked perfectly. The bathroom had a lot of natural light from the skylight and a spacious shower. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Praza Quintana. Our room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the window overlooked a charming side street leading toward the Cathedral, which added to the atmosphere of our stay. The hotel's greatest strength is its outstanding location. Being just steps from the Cathedral made it easy to explore Santiago de Compostela and enjoy the city's historic center. The only drawback was the breakfast, which was the most limited of any hotel we stayed at during our trip. Even so, we felt the hotel offered good value because of its comfortable accommodations and exceptional location. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
