Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Location was good 5-7 walk to the bus terminal and train/metro. You can get to and from here to where you want to visit.Supermarket by the station too. Respectful amount of places to eat and a variety. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room clean and cosy, also had a balcony.
Would of like a little more space for luggage to rest Thankful we had small ones. It was good for the weekend stay. Room a little smaller than I expected, didn't spoil the stay

The property was fine unfortunately within an hour we arrived both A/C units failed so left us with a couple of fans very uncomfortable nights sleep as the rooms were very hot even though the gentleman gave us the fans after that we didn’t see him we checked out on our own I think a partial refund should of been offered

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026wir sind Gestrandete aus Catania gewesen, die Lage zur Nähe des Bahnhofs war für uns entscheidend ebenso die gute Erreichbarkeit von Lokalen, da gibt es rundherum genügend
Trotz der frühzeitigen Kontaktaufnahme durch uns, dass der Zug verspätet ankam, war zum Vereinbarten Zeitpunkt niemand zu erreichen. Wir mußten fast eine Stunde vor der Unterkunft warten bis sich endlich jemand zurück meldetet. Die Check-In Zeit war bis 22 Uhr angegeben und wir waren um 21 Uhr da. Die Fragen von den Mitarbeitern waren auch sehr fragwürdig. Die Anfrage nach einer Rechnung mit Taxe wurde danach auch nicht beantwortet.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Lovely lovely hotel. Everything you need is provided, there is a fridge in the room which was handy for purchasing food and drinks. The balcony is stunning but was a little scary how low it is.
I was double charged on my credit card, error at the hotels end, be mindful when paying. The hotel did help resolve this but still waiting for funds to return

No directions and it is so inconvenient, no one to direct, it is up stairs no lift you have to carry your luggage bad enough I spent more than hours at the front door no one to help the pass code was not working, the stair way is dark. I had to cancel and look for alternative.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Our family booked all five rooms. Each room was clean and nicely furnished. The air conditioner for each room worked great as the temperature outside averaged 80 degrees F. The complimentary croissant and coffee were good from the bar nearby.
The rooms were on the fifth floor so we had a challenge moving our luggage in a two person elevator.

The building is outdated and we were traveling with very big suitcases, so the elevator was very small, it could only fit 1 big suitcase and 1 person per travel. Also, the building is full of graffiti so it gives you a feeling that you’re staying in a dangerous place, I was traveling with family so that made us feel a bit uncomfortable

Hissi kamalan pieni, joten isot laukut ei mahdu kerralla ja tosiaan 5 krs, niin ei viitsi kävellä portaita. Välillä hissin ovi ei auennut ylhäällä, mentiin sit 4.kerrokseen ja siitä ulos ja portaita ylös. Liekö vika käyttäjissä vai missä...?

Rúmið var frekar lítið og dýnan ekki nógu góð. Frekar hljóðbært á milli herbergja svo við vöknuðum báða morgnana mjög snemma, eða þegar barnið þar vaknaði.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026(1) The location is great. (2) There's a kitchen cabinet with a sinks and working counter. Though there's no functional stove or electric outlet/plug, it's still helpful for preparing food. There's also a refrigerator. (3) There's a (very) old model lift. It's not only helpful (the room is at 5th floor), but it is also an interesting experience of riding it. The entrance and exit doors of the lift are at right angle.
(1) There are almost 10 stairs before you can reach the lift. (2) The shape and the size of the lift is not suitable for handling 2 large luggages and 2 people at the same time. You won't know until you fit everything in then found out that the lift doors (both inside and outside doors) can't be closed if the space of the lift is full. Wish we were told or warn beforehand. So, when we checked out, we just go down separately. One person and one luggage took the lift at a time.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026A localização é ótima, bem pertinho do terminal. Cama boa, lindeza ótima e hospitalidade do anfitrião faz a diferença. Local tem elevador e a limpeza é ótima também. Assim que chegamos vamos receber com alguns mimos incluindo garrafas de água que vieram em boa hora pois estávamos chegando de uma longa viagem. O anfitrião disponibilizou também um microondas que nos permitiu fazer uma comida rápida com que compramos no supermercado do terminal, assim comemos bem e gastamos pouco.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Ótima hospedagem para quem precisa ficar próximo à estação Roma Termini. A hospedagem fica no quinto andar do prédio, que conta com elevador. O quarto era espaçoso, tinha uma pequena sacada e um bom banheiro, com água quente. O host Hamza foi muito educado e solícito. Recomendo!

Reviewed May 17, 2026It was a perfect stay! The place is very close to Termini, like 5 min walk. I got in quite late and the building door was locked. I gave a call and in a minute a very helpful friendly staff came to open the door. The room was spotless. Room has even a kettle and coffee machine! And a small lovely balcony which i discovered in the morning. I recommend this place.

Acesso ao elevador no térreo precisa subir alguns poucos degraus. Quando chegamos fomos informados que teríamos que ficar uma noite em um quarto menor do que o reservado. Mas o problema foi muito bem administrado pelo recepcionista Sr. Hamza, que não poupou esforços para resolver tudo e terminarmos satisfeitos.

Sehr altes und schmutziges Gebäude. Aufzug wirkt unsicher und ist sehr eng. Es gibt keine Rezeption bzw. sie ist nie besetzt. Man muss anrufen, um in das Gebäude zu kommen, dann bekommt man drei verschiedene Schlüssel, die man für Gebäude, Wohnung und Zimmer benötigt. Es ist mehr wie eine WG. Die Zimmer sind schlecht eingerichtet und ebenfalls eng. Oberflächlich wirkt es einigermaßen sauber, aber der Schein trügt. Selbst für Romverhältnisse viel zu teuer für den Preis. Ich kann nur abraten

El chico de recepción muy amable. Si llegas de noche la zona no se ve linda. La recepción y las habitaciones se encuentran en el 5to piso, cuenta con ascensor chico, pero hay que subir varios escalones para llegar al ascensor
