Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Excellent location, friendly staff.
It had a very corporate, impersonal feel in the decor and design. Very angular throughout the room and not 'homelike' which is what I look for in a hotel room. Music playing in the reception.
Easy location.
On the particular night we were there, there was a wedding party taking place, so the parking lot, bar, basically everything other than our own room was closed off to every guest who wasn’t part of the wedding party. Paying a premium for a room and not being able to go anywhere else in the hotel, not even being informed of this before arrival, is wholly unreasonable and quite frankly unacceptable.
Comfortable room with all adequate amenities. I was especially impressed with the staff who contacted me after I had left some items in the room. They happily arranged to assist in getting the items back to me. Thank you to all at One Warwick Park Hotel
Excellent room & comfortable bed
Nice room, good breakfast and nice staff!
The room was beautiful
No parking
Great location, stayed here many times.
Went for breakfast and came back to find workman painting outside my room. Should be done when rooms are empty.
Clean and well looked after
Very convenient to town centre and railway station
Restaurant and bar are not very close to the rooms. Not many staff visible.
Lovely place to stay comfy bed great shower parking about 2 minutes walk away staff really friendly and helpful
The restaurant was closed in the evening so wasn’t able to get a meal. Had to go out to find food which was a shame
Clean, good location and friendly staff.
Shower in bath.
L’emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel
Matelas catastrophique
Good security. Staff helpful on arrival and at dinner. Comfy bed.
Breakfast arrangements. Went down and were offered menu. Had very nice egg and bacon sandwiches and tea and coffee. On leaving we exited a different way and came across self service cereals, juice, fruit etc that we had not been offered. When we politely pointed out that we were not aware we were told it was not available to hotel guests, only those paying for Continental breakfast (which frankly we may have preferred!) We were not complaining but just telling the young lady so she did not make the same mistake again but she clearly did not think she had...... The wardrobe could do with a few more decent hangers (broken one on the floor) only one pair of slippers and no gowns.
Clean. Pretty and modern
Parking can be an issue
Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van het historische centrum en de Pentiles.
Great location near the Pantiles and shops. Facilities were great, as I struggle with dietary requirements It thought I would struggle at breakfast but there was a full English available for me (minus sausages) which is unheard of for me, so very happy. We got a free room upgrade, assuming because there was a wedding at the venue, room was very spacious and comfy. Shower bits smelt nice and had a full shower room which was lovely.
Parking wasn't guaranteed, we got lucky that there was a space out on the road further up, for the price of the room I'd have expected pre booking a space to be free. The shower wasn't completely clean, there was what looked like the previous customer's sock fluff left on the shower floor, easy enough to wash away which we did but still. There was no ventilation in the shower room and clearly suffers with early signs of mould. Check out was at 11am which I thought was early, at 11:01 as we were putting bags on to leave and double checking nothing was left behind, the housekeeping were already knocking on the door, they were very nice but felt rushed. All very minor issues and didn't affect our stay massively :)
Location was excellent, staff very helpful, lovely building.
Our room wasn’t ready for 3:00 had to go back out . Went for breakfast and waited 1 hour before we received food . Breakfast very good
Nice location
I found finger nail and contact lense on the room carpet. Handed to reception. Quick apology then absolutely nothing. After check out I discovered I’d left my alarm clock in the room. Rang reception. They checked the room, rang me back to tell me nothing had been handed in. 100% know I had left it. So where did it go!!!!!
Location
Service room smaller than expected for price and smelt of cigarettes
Very helpful staff found space for our bikes in the basement so nice and secure. A lovely room, although the bed was a little hard for my taste (could have been all the cycling the day before though!)
I loved the decor and the comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.
I didn’t like the access to the townhouse which required a number of stairs and our luggage is heavy. Also the two doors we had to go through to access the room was a bit tricky.
Rooms are very comfortable and the location is great.
The room could have been a little cleaner. My wife found hairs on the floor so vacuuming needs more attention.
Nicec room central locatio
room was great. location to town was great
wifi did not work. not enough bar staff dealing with a wedding and other guests and prices at the bar were seriously high for average drinks.
More staff needed at bfast
The beds were excellent, and the cooked breakfast was absolutely the best quality I've had in a hotel.
The bar area although beautifully designed feels a little " cold"
There wasn’t a bathroom door but the rest was great
clean, simple, great location
nothing
Nice breakfast.
Booking.com showed "private parking". The correct description is "private parking; limited spaces; book in advance; extra cost". I did not see the constraints until after booking. Fortunately, the kind receptionist went out of her way to obtain a parking space for us.
I know Tunbridge Wells well. I have now moved to Crowborough and stayed while the scaffolding going up on our roof. The layout of the hotel is still awkward but I knew that when invited to the opening party. The rooms are spacious, cool and the bathrooms have an excellent fit out.
I was waiting for a taxi to return home and an American couple (international travellers) asked several wuestions of Reception who had no idea. They also asked about laundry and dry cleaning, again no idea. I have been a director of boutique hotels and found this shocking. I ended up helping them personally.
Location, nice styling, Brasserie, decent sized bedroom , excellent breakfast
Bedroom a bit plain, accessible bathroom (shower floods everywhere)
Nice staff, room clean, great AC and amazing location !
Proximity to town convenience of parking beautiful room excellent breakfast
Pestered by emails with links that didn't work
Great location, in the heart of the historic part of town
After the air conditioning broke down in my room, I was moved to a smaller room, in the attic (with 47 narrow steps to reach the room), without a view, no chair and a poorly designed bathroom.
Large room, ok facilities, close to centre.
Couldn't check in earlier, despite the fact they were clearly not full, it was pouring down and we had been driving for 5 hours, they made us wait until the last minute. Reeception staff were temporary and unable to help, and the regular staff were uninterested. The hotel is really lovely but its obviously having a lot of cost cutting measures that are impacting on the quality of the hotel. Parking was down the road which was inconvenient due to the rain, we were lead to believe it was on site.
Nice room, had this one before. Great location.
Nothing.
All fab

