Dont think any money is safe inside a bookbag or suitcase, its not. Blatent and repetative, in decades of travel never had this issue. Avoid.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were confortable with aircon in every room. The pool was a great place to hang out and plenty of cafes in the area. The cafe next door was excellent

The gym could do with a pedistal fan. Very warm on the running machines

Air conditioner was turned off every time the room was left and room entered when do not disturb in place. Understand $$ and electricity, but rooms took hours to cool down after leaving for only a short trip to the shops.

Bel appartement côté piscine. Résidence très bien placée, à taille humaine et au calme : 5 mn à pieds du centre ville. Piscine magnifique. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Cuisine suffisante pour se faire un p'tit dej ou réchauffer un plat. Pas d'ustensiles pour cuisiner.

This is a gem. Value for money is great. We were 5 people, 2 adult 3 kids, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, kitchen.. it was so incredibly nice. Pool area is nice, and right next door is w great cafe for breakfast, and two doors down you can find a great pizza place on one side, and a garden bar and restaurant on the other. Still only 10 min from pub street. I would stay here if I go back.

Lee is around all the time. He managed to get a room cleaned and let us check in early which was great as we were tired after a long flight. The location is a walking distance from pub streets. Tons of restaurants, supermarket and safe to walk. The source a great all day cafe is next door. The pool area is green, clean and relaxing. The bonus is the housekeeping every day and fresh towels.Peaceful and safe. They even have long term stay discounts

The living room Ac doesn’t cool well as it’s small compared to the size of the room. Just a pot and pan for cooking. Just good for breakfast. The gas doesn’t light up easily. Once you remove the room keys, the AC goes off so when you come back, the room is really hot and humid . Takes a while to cool

Spacious apartment in the center of town with a living room (including kitchen), bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. Friendly and helpful host.

A big apartment located in Taphul road close to shops and resturants. The pool was nice and always clean. It has a elevator as i was on the 4th top floor. House keeping the best and cleanest i have stayed in many times in siem reap. Overall a nice comfortable place to stay. Balcony nice a good outlook. Also has a washing machine 😊

Some banging noises at night thinking it might of been from the gym not sure. My apartment was quite hot being top floor and it was struggling to keep cool at times with afternoon sun.

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour dans la Résidence BB Angkor.. L hôtel, tres confortable et propre est tres bien situé dans le centre ville. Commerces à proximité. Nous avions une suite familiale spacieuse. Tres belle piscine. Possibilité de cuisiner, tres pratique pour prendre le petit déjeuner le personnel est sympathique. Si nous revenons a Siem Reap nous reviendrons sans hesiter dans cette residence.

The pool. The location - quiet but inside the city, close to go to temples. Bike rental around the corner. Big rooms. Cleaning daily. Flexible with check in and out. Friendly administrator.

The kitchen ware was for 2 ppl, but we were 3. It needs renovation. Some cheers at terrace would be great. No shower gel.

The apartments where very spacious, with a big bedroom and a nice living room with a kitchenette. There was an individual wifi in each room. The place is perfect for digital nomads. The location is perfect because it is very close to everything but on the other hand it's quite quiet.

The daylight in the living room is quite limited due to doors to the balcony not having any windows in it. On lower flours there was a disturbing sounds from some hydro installations.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns auf Anfrage Fahrer für unsere Touren besorgt. Diese waren sehr gut, auch wenn die Preise vermutlich etwas höher als üblicherweise waren. Der Pool war sehr gut und meist wenig besucht.

In der Wohnung roch es etwas muffig nach Abfluss. Ein größerer Wäscheständer wäre gut.

The most comfortable stay, very clean apartment that allows you to fully relax. Wonderful, helpful owner. The location is perfect and very peaceful. We will be back. :)

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the city centre and very clean. The rooms were good size with clean facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were quite close with lots of eating options.

The location is great, it was a positive side that there was a kitchen. The apartment was huge for 2 ppl. There is a washing machine, the gym was OK.

I suggest to have a new pan as it was disgusiting… and the kitchen tools should be more prepared (such as kitchen towel, bowls, more plates etc.) The matrass was hard.

