The Lilly Restaurant With Rooms

The room had a lovely sea view. We could walk straight up Great Orme from the front door. The breakfast and evening meal were excellent.

Excellent spacious room with a sea view. Superb breakfast cooked to order. Excellent location, very quiet. No problem with on street parking, no payment required. All staff that we met were friendly and extremely efficient. Would certainly stay again.

We loved the location with a perfect view of the sea and 10 minutes walk from town centre. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

It was welcoming with views across the sea towards Snowdonia and Anglesey. There was regular buses passing nearby if you wanted to hop on to get to the Llandudno Pier instead of taking your car

There wasn’t anything to dislike, with the views and the outside seating, even parking was easy it was on the road but plenty of places.

The views from the hotel were great, we had a sea view and it was great looking out over the scenery. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, offered recommendations for near by and the place had a real home from home energy.

Great location overlooking the sea at the quiet West side of Llandudno. Room with sea view and view if Great Orme. . Clean linen and towels. Good cooked breakfast. Really pleasant staff. Nice food in restaurant.

Accommodation is a bit tired and in need of a good spring clean.

Room was nicely decorated and had a sea view. Bar had good choice of beers and was lovely sitting outside watching the sun go down.

Really lovely location, views out of room 7s windows were fabulous. Only 7 rooms in use so even at “busy times” like breakfast they really look after you. Also breakfast was excellent.

In our room, the shower has no door so you unfortunately soak the bathroom when you have a shower.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Its also situated amazing right by the west shore beach.

You can see that there doing alot of work on the place. One of our rooms was much better than the other.

Poor housekeeping , check in area needed a good clean, Hoover, glass on doors smeared dusty staircase . Although room 5 was big and bright it had peeling paint on ceiling, chunks missing from side table and more off putting there was a big black stain on cream headboard above pillows😩

The location of the property on the calm west shore was perfect. Also, the food of the restaurant was amazing and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Very good value for money outside of the busy town centre but still a short walk away.

The Lilly room was a busy and the staff were stretched, we waited often for service. The room decor was dated and looked a little tired. The corridor smelt slightly unpleasant and we were the first into breakfast and cereal was on the floor.

Staff were so nice and helpfull food was outstanding so cozy what a buitifull place to stay would recomend to anybody

Room needed some detailed cleaning, a uplift. quite dusty, bed not very comfy. Took quite a while to find someone to check in. The fruit in the bowl at breakfast was old, gone off wrinkly. I think the price is because of the area it is in.

Warm welcome. Spacious well-appointed room. Big bed; comfortable arm chairs and two windows with sea views. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent.

Property a bit tired in places. Uncomfortable bed. Problems in the bathroom. Shower screen hanging off the rails. No hot water - even after 5 mins of trying. Slippery shower tray. The tap for the little sink came out too far meaning water went everywhere. Bad design. Annoying sensor lights. Would prefer on/off switch as they don’t turn off for ages so you have to keep closing the bathroom door, which isn’t very quiet!

On first glance it looked lovely, but nothing appeared finished, the painting of woodwork in bedroom and bathroom shabby. Bed was uncomfortable, a small double so not big enough for two people, and my husbands feet overhung the end of the bed. Public areas looked ok, but cleaning could have been better

Staff friendly, helpful efficient and hard working. Decor very nice but some attention needed especially on the frontage. However we spent a couple of nice sunny evenings enjoying the outside area where the views of the sea and mountains are spectacular. Bed very comfortable. Food excellent.

The dining room, bar & bedroom had all been redecorated since our last visit. It was beautiful everywhere. Really enjoyed the breakfasts, great choice & a fantastic full breakfast, fabulous. Thank you for a great stay. Thank you for a lovely time.

The room was very spacious with great natural light. The sea view was amazing. The shower was big and clean. The breakfast was scrumptious and the host/chef was attentive and great to talk too. We spent one night in the restaurant, big portions and yummy. Parking wasn't an issue, even on a hot summers weekend. The young girl who worked on the bar was very friendly and made sure we got a table for dinner.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the greeting. There was no-one on the reception desk, when we went looking for someone, the guy wasn't very welcoming.

Overall stay was fantastic room was lovely with a great view over the beach, breakfast was very nice everything you could ask for was available and the full cooked breakfast was hot and tasty. All staff were dealt with very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend we will be back

Room needed some TLC Bathroom door didn't shut properly. Plug in bath didn't fit. No proper shower , just a hand held shower over the bath. That was slow . Hairdrier broken. Toilet seat loose.

Very modern and decorated to a lovely standard, well maintained, nice quiet location out of main llandudno centre but not to far to walk with free parking available, lovely breakfast

The views from our rooms were beautiful. The complimentary tray was well stocked, everywhere was immaculately clean. All of the staff we spoke to were polite & welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.

The beds were quite low to the floor and mattress was soft, that's just our preference though, not a judgement on the rooms as it was all clean & beautifully laid out.

