This Hotel has been "on our bucket list" for many years, so were pleased to finally fulfil our wish. The cog rail prepared us for the breath-taking views, and we were grateful for the staff to assist us with our luggage, and with my wife's difficulty in walking, putting us in the bottom carriage compartment so we could use the elevator at the top (not having to walk up the "loading"steps). The room was excellent & comfortable. The dinner & service in the Victoria Room was top quality, but sadly a limited menue choice.

As elderly travellers, it was some what exhausting taking our cases from the station to hotel: perhaps a courtesy trolley could be made available for our use? Disappointing the high quality hotel was open to the many day tourists and diners did NOT respect the high standard dinning room by wearing tee shirts and baseball hats! But obviously, we are old fashioned!!

Everything - scenery is absolutely stunning ; services from all staff are impressive welcoming and friendly; dinner and breakfast are gorgeous; the room view is amazing, everywhere are very clean

Well maintained, friendly and professional staff from reception to restaurant, location is perfect, the nearby trail is stunning! Helpful tip: If you carry large 29 inch suitcase like me, you can drop it off at the valley station of the cable car (the walking path from bus to get there is slopy) and they’ll transport it to the hotel reception for free. When u leave, you can carry the luggage with you in the cogwheel train at the front! Or they can also transport down for you. Very convenient!

I would appreciate if they provide bottled water in the room or a vending machine for late night snacks.

Absolute fabulous - great dinner/breakfast, great accommodation of the additional birthday celebration setup & sunset watch break during dinner!

Situation exceptionnelle tout en haut du Pilatus, avec une vue grandiose sur les lacs et les montagnes alentour. Chambres modernes et spacieuses, dîner dans une grande et belle salle avec plusieurs plats et service de qualité (inclus dans le prix). Jolies balades à proximité. Personnel très aimable.

Nous n’avons pas eu bcp de chance avec le temps très nuageux et froid qui a un peu gâché l’expérience (pas la faute du Pilatus !). L’accès par téléphérique ou train est un peu contraignant (max 17h), mais ça ajoute au sentiment d’aventure ! Vins chers au dîner comme partout en Suisse

Spectacular views. Rooms are clean and they have a large bathroom. Dinner was very good, but the breakfast could be improved. Bring a warm jacket and go up enjoy the sunset. After the last train leaves around 6PM only the hotel guests remain there, and it's really a special moment. Great stay, thank you!

Rien à redire, au top !! On y habite à 2 heures, jamais entendu parler et pourtant, le meilleure hôtel que nous avons fait en famille, super découverte 👌

Top Zimmer- die Suite hat ein grosses, modernes Bad. Grossartiges Abendessen, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft.

Aussergewöhnliche Lage und die Ruhe sowie Aussicht nach dem Massentourismus ein Genuss! Sonnenuntergang und -aufgang unbeschreiblich. Schöne einfach und zweckmässige historische Unterkunft mit gutem Standard.

Anfänglich widersprüchliche Angaben zur Hinfahrt bzw. Reservation Bergfahrt... Essen mehrheitlich gut aber wenig vielfältig, vor allem bei angemeldeten Intoleranzen...

Beautiful views, excellent meals. Was nice to be here when all the day travelers were gone. Loved seeing the IBEX.

Exceptional view. Perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset. It even comes with complimentary breakfast and dinner.

A fantastic location. Crowded during the day but after about 6pm or so the last cable car and trains depart and then it's really peaceful. The views are epic, looking towards the high alps and there are various hikes leading to and from the location. The cows in the valley below are very musical with their bells! Dinner and breakfast was included in our stay and of a high quality.

A little pricey but that's to be expected in Switzerland. I think the train to the hotel could be less costly for hotel guests.

We arrived June 19th for a weekend stay to celebrate my partner's birthday on the Saturday. He loved the Cogwheel train ride up to the hotel as he is a real rail enthusiast and it's steepest in world. We enjoyed stunning views all the way up and down during our stay. Train is free if staying at Hotel. Hotel was clean with stunning views and once the last train down leaves at 6pm the mountain is left to just hotel guests which is quite exceptional- 360 degree views, quiet and in the morning Ibex wandering around, whilst great star gazing at night. Staff arranged for little birthday gift on our departure which was very thoughtful. restuarant is a beautifully ornate Victorian room and food was excellent. The half board stay was very good value for money.

only slight issue was when night hikers climbed the mountain and finished their climb at approx 3am where they sat outside in earshot of hotel rooms - they were talking loudly and no staff around to police the situation.

La posizione dell'hotel è bellissima. Siamo saliti con la cremagliera e l'esperienza è molto emozionante. Camere pulite. Calde. Insonorizzate.

1) Il meteo: l'hotel è sempre stato immerso in mezzo alle nuvole (alle 5:30 del mattino) siamo riusciti a vedere un po il paesaggio); 2) il costo dell'acqua al ristorante (acqua del rubinetto visto che l'acqua del Monte Pilatus è famosa): costo SPROPOSITATO anche in considerazione del fatto che la cena è compresa nel costo della camera ed il costo della camera non è economico

ロケーションがとにかく素晴らしかった。部屋も素敵だった。 夕日や朝焼けを見るスポットなど説明してもらえて過ごしやすかった。

Everything. The stay here was incredible. The room was luxurious, comfortable, beautiful views. The staff were so helpful and lovely. There was delicious food, great hikes, amazing views and being able to be there after everyone else left was the best.

