The staff was so welcoming that I bought them a gift before I left. The food is delicious, the hospitality is excellent, the cleanliness is top notch. The drive to the city center is 10 minutes if that's your thing. If you have a motorbike it's not a consideration at all. Highly recommend and thank you for the wonderful hospitality

The place is 9.99/10 Nothing perfect but still the best

The pool was nice. The area was close to a market where we could get some halal food.

We had the problem of Ac, which was not working. They change the room for us. The other Room was also having the same problem. Then we shifted to a third one where the Ac was functioning. However, we had to hide a fan side with the Ac.

Ein echt schönes Hotel, im alt modischen Stil, es ist nicht mehr das neuste ABER man sieht, dass es mal mit sehr viel Liebe gebaut wurde. Das Personal ist sehr nett und professionell, die Klima wird immer gewartet aber ist schon fast zu kalt 😂 Der Pool schaut auch sehr schön aus, wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Die Betten sind sehr angenehmen, konnten sehr gut darin schlafen.

Das einzige negative ist, dass man den Straßen Verkehr sehr laut hört, wir haben nur mit Ohropax schlafen können.

Zum Rauchen musste man sich auf die Treppe setzen. Das ist auch für die Nichtraucher unangenehm hier über rauchende Menschen darüber zu steigen

Wir hatten zwei super große zusammenhängende Zimmer bekommen. Sehr schön ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war auch umfangreich und wir konnten die Räder benutzen. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, dafür aber in einer ruhigen Gehend mit Aussicht ins Grüne. Mit Rad und Taxi war alles super zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Kindness of the staff, clean room and good location, 10 minutes walking to the beach and 4,5 km to Hoi An city, few minutes by grab

Die Lage ist super, zwischen old town und dem Strand. Mit einem Scooter lässt sich alles gut erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Große geräumige Zimmer.

Wenn man auf hohem Niveau etwas anmerken will, dann war der Zimmerservice nicht ganz so ordentlich, zum Beispiel Handtücher/ Bademantel nicht mitgenommen, aber für uns hat das dem Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst.

Сам отель выглядишь симпатично, номера чистые. Бассейн хороший, есть полотенца и лежаки. У отеля заявлен частый пляж, которого по факту нет. В пешей доступности вы можете искупаться и загорать рядом с рабочей техникой, так как там идут масштабные работы, ну или ездить на такси. Трансфер который был заявлен, тоже как то прошел мимо. Вообщем ощущения крайне противоречивые.

큰방은 방이 커서 좋았으나 작은방은 문열자마자 베드가 나오는 정도로 방이 작았다

방 두개중 한군데서 페인트냄새같은게 계속 나서 방 교체를 원햇으나 다른방도 냄새가 나서 힘들었다. 그게 베트남 고유 냄새인지는 모르겠다

Beautiful hotel, layout, staff

The restaurant, location and pool are all wonderful.

The room looked a bit under construction and could have been cleaner. Also noise you can hear others.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Staff were terrific. We had a large family room which was very comfortable and with a bathtub. Breakfast was ok . Pool was delightful. We would stay there again.

They could work on their breakfast a little more variety.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Manager hat viel für uns organisiert und bot tolle Tipps. Das Hotel wurde während unseres Aufenthalts umbenannt und war offensichtlich auch von außen renoviert worden. Es ist sehr hübsch geworden! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, welches sehr geräumig war. Die großen Fenster waren ebenfalls zum Sitzen geeignet und boten einen tollen Ausblick auf den Fluss und den Sonnenuntergang. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt für uns positiv.

Wir hatten für 3 Erwachsene und ein Kind (10J) gebucht und bekamen nur 3 Betten. Auf Nachfrage stellte man uns aber weitere Bettwäsche und wir konnten das Sofa als Schlafplatz nutzen. Das Zustellbett war leider so hart, dass darauf kein Erwachsener schlafen konnte. Die eine Klimaanlage ließ sich leider sehr schlecht regulieren. Im Badezimmer lief das Wasser kontinuierlich aus der Badewanne. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ließ es sich leider nicht reparieren, aber wir bekamen ausreichend Handtücher gestellt um das Wasser aufzunehmen.

So I liked the size of the suite and the daylight especially once I was moved to a correct room after a couple of days. Room was very clean. The shower has good pressure and is very hot. The lobby looks beautiful and there was always cleaning available some staff were nice.

The first photo looks nothing like reality of this hotel, so quite deceiving. The communication issues due to English. Restaurant and room service not being available in the evenings which I wasn't informed about, occasionally the bar was even closed too. The gym is quite tragic with no fans. Having to eat the same breakfast every day for two weeks became tiring especially with limited vegetarian options (occasionally there were more after I informed the chef) but the food wasn't great quality. Also the same utensils were shared for meat and veggie dishes which is kinda gross. The hotel was quite transient with people coming and going daily it's not really a long-term place. Room not so insulated as it was quite noisy occasionally. Bathtub leaking endlessly. Overall quite a sad place and not worth the money. I definitely wouldn't stay here again

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, super Lage. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und Extrems sauber. Das frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Der Pool super schön. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Fahrräder sind kostenlos auszuleihen um alles zu erkunden :)

Het personeel is super lief, ze doen meer dan hun best vooral de housekeepers. Het ontbijt is ok. De ligging is vlakbij het strand, de fietsen zijn van het hotel en die mag je vrij gebruiken.

Sommige stoelen van het restaurant waren niet helemaal stabiel, de douchekop zat niet goed vast. Let op! Als je boekt met een volwassen en twee kinderen let op dat je een kamer boekt met drie bedden aangezien het heel normaal is in Azië dat je voor drie boekt en een groot tweepersoonsbed krijgt.

