Good location and overall good. Basic but as expected.

The transfer service from the airport was unclear and confusing. We received emails stating that we needed to call to book the transfer, but it was not clear when we were supposed to do so. I called before travelling and was told over the phone that we could simply get on a Cambria shuttle at the designated waiting area at the airport. However, once we arrived at the airport, the shuttle buses just passed us. When we spoke to the service desk, we were then told that we needed to call and make a reservation. Unfortunately, as we were travelling internationally, our phones were having difficulties connecting to the local network, which meant we were unable to make the call. In the end, we had no choice but to take a taxi instead.

We zijn slechts enkele uren in het hotel geweest. We hebben deze gekozen voor de ligging nabij LAX wegens een vroege vlucht. Het bleek een topkeuze want op 6min rijden waren we in de lichthaven.

Nada no lo recomiendo

I do not recommend this place at all. They charged me USD 210 for breakfasts that I never had. They told me they would issue a refund, but 30 days have passed and I still haven’t received anything. This is completely unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Servizio ricevuto. Pagato prenotazione in anticipo e all’arrivo ci siamo trovati con camera diversa e ben al di sotto di quella prenotata/pagata con tanto di letto- brandina da farci dopo un giorno di viaggio intercontinentale La struttura era stata preavvisata del mio orario arrivo già i giorni precedenti ma purtroppo mi sono trovata questa brutta sorpresa Ho chiesto rimborso almeno della differenza di quanto pagato e ricevuto ma nulla. Neanche una risposta da struttura nonostante invio mail. Come da foto non mi pare una camera con due letti queen size Spiace ma non lo consiglio

I had very high hopes for the Cambria LAX. The photos looked fantastic, it’s a newer property, and I previously had an exceptional experience at the Cambria Austin Airport. That hotel was everything I expected a Cambria to be. So I assumed the Cambria LAX would be comparable. I could not have been more wrong. This hotel was an absolute disaster from the moment I arrived. I’ve stayed at plenty of airport hotels over the years — some good, some mediocre, and some downright terrible — and this one takes the cake. Let’s start with the airport shuttle. The shuttle service is unreliable and poorly managed, and apparently stops running at 11:00 p.m. The next day I waited more than 45 minutes for the shuttle, only to finally get picked up and then have the driver take me to the WRONG HOTEL. They outsource to a third party shuttle service Yes. After waiting 45 minutes at the airport, the shuttle driver took me to the wrong property. It took multiple calls to the front desk and dispatch before I could finally get someone to understand what had happened and arrange the correct pickup. After a long day of travel, the last thing a business traveler needs is to stand outside an airport waiting indefinitely for a shuttle and then be delivered to the wrong hotel. But apparently, that was just the beginning. After finally getting to the hotel and going upstairs to my room, my room key didn't work. At first, I assumed the key card was defective. Nope. The actual door lock was malfunctioning. The lock itself was not working properly, and the door did not close correctly. Let that sink in: after the hotel shuttle completely failed me, I finally made it to my room — only to discover that the room door/lock wasn't functioning properly. For me, that crosses the line from "annoying hotel problem" into a serious issue. And then there's the noise. This hotel is nowhere near soundproof. I could hear people walking around upstairs and noise coming from the room next door. If you're staying here because you have an early flight, need to work, or simply want to sleep, good luck. The shower wasn't impressive either. The water pressure was weak, which seems like a small issue until you add it to everything else and realize you're paying a fairly substantial airport-hotel rate for an experience that feels more like a budget motel. And that's ultimately my biggest issue: This hotel is not cheap. For the price, I expect reliability. I expect basic security. I expect a functioning room. I expect an airport shuttle to actually get me to the correct hotel. And I certainly expect to be able to sleep. Instead, I got a 45+ minute shuttle wait, transportation to the wrong hotel, multiple calls to get the situation fixed, a malfunctioning room lock, a door that didn't close properly, paper-thin walls, weak shower pressure, and an overall experience that was stressful from beginning to end. This is NOT what I expect from Cambria. The Cambria Austin Airport was fantastic, which makes this experience even more disappointing. If I hadn't stayed at another Cambria before, I might assume this was simply the standard. It isn't. My recommendation: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. If you're traveling for business, catching an early flight, arriving late at night, or simply looking for a stress-free stay near LAX, save yourself the headache and book somewhere else, Sheraton and Hilton are great options. The pictures may look beautiful. The property may be newer. But none of that matters when the basics — transportation, security, noise control, and reliable service — fall apart. Two stars, and that's being generous. Cambria LAX has a lot of work to do.

