Hotel sporco e trasandato sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Moquette piena di macchie e camera piena di polvere. Nella stanza c'era un motore con un ronzio costante che impediva di dormire (ci è stato detto per il riciclo dell'acqua dell'aria condizionata, ma rimaneva in funzione anche con il condizionatore spento). Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera, ma ci è stato risposto che lo stesso motore era presente in tutte le camere e che non era comunque insopportabile.... Colazione limitata a 5 scelte su menù, ma per 2 giorni non è stato disponibile latte e yogurt! Presentato come hotel 4 stelle, ma qualità di una pensione a 2 stelle. Pessimo

Let us down with cancling the breakfast on Saturday due no one to cook! Couldn't believe it for 4 stars hotel Limited breakfast $25 per person also was cooled previously and heated up (bacon) The desk in the room was dirty under the glass. Parking too far from the hotel

I literally loved everything about this hotel. The staff was wonderful; including an especially the bar tender. The location was ideal. Most importantly, the room was beautiful. I wish I could have spent more time IN the room. Even recommended Cambria Chicago North Loop - Theater District to my friends and family. Would definitely stay there again.

Old courthouse converted to a hotel. Cheap furniture, dirty nasty stained carpet throughout . Dirty grout in the showers, spider webs IN THE room window panes . All floor boards scared and damaged throughout. The list goes on ..

Love this hotel and have stayed in it three times while visiting my son who lives in Chicago. It’s an amazing location. We have had amazing experiences here prior to this past visit. The front desk man was extremely rude. He saw that I was from the south and asked me if I was one of those backwards red hat wearing republicans. He made that assumption solely based on looking at my ID. He then told me he had to have one of those people removed from the hotel earlier that day. I was so shocked that I didn’t know what to say. It was very rude and unprofessional. He went on and on about gay people and their rights and how much he hates the red hat wearing population. Ridiculous! They seriously need to reevaluate him as the face of the hotel. I don’t talk about politics and one of my best friends is gay. He shouldn’t make assumptions about me just because I’m from the south.

Amazing location in Chicago Loop close to the theaters and Rivera and Millennium Park. Average size clean room with good view. Good central climate control which is rare in moderns hotel where you get noisy ac unit inside the room.

Lobby with check in on 9th floor is weird location, first floor lobby makes more sense, more convenient and feels safer when you come in.

I called before hand to make sure certain things would be available to me, just to book my room, fly to Chicago, and find out that was not the case. Also, if you book a King bed, expect it to be a Queen because apparently in Chicago the King beds are different than the ones they use everywhere else.

The location, it is right at the center of everything. Across the hotel is a big mall. Everything is in there and a lot of food choices nearby.

The room looks creepy and old. The bed was not comfortable at all. The AC in our room is not working well. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

一樓出入口晚上11點後就關門了，沒有門衛，需要房卡刷進出 但是報到櫃檯在9樓 如果是晚上超過11點才能入住的旅客很不友好，需要等在外面求助路過進出的旅客幫忙開門才能順利報到... 訂房網站也沒有寫到這個問題，要是沒有留意會找不到報到大廳而感到慌張

I was surprised by how quiet our room was since we were in the heart of the Theater District. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't great so I would skip the breakfast package next time. There are so many places nearby to grab food. I also didn't care for the 150.00 damage deposit...but I guess that is to be expected.

We loved this hotel. It had a really good location (in the theater district), it was easy to find, and had near by SAFE parking for a reasonable fee - compared to others). We had 3 bikes with us and didn't have any trouble with them being left in the bike rack in the garage. The hotel room was clean, quiet in our floor and nice (trendy), the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast (part of our package) was good and abundant for our family of 3. I used my credit card miles to pay for the hotel - we were placed in the 13th floor - our A/C didn't work very well, it was more of a high powered fan. Luckily the temperatures weren't too high during the weekend we stayed but we also didn't complain or notify staff, it worked for us on the 2 nights of our stay.

