The room was large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with lovely smelling bathing products too. The room was rather warm but a fan was provided which helped. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh products.

The main issue with our room was the lack of privacy when using the shower or toilet. The shower's glass panels are part of the bathroom wall making privacy non existent. Tea and coffee facilities could be improved upon if there were instructions for the coffee machine.

Fijne ruime kamer met groot 2 persoons bed. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met yoghurt, fruit en zelfgemaakte jam en brood. Ook Engelse variant mogelijk. Leuke accommodatie ook buiten allerlei zitjes. Mensen zijn heel gastvrij.

Ik zou het niet weten. Behalve dat wcpot aan de bevestigingsringen niet zo schoon was. En de tv deed het niet .

Ongelooflijke aanrader! Een pub met apart een hotel gedeelte. Mensen zijn heel gastvrij. Eten erg lekker en biologisch. Van vlees tot vegan, alle keuzes mogelijk. Ook nog een leuke boerderijwinkel. Onze fietsen konden binnen staan.

Nice place to spend a day or two. Lovely location, cute farm shop and huge rooms. Owner was very welcoming. Lots of outdoor dining spaces to enjoy a meal or drink.

Service at meals was a little mixed although all staff were pleasant. Breakfast portions may be a little small for some.

Its location from the Ridgeway and recommendation was why we first chose it. I really liked the facilities, everything you needed was there. The food was exceptional, would definitely recommend this as place to stay.

Beautiful location, the b&b is placed in the middle of tiny village with an absolutely stunning center place. The b&b is linked to a pub, they serve their produce and carefully sourced ingredients, so the breakfast and the dinner we had were absolutely delicious. Beautiful garden to sit and relax with a pint of beer (or anything you fancy ). Rooms have very interesting interior, which reflects the charm and quirkiness of the place. Lounge and free tees/coffees, books , and a local paper - anything you need to have a relaxing break. We absolutely loved it!

Cleanliness - dishwasher needs a revamp as we have been given a mug with a tea rind and a bowl had a dirt mark. Swiftly replaced.

Het is een hotel met 12 gezellig ingerichte kamers. Het bed sliep heerlijk. Het ontbijt was lekker en de medewerkers waren zeer gastvrij. De pub van het hotel heeft een ruime tuin en is dichtbij, maar wel buiten geluidsafstand.

The property is set in a beautiful surroundings which is a great start. The room was very clean and had some nice extras (Dyson fan, quality shampoo). The shared area was also great.

I found my mattress very soft and felt like it was down on one side (where people would generally enter and exit)

Great Hospitality by friendly staff from owners down to locals that frequent the bar and restaurant exceptional real ales,wines and Spirits plus fantastic food. A great location for feeling free comfortable and escaping life’s dramas !

The integration with a super pub and great restaurant - the staff are super friendly, and professional when dealing with our accommodation problem.

The room we were allocated was small and very warm. It was also noisy from a water boiler in the room below. The airco could not be turned on all in all a poor night’s rest.

Good room, Great pub and very helpful staff

Very friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome - including offering to drive us to a wedding 30 minutes away. It is located in a beautiful village of thatched houses spread over two (once rival) pub buildings. The accommodation is in a nicely renovated former pub building, while the breakfast room is in the neighbouring dog-friendly pub with a beautiful beer garden, outdoor bar and popular farm shop. The breakfast was excellent - as you would expect from pig farmers - and there was a vintage car meet during our visit. We loved the fact they impress their own personality on the place, including a free to use vinyl record collection, Private Eye decorations and political signs in the pub welcoming everybody except Nigel Farage and Reform-UK supporters.

Check in was a bit awkward at 9pm, as the 16 year old waitress didn't know any of the answers to our questions but made up the answers anyway, including instructions for breakfast in the wrong building and at the wrong time, plus she gave us advice to walk 3 miles rather than get a taxi (which in fairness, we almost ended up having to do when returning from the wedding venue as many Veezu and uber drivers repeatedly dropped our request late at night in preference for those rides nearer Swindon centre). Fortunately, the owners more than made up for the confusion and delivered breakfast direct to our room after the kitchen had closed and we were able to have a good laugh about it with themselves and other staff.

We had such a wonderful time! We were warmly welcomed by Tim and the staff. The room was roomy and beautifully decorated. The bedding and linen were fabulous. We also enjoyed an exceptional dinner, all fresh, organic and local. Breakfast had a great selection too. Plus, they had a lovely farm shop with lots of choices of produce.

It is a lovely pub with lovely rooms. Staff were great. The ethos is fabulous too.

Only one very small suggestion to improve things. There is a communal area with tea, coffee etc and an honesty bar all great. There is also tea and coffee in the room. No biscuits were provided. This is an upmarket establishment and it seems very trivial not to include. I would expect something to offered for free.

Excellent accomodation with plenty of amenities, spacious comfortable bedroom and bathroom and very friendly staff. Included breakfast was excellent, and the meal at the on-site restaurant was also fantastic.

We were charged extra for the dogs, even though we specifically filtered hotels where dogs were allowed when searching on Booking. We tried to explain this to the hotel, but still were charged £50 extra for a night

Lovely place, very characterful, everyone charming and friendly.

Great location for walking. Food was fab. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and we loved the little bar/lounge area for guests to chill in.

The room was unusual and quirky with a large spacious bathroom . The pub was very welcoming and the food was amazing.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the coffee machine didn’t work the staff fixed immediately when reported .

The rooms are separate to the pub/restaurant which feels nice, and potentially quieter. Room was really well designed, bathroom was gorgeous, bed comfortable, lots of parking - couldn't ask for more!

I didn't eat there, which I regret as it looked lovely. I had plans with a friend meaning my evening meal was taken elsewhere, and due to travelling for work I was on the road before breakfast. The wifi required a password, which wasn't detailed in the room - presumably this is available from the bar but I didn't go over and ask (I was too comfy in my room!) There were tea lights on the bath bar (and a wine glass!) which was such a nice touch - but no matches so couldn't light them! Appreciate matches may be a fire hazard, but less so than a lit candle perhaps??

The inconsiderate people in the next room 4 women getting drunk and loud slamming their front door and when 2 went back to there room it finally went quiet 12 midnight Will not be coming back worse sleep before work on Monday I refrained from confronting them as my partner and I would be the ones that would of affected us more than them A simple plaque on the wall Please Consider Others in the hotel when returning to rooms

Outstanding hospitality from the moment I arrived until my second departure, having been contacted by the staff to let me know I had left something behind. Genuine, professional service of the highest standard, first class food, great accommodation - it all felt effortless, and I would love to return.

Evening menu a bit limited for someone who doesn’t eat fish or game but possibly understandable considering the local and organic produce used

The cozy atmosphere in the rooms, the guest room if you need more space to chill out, the great quality of the food they prepare, the tasty breakfast with a lot of choices and products from the farm such as milk, yogurt, butter, bread, jam and apple juice. In addition to full English, omelette or egg royal and Benedict. We had two dinners, fantastic meat and vegetables. Also to mention the multiple tracks for lovely walk on the country side, following their clear map. Great stay, highly recommend!

Uns wurde sofort Hilfe und Lösung angeboten, nachdem wir Probleme mit dem Zimmer hatten. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett.

Das Zimmer ist schon sehr klein, man hat gerade so Platz ums Bett herum zu gehen jedoch nicht für Koffer.