Quiet, clean, nice to have access to a pool and a gym, close to a couple of coffee shops, close to the Segundo beach which it's a nice beach.

Disappointing to learn that I couldn't get the points to my rewards account because I booked through booking.com. Also, I couldn't get the discounted parking rate because of the same reason. Very disappointing. The pool was kinda dirty. We couldn't get a single clean towel for the pool one day bc there must have been a party the night before, the pool area was a mess, and there were no clean towels anywhere to be found.

The bartender Rhonda was amazing. Super nice and accommodating!

There were no towels available for 3 days. No ice machines available. The fridge was not cold.

I loved everything about the property. It was clean. The staff was great even the bartender Pam will definitely stay here again.

Only thing that I totally didn’t like was the $200 a night deposit for each room totally insane. It needs to be changed.

Die Unterkunft wirkte an sich recht modern. Lage war für unsere Zwecke auch gut. Flughafen nah aber dennoch kein Fluglärm.

Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer leider gar nicht gereinigt auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Ich brauche nicht jeden Tag frische Handtücher oder ein gemachtes Bett aber wenn ich meinen Müll selber entsorgen muss und auch Toilettenpapier selbst auffüllen muss, kann ich mir das Hotel sparen. Am Pool waren ebenfalls keine Handtücher und wir mussten uns diese erst organisieren. Die Parkgebühren von $27 pro Nacht fand ich ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend.

i booked it on priceline . the ad said they are pet friendly. I got there and they said only dogs are pets. i have 2 parrots and they consider anything other then a dog not a pet. I consider this false advertising. They ripped me off for 330 dollars. they said to call price line for refund. I called. Price line said they would call the manager tomorrow at 2pm and would email me results. I have heard nothing from them . Both Cambria and Price Line ripped me off . I will not do busines with either one because they misrepresent their business.

The room was amazing. The size was much larger than expected. The large windows were great.

The internet went down and we were not issued keys. Every time we wanted to go out and back into the room we had to be escorted. There were guests who checked in after who were issued keys and I was not when the service was available. The staff was clearly upset at the situation. There was only one staff member available at a time and they were always busy.

Any other time I’ve stayed here I totally enjoyed it. The room is usually clean and the staff pleasant.

The room had an awful stale smell the table was stained and dirty, it just didn’t have the appearance of being clean,The WiFi was down for the entire night and it was understaffed.

Very convenient to the areas we were visiting. Location near airport but not noisy at all! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nicely appointed amenities both in the lobby area/1st floor and the rooms. Special touch was were the morning texts from the property that said "Good morning!" and asked if you slept well and if there were any concerns you need addressing. Also had fun and creative evening events for hotel guests to gather and socialize.

NO había limpieza diaria y no sale claramente cuando reservas. Nos pasamos varios días sin que nadie limpiara la habitación. El nivel de atención del personal es muy malo salvo el manager que se portó bien. Se dañaron los sensores de la puerta de la habitación y nos quedamos 3 horas sin poder entrar durante la noche hasta que vino alguien externo a arreglar el problema. El desayuno del restaurante no es rico para lo que cobran por menú.

The property was close and convenient to where we were working & the parking lot could accommodate our sprinter van.. Staff never mentioned the activities that were complimentary to guests each day. The TV remotes did not work well at all due to some sort of jimmy rigged eye for remote. TV never worked well and was disappointing. Our room only had a very small bathroom garbage can even though our room was a king suite. No room cleaning unless requested, our room had no coffee or tea as it was advertised. Room was super big but furniture was small and oddly appointed for the space.

It was good for 1 night stay. We arrived late and appreciated a quick and easy check in and somewhere easy and nearby the airport to sleep and refresh. Most liked that there was a guest laundry that was really quick and we were able to do a wash and dry within a few hours which was so handy.