Could not use the breakfast vouchers we purchased because there was only one staff person at the restaurant, he was overwhelmed with offers and could not take ours! I lost $100 because of this.

This was a discouraging visit from the start. We were assigned a room that was at the very back room behind the kitchen. It was like we were just stuffed in the corner in the worst room. The WiFi was the worst. We had to walk out into the hall by the door, connect then come back into our room. Most of the time it would just disconnect. They brought in their amazing engineer and he could kind of make it work. The front desk would not even attempt to to do anything to make it right. We asked if we could move rooms but request was just ignored. No attempt to make it right at all.

Toilet ran all night and there was a marquee sign outside our window that was on all night and the blockout shade did not block enough light to stop the window from “glowing”

Breakfast was a waist of money. We had it included in the reservation but there was only one person trying to get all orders, clean tables and serve everyone. We waited for 30min and he didn’t even come to get our order. We didn’t have all morning, so gave up and went to another place for food.

Loved the location! Very convenient to the red and blue line trains. Walking to breakfast, dinner, shopping was also super easy. We also enjoyed the games both in the lobby and in the game room.

The bathtub had rusty edges and gentle water pressure, and the small sofa had two big stains on the cushions, which was gross.

Room was dirty, hairs everywhere, layer of dust on everything, dirty bathroom, running toilet, sheets put on inside out (likely used), bed smelled like bed head, breakfast prices higher than on website, parking price higher than was told, room door lock didn't work, very limited on site conveniences, overall the entire hotel surfaces and furniture worn and old looking, awful view - brick walls, breakfast most of menu was unavailable and slow service, restaurant had all tables full of dirty dishes. Paid premium rate for event weekend and didn't receive the value.

This hotel was 10/10. Excellent location to our event and not to far from other attractions. Parking was a breeze and check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again!

James and Howard are both nice welcoming door men. James gave us a lot of recommendations of the best local restaurants & to visit the water walk area. The room was clean & the beds slept well. Shower got hot quickly and had good pressure. I chose this hotel because of its location by the Broadway theater and we will see Kinky Boots tomorrow. Location is close to everything!

It is a non-smoking hotel but your room will likely have the smell/presence of cigarette smoke that seems to come through the vents. The response from staff was basically ‘there’s nothing we can do, get over it’. That is probably true, so just keep that in mind if you are sensitive to smoking. Trash tends to pile up in certain main areas which suggests a lack of overall cleanliness.

Wasn’t the cleanest facility, from ground floor entrance to lobby. Needed a sweep. Overall room was clean except the hair on the makeup towel.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Die Zimmer sind gross und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alle sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Parkhaus ist leicht zu finden, gleich um die Ecke, 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir haben bei Abreise unser Gepäck zu Fuss zur Parkgarage gebracht, das ist kein Problem. Klar ist es nicht billig, aber in der Innenstadt ist das so

Ideal location in "The Loop" and in the Theater District, very easy access to public transit (bus and train), just two blocks from Riverwalk, many local restaurants and retailers (e.g. Walgreens, Target). Room clean and sufficient size. King-sized bed was comfortable. Large bathroom shower. Appropriate size TV, sufficient number of outlets/ports for electronics. Efficient/reliable room service.

Would have been good to have luggage rack in room.

When we arrived the bathroom vent was leaking above and on our heads while using the toilet, there was crumbs in our beds, none of the shampoo, conditioner or body wash were filled.

It was not aesthetically pleasing at all. I felt like it wasn’t worth the money $900 for that little room after staying here. I don’t really wanna try out new hotels anymore. The bathroom is so intimate is hard to stay here with a platonic friend.

The hotel definitely needs a refresh. Front desk staff didn't seem interested in helping people. They have a Keurig in the room and should provide bottled water for the machine. Staff working the security area were personable. I worked from the room, and the cleaning staff came in on their phone the whole time working. Good location and comfy bed.
