KEIKYU EX INN Higashiginza

Clean, good service, everything great with a lot of amenities. The only thing the size of the room could be a bit bigger but that's the standard in Japan. We understand, they have a lot of amenities whatever you need, was great and the area is amazing. I Recommended

Perfect location for dining, shopping, and easy access to subway station and bus stop.

Second time goind to this hotel and it will most likely be for the next time. These are not the largest rooms unless you have a corner one with two twin beds but there are big enough. What I like the most is the location.

Close to Tsukiji Outer Market - this hotel offers great value.

Very Clean Very Good Very Well Very Near

This hotel was in a great central location. Convenient to the train and buses. Smaller room but clean and tidy.

Room was a little small but expected for the price point in Tokyo Ginza. Walkable to 筑地市场 andamu subway options around

Great location, amenities, and service.

Good location

Easy access to multiple transportation options. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Close to Tsukiji market and great place to walk around and explore

The place is close to Tsukiji Market. Very convenient for walking

I love the location. Very close to multiple rail lines, even a straight to Narita Airport from a few blocks away. Tsukiji outer market is a block away. It lacked airport shuttle and hotel to hotel baggage forwarding.

Good, well cleaned but very small room. Friendly staff but they weren’t all great at English. Since the room was so small it was hard to keep our bags and things in order. Would have been great with some hooks on the walls to hang things on.

Use the machine to check in - out and convenient area for walking to tsukuji market.

良かった

A bit small

Great hotel with perfect location for the Tsukiji market. Not far from Ginza either.

Great location and service. Self check in at the check in encounter. Room is small but clean

Perfect for a couple who love to explore good food and shopping. The room was very comfortable and neat.

Clean and quiet

Near the Tsukizi market. Comfort and clean room and very friendly staff

Although the room was very small it was in great location

Right across the street from the Fish Market and close to all the great shopping and restaurants that Ginza has to offer. We only stayed for a night. Rooms were clean, but they're small. Typical for Tokyo Hotel rooms. It was perfect for our one night in Tokyo, very central.

Very convenient and well located

Great little Hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and the free Disney shuttle was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stowed bags for us awaiting flights home. Breakfast was traditional Japanese style so no bacon or hot eggs. Rice and curry some fruit. Coffee was good.

Good property overall

The floor is dirty. You can see clearly that lots of dust accumulated around the corners and near the wall. Dark color carpet can’t even mask how dirty and how much hair u can find on the floor. Toilet bowl has a strong pee smell which is pretty disgusting. Location is good though. Near metro stations. Front desk staff are nice and helpful.

Located right next to Tsukiji market, very convenient for transportation as well. Room is small, but it’s normal in Japan.

Great breakfast and location. Bathroom a bit outdated (as much as Japan can be). But very good value for the price.

Small room but good location.

Clean, quiet and convenient. Close to Tsukiji and Ginza.

great

Staff were friendly, easy check in and out. Close to Tsukiji market for food

Only stayed for one night for my last night in Tokyo before flying out the next day. Typical Tokyo hotel - the room is very small. But beautifully designed and laid out. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It is also very close (approx. 10min walk) from a station which has a train line directly to Narita airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend.

The hotel staff were accomodative and very helpful with regards to my queries on express (same day) delivery of my luggage to yhe airport. Email replies were prompt and courteous and they were able to answer my queries very satisfactorily.

The staff was incredible and accommodating. Unfortunately, our first night was troublesome as our initial room was considerably filthy: unvaccuumed floors, sticky brown stains all around the head board, noticeable dust and debris in the halls. But what was the worst of it, was when we discovered a sizeable blood stain on our comforter and the bed liner was filthy and soiled. Thankfully the manager was incredible and moved us to a fantastic room. But walking into a room in that condition after hours of travel and at night when we just want to rest, did not leave a great impression for the facility's cleanliness.

My friends room is too small, no change the room so they give up room. They move to another hotel.

Small but clean and nice staff. The location was really nice it was walkable to Ginza and Tokyo station.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. It is conveniently located near Ginza and 30 min walk from Tokyo station. The room was spacious and most importantly, the ac was blowing cold keeping our room cool with 30c+ outside. I will be seriously considering this hotel on my next Tokyo trip.

Location was just perfect. Walking distance to Ginza shopping, Tsukiji food experience. Strongly recommend to purchase breakfast from the hotel and go to Uogashi food court. It’s a great deal!

It's very close to Ginza and the fish market. Additionally, the hotel facility was so clean and good. It's okay, but the room was a little small. Although I didn't expect much in breakfast tickets, it was actually much better than I expected. If you didn't buy them in advance, you should buy one or two tickets in the reception. It may be a little bit difficult to find the Uogashi Shokudo food court.

Stayed here for my first night after I landed in Haneda. Arrived quite late almost close to midnight but the friendly manager (?) gave me a late check-out at 12pm so I was able to sleep and rest. I booked a room on their website with a special rate for a women’s only floor and it contained special amenities like a special hairdryer and additional beauty products. The room (712) was very small but comfortable and most importantly, quiet. Since it was quite late, I managed to take a shower in the tiny bathroom…the only thing I didn’t like was the smelly curtain. After that I went to sleep and managed to get a peaceful, 9-hours uninterrupted sleep. Yes, you can hear the slight noise of the sirens outside but it is faint and won’t really disturb you. Most importantly, I couldn’t hear any foot noises from the upstairs bedroom or loud noises from next door. Probably because most of the customers are local business people, and they tend to be more considerate than tourists and sleep earlier as well. Breakfast at the Italian cafe was quite yummy - I had the chicken panini, ice tea and added on a tiramisu. I will return to this hotel when I come back to the Tsukiji area.

Great location if you like to visit the Tsukiji market in the morning.

Super close from Tsukiji station. Very convenient for walking around and for shopping. It only takes 5 mins walk to the Main Street of Ginza. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Good to have a cafe on 1st floor. If you want to go Haneda Airport just walk to Higashi Ginza station which only takes 3 mins walk. I will definitely go back again if the price is reasonable.

Had no idea when I booked this place that it was right across the street from Tsukiji market! Great price with wonderful ammenities and location!

Very convenient location for Tsukiji and Ginza. Super quiet and clean. Couldn't have been better.

Super clean and simple. Great location. Check out 11am, an hour longer than most hotels. Checkout simple too, just drop key in box.0

Very good

Wonderful location. Fish market across the street. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. High quality toiletries and pj’s to sleep in! 😆

Only stayed one night. Requested a twin room which was not provided and as a result had to pay an extra Y2000 to have a separate bed.

I really enjoyed staying at keikyu ex inn, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean room with high speed internet. Tsujiki market are five minutes walk, coffee shop are in the building with good selection of coffee & sandwich as will as fresh salads.

The hotel is clean and at a convenient location. There is a Lawson next door and restaurants nearby.

Great location just a few steps away from the outer market. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. A few points off for the bathroom. Has a faint sewage smell in the morning.

5mins away from Tsukiji market. Go to the market for breakfast & try some Japanese street food. Near Higashi-Ginza station. Exit #5 is the closest exit to the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Daiso is 10 mins away. Clean & modern rooms. Small rooms but serves its purpose.

It’s in good location, in close proximity to the Tsukigi fish market and high end department stores but the room was too small
