Buen situado y comunicado, cerca del metroy autobuses. Zona tranquila, con comercios de todo tipo al lado. Camas comodísimas. Café sin coste.

I liked the location and the facilities were very clean and new.

The fact of the sink was not inside the bathroom was odd and not very practical.

Ben ubicat al costat del metro. Situat en una xona gradable i poc sorollós. Lliys còmodes.

L’esmorzar. No tenen espai per a poder esmorzar i només tenen criosdants i cerrals. Tot i que està enunciat, m’ho esperava millor.

Lo negativo, el desayuno no dispone de instalaciones para poder tomártelo sentado en una mesa, está en el hall de entrada, no dispone de mesas, ni sito para tomarlo, aparte de que es algo limitado, no hay nada salado, solo bollería, cereales, algo de fruta, y barritas energéticas,

localização excelente e conveniente junto ao metro. Quarto grande e que permitia acomodar confortavelmente a nossa familia de 5 pessoas.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor mas estava aceitável. Os lençois e toalhas estavam limpos e brancos.

Great location. 3min walk to Hammersmith metro station. 20 min from downtown by metro. The biggest surprise was the variety of shops around the hotel ( Boots, TK Max , Primark, IKEA, many supermarkets and more...) . Nice café, pub and restaurants around the area.

The room wasn't that clean. The room was a bit small for a 4 people family.

I loved the location of this hotel. it is not only close to Hammersmith station, it is also super close to Eventim Apollo Theatre - and this is where I was spending my evening of the one night that was staying at Heeton. I really liked the bed I slept on - it was quite comfy. The mugs were of a decent size - that was great too. The room was clean enough. The staff members were pleasant and welcoming, and the surrounding area was nice. The room was also quiet, that was pretty awesome; I liked that I could either open the window or have the air-con on. And I loved that the hotel has a policy of No Noise after 10pm. If only more places had that!

I was quite confused with the room I was given. Firstly, because it was in the basement level and I dont recall booking that type; secondly because it was for 5+ people. And I travelled by myself. The room, while nicely spacious!, was totally disfunctional - there was no table, even a tiny one, only bedside stands for two of the 5 beds. In order to boil the kettle i needed to place it on the floor to plug it in. The light was interesting too - only one part of the room got the amount to e.g. read a book with the light on without straining your eyes. The bathroom was most worrying. The whole room looked a bit forgotten, but the bathroom was the most concerning. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, or if it was it was quite superficial. There was no shower mat. I decided not to use the shower at all because i was genuinely worried about the state of it.

Carpet badly needed replacing and our room clearly used to have a kitchenette so the sink is in the bedroom and is a butler sink and extractor fan still in place. Read the fine print about breakfast - it’s essentially a take away continental.

Location is excellent: for being right in central Hammersmith, it was relatively quiet and had nice streets nearby. The family room we had was relatively spacious. Staff were friendly even when they couldn't accommodate our requests (like early check-in).

The bathroom was tiny, very poorly lit, and the soap dispenser was empty. There was not a single hook or towel rail to hang our towels.

Very good location, so close to the tube station and lots of bus routes. The room was clean and comfortable.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. Instead you had to go to reception and pay for this separately. This would be a nice gesture to have this in the room instead, and then be able to get croissants etc from the bakery station. Other than that I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

Warm welcom from the friendly staff. The location was ideal, good distance from Hammersmith lines and a bus top outside. The street was very quite and not noisy at night. The hotel was very minimalist and functional. Great for a place to rest after a busy day or so exploring London.

The set up of the room, especially the wardrobe adjacent to the shower is not ideal. The sink was in the middle of the room, no microwave, which would have helped the fact you have to go downstairs for breakfast and limited seating. The lift was peculiar as it would not take you to the floor selected but to anyone else who's pressed it before then going to where you wanted to get off.

The hotel is in a lovely area but if you’re staying for after surgery. I wouldn’t say it’s the most comfortable.

There was no air in the rooms. And when opened the window some stinky smell would come from the outside. The toilet stunk too

They put us in the basement next to the staff areas in a very poorly maintained room. We had all sorts of noise externally to our room very late into the night

Very basic property. Rooms tiny and the shower and toilet were behind sliding door like in a wardrobe. Sink was in the room and no hand towel so had to ask. Breakfast is grab and go pastries etc so nowhere to sit and enjoy unless outside but it was raining. They don’t automatically clean/service the room unless you ask which was annoying for towels etc but staff were helpful and nice

Room was clean and well lit. Toilet and shower are hidden behind a mirror so that was fun. Great amenities, staff really welcoming and helpful. Hotel is very near lots of pubs and places to eat and very close to Hammersmith Tube. Great spacious room.

Only 2 things for improvement. There was a lot of dust around the A/C unit and on top of the mini fridge. Light in mini fridge wont turn off unless you unplug from the wall.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient.

Didn’t have breakfast thought it was a bit expensive for what they had there. Room was a little strange large felt empty, as if something was missing. Had kettle and coffee machine with just a few coffee pods. No sink in toilet had to come out of room and wash hands in what seemed like a kitchen sink no hand towel.

Lights in toilet and the bathroom where sensor so if you moved to much they kept coming on and you have to wait for them to time out.

Our bedroom: we paid for a superior double room and we were put in a basement room, near the staff office and the hotel toilets. The room had basically no window and one of the bediside lights was broken. Breakfast: the "continental breakfast" was too expensive for what it was. Basically only coffee and croissants. We wouldn't go there again!

Very modern & spacious room with lots of amenities. Very nice complimentary toiletries. Large comfortable bed. Safe. Glass fronted fridge. Magnifying lighted mirror. Great lighting stylish & practical. Large tv. Staff Very polite and extremely helpful.