Great location and clean hotel
Over priced for what it is. Very standard decor!
Really nice hotel with great location. Very pleasant check in staff.
Nothing
The staff are very welcoming and very attentive. The hotel is very well presented and clean.
The bar in the main hotel is staffed by the reception. As they aren't trained bar staff, there is confusion on how to make drinks, and the drinks selection is very limited. Our breakfast was also cold
Would NOT recommend this hotel. We had issues with our stay, which we tried to raise with staff, also by handing over a feedback form to reception, and leaving an email and telephone number , and still no response from the hotel. I followed up with an email once I got home, and a week later, still no response. We paid £300 a night for a room with bathroom issues. Tepid water, one towel . No bathmats. A shower that sprayed water everywhere. It was actually slippy and dangerous as the bathroom floor was tiled. The staff were young and I would guess not trained in hospitality or how to deal with complaints. It wasn't the luxury experience you would hope for.
The hotel is very good, clean, and comfortable.
A minor downside is that there are some areas with short staircases (about 3–4 steps), which makes carrying luggage inconvenient. Another drawback is the loud music and noise from people on Saturday night, which continued until after 1 a.m. and was quite disturbing.
Location is great and parking was easy.
Nothing to dislike.
Lovely hotel in a great location would highly recommend
The hotel was very clean and tea making facilities were great. Staff were friendly - in the evening the bar staff were very attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the bathriom had such a luxurious feel about it. The hotel was quite good value for money but diisappointed not to have breakfast included.
I didn't like or realise that breakfast was not included in the price.
Excellent location for access to the town, friendly and very helpful staff always with a smile. We will look forward to visiting again.
Nothing
In het centrum, dus je kan alles lopen
De parkeerplaats was rommelig en niet direct bij het hotel. Het was niet duidelijk waar je kon stoppen om bagage uit te laden.
Location
bathroom was a unacceptable. Tepid water so not hot enough for comfortable showers ..water going everywhere as shower screen too short, had to request towels and bath mats. £300/night isnt cheap but we booked it for a treat. We had better showers on a campsite the following night
Location good.
No Bar or food places open.
Location is good. Building looks good and very well maintained. Very clean.
Booked this as a premium Hotel with premium rooms. Room was small with TV not located well. Bathroom was a type of wet room which are never the best. Breakfast was a shambles with poor service and quality of breakfast simply not good enough. Had to pay the Hotel separately for Parking which was a short walk away. Overall very disappointed with this Hotel, it should have been a premium experience but was far from it.
Booked this hotel very disappointed in the service we got for the price ( £250 ) for the night Didn’t realise that there was a wedding going on, on the same day as out stay should have been told when booking because of noise from the wedding Not clear on the web site about booking car park which you have to pay £12 for on top of your booking No soap in bathroom to clean your hands and room didn’t look that clean Room wasn’t ready when we turn up it says on web site you can get into your rooms from 3 pm not impressed at all
Location fantastic and upgraded room was greatly appreciated
Only problem was whilst staff were lovely some language problems and we asked for towel rail in bathroom to be turned off and clearly they didn’t understand or report it minor issues but it was a very warm weekend
Nice room and great location.
Nothing.
Air con was great. Really comfy room
Bath/shower was dangerous
I attended for a wedding reception. Great location, venue and incredibly accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