Not the best soundproofing

Las camas eran comodisimas y las almohadas lo eran más, aunque tenían algún que otro agujero al igual que las toallas pero estaban limpias, las sábanas de algodón muy suave, teníamos un apartamento de 2 habitaciones tenemos un niño de 20 meses y tener lavadora y cocina es una gozada. La ubicación era perfecta a un paso del Pub Street y mercado nocturno. El recepcionista fue muy agradable. Hay un restaurante justo abajo que prepara unos desayunos tipo “healthy” buenísimos, y también una pizzería muy buena justo al lado. La piscina está genial para relajarse un poco, y siempre estaba vacía.

Para mí lo peor fue el ruido… teníamos reservado en otro hotel más barato y cambiamos a este porque las valoraciones del otro decían que estaban con obras exteriores, pues al final en este también… (ajenas al hotel por supuesto) tenemos un niño madrugón y no nos molestaban mucho porque empezaban sobre la hora que despierta nuestro peque… (7am), Seguro que fue algo puntual, nosotros el problema realmente lo teníamos por la noche con la unidad exterior del aire acondicionado de los que estaban alojados al lado… tenían puesto el aire toda la noche y se escuchaba muchísimo hasta el punto que mi niño de 20 meses también se despertaba, creo que tenía algún defecto la máquina porque las nuestras no hacían tantísimo ruido, si bien es cierto que nosotros apagábamos el aire por la noche… estábamos en el segundo piso en un apartamento de 2 habitaciones que daba hacia la parte trasera del hotel con vistas a la piscina… otro día, durante la siesta del peque se pusieron a cortar un árbol con el consiguiente ruido… Otra cosa, como crítica constructiva, es que tendrían que poner al menos otro tendal en el otro balcón, solo había un tendal pequeño con 3 barras de poco más de medio metro y a nosotros no nos llegaba para nada, con 3 camisetas ocupábamos el tendal… por otro lado el apartamento es bastante oscuro, estaría bien que las puertas de los balcones fueran de cristal para dar más luz… sería mucho más bonito. Nuestro apartamento no tenía nada de decoración como las fotos, ni plaids en las camas, ni camino de mesa, ni ninguna figura decorativa… yo, personalmente es algo que agradecí con el niño… El último día de nuestra estancia se fue la luz 2-3 veces a eso de las 6:30-7:00 y se escuchaba un ruido muy fuerte que nos despertó, creemos que no eran las obras si no un ruido como de un generador. Al rato ese ruido cesó. Hubo un par de días que encontramos 2 cucarachas pequeñas en la cocina… Nosotros tuvimos mala suerte con el ruido… y no pudimos descansar todo lo bien que...

If you are reading this comment , it means you are looking for hotel in SR , this one is a fantastic value , clean +++ , huge sqm , bed confortable , bedsheets clean , has a washer , the unit where I was ( n 2 ) has 2 rooms , every room with her own bath room , and extra toilet in living room, the guy in reception was very friendly and helpful . Don’t waste your time checking reviews , this is where you have to go , you will thank me later :) . AC : good , one in every room and in living room. Balcony , rack to dry clothes . I discovered it because I extended my stay for one night ! Big regrets I didn’t stay there my first 5 days . Location is good , you can go every where ( pub street , old market … ) just walking Highly highly recommend to stay here.

As in all Cambodia , kitchen tools are not the priority but enough for the basics , food outside are not expensive .

Good size apartment. All you needed. Great location. Washing machine was handy.

Leaked badly. At least three substantial leaks through the ceiling. Had to place towels and buckets in lounge room. Still paid a reasonably high price. When asked to change room ( stayed there four nights ) we were told we could not change rooms and not to worry about the leaks.

Lee was a very good operator. The place was very clean.

Very spacious. Nice pool area. Appreciated the washing machine in the room.

Plain and basic. Rooms were not like the photos - very little decoration. No chairs on the balcony - unlike apartments opposite. Water damaged ceiling to kitchen / seating area, with a wet chair cushion beneath. Intermittent very annoying / disturbing high pitched whining noise which we think was coming from one of the taps. Had to sleep with ear plugs to try to shut out this noise.

The room was big. The bed was big and comfortable. Nice pool. Well situated.

Airco took long to cool the room. Shower was hard to regulate. $40 a night is okay. $120 is far too much.

