Breezy Point Villas

Very clean, great helpful staff

A couple lizards and monkeys but that’s normal for the area, nothing to complain about.

Amazing service and really warm hospitality. Really tasty breakfast menu.

Value for money cosmetics and quiet old fashioned furniture

Wszytko, obsługa miejsce klimat❤️

Nic

I liked the staff's attitude towards the guests, the delicious breakfast available to order and the private space!

I didn't really like: 1. the location of the villa, far from everything in the middle of nowhere, 2. the unbearable noise and dust from the nearby construction site during the day, 3. all the trappings of an open-plan villa (mosquitoes, bugs, geckos, agama + monkeys), 4: everything is so far away that you can only get anywhere by car or motorbike!

Everything

Temporary construction noise

Nice pool, good location, easy access to every needed spot, beaches, very nice, service minded and polite staff, nice small animals arround (monkeys, gecons, birds, lizards...).

All was super!

Daar is het 1,20 Euro i.p.v. 4!

Everything was great, staff in villa is super helpfull, amazing local people… 11/10 we comw back here for sure!

Good communication and easy

Shorter flight to Bali

A beautiful Villa for families we loved our stay.

Grote kamer en groot zwembad. Heerlijke patio om buiten te zitten. Volledig ingerichte keuken.

Nice place to stay with family

Tutto bellissimo!! La casa molto bella e Il personale era fantastico

Thank you for the hospitality

Spacious and comfortable villa

The place is beautiful. Very very nice. Very comfortable. Incredibly peaceful!! The staff is super friendly and attentive to every detail. If there's a problem, they'll try to solve it, and there's always a solution. Highly recommended!!!

It was a very wonderful hotel ! Our family had a special time at this hotel. this is a hotel that I would recommend to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. The host is welcoming and supportive. He allowed us to drop our baggage after check out and use his shower. The facilities are in quite good condition but not ideal. The beds are comfy, we stayed in all 3 rooms. The swimming pool was clean. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

You need a car or a scooter to travel to see the sea. Nothing to do in the area. There was some construction work, but it is normal on Bali.

this is a great place to relax! we had a cozy villa with an authentic yet modern design, with a nice tropical garden and a refreshing pool, with a lounge area/kitchen and bedrooms with comfortable beds. I would like to especially note the high level of service and management: they are ready to help you with any questions at any time, they offer daily cleaning. The quality of service is top notch! The location is within walking distance to the beach, which is very convenient. If necessary, we used a taxi, the prices are cheap. In general, this is a place where we would return repeatedly. Below is a review from my daughter). «Breezy Point Villas is a super host. Right after we checked we felt like home. High quality of service and hospitality. Martin is very responsive and supportive. He gave us some thoughtful advises and was able to help whenever it’s needed. Already missing the pool, that is so refreshing and birds singing around it early in the morning..»

I don't even know:) that we lived there for so little time))

We had the best time 😁 Was close to were we wanted , staff amazing. Pool was awesome..... and definitely coming back

Monkey stole my cashews 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Pretty much everything! Martin was a fantastic host and always readily available to help whenever needed. The property is fabulous and great for a family vacation or a trip with friends. Absolute must stay in the Nusa Dua area and we'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Gorgeous villa, clean, excellent staff. Martin was so accomodating. The pool was great. The location was perfect very central but away from the chaos.

Nothing, everything was amazing!

Very friendly staff, good location of the villa. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom looked very nice. Very beautiful garden

The villa could use a partial renovation. The bathrooms are quite worn out, with dirty faucets and grout. On the first evening, there was no running water at all, though it was resolved by the next morning. Unfortunately, in one of the bathrooms, only brown water was coming out. The water temperature couldn’t be adjusted—it was either boiling hot or cold. The kitchen is open but needs a thorough cleaning, including the dishes. Only a very old dish sponge was available. The seating furniture, including the couch and bean bags, should be replaced. At night, monkeys run across the villa and the roof, leaving behind waste and mess, which even falls into the pool. While this is beyond the owner’s control, it is quite unpleasant. Overall, the villa needs a deep cleaning and the replacement of consumable items or some renovation to make guests feel more comfortable. For this price, I would expect higher cleanliness and more modern furnishings. It’s a shame because it could be a really beautiful villa.