No view (not a big problem). A hairdryer would have been nice. A couple of biscuits would have been nice.

La camera era già pronta con ben due ore di anticipo rispetto al check-in, pulita e profumata. Il design è moderno e modulare, con dettagli industriali che rendono omaggio alla storica fabbrica di lampadine Osram un tempo presente nella zona, e gli standard di comfort e pulizia sono molto vicini a quelli italiani. Il personale è stato eccezionale, in particolare Mari alla reception: gentilissima, attenta alle nostre esigenze e in grado di parlare un perfetto italiano, un vero valore aggiunto. Molto comodo anche il deposito bagagli gratuito il giorno della partenza, che ci ha permesso di goderci Londra fino all’ultimo minuto. Infine, la posizione è ottima: pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Hammersmith (Piccadilly, Circle e District Line), con l’aeroporto di Heathrow raggiungibile in soli 30 minuti, e vicina a Kensington, Notting Hill e Fulham. Hyde Park e i principali musei sono a 20 minuti di metro, Buckingham Palace a un quarto d’ora. A pochi minuti a piedi anche dalla stazione dei caratteristici bus a due piani, perfetti per girare la città in modo pittoresco.

L’hotel non dispone di una sala colazione vera e propria: la formula è Grab & Go (croissant, yogurt, succhi, bevande calde), da consumare in camera, ai tavolini esterni o in giro per la città. Per noi non ha rappresentato un problema ma chi cerca una colazione tradizionale seduta potrebbe trovarlo un limite.

Hotel con concetti innovativi ma forse non conviene pagare la colazione che di fatto è un take away avendo solo 3 tavoli fuori in giardino e comunque è abbastanza limitata. Posizione ottima, pur essendo un po' distante dal centro e' a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Hammersmith dove passano diverse linee della metro che peraltro è molto frequentata fino a tarda notte

I were first placed in floor -1 and were moved to 3 only after we complained. Also the breakfast is very basic and dos not worth the £20 pounds extra.

Great location near tube, so handy for both Heathrow and central London. The staff are lovely!

Vicinissimo alle metropolitane, zona servita ma fuori dal caos turistico. Staff gentile, camera pulita e di buone dimensioni.

Ottima posizione con diverse linee di metro a pochi passi dall'hotel. Inoltre taxi e depositi bici elettriche molto vicine. Tutto sommato camera famigliare spaziosa, letti comodi.

Avevo chiesto di non essere nel seminterrato e mi era stato detto che avrebbero fatto il possibile...senza specificare che tutte le camere famigliari si trovano al piano -1, avrei preferito più trasparenza nella risposta...comunque vi era la finestra apribile, cosa molto importante per noi.

Il letto era comodo e la posizione dell'hotel andavano benissimo, a due minuti dalla metropolitana.

Invece della colazione non siamo rimasti contenti perchè mancava il salato, il caffè espresso, la possibilità di scaldare il latte solo due tipi di paste dolci precotte senza torte, biscotti.... e soprattutto era prevista una colazione in piedi... In quanto per tutti i clienti dell'hotel c'erano solo n. 3 tavoli da 4 persona all'aperto... solo n. 3 tavoli ... in stanza non avevano il tavolo e di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto fare colazione sopra i letti....

Very good location for the tube / underground, easy to use as a base for visiting central London.

Goede locatie, dichtbij Hammersmith station en genoeg restaurantjes om te ontbijten. Fijn dat iedereen op 1 kamer kon in de familiekamer. Entree is mooi en stylisch, daar stopt het helaas.

We travelled with Family of four,kids age 9 and 4. We stayed in room 201 with 2 double beds and it was a very comfortable and satisfied stay.The details are below: 1- Check in was smooth. 2- Rooms were spotless clean, me being obsessed with cleaning ,literally the sheets were spotless smell fresh,and every corner of the room was spotless which eahnced my confidence in stay. 3- There was a refrigerator and a microwave available in the room(which is not the case with every room so check before making a booking or you can request one) 4- HammersmithTube station is 5 mins walk which made super easy to travel with kids even there is a bus stop just few walking steps outside the hotel. 5- Neighbour hood is quite lively ,there is market and shops all around d with one 24/7 shop near by (incase need milk or water bottle) 6- Room provides tea, coffee ,Sugar but water bottles not included so bring your own. 7- Location wise it's convenient and not so far from city centre. 8- Really value for money.

L’établissement est bien placé et joli.

L’entrée de l’hôtel est petit. Le petit déjeuner à prendre debout, ce n’est pas possible. J’ai l’impression qu’il s’agit uniquement d’un service type « servez-vous et partez ». Nous étions deux et avons eu une chambre d’une famille XXL je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi.

The room was uninhabitable. It was in the basement, had recently flooded and smelt and carpet was mouldy, shower door didn’t work, no light to see (did makeup by the light of my phone torch), peeling off stickers on walls. Staff said they have told management but the hotel still overbooks. So much for Superior. The worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Goo location. Clean. Friendly. Modern. Not the usual tiered decor or appearance you get on this street. Someone’s spent a few quid to make something modern and comfortable. The air con was a very serious upgrade that’s for sure.

Didn’t like being below road level meaning no view but that’s a small don’t like.

El desayuno. No hay sitio para sentarse para desayunar, es para llevar. Solo hay bollería, fruta( plátano o manzana) y cereales. Pedí leche vegetal y no trajeron. De infusiones solo té. Café solo con cafeína. Baño minúsculo.

The look of the hotel, and the facilities. The location was brilliant walking distance to the underground and the Eventim Apollo. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within minutes walking distance to the hotel.

There were no negative critiques to give.