zentrale Lage in Tunbridge Wells
wirkte wie ein typisch englisches Touristen-Hotel
Great rooms and location.
Great location, nice hotel and comfortable room.
The hotel is set on different levels and in a few different closely located to each other. It was just a bit awkward on arrival as the room we were originally allocated was up some stairs in a different building with no lift. We were allocated a different room. It would have been hard with our cases and there wasn’t a concierge type person.
I have stayed here many times. Location is central, a short walk from the railway station. They were able to give me the room I asked for, could not have been better.
Only thing, no water in the fridge. Not really a problem.
Great spot, convenient for the Pantiles & town
Nice character for a ‘modern’ hotel
Excellent location for exploring the old town and common.
Dropping off and collecting luggage was difficult due to very limited parking outside the hotel.
Location was great for accessing tourist spots around the town & great cafes & restaurants
Room type was not described accurately as there wasn’t a view for the deluxe double that we stayed in While lifts are provided there is still stairs to navigate in the new wing. Step free access to the main entrance is at the rear of that building & it is not signposted
Very clean, modern hotel with all the amenities. Friendly welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Bed was comfortable and clean with a good sized bathroom.

Location
We arrived to find out we had to pay £12 per night for parking. After walking back from the car park, we were greeted by the receptionist. He was on the phone and asked us to wait while he tried to get us an upgrade. He put the phone down and told us an upgrade was not possible. He then explained that there were a lot of stairs to our room. I explained that I had booked, because they had a lift as I was 8 weeks post knee replacement. He just smiled and shrugged his shoulders. We went to find our room which was Townhouse 5, up 5 or more flights of stairs. I found the stairs challenging, but was constantly worried that I would struggle to escape a burning building. The room was small, stuffy and had a sloping ceiling. It had air conditioning, which was necessary. However so did the room under ours and we constantly had the humming noise of their unit. It must have been situated under the bed head, because when you put your head on the pillow, it was louder. A very disappointing stay and we would not recommend it to anyone.
Location very central
Parking would be tricky if no spaces left
Comfortable quiet rooms. Comfy bed.
We had booked a twin room via Booking.com but the hotel didn’t get the message. When we pointed this out they were utterly helpless and unhelpful.
Modern and clean
The split nature of the facilities Car parking
Property was lovely, great decor, clean and the room size and facilities were excellent. Thoroughly impressed
Wonderful bedroom and great location
The only issue is the parking which can be problematic. But, to be fair, it wasn’t on the occasion of this stay
Usual high standard. Great location, stay here once a month.
I like the room I was switched to in the main building. Part of a problem though is the Hotel gets busy with functions and overall the cleaning could be better.
The attic room I was allocated in the House - Room 5 - Avoid it like the plague. Its a small room with eaves restricting headroom. However my main complaint is regards to the constant noise of a pump, or heating, or the buildings ventilation system. Whatever is behind the locked doors in the bathroom. Its a din !! Hated it. As for the night porter - well probably best I say nothing. His best response was ' Good Luck '. Also the water pressure if you wanted warm to hot water was unacceptable. At least Reception helped me with a room switch the next day ( after zero sleep ).
Excellent location, Rooms very comfortable, clean and nice furnishings

This was a gift for us to stay at the Warwick hotel - it was really lovely. We will definately stay again. Everything was lovely the hotel, bedroom, staff, and the breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommend to stay here to anyone

Breakfast was great!!
Goede service, ruime kamer
Lovely friendly staff. Room nicely decorated with high quality linen and pillows. Well located, near loads of eating and drinking options.

Good location, nice spacious room.
Shower in the bath.
All food was excellent, staff very helpful
car parking a bit remote and had to be paid for.
Clean and lovely astetic- staff were fab
My only complaint is I’m a bed snob, bed could’ve softer and pillows bigger and softer. We’re quite hard
The property was in a very convenient location, making it easy to access local amenities and get around. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a cosy atmosphere that made the stay very comfortable. The receptionist was also extremely helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.
Nothing
Loved how modern it was! The rooms were great and had all the necessary amenities for a great stay!
Not much at all!
The room was clean and comfortable and a good size.
The bedroomm doors in the corridor slam loudly and disturbed us somewhat. Parking was a little difficult
Zentrale Lage - Zimmer sauber Personal unterschiedlich freundlich
Friendly and helpful reception staff, very comfortable room, nice brasserie for breakfast and other meal if needed.
Our junior suite was a little noisy at times overnight with people outside the windows.
The property looks impressive but it’s not worth paying the rates applied when the services offered are not available.
Poor service closing the restaurants and food isn’t great. Also the car park that’s available is up the street and not close to the property and it’s like a piece of wasteland and garages. Then they charge extra for the privilege.
Only negative comment was air conditioning unit noisy and had to turn it off so room was therefore hot
Convenient location next to The Pantiles. Comfortable room and easy to park nearby.
Lumpy pillows feel like they need replacing. Otherwise all OK.