Owner was super friendly. Was in a great location. Clean and comfortable. Pool and gym was great.

The king suite was huge and the washing machine & clothes airer on the balcony were very much appreciated. Lovely & quiet area yet only 5 minutes walk to Pub Street which was great fun. The staff were very friendly. We loved our stay in both Siem Reap and BB Angkor Residence, recommend both

It is a good hotel in terms of price-performance. The young staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I am not sure if the area is secure, but do not leave your credit card exposed in the room. Overall, I liked it a lot, and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend this hotel, just pay attention to security.

Very close to the city centre, easy access to nice cafes and ATM just beside the hotel, excellent organisation of transport, friendly and attentive staff, spacious rooms and washing machine available which makes the trip stress free and very enjoyable

This property was such a great find. Perfect location, quiet street. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff are soo friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great for families as the pool is an awesome feature to burn some excess energy if needed.

The only thing is the beds are extremely hard but the pillows are heaven. Overall I’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Located slightly outside the centre of Siem Reap, on a quieter side road, but within easy walking distance of Supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, cafes (there is an excellent cafe adjacent to the hotel) As there were 5 of us we booked a 2 bed and 1bed apartment. Both were spacious, with comfortable bedrooms, large living/dining/kitchen areas, en suite bath/shower rooms and a useful balcony/balconies. The pool downstairs was also a hit late afternoon. Manager/Receptionist and Staff were polite and friendly. We used one of the Tuk Tuk drivers who sits outside, Ma Ratcha who was excellent and would thoroughly recommend! I returned to SR for one final evening but decided to stay at another 'Boutique' hotel at the other side of town. In retrospect I should have booked in here again and certainly will if returning!

Nothing to not like. Only moment of misunderstanding (part language and part my mistake as had a very early start to fly to SR and so was a little weary on arrival) was that Booking had been guaranteed by my card but payment was to be made at property (whereas previous accom in BKK had been debited) and wasn't asked during check in if wanted to pay then or at check out....Was a little surprised on checking out to learn it hadn't been debited....so paid using card. Would be useful if the question was asked at Check In....mainly a language issue/misunderstanding.

The swimming pool is very nice and the sauna too. The apartment was clean and had everything to cook and to stay there.

Huge apartment and beautiful swimming pool. Good cafe next door for breakfast. Some very nice eateries within walking distance. We had lovely steaks in the Italian restaurant which was virtually next door.

Gym was open to the elements and I was bitten by insects so stopped going. The apartment was rather dark and gloomy so didn't cook any food preferring to go out.

Great location, huge room with kitchen, washing machine as expected. A little more outdated than we expected as this is the most we have paid throughout S.E Asia but it was comfortable. The pool was a blessing and the staff very friendly and helpful, in fact I left my headphones at the hotel and the manager wrapped them up for me and I organized a Grab to pick them up so they could be transported to Thailand. Basic, everything you need and fantastic location. The option to have our room serviced daily was a real treat.

Gym is in serious need of maintenance. The treadmills belts are off line and it is really not a great workout space. There are a couple of excellent gyms in town, we did not use it again after the first time.

we had a 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of space for families, great location - quiet but easy walk to markets/town etc. staff were so helpful, organised driver to tour Angkor Watt and any other help we needed. Beds were a little on the firm side, but everything else was great! would stay again happily

Faulty air conditioning in the room on the top floor - one must wait some hours to lower of the temperature after check-in and don’t switch aircon off when leaving the room.

Stayed there in the 2 bedroom family suite for about 4 nights. Pros - Lots of places to eat, walkable to pub street, convenient access to little stores around the area. The rooms were big, the living room was big too. They had cooking utensils if you need it. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Cons - The inside of the entire hotel was a little dark, wish they would have had more lighting. The rooms were dark as well. There is NO microwave even though the details says that there is a microwave. Wish the fridge was a little bigger to store left over food and cold drinks. The bathrooms are open at the top of the ceiling so you can hear your other people staying with you. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Great value. Very lovely small hotel tucked away on Taphul Road, a short walk from Pub Street and lots of restaurants. Has large comfortable rooms, with good aircon and wifi. Pool is lovely; set in small, nicely kept area with plants. BB Restaurant next door does great food. Only ate breakfast there, but it was exceptional
