The location was outstanding, i didn’t even need to leave the area for 3 days because i just went through the garage to the street and everything was there what needed. Hotel itself was very pretty

I don’t really have anything i didn’t like. Only thing i would say the breakfast diner was too cold in my taste. Cold wind was blowing hard from the ceiling and food breakfast got cold super fast, but otherwise i liked everything

The staff. The breakfast. The location near to Nagoya Hill and so many spa nearby. Has atm, mosque, convenient store nearby. Hotel also provide iron upon request. Three pin socket that suitable to Malaysia's plug.

Would be better if there's also a hand-held shower. Parking was rather limited. The pillows were not comfy.

Greeted by friendly and cheerful staffs. Property and room spacious and clean. Lots of cable channels to choose from Kids to movies and documentary. News channel with variety of languages. Breakfast was delicious with local spreads.

Toilet could do some touch up and the shower water pressure could be better. Need to ask for extra pillows as they are very soft to sleep in.

As usual, Batam hospitality is the best, bar none. Staff were friendly helpful polite and accommodating. Location was right in the smack of Nagoya within walking distance of a lot of attractions, malls, city walk etc

Room was a bit small but not complaining as it was comfy. Can be quite noisy as its facing the main road so motorcycles zooming past in the middle of the night till wee hours of the morning should be expected. Maybe rooms on the higher floors would be less affected by traffic noises at night. I got room 103 so it was on the lowest floor.

Op personeel en hygiëne niks aan te merken, maar de plaatsing van wc en wasbak is erg erg erg ongelukkig. Heb een dikke blauwe plek aan mijn been overgehouden omdat de wasbak veel te dichtbij staat. Helaas kan ik daardoor deze hotel niet verder aanbevelen en zal ik ook niet meer naar deze locatie terug willen. Personeel is wel echt fantatisch

I got the superior queen room. Toilet is old and a bit rusty. Tap water has a kind of taste. The hotel is busy with traffic dare not cross over to walk to Nagoya shopping mall eventhou its a walking distance. As expected traffic noise near the road. As we dont spend most of our day in the room so its not that bothering. Hotel provide 2 pillows only, need to pay for IDR 50,000 when requested for extra 2 pcs more 😏. Breakfast is okay, few choices to choose. So so taste.

My partner and i had a great stay at the Asialink. The staff were friendly and we had a clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was good with an ok selection. Great value for money in Batam. I would happily stay again.

There is a high traffic noise level throughout the night. The rooms are not sound proof hence it's fairly uncomfortable to have a good sleep.

The hotel room is clean and spacious,and the location is nice to nearby Nagoya hill.

My bathroom from my firs day check in until i left still no shower gel . Hopefully this would improve.

At time there were power outage that happened unexpectedly few times especially around dining area. The food was below expectation.

We stayed here for only a night. So far all good and we were happy with what we have paid for. Thank you to all hotel staff to make our stay memorable.

Breakfast not spread out, and the food was not upto our standard. Can be better with more choices for breakfast.

Location was walking distance to Nogoya shopping mall.

There was very minimum choices on the 1st day and even lesser on the 2nd day of stay. Noodles were dry. No meat on both days served for breakfast. Food could have been better.

Accessible location, convenient spot.

We had issue with hair dryer every night, as it would stop working. Feedback to staff they tried to fix it but the problem persisted. End up we also almost give up then we discovered that issues was with the socket. It would be helpful if they checked the socket next time to avoid similar problem.

I have always checked into this hotel every time I visit Batam until AsiaLink Easy took over management after Covid hit that they halted operation to the hotel's iconic Rooftop Lounge. Restaurant services now closes at 9pm instead of the usual midnight. Room wise, TV is very old and has white noise and dots all over every channels we kept switching too. They want business but not willing to pump in the money to maintain amenities. I dont think I am coming back here the next time. I need to find a better hotel in Batam next time round.

Still using the old Evitel branded towels/toiletries/etc. Which are horribly old and stained. More than one room in our group had to request for new towels/floor mats/ pillowcases. My first towel was stained. Had an obvious handprint on it. My second towel was worse. They gave me one smelly so strongly of pee (cat? rat?) we recoiled. Had to go out and buy towels. Both to shower with and to cover the pillowcase. First time I, personally, have ever done that. Ask for an extra pillow, told there's a charge. Ask for extra towels, told there's a charge. Ask for handtowels, told they don't have any. But if they did, I'm sure there would have been a charge. Location in general is great. Location specifically is quite a headache. Situated at the corner of a major junction, you can hear everything at all hours. So loud that you can smell the colour of every bike and see the rumble of every truck that passes by. All this being said, the staff we encountered were very pleasant and friendly. Such a shame the hotel itself was so disappointing. Overall, a hard pass

As for hotel room pricing is just right for a 3.5 star stay. Worth for short stay. No other comments.

Delicious vegetarian breakfast served in the morning, my fussy family really enjoyed the breakfast spread. We were pleasantly surprise at the quality & standard of the breakfast buffet. Our 2 rooms were interconnected as requested, they've provided earlier check in. However, our rooms were near the road thus there's abit of traffic noise at night. For light sleepers do request for quieter rooms. The staff were prompt & helpful for any issues raised.