Open sea and mountain view in quiet part of Llandudno (west coast rather than main east shore) but still only 10 minutes walk to pier and centre of town

Room 8 should not be described as having a shower . It had hand held shower/bath mixer tap which was next to useless as the water pressure was so low. Jacuzzi style bath was useless as it Aeolus be stone cold by the time enough water had run into it. Didn’t identify this problem until the morning we were leaving so no opportunity to tell staff until too late. Shame as the bathroom was a very good size as was the comfortable bedroom

Beautiful looking building overlooking looking the sea, decor was lovely inside. Lovely spacious seating area outside where we enjoyed our drinks, staff/owners were very friendly and welcoming. Our second visit didnt disappoint. A different room this time, overlooking the seafront. No shower but an enormous beautiful bathroom with to our suprise an amazing jacuzzi bath (and it was very powerful). The room was comfortable as was the bed although the room was smaller than the other room we had stayed in. There was only 1 large stool to allow us to sit at the window so we used the box stool from the bathroom. Not ideal but it served a purpose. Tea and coffee supplied. The room was over the bar and for the most part it was ok although did get a little noisy at times especially in the evening when it was full outside. Breakfast was always lovely and freshly cooked and the dining room had been refurbished since our last visit and was really lovely. They cater well for Gluten Free at breakfast as well as in the restaurant.

Very nice and personal, homely, Paul & Beth are great staff, the bar area nice and friendly. Great WiFi throughout the building and the views from the rooms are fantastic, beach and mountain view.

On arrival were nearly cancelled but very pleased we didn’t. Don’t judge a book by the cover, garden needs a tidy up and weeds picking out.

Overlooking the sea

No option other than fried breakfast. Couldn’t do boiled eggs.Ordered a prawn sandwich when I got there and was presented with prawns in watery pink sauce. The 2pieces of lettuce and bread were soaked which I couldn’t eat. Shower cubicle door was hanging off its hinges.The bathroom lights were on sensors and stayed on for around 10/25 mins after going in, so couldn’t sleep.It was really hot with them on, not good on the hottest day of the year so far.A little TLC would help this really nice place.

Ein herzliches Restaurant mit Zimmern (ohne Hotelservice). Auf der wenigen touristischen Seite gelegen. Man hat Ruhe oder ist in 10 Gehminuten im Rummel. Einfaches Frühstücksbuffet plus Angebot von warmen Optionen.

Spacious well appointed room with decent toiletries and tea/coffee/hot chocolate etc. Comfortable bed with proper pillows. Great view over the bay to Ynys Mon. We ate dinner out of laziness but were rewarded with a decent roast and a truly top dollar piece of sea bass with risotto. Oh, yes and the breakfast was great too.

Andy Burnham could have turned up to buy me a pint 🤪.

Rooms were comfortable and the location wasn't to far from the centre and the views amazing.

Room was big and clean, and bathroom was modern. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was good. The sea view was lovely, and parking was very easy just outside the place. An easy 15min walk to the town centre and north beach. The bus stop was just outside as well.

The hotel is clean and well decorated. The meals are very good. Our room was cosy and well appointed with sea view.

The room was well decorated but was let down by shoddy workmanship. Paint peeling off wood work, toilet seat loose,shower door hanging off . A note did say that there was refurbishment ongoing and they did put the door back on, but it was a minus in our expectations.

Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer für vier Nächte gebucht. Das zimmer, mit bequemen Himmelbett und netter Aussicht hat uns gut gepasst .Jedoch könnte ein guter Hausmeister ein paar Verbesserungen vornehmen wie zum Beispiel kaputte Fenster, Toilettendeckel die nicht geöffnet bleiben wollen... Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen, das wir öfters genossen hatten, war sehr lecker und von guter Qualität. Es gibt einen ruhigen Restaurant Bereich , sowie Bar mit Terrasse . Alles in allem sehr leger mit sehr freundlichem Personal .

Man muss jedoch anmerken, das es keine Zimmer Reinigung während unseres Aufenthaltes gab , frische Handtücher musste man bei der Rezeption ordern.. Das hat uns zwar nicht besonders gestört aber für längere Aufenthalte ist dieser Umstand nicht so angenehm.

Team here are amazing, they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make your stay the best it can be. Location is lovely, it’s a real hidden gem! Food is amazing, I would love the recipe for the salt & pepper pork 🙌 room was stunning with a sea view and the bed was comfortable. Parking is free and right outside, room was beautiful, food incredible and staff amazing 🙌 we had a fantastic stay.

Quiet location, eady parking with a short walk into town. Excellent breakfast.

A lovely hotel looking into West Shore. Our room had recently been renovated and was lovely & modern. Tea and coffee was provided in the room and bottles of water which was a nice gesture. The breakfast was help your self to cereals, toast, fruit, tea/coffee and fruit juice. The waiter then told us about what was available for hot breakfast options (full breakfast, part breakfast, eggs on toast etc). The breakfast was enjoyed by all. The walk to East Shore was probably around a 10min walk. The hotel also has a really nice bar with outdoor seating area.

Not a dislike, but would advise to have a sign on the reception door to go to the bar when checking in, in the daytime as it isn’t very clear.
