Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La habitación limpia, amplia, cómoda y cama muy confortable. Personal muy atento tanto en el hotel como en el áera de desayuno. Ubicación perfecta si necesitas coger el ferry en el puerto ya que se encuentra apenas a 7 min. en coche. La distancia al aeropuerto a 2 15 min.
La habitación tenía una puerta que comunicaba con la habitación de al lado. Por esa puerta se escuchaba la conversación de los vecinos de la habitación de al lado. Así que si los vecinos no son muy respetuosos y hablan muy alto puede resultar molesto para conciliar el sueño.

The rooms and facilities have definitely seen better days, particularly the pool area and its facilities. It’s such a shame because the wonderful staff and overall experience have so much potential.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Location next to Robinsons Galleria was very convenient for restaurants, shopping, money exchange. Rooms were clean. The Summit Galleria had a delicious breakfast buffet. Service was impeccable, especially from Neil, Steven and Shamae. They deserve a raise! Totally recommend!

pay as you request for room service from restaurant instead of charge to our room. This is not handly when you have kids over 15 yrs old left in our room for dinner. But in other hand the staff manage to consider. Still this should be available for guest.

The pool is indoors. And it was a bit dated and hot in the area, making it a bit stuffy. Could do with a revamp.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Great place with some shortcomings. The TV and internet were weak. I was confined a few days and the channel selection was very poor. 1990 movies on repeat is sad. No youtube, no Netflix. Nothing but old HBO b movies. Need better. The restaurant staff were incredible for breakfast buffet. Especially shamae, Neil and stephan. Best care i ever got. All 3 could teach how to run a restaurant. Overall I love the place. Room was excellent. Housekeeping excellent. Air Conditioning seemed old with unusual thermostat. I would stay here every time. It even comes with a mall attached.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026I spent almost a week at Summit Hotel Cebu, and no regrets booking it. It is attached to a mall which makes it so convenient to shopping, cafes, and restaurants. The staff are all pleasant and polite—-and very kind and professional. Stephen in particular is such a joy at every breakfast——he’s always there with a bright smile to greet me and to help me find a table. He’s so lovely to chat with. I will definitely come back to Summit on my next trip.

The rooms were a little bit dated. The bathroom needed a little maintenance, but nothing major.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The beds were comfortable, the views from the top floor were cool, the amenities (the pool and gym) were great, the mall in the same building had nice and affordable stores and restaurants, and the breakfast (separate payment if not included) was satisfying and delicious.
The AC seemed to be broken; every time my family or I increased the temperature of the thermostat in our rooms, it seemed to not change the temperature at all. So, it was cold the entire time, but at least we had AC. Anytime it got too cold, we just turned off the AC for a bit or got under our blankets.
