Lo que más me gusto es que era muy cálido, limpio y cerca de todos lados. El personal excelente. Súper recomendable. Volveré!!!!

La posizione sicuramente ottima

Avremmo voluto un po più di attenzione sui dettagli, colazione molto scarsa, doccia con getti che andavano per i fatti loro, un po più di pulizia,

Lokalita byla naprosto skvělá, veškeré památky jsme si obešli pěšky, vybaveni pokoje bylo dostačující, bylo tam vše, včetně fenu, funkční klimatizace, jediné co by se mohlo maličko vytknout, bylo, uplne miniaturní lednička do které se vešly pouze max.4 male vody, ale nic, čemu by to mohlo vadit. Veliké plus dávám opravdu té lokalitě, a hned vedle ubytovaní skvělá asijská restaurace a samozřejmě včetně italských 😃 Překvapivě jsme se i skvěle vyspali i přes to, že matrace byla lehce prolezena, ale pokud opravdu běháte po památkách po svých, tak pak člověk opravdu neřeší do detailu kvalitu matraci( tedy pokud to opravdu není nějaká hrůza) tady to bylo za me super ! Snídaně nenadchly ale ani neurazily, donáška byla primo na pokoj po předešlé domluvě formou zaškrtnuti dotazníku .

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy bonita y segura. Queda muy cerca al Vaticano y a unos 30 minutos caminando de la Fontana de Trevi, hay restaurantes cerca y también zonas comerciales. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el staff nos atendió excelente y estuvieron muy dispuestos a ayudarnos con todo. El desayuno es excelente, lo llevan a la habitación.

Tem um bom café da manhã servido no quarto. O bairro é bem seguro e próximo às atraçoes turísticas do Vaticano. O anfitrião da boas dicas e fala outras línguas também.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centrale e strategica. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la professionalità del personale di accoglienza.

La scelta della colazione non è molto ampia e non sempre abbiamo ricevuto quanto comunicato.

Un po vecchio. Tanta polvere. doccini da cambiare, non esce acqua praticamente.

Die Fenster waren billig oder schlecht isoliert, der verkehrslärm war ziemlich laut durch das geschlossene Fenster. Das Zimmer dürfte insgesamt einer Renovierung unterzogen werden.

Я оцениваю это место именно как guest house, а не как гостиницу, и в этой категории оно очень хорошее. Отличное расположение — практически в центре. Очень приветливый и внимательный персонал. Завтрак приносят прямо в номер. Вечером можно выбрать завтрак из предложенного списка — очень удобно. Отличное обслуживание. Я просил заменить полотенца и провести уборку, и к моему возвращению всё уже было сделано. За такую цену это действительно хороший вариант. Особенно учитывая расположение и уровень обслуживания. В целом соотношение цена / расположение / обслуживание очень хорошее.

Сам номер не самый чистый. Есть ощущение, что уборке можно было бы уделить больше внимания. При этом важно понимать, что это именно guest house, поэтому не стоит ожидать уровня полноценного отеля.

地理位置距离梵蒂冈不远，周边有超市和餐馆。旧楼改造的，房间里面重新装修了。

早餐种类比较单一，每天基本都是面包/可颂，没什么选择。

Good location from the vatican.

It doesn’t look like the photos, the room looked worn and rundown from time. It was as tidy as it could be but the room and all the things in it were very old - paint peeling, yellow marks in the shower etc. It wasn’t super expensive so maybe I shouldn’t complain but just please know that the photos aren’t an accurate representation of what the place currently looks like.

La atención de los chicos fue siempre muy cordial y amigable.

Sinceramente la biancheria no está al nivel del alojamiento , el desgaste de las sábanas y cubre almohadas era excesivo al punto que estaba rasgadas, y la calidad del colchón y almohadas muy bajo. La vista de la habitación no coincide con las fotos de referencias ni la descripción.

La atención muy amable de los encargados. Nos dieron un mapa e indicaciones de interés. El sector muy tranquilo, con buenos negocios en la cercanía y con buena conexión a otros puntos de la ciudad. El departamento ideal para pasar la noche y aprovechar todo el día recorriendo y conociendo Roma

Antes de reservar no tuve claro si el desayuno estaba o no incluido y cuando hice el check-in no tuve esa información (tampoco lo recordé)

Bed was clean, the location is very good, staff were nice and the breakfast was okey to get you out the door.

The Deluxe room was not very clean. The bathroom shower was missing the door, toilet was dirty from the calcium. And the AC had a lot of dust on its vents. Overall not a very comfortable stay.

Die Lage in der Nähe des Vatikans ist gut. Die Service Kräfte die für das Frühstück zuständig waren, waren nett.