It didn’t seem well cleaned as there was dust sitting on the bedside tables.

Parking advertised as $17 (as Choice member) still cost $27. Asked for a suite room, did not get the one requested (needed the double bed suite due to 2 young children). Pet friendly but not KID friendly (no crib)

Great location close to where we dropped off our car with Turo. Room was spacious. Had a great time at the trivia.

The food at the bar on trivia night was subpar but the drinks were great and the company. Great.

The bed was extremely comfortable and it was conveniently located near the airport. I appreciated having a tub.

Not much to see out the windows aside from pavement and cars. The hvac was incredibly noisy, had to keep my foot on the tub stopper to keep the water from leaking out of the tub.

I guess it was my fault for not checking the reviews before booking but oh my this has to be the worst hotel experience in my entire life. I booked a 2‑night stay through Expedia at this sorry excuse of a hotel and arrived late at night with family and an exhausted baby after driving from the Bay Area. The front desk agent, Miguel, claimed the system was down and repeatedly told us to wait. After 20+ minutes, when I asked for help checking in, Miguel became hostile and told us to find another hotel. When I tried to reason with him, he escalated the situation by calling the police. Once officers arrived, I learned the hotel had actually overbooked and given our room away. Miguel refused to issue a refund, saying it had to be handled through Expedia. I was lucky enough to find another hotel (Sonesta LAX) which Is a way better hotel anyway. So anyone trying to stay at this hotel in the future please be advised this might be your experience. So learn from my mistake and try to avoid this property and their unprofessional behavior and mishandling of reservations.

I was gifted a three night stay at the Cambria hotel LAX in El Segundo California. The bed in room 202 was like sleeping on springsmy back hurt worse when I got out the bed then it did when I got in the bed. It was horrible.

Les rideaux aux fenêtres ne sont pas du tout occultants, nous avons donc été réveillé par un grand soleil dans notre chambre à 7h00 du mat’. Si vous ne buvez pas l’eau du robinet prévoyez de ramener des bouteilles d’eau car il n’y en a pas dans les chambres et l’hôtel n’en vend pas non plus.

L’endroit n’est pas à la hauteur de ses promesses. Chambre vieillissante, mal insonorisé, nettoyage passable. Toilette plusieurs fois bouché - on avait peur d’y aller de crainte que ça se reproduise à chaque fois.

The bed was comfy, most of the staff was nice except for one front desk staff who was rude when we called and asked a question, the AC worked great!

Half the lights in the room did not work, the shower does not close so every time you shower water flood the floor of the bathroom, when we inquired about it at the front desk the lady was rude and said “all our rooms have that”, the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way and we had to jam a wash cloth in the doorjam just to have some privacy when using the restroom as there is a huge mirror right outside the bathroom and if the door is open whoever is on the bed gets a view of you in the bathroom.

Everything was great! Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Front desk was friendly and professional. Would stay here again.

Walls are a bit thin. Location is about a five minute drive to downtown. Great place for a night or two. Parking is $27 daily.

We got there late at night. The shower was missing the shower curtain, so we had to be moved to another room that did have a shower curtain. I found a lot of hair on the floor from previous guests. There was no laundromat at this hotel, the pool wasn’t heated. No microwave in the room, and no small freezer in the small fridge unit.

NICE PEOPLE

We were two older women - 75 and 80 years, who just arrived from a VERY Long flight, and had 4 suitcases; we asked if the gentleman at the front desk if could assist us to our room, just on the second floor, with the elevator, to just assist with our suitcases, after a very long flight. The gentleman said he would help us -- The lady boss at the front desk, told him absolutely Not--they can get their own suitcases up--and the guy was NOTALLOWED TO ASSIST US. Then in the am - at about 8:00 am, I went down for coffee (in the lounge), (it was what they advertised - free tea of coffee in the mornings; however, when we got there they were out of coffee and cream, and sugar, and when I asked the man who was the guy in charge of the lounge if he would please make another pot of coffee, and bring some more cream, he said ---"I am only one person, and I cannot do that now - you'll have to come back later." I then asked the front desk woman, and she said the3 same things. She said if we really wanted coffee we should have come down earlier--it was 8:15 am!! - so no, I don't think we will ever stay there again. "
