Reviewed Sep 30, 2025After nine exhausting hours at the airport and dealing with constant harassment, our arrival experience was already stressful—but what really shocked us was finding someone else’s underwear by our tub. It was disturbing and hard to unsee. Yes, we received a free dinner, but that didn’t make up for the atmosphere. This place is definitely not for romance—it caters more to one-night stands than to couples seeking a quiet, luxurious weekend. Although the room itself looked nice, it was never peaceful. Noise was constant—sometimes blasting music, other times drunken guests disturbing the halls. And the strangest, most distasteful detail: in the same room was a Quran, prayer directions, and a set of 3 condoms. The combination was offensive and deeply unsettling. Just in case you want to pray after … If you’re single and want to party, maybe this is for you. But for couples looking for comfort, luxury, or serenity—I strongly do not recommend it.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025I had a very good experience at Five Palm in Dubai. The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. This hotel is clearly designed more for adults, as there are many parties with a lively and heavy atmosphere at the pool and beach areas. The only downside for me was that at times the environment seemed to attract certain inappropriate activities, which I didn’t find very comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like is if you purchase an all inclusive package, you could only have 3 meals a day and if you didn’t like that dinner then you can’t go to a different restaurant. The other thing is that the penthouse, your last all inclusive drink must be at 10pm!!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025The hotel was great overall, and the customer service stood out—staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we stayed for two nights and unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool. The pool area was always crowded, and the chairs were taken quickly, so there was no space whenever we tried to go. Another small issue: we left the “Make Up Room” sign on the phone before heading out for the day, but when we returned, the room hadn’t been cleaned. When we called for extra toilet paper, the staff seemed surprised the room hadn’t been serviced—but someone came shortly after and took care of it. The only regret is not being able to enjoy the pools. It was a one-time stay, maybe next time we’ll stay closer to the marina.

This hotel was beautiful the aesthetics was top tier! it was very clean, the quality of the bed sheets were very soft and the pillows do not go flat! Bathroom was very nice with a bidet the main pool was very big ppl from other hotels were coming just to go to our pool lol yes it’s that nice! Just know FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai did not miss!

Reviewed May 29, 2025Definitely a property not for families with kids… it is a party place, the pool area is buzzing from an early morning. Clean, new rooms, great views. I traveled with a friend and we loved it. Great Italian restaurant, right next to the promenade that can take you to the beach, any other hotel nearby, or to the dozens of restaurants and beach clubs along it.

Reviewed May 24, 2025This property exceeding all my expectations! I was visiting from the US celebrating my 40th Birthday. The hotel is beautiful to name the least. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. What stood out the most for me was upon entering my room from finishing my excursions for the day, I walked into a bottle of champagne, a handwritten card and a small personal cake. Let’s just say I cried like a baby lol. It wasn’t anything that my husband and I ordered, the staff paid that close attention to making our stay memorable. Every time I visit Dubai I vow to ALWAYS stay at this hotel.

Reviewed May 22, 2025My overall experience at the 5 palms was amazing. My only issue was it took a bit of time to check into the hotel. I was onsite at 2 pm and was not able to get into my room until 4 pm. Check in should be 3 pm. Also my favorite sunglasses were stolen at the pool. Dubai is safe but the you must still watch over your stuff.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the entire team — they’ve set a new standard that honestly makes you reflect on how service should be back home. Special love to the Naija valets — those guys are beyond amazing. So friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile to help out. Their kindness and energy were unmatched. I understand the staff is trying to accommodate a lot of ppl at once but I would prefer my beverage be brought to me vs the self-serve option its a bit much trying to bring both your meal and drink to the table at once. Also, it's a bit frustrating when you've already sat down and asked for water, and instead of being brought a glass, u are directed to where u can find it yourself. Beyond that my stay at the five palm was very pleasurable

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025I didn’t like the hotel quality and safety of the residence. After i left the hotel i found that my watch and van cleef bracely was stolen from my room. There is no safety in that hotel at all, and i will press charges if they can’t find my watch. staffs can access your room whenever you’re not there claiming there was a fire alarm in the room which is a lie. My girlfriend also discovered that her stuffs were been searched and arranged back after we left the room. I will never go back to that hotel!

But very busy hotel if u are looking for privacy and quiet this is not a good choice you cant relax on the swimming pool, every day is busy any ppl can enter the hotel facilities. they give us a late check-out till 4 because we checked in late this was good thing our flight was late night.

There were only Arabic channels and staff could not help us. This is a big issue when you are staying many days. The hotel excelled in all other areas and was a lot of fun.

It is a stunning hotel and the balcony views are amazing! I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and was hoping for an upgrade to a suite, but that did not happen! :( Overall, I really think the hotel could have done more to make my birthday feel a bit more special. Also, requesting pick up from the hotel through Uber can be challenging due to the routing to get to the area/hotel. Those were my only critiques, but I would definitely stay here again! It was a near perfect hotel to celebrate a birthday! :)

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025We had an overall wonderful stay at Five Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The check-in process did take a bit longer than expected, but we were happy with the upgrade we received, which was a nice touch. However, there was one issue that stood out. One of the staff members was quite insistent on not allowing my wife to check in because she had forgotten her ID. Despite explaining that I could have someone bring the ID later, the staff member was firm in saying "no," which felt a bit unaccommodating and unpleasant. Fortunately, after speaking with the manager, the situation was resolved smoothly. He was very helpful and ensured that we were checked in without any further issues. He also arranged for the ID to be submitted in 2hrs which we did. Overall, despite this small setback, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. The hotel itself is fantastic, and the manager's assistance really turned things around for us.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2024I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless someone wants to party. This hotel customer service is horrible. The staff helps the locals better than the actual guests staying there. The first day of checking in I had issues but the front desk manager made my stay a little better. Until I ran into the pool staff which was horrible. I asked for help multiple times and was ignored then finally a manager came and offered to remove my food from my bill like that was supposed to fix my problem and it didn’t a simple I apologize and how can I fix this. Like the staff stated people only come to this hotel for vibes not customer service. I will not be returning

They go out of their way to not say no to your requests. The property is beautiful and very lively and it seems that many people from outside the hotel visit the pool and beach facilities. It is expensive for sure, but the quality is there.