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Uns wurden mehrere andere Zimmer angeboten welche auch nicht wirklich sauber waren. Besonders die Hygiene im Bad (z.B. der Boden) ließen zu wünschen zu übrig. Vom Personal hieß es ständig es wäre nur Abnutzung, obwohl Staub und Haare herumlagen. Auf die Fotos die wir zeigten wurde erneut keine Einsicht gezeigt. Als wir das Guest House verlassen wollten weil wir uns unwohl fühlten hieß es, es gäbe keine Option Geld zurück zu bekommen. Unsere erste Reise nach Rom wurde vermiest durch ein dreckiges Zimmer, Personal welches egal war wie wir uns fühlten und stinkender Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher weil der Trockner scheinbar nicht richtig funktionierte. Das Frühstück ist mit einer Scheibe Toast, Rührei und einem Croissant neben ein paar Getränkeoptionen sehr einfach gehalten. Allgemein waren wir sehr enttäuscht und waren froh als wir wieder wegfahren konnten. Beim checkout wurden wir nicht mal gefragt ob der restliche Aufenthalt akzeptabel war. Es interessiert sie schlichtweg nicht.

Struttura mediamente sporca... Asciugamani forniti sempre bagnati o umidi, ci hanno detto che l'asciugatrice era rotta... Camera nuova ma non pulita in modo adeguato e umida, letto scomodo. Unica nota positiva la posizione.

Pulizia da migliorare!!!!!!

Se encuentra en un barrio a unos 20’ andando del centro pero es súper tranquilo y sin todo el movimiento del centro, perfecto para descansar. Por otra parte, a 10’ del Vaticano. Para mi gusto, la cama súper cómoda y súper blandita. La habitación es grande y espaciosa, cuenta con todo. Lo que más nos gustó es que te sirven el desayuno en la habitación a la hora que lo solicites. El personal también súper amable. Cambian las toallas y arreglan la habitación todos los días. Necesitamos dejar el equipaje una vez dejamos la habitación y no nos pusieron problema. Lo recomiendo al 100%!

Por poner algo, el gel-champú que proporcionan me pareció escaso.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko Watykanu i centrum, w koło sklepy i restauracje. Ogólnie czysto, sprzątane co dziennie. Śniadania ok, choć nie jestem zwolenniczką słodkich śniadań 🙂 Super baza wypadowa do wszystkich głównych atrakcji. My przez cały pobyt poruszaliśmy się pieszo. Klimatyzacja na początku jakoś opornie działała, ale kiedy się rozkręciła, było już bardzo przyjemnie chłodno. Mili i pomocni pracownicy 🙂

Jedyny mankament, dostaliśmy pokój tuż przy kuchni, więc kiedy przygotowywane były śniadania było dość głośno.

Principalmente da cama, estava bem desgastada.

Perfekte Lage im guten Viertel Pratti Vaticano mit nur 15 Minuten bis zum Petersplatz. Die Kritik von anderen Gästen, dass es nachts einen sehr lauten Straßenlärm gebe, kann ich nicht teilen. Mein Zimmerfenster ging zum Innenhof hinaus und es war nichts von der Straße her zu hören. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Metrostationen Ottaviano und Lepanto sind jeweils ca. 20 Minuten entfernt und der Knotenpunkt Roma Termini ist in gut 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Es wird leider nur ein offenes WLAN angeboten.

El trato del personal, especialmente de Lorenzo. El desayuno es genial, sencillo, pero suficiente. Buena ubicación, puedes ir caminando a todos los lugares sin necesidad de utilizar ningún transporte.

La vista forse era l'unica stanza con vista strada e si vedeva la cupola di san pietro.

Condizionatore funzionava poco e impostato a 18 ma meno di 29 gradi in stanza non avevano anche perché dopo un po si fermava,ho dormito con il ventaglio in mano ,e non parliamo che era sporchissimo si vedeva la barba dentro e come lo accendevi faceva odore brutto.la colazione in camera bella idea peccato la brics sempre tendente al bruciato e a volte riscaldata,come siamo arrivati vado in bagno gli asciugamani bagnati e appesi erano lavati ma c'è li hanno messi bagnati e dopo 5 giorni gli abbiamo chiesto se c'è li potevano cambiare sono durati altri 4 giorni, doccia che perdeva acqua ,problemi con lo sciacquone non caricava più acqua, fatto presente riparato ma sempre paura che si bloccava di nuovo arrivata all'ultimo giorno con carta igienica contata,per quello che abbiamo pagato quasi 100 euro al giorno in due abbiamo avuto poco da apprezzare .