La ubicación. Necesitas grab o moto para todo. Te cobran extras por todo. Nos pareció que daban una imagen de gran hotel cuando no ofrecen tantos servicios, trato un poco distante. Las bicis que te dejan son muy viejas, imposible llegar lejos con ellas. No había opciones de comida para cenar. Demasiado caro, hemos estado en sitios mejores por la mitad de precio por todo el país.

Viešbutis netoli jūros. Kambariai gražūs, tvarkingi, tvarkomi kasdien. Personalas mandagus ir paslaugus. Pusryčiai nėra gausūs, bet pavalgyti užtenka. Viešbutis siūlo nemokamus dviračius, tačiau prie jūros imamas mokestis už dviračių pasaugojimą.

Bendros patalpos reikalauja atnaujinimo- maitinimo vieta, treniruoklių salė. Prasta garso izoliacija. Prie baseino gultai vandenyje. Vakare nedirba maitinimo patalpa. Reikia eiti ieškoti, kur pavalgyti ar nusipirkti atsigerti. Pritrūkus grynųjų pinigų, pasiūlė iškeisti eurus labai žemu kursu.

Buena relación precio calidad, pero lo pillamos de oferta. Colocan te y café de cortesía cada vez que hacen el aseo además de todo lo necesario para el baño. El desayuno era abundante y tenía opciones veganas.

El lugar es agradable pero las camas me dejaron muy mal la espalda (son muy blandas) además que para ser un hotel así lo mínimo sería que una cama king fuese de un solo colchón y no 2 camas unidas únicamente por la sábana. Todas las mañanas desde muy temprano comienzan a tocar todas las puertas gritando “ama de llaves” a pesar de que tienen el típico cartón de “haz mi habitación” y “no molestar”, igualmente tocan la puerta gritando una y otra vez, puedes escucharlas desde tu habitación como tocan las habitaciones de alrededor, y si no colocas la seña de “no molestar” entran igualmente. La verdad es que fue muy desagradable despertar por la mañana con una chica gritando “ama de llaves” 20 veces. Nadie habla inglés excepto la recepcionista que no siempre estaba y tampoco se manejaba muy bien con el inglés. Nos cobraron las botellas de agua aunque al principio nos dijeron que eran gratis. Los masajes del spa estaban bien pero puedes encontrar algo mejor y más barato en el centro de Hoi An o Da Nang. Creo que parece mejor de lo que es en realidad, nosotros lo pillamos con un descuento muy grande pero no pagaría el precio original por un lugar así, sobre todo por las camas, muy malas.

This was possibly the most stunning property we stayed at in the whole of Vietnam. Everyone here was so nice and helped us with anything which we needed help with. The pool was beautiful and in a nice place of the hotel

The location of it is actually quite far from any activity apart from the beach. However they do hire out bikes

The hotel needs a little TLC - parts of the shower were broken, the gym facilities are really old, rusty and partly broken.

Das personal ist mir freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel sehr sauber und gut gelegen zwischen Stadt und Strand. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Fahrräder oder kann auch Roller zu einem guten Preis besorgen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel empfehlen.

Good breakfast if you are staying only a few days, becomes pretty repetitive with no changes. Pretty good pool (only water too hot)

The gym needs for sure an upgrade. Super basic machines (two), only one treadmill and NO ac. Only moment we could train was 7am and still we were dying.

Nam was the most pleasant and welcoming manager I’ve ever had in a Hotel. He gave such good recommendations about food, things to do and checked in every morning with me what I wanted to do and helped me around! Lovely place, clean and comfortable beds. Fast wifi.

The pool was a bit warm and the street right next to the pool quite loud to actually relax there was hard.

Die Lage war für unsere Ansprüche etwas außerhalb. Unser Zimmer hatte nicht den gebuchten Ausblick, auch die Zimmergröße wich von der Beschreibung ab.

Great facilities, modern breakfast area, and very effective air conditioning. The value for money is unbeatable! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

Nothing – everything was perfect

What an incredible gem the Happy Life Memories hotel is! The pool area and the gym is very nice and the location is absolutely perfect; as you are in the middle of the beautiful rice fields, a 10-15 min cycle to the best beach and a 15 min cycle into Hoi An old town! We really liked the beautiful room with a view, the breakfast buffet was delicious and free bike rental was super convenient! The thing that absolutely blew me away was the incredible service by manager Nam and the rest of the lovely staff - it was truly 5 star hotel service experience. Nam helped us plan an incredible itinerary and even helped me out planning, booking and organising my proposal day, and helped ensure that it was perfect! The best hotel experience we have had in Vietnam for an incredible price! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Hotellet är otroligt vackert och har en lugn fin spa-känsla. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är bra och du tar det enkelt in till centrala Hoi An med Grab. Vi uppskattade att det låg lite utanför centrum då det är lungt och fint. Nära till hav och vacker natur runt hotellet. Otroligt sköna sängar! Enormt prisvärt hotell! Mycket bra frukost. Msn kan få färskt tillagad omelett, mycket frukt och grönsaker. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell varmt!

We liked the spacious room with a living area and a bathtub, the interesting design of the hotel, and its convenient location.

The hotel is located right next to the main road, which makes it very noisy around the pool area. There were also a lot of people and splashing children in the pool itself, so I would recommend not counting on being able to relax there in peace and quiet.

The hotel was amazing and staff as well. It was very good atmosphere. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Swimming pool is nice as well. Hotel view is on rice fields.

Lovely property, only 10 minute walk to the beach and short drive to the old town. Good WiFi, friendly and attentive staff and very nice pool area. Nam in particular was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed his river lantern tour.

The shower was a bit small and unfortunately didnt stay warm but that is common in Vietnam.