The villa was beautiful and the staff very helpful with any requests we had including small maintenance issue .

Staff friendly and helpful

Small issue with the swimming pool but the matter was quickly resolved thank you 10/10 for handling the problem

Really nice downstairs, loved the baths in the rooms

Near a 5G mast

Having your own private pool was a highlight. The staff were helpful

Our stay at Villa Elora was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The host was attentive, ensuring all our needs were met, while the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The villa itself was a serene oasis—small, cozy, and beautifully designed with an open concept. We especially enjoyed the garden views from the outdoor sitting area by the pool. Can’t wait to return!

Everything was great!

Location, Spacious, Comfortable, Quiet

N/A

The house is stylish, comfortable and very well equipped. We really enjoyed it. Proximity to the beach and main shops/restaurants of nusa dua by taxi/motorbike.

Walking to the house from main road especially with kids can be a challenge - no sidewalk for a few meters and motorbikes zipping by. Blind spot on the driveway going into the street, could benefit from a mirror.

The property is stunning and immaculately kept with lovely design features. Perfect family retreat. Staff were helpful and was just the relax we needed.

Nothing. It is a little out of the centre but just get Gojek (taxi app) and ask to go into the centre which is 10 mins in a taxi

The villa Elora was fabulous. Great outdoor kitchen, living area overlooking pool. Very comfortable outdoor lounges and big bean bags. Seperate very spacious bedrooms with heaps of storage, and a lovely outdoor shower. Manager Stan and staff were exemplary. Staff went over and above to ensure we wanted for nothing. Nick the “2nd in charge” was wonderful and helped organise our outings with great recommendations. We would happily recommend and stay again. 10/10

the facilities, close to the mall, to the beach and very beautiful place for staying

It was a great villa and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Yoga was fantastic but should have a proper bedroom!

Difficulty in access for taxis and car pick up

The location is super good, near to beach.

Quite a few bugs around

The most beautiful Villas. quiet area, privacy, friendly staffs, efficient room service

The host Stan was very helpful and helped us with renting bikes and cars request and accomodating thanks so much great property

the pool could be bigger

We loved how clean and light and airy the property was. It was lovely and clean and the rooms were stunning. We had a great time and would have loved to stay longer. Simone was on hand all the time if we needed too which was amazing. Water was provided which was lovely too.

We couldn’t stay longer :D We couldn’t work the hob but it didn’t matter An option of some basics for arrival would have been amazing

The atmosphere of the place, the design, and we loved the pool and the fact that the bathroom was outside! It was a great experience.

Only minor issues that didn't really bothered us. The surrounding area. Restaurants and markets were a bit far. We had ants at the kitchen almost every day. The shower soup was not enough and was not refilled. However, that was so small compared to the wonderful time we had at the villa. We definitely will return in the future.

The beds were amazing, the property is simply beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Great facilities and just such a beautiful setup.

No sea view as described, the pool was green for 2 days of our stay. Location isn’t great and is inconvenient without having use of a scooter.

The villa was absolutely fantastic! We had a very nice stay there!

Rooms were big and comfy.

No spa as advertised, no breakfast that was advertised, no ocean view, no front desk, no internet most of the day.

We stayed for a conference so were not there in the daytime. However in the mornings and evenings it was a fantastic place to relax. We were a group of 5 sharing and had enough space.

The only small complaint was no sea view as we expected (although that was fine) and you could hear the road. Bur that was not a big problem for us.

The rooms are clean, the pastel too, the territory is 4 out of 5, the beach is nearby in 5-7 minutes by bike, on Nusa Dua 10-15 minutes

the doors to the rooms need to be repaired, they open against the floor and are a bit noisy. In a small room, the old shower needs to be changed, water is pouring in all directions, but not on you! In a small room closer to the kitchen, the air conditioner does not turn on well. These are the main

the villa is huge. Nice place for healing and staycation

Amazing property couldn’t be happier !

thought it was closer to beach

Out look of villa was good, just like the photos However, functions are a little old. Bathroom water supplies are slow and low powered. Towels are inadequate and are only replaced when requested. Access to villa is difficult, up slope and is pretty secluded.

Tolle Empfehlungen vom Eigentümer bekommen und gut geschlafen. Toller Pool und schöne Zimmer.