No me gustó la limpieza de la habitación. No era diaria, tampoco te dejaban suficiente gel de ducha ni papel higiénico. En alguna ocasión tuvimos la necesidad de ir a la recepción y no se encontraban allí.

The room was not as clean or as described. There was hair on the bed, and even after we asked for the bed linen to be changed, there was still hair left. The “wardrobe” was only an open clothes rack, and the advertised “coffee machine” was just an electric kettle.

Amazing location, very close to the Vatican stop for the Shuttle bus from Fiumicino airport. Lots of stores and restaurants around and only 15 minutes away on foot to the Vatican City/museum. Very well connected with public transport to go everywhere else in the city center. The staff were super kind and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed. They give you a small "menu" where you can choose what you want from breakfast and they bring it to your room in the morning at the requested time which is very nice.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom but it must have been from the heat/humidity.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Every day, we had the option to choose what time we wanted to have breakfast, and the freshly baked croissants were absolutely delicious! 🥐 Of course, the breakfast selection could be a little more varied — it would be great to have some meat options as well. Overall, the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the sound insulation, as we could hear quite a lot from outside the room. Luckily, there weren’t any loud guests during our stay, so it wasn’t a big issue. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic and made our stay much more comfortable! We also really appreciated having the option to have our room cleaned every day. Overall, everything was great! Well done and keep it up! ❤️ Just add a little more variety to the breakfast, perhaps including some meat options, and it would be perfect!

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, toallas sucias, los dos días seguidos, desayuno todos los días lo mismo, los botes de mermelada de relleno..fatal, habitación sin limpiar hasta que nos quejamos

Localização e atendimento excepcional.

O único ponto negativo foi que, provavelmente, por motivos de política do hotel, a equipe de limpeza entrou no quarto sem solicitação prévia. Senti falta da opção de “Não Perturbe” ou de poder indicar que não desejava a limpeza no momento, como ocorre na maioria dos hotéis.

Localização excelente, café da manhã e funcionários gentil

Serviço de quarto e frigobar. Ficamos 6 dias e as toalhas não foram trocadas, o quarto não foi limpo e o lixo só foi removido depois de pedir. O "frigobar" era uma geladeira portátil muito pequena que demorava muito a gelar

El trato del personal, siempre dispuestos a colaborar y facilitar la estancia. La ubicación fenomenal, hay trasporte publico cercano, aunque conociendo el caos circulatorio de Roma en muchas ocasiones optamos por ir andando a varios lugares y no eran trayectos tan largos.

El baño era bastante reducido. Un cierto descontrol con los desayunos y el arreglo de habitaciones.

The quality for the price was outstanding. The reception staff kindly waited for our late check-in and were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were very good, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was absolutely worth every penny! Great localization and starting point for trips over Rome. I am glad and very satisfied that they helped with late booking in the hotel as the filight was late. They provided all needed information with clear instruction and contact was SUPER.

Mein Zimmer in den Innenhof war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Das Frühstück, das man ins Zimmer gebracht bekam, fand ich gut und ausreichend. Der Kaffee war einfach Spitze! Die Lage in der Nähe des Vatikans war toll!

El ruido. A las 6:45h TODOS LOS DÍAS llegaban a preparar los desayunos de la gente que los tenía contratados (no era mi caso). Teníamos la cocina cerca y se escuchaba TODO, como recogían el lavavajillas puesto el día anterior, como colocaban los platos, bandejas… a partir de esa hora ya no se podía dormir.

La atencion y la recepcion.

La ubicación se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo, cerca del Vaticano (a pie) y cerca de líneas de autobuses que conectan con el centro de Roma (Coliseo). El barrio donde se encuentra es muy tranquilo, en las noches no hay ruido de vehículos o turismo. Las habitaciones eran reformadas, con una excelente distribución, comodidad. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección.

El desayuno era algo básico, el jugo excesivamente dulce. La insonorización puede ser un problema si te afecta el ruido de las demás habitaciones o tu privacidad.

Sehr zentral , relativ modern, freundliches Personal, jeden Tag wird sauber gemacht.

Es gibt zwar pro Zimmer ein Internet Anschluss ( Router) aber das Internet ist so schlecht das man noch nicht mal YouTube in 360p Auflösung flüssig schauen kann und die Dusche wird nach ca. 1 1/2 min kochend heiß so das man sich nicht mehr drunterstellen kann. Das Frühstück haut kaum Auswahl.

trascuratezza nei dettagli d pulizia, di cura del letto del frigobar, della luce (filo staccato foce prima c'era una lampada)delle pareti ,sia della camera che delle parti comuni,e della preparazione della colazione (briosche bruciata ). Consiglio maggiore attenzione perché ha molte potenzialità.

