Eigentlich war alles ok. Eventuell Hinweise die aber für mich kein Problem waren. Bahnhofsviertel, Aufzug kostet 20 Cent, Frühstück besteht aus einem Gebäckteil und Kaffee in einem Bistro auf der Straße.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Muy limpio,muy bien ubicado (Al lado de la estación de tren,y metro.Autobús directo del aeropuerto), desayuno incluido en un bar al lado, te podías comunicar con ellos por WhatsApp en cualquier momento, guardaban las maletas gratis el día de la vuelta.
La plaza de noche da un poco de reparo porque hay mucha gente durmiendo en la calle, basura etc, pero ningún problema, además siempre había policía.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026El trato amable del Señor que nos recepcionó! Han sido muy amables! Era nuestra primera vez en Napoles! La habitación maravillosa! Nuestro refugio en medio al bullicio! Grande ;limpia aire acondicionado televisión grande , cama cómoda! Lo recomendaría seguro! Tenía una pequeña nevera! Debido al gran calor era una bendición tener agua fresca! Muy tranquila la finca ! Desayuno en el Zpazio 70 continental suficiente ! Muy bueno croaisant!!
El 0,20 del ascensor ! Y la entrada de la finca tiene apariencia fea! Pero una vez que entras en la habitación se te quita la impresión!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The train station is apparently the worst location to stay in Naples, but for us the location accommodated our needs. Close to all useful trains like Vesuvius, Pompeii, Sorento etc, and yes. You can see the Vesuvius from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean, and not too loud. The host is very friendly. For breakfast the croissant and coffee was just perfect for us.
The Naples train station area, in general, is very unfriendly. If you're staying for a few days, the room would be ok. Be aware of the 20cents per trip with the elevator, otherwise you have to walk a few levels until your room.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Ubytovanie sa nachádza v skvelej lokalite, len kúsok od vlakovej stanice a stanice metre. V okolí je aj veľa podnikov a obchodov. Izba bola pekná a čistá.
Ubytovanie sa nachádza na 3. poschodí a za výťah sa platí 0,20€. Peniaze poskytne majiteľ, ale nevystačí to na celý pobyt. Ranajkujem, ktoré sú v cene, sú vo blízkej kaviarni a obsahujú len croissant a kávu/čaj.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Buena habitacion con calidad y precio, la ubicacion centrada y buena para el traslado con la estacion central. La calle tiene varios vendedores de mercaderia, algo no tam bonito, pero pasable, no tuvimos problemas. El personal es atencioso.
El ascensor para usarlo hay que tener monedas, algo que no siempre disponiamos, dado que hay que subir algunas escaleras para llegar al hotel.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Velký byt rozdělený na menší jednotky se samostatnou koupelnou v každém pokoji a malou recepcí. Ideální ubytování pro přespání. Majitelé jsou velmi dobře dostupní přes WhatsApp. Snídaně formou kupónů do sousední kavárny na kávu a croissant. Umístění ubytování je skvělé jako výchozí bod pro objevování Neapole a cesty do přilehlých měst.
Trochu špíny v hůře čistitelných místech v koupelně, avšak nic důležitého. Okolní čtvrť nepůsobí dobře, ale o bezpečnost jsme strach neměli.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Room: Extremely clean and huge. Loved it 😍. Bathroom was huge as well with spacious shower room. It even has the latest big screen TV (internet capable). A great value! Location: Only a few steps from Napoli Centrale train station. Perfect for overnight stay. Metro station and Ali Bus (Airport-Train Station-Ferry Terminal) station are also nearby. Staff: Usama was OUTSTANDING! He’s a true professional and very courteous and kind as well. He communicates promptly and tries his best to resolve issues. I give him 12 out of 10.
Neighborhood: Nothing much to do or see. Chaotic (typical downtown Naples scene) Unstable / Zero Internet 🛜: It was not working properly. There are dead zones in your room. Check-in: We had to wait outside in the darkness for about 20 minutes due to the malfunctioning entrance keypad. If the guest didn’t open the door, we would’ve been stuck outside for 40 more minutes. Under staffed: One person manages properties at three locations, which causes delays or other service problems.

Már az nem tetszett, hogy miután 2 héttel előre ki volt fizetve a szállás a szállásadó azonnal legombolt még 18 EUR-val TAX címszóval, persze számla nélkül kérte, kézpénzben. Magyarán neki nem kell adót fizetnie mert duplán fizetteti ki a vendéggel. Több helyen is megszálltam Nápolyban és sehol nem volt ilyen tapasztalatom. A szállás bejárata előtt van a bevándorlók törzshelye, ki se lép az ember a küszöbön és már lépkedhet át a fekvő embereken. A bejáratot egy portás őrzi nappal, nem hiába. Nagyon veszélyes környék. Az utcára kilépve mindenhol patkányok futkosnak. A szállásunk ablaka egy beltéri getto udvarra nézett ahol minden tele volt szeméttel. A tisztaság csak felületes, ahogy befeküdtünk az ágyba azonnal viszkedni kezdtünk, páromon csípések is megjelentek. A zuhanyzó is csak felületesen tiszta, ha az ember jobban megnézni, látja, hogy penészes. Sok helyen idegen hajszálakat találtam. A burkolás miatt tűnhet tisztának, mert azon nehezen látszik meg a kosz. Reggelire kaptunk egy kártyát amit a lenti kávézóban lehetett beváltani, de csak 1 croissant-ot meg egy cappucinot tartalmazott ami nem volt túl laktató.

Aparatul de cafea din camera nu putea fi folosit, curgea apa din el. Curatenia se facea la doua zile, iar plicurile de ceai si cafea respectiv 2 din fiecare precum si produsele de igienta din baie nu au fost inlocuite pe intreg parcursul sejurului.