Wish some of the snack places stayed open a little later but that is such a minor thing because everything was amazing.

L'emplacement est magnifique avec une vue splendide, éétablissement de qualité surprenant à cette altitude et seulement desservi par un train à crémaillere

Tout était parfait. L'accueil du réceptionniste à notre arrivée. La chambre cosy et agréable. Le repas du soir (plusieurs choix) et le petit-déjeuner. Le climat en altitude, juste parfait. Je conseille aux gens de se lever tôt, on a eu la chance de suivre des bouquetins.

宿泊しなければ楽しむ事が出来ない、夕焼けと翌朝の日の出。高度2100m位の山頂から360°見渡せる景色。スイス旅行にとって是非組み入れたい宿泊観光地でしょう。

急ぐ旅程では組み入れられないアクセスかな？夕刻の明るいうちに到着し、夕食後も明るい。

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis entsprach nicht unseren Bedürfnissen - da wir für die nachgebuchte 2. Person Fr. 150.- nachzahlen mussten. Denn zum Doppel-Zimmerpreis war ja der Aufschlag nur durch Abendessen und Frühstück zu erklären.

Exceptional location and views. Superb staff at dinner, breakfast and on the terrace throughout the day. Very comfortable well equipped bedroom ensuite with comfy mattresses and pillows.

Es na aventura llegar a la cima y saber como se construyó este hotel a finales del siglo XIX. Historia y buen mantenimiento, sin lujos y correcto, suizo.

Das Panorama ist wirklich wunderschön! Und Essen ist absolut top!

Der Speisesaal war mir persönlich zu klassisch aber das ist Geschmackssache. Was aber dort doof ist: die Fenster sind so hoch über dem Tisch, das man beim Essen kaum rausschauen kann - was bei so einem Panorama natürlich wirklich schade ist. Aber das Essen an sich ist wirklich top!

Die Lage ist sensationell und das Essen ein absoluter Traum, genußporno. Sonnenuntergang und die Begegnung mit der einheimischen Tierwelt. Personal ist unbeschreiblich

Mir fällt da nichts ein. Wenn man ganz pingelig wäre, Klopapier. Aber ist in soooo vielen Hotels anscheinend Mangelware

Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön, vor allem wenn man sich morgens zum Sonnenaufgang das Aussichtsplateau nur mit einer Hand voll Hotelgästen „teilen muss“. Das 4 Gänge Abendessen war grandios!

Check in befindet sich in der „Ankunftshalle“ und NICHT im Hotel selbst. Mussten hin und her… wie sich einige andere Hotelgäste ;)

Unbelievable experience, one of these things that you need to do once in life. At night we could see the animals climbing on near the rocks trough the caves… Dinner was great as well !!!

Endroit exceptionnel , superbe établissement très bien situé. Belle chambre spacieuse avec vue sur les monts enneigés. Dîner et petit déjeuner copieux et excellents . Personnel très compétent et sympathique..

Le seul petit hic est au niveau de la taxe pour le chien. Même si c'est un grand chien , je trouve que le montant de 50 francs suisse est excessif, même s'il inclus le transport aller retour en téléphérique .

Loved our stay at the top of Mount Pilatus. The hotel is very nice, kept its vintage charm while the rooms have all the modern facilities. Wonderful cloud pillows and duvets, breathtaking views from the windows and both breakfast and dinner were fabulous.

Sehr schöner Belle Epoque Bau. Erhebender Speisesaal. Herzliches aufmerksames Personal. Entspannte ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr gutes Essen. Sehr gute Betten. Perfekt alles!

Das Ganze ambiente

An amazing stay. We arrived to crystal clear skies and snow capped mountains, in time to watch the sun set. After a gorgeous meal in the Queen Victoria restaurant, we awoke the next day to a white out - snow had descended! But nothing stops the Swiss from operating in the snow, so all cable cars etc were running as normal. A thoroughly different, and truly magnificent stay, would highly recommend.

いや～超最高です。宿泊前にホテルから交通手段についてアドバイスがあり、登山電車の予約をしてくださいました。予定より早く駅に着くと、早い電車に変更してくれ、ホテル宿泊者は優先乗車で、景色が良く見える席に案内されました。最初からテンションが上がります。もちろん急こう配の素晴らしい景色です。山頂の駅に到着すると、一般の方とは別にエレベーターに案内されます。素晴らしい対応です。スタッフも素晴らしくチェックインもスムーズです。部屋も広くて景色が良くて言うことはありません。山頂のハイキングコースを案内されたので歩いて行ってみました。30分とのことでしたが、高山植物を見て写真を撮りながら歩くと1時間弱はかかります。山頂は雲がかかっていて下の景色は見えませんでしたが、山頂付近には多くのアイベックスが草を食べているところに出くわしてビックリしました！人を見ても逃げません。ホテル近くのハイキングコースは一応全部歩きました。日の入りに最適なコース、日の出に最適なコースを日没時間、日の出時間と一緒に教えていただけるので、不安はありません。夕食は素敵なホテルのレストランでいただきました。とても美味しかったです。私は、デザートのチーズ盛り合わせとポルトワインがとても気に入りました。朝食ももちろんおいしかったです。地上が暑かったので、山頂の涼しさは格別でした。超お勧めです。