La posizione è ottima. In una zona molto viva di Roma ma cmq allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che potrebbe servire. Buona l idea di servire la colazione in stanza.

L arredamento andrebbe rinnovato non perché vecchio ma perché usurato ed anche l occhio vuole la sua parte. Stessa cosa per i servizi igienici che non mancavano di nulla ma andrebbero rinfrescati come tutte le pareti delle stanze. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliera dovrebbe essere anche una routine e non a richiesta del cliente.

Staying here felt like living in a local residential neighborhood rather than a tourist area. It really gave me a strong sense of everyday Roman life and a very authentic atmosphere. A simple breakfast is provided every morning, and the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He would often ask about my plans for the day, provide a map, and share recommendations on places to visit. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. In the mornings, there are even local street vendors selling clothes, which adds to the lively neighborhood vibe. Everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, this place offers a wonderful local experience and a strong sense of community. Its location near the Vatican is another major advantage—you can easily get there early in the morning before the crowds arrive, and enjoy the sunset in the area before returning in the evening. The neighborhood feels very safe, clean, and peaceful. The nearest metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The room is a little small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sound insulation could be better, as noises from doors opening and closing can be quite noticeable. The bed linens are made of linen fabric, which I personally found a bit less comfortable during the summer. The bed frame is somewhat old, but everything was clean and well maintained. One small improvement would be to provide bottled shower gel or a more convenient dispenser for guests. That said, these are relatively minor issues. Overall, I would still highly recommend this place for its excellent location, safety, friendly host, and authentic local atmosphere.

Muy cerca del Vaticano y a 30 minutos del centro andando

Las habitaciones están distribuidas en diferentes “apartamentos” en dos bloques distintos. Puede dar un poco de sensación de aislamiento, solo vimos a personal del alojamiento cuando venían a traer el desayuno.

Customer service is brilliant. Breakfast was served to the room and was included within the deal. Good breakfast. We arrived late around 1AM, the owner sent clear instructions on how to check in and waited to take the payment till the morning. Good size room. Clean toilet.

Location is not very central. 11 mins walk to the metro but in the heat it feels like 30 mins.

La ubicación, la amabilidad del chico de recepción del fin de semana y de la chica de la limpieza. La cama, aunque muy blanda, era cómoda. Te dan facilidad para guardar mochilas si llegas antes.

Es un piso antiguo con varias habitaciones. En general no estaba limpio y la ducha muy sucia con restos marrones de suciedad y moho por las esquinas. No culpo a la chica de la limpieza porque, hasta donde yo vi, solo es una chica, y es el alojamiento quien tiene que reforzar al personal de limpieza, horas o materiales.. En nuestro caso, como hacía mucho calor, aprovechábamos de 15 a 17 a echarnos la siesta, pero era imposible con los portazos, y el chico de recepción delunes y martes con el futbol a todo volumen, hablando por teléfono en tono distendido y largas conversaciones, pegado a nuestra pared. Igual pasaba a las 6, 45 horas que llegaba un chico a hacer los desayunos, no cuidaba nada el ruido de cubiertos, puertas etc... tienen en la entrda una cocina_salon -recepción. Es una lástima, porque el chico qur nos recibió fue muy amable, pero deberían cuidar y mejorar eso

Objekt je izuzetno čist, sobe su prostrane i lijepe, a osoblje jako uslužno. Objekt se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji te je sve atrakcije moguće obići pješice. U blizini je i autobusna stanica.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Der Flughafenbus ist ganz in der Nähe. Man kann zu Fuß zum Vatikan und zur Engelsburg gehen Außerdem sind in wenigen Geh-Minuten die Metro, Straßenbahnen und Busse zu erreichen. Es gibt einige Lokale, Supermärkte und auch eine wunderbare Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und informiert gerne über die Gegend und über die Wege und Verbindungen. Ich konnte auch das Gepäck bis zur Abfahrt in der Rezeption lassen.

Mein Zimmer ging zur Straße und wenn man das Fenster offen läßt war es recht laut die Ausstattung ist sehr basic und auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett wirkt stark benutzt, Matratze durchgelegen. Das WC hatte ein geräuschvolles Eigenleben 🙃 Das Frühstück kostet 15 € pro Person und ist es absolut nicht wert. Es gibt keinen Frühstücksbereich, man bekommt das Frühstück ins Zimmer serviert. Besser in die nahe gelegenen Bäckerei gehen, dort gibt es Kaffee und Croissant um 3,80 € und viele weitere Köstlichkeiten.
