Il personale molte disponibile e cortese, le stanze sempre pulite, la posizione perfetta, super centrale vicinissima a mezzi pubblici, strada principale, e anche alla strada dei pub. Ha anche un terrazzino libero per fumare.

Avremmo voluto un po' di varietà in più nella colazione, che era comunque fornita di dolce e salato.

Located near the Istiklal street and galata shopping area. Short walk to the Shishane metro station. Room is big for a three star hotel, AC unit works well, wifi is great, breakfast was good, they gave you water everyday.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e a localização é ótima numa área super Movimentada e bem servida de bares, restaurantes e lojas. Há 10 minutos de metrô do Centro Histórico.

Great location down a narrow, cobbled street. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Main shopping street 200m away. Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque less than an hour's walk through more cobbled streets and across the bridge. Metro station 5mins away. Great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff.

The best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff. Everything was delightful!

The staff were very kind and friendly.

There were not enough blankets available, and despite asking several times, we were not given an extra blanket. The hairdryer was broken, and it took a little while to get it replaced.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excepcional, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y transporte público. El personal muy amable, con disposición inmediata a cualquier requerimiento que tuviéramos. Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, sin duda alguna lo recomiendo.

We only stayed one night in istanbul and wished it was more ! As soon as we got to the hotel we were greeted by the evervescent Novruz made us feel welcome the minute we walked in . The rooms were spacious and clean . Breakfast was lovely and made a great start for the day . The hotel is very well situated in a great area full of restaurants and places to eat and a stone throw away from the main. Street . We will definitely stay here again . We aren't finished with Istanbul yet . Thanks "Mr Perfect "! Be seeing you again. .

Ich freue mich das ich nette Leute kennen lernen dürfte, das Hotel ist in der Nähe von İstiklal caddesi ( Taksim ) so ungefähr 30 oder 40 Meter entfernt, und von Galata kulesi auch nicht viel weit.

Was mich nicht so gefallen hat, ist nur das man viel Kraft haben muss 😉😄 für Spaziergänge 😜

新市街の繁華街にあり、ガラタ塔まで徒歩１０分くらい。　旧市街へのガラタ橋までも徒歩２０分くらいでした。歩いて５分くらいの所にメトロのShishane駅もあり、移動が楽でした。　チェッツクイン当日朝　７時くらいについてしまい、追加料金でアーリーチェックインもさせてもらえた。　朝食もトルコ式コーヒーやトルコ料理の一部もあり美味しかった。

場所が新市街のメインストリートから１本入ったバーやレストランが並ぶ通りにあり、週末は深夜まで音楽などうるさくて寝れない

A localização é excelente, a 100m da Istiklal a avenida famosa. Perto da torre de gálata. Do hotel ate a Santa Sofia a pé deu 48 minutos com direito a foto na ponte. Funcionários prestativos e muitos simpáticos.

O horário do café da manhã é muito tarde. 08h é tarde porque os passeios começam cedo.

A localização, os funcionários (principalmente a senhora já de idade do pequeno-almoço).

Não tem que ver com o hotel, mas dada a localização do hotel, ao fim de semana (de sábado a segunda) é quase impossível dormir antes das 2/3 da manhã. São restaurantes com música ao vivo, malta a cantar nas ruas... Aconselho o hotel a investir em janelas duplas com isolamento.

Tutto quanto: posizione super, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima la pulizia e la colazione, camere molto silenziose. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente alla nostra prossima visita a Istanbul

Отличное расположение, в минуте от Истикляль и в двух минутах от станции метро и фуникулёра. Приветливый персонал, чистый номер. В номере есть всё для комфортного проживания.

Это не вина отеля, но тем не менее будьте готовы к шуму с улицы, особенно на выходных. Вокруг множество баров и ресторанчиков. Однообразные завтраки.

Está en pleno centro de Gálata, el personal muy amable y la cama muy cómoda. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado cosa que agradecimos mucho debido al calor que hacía fuera. El desayuno tipo buffet y completo con comida turca. Muchos bares alrededor y supermercado enfrente.

La nevera de la habitación se desconectaba cada vez que salíamos de la habitación porque va con tarjeta, y se descongelaba y se llenaba el suelo de agua, deberían tener en cuenta que se mantuviese encendida, si no, no cumple la función de enfriar las cosas que tengas en ella. El ruido del barrio se mantenia hasta las cinco de la mañana ya que, la ubicacion del hotel es en la calle cercana a los pubs, pero con tapones se soluciona!

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep while exploring Istanbul. The location is outstanding only a 3 to 4 minute walk downhill to Galata Tower and less than a minute from Istiklal Street. Everything is within walking distance including restaurants cafes shops and public transportation. The staff were extremely polite friendly and always helpful. The neighborhood is lively and full of cafés restaurants and nightlife so you really feel the energy of Istanbul. The hotel does not offer special views but its excellent location and great service make it an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.

El personal, especialmente Nevruz, muy amable y servicial. La habitación cómoda, con frigobar y tetera, teníamos café, té y botellas de agua de cortesía. El desayuno sencillo pero cumplidor.

La ubicación tiene sus ventajas y desventajas. Como ventaja es que es céntrica, con restaurantes y bares en la cuadra y muy cerca a Istikal. La desventaja es que es una calle peatonal, estrecha y en pendiente, los transportes como taxis o tours no siempre pueden llegar hasta la puerta, lo que puede resultar difícil para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.

Points positifs : - Réception ouverte 24h/24 : notre avion a eu plusieurs heures de retard, nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit à l'hôtel et le personnel était là pour nous accueillir. - Emplacement : l'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de la Tour de Galata, de l'avenue Istiklal et de la place Taksim. Il est également proche du funiculaire, du métro 2 et du tramway 1 ; nous étions proches de tous les sites touristiques. Il y a également beaucoup de cafés et de restaurants aux alentours. - Le réceptionniste Nevruz, qui était très gentil, aidant et accueillant. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et très bien accueillis grâce à lui. - Le prix : les hôtels à Istanbul sont souvent très chers, celui-ci était très abordable. - La propreté de la chambre : la personne qui faisait le ménage quotidien fait du super travail, il/elle a même plié nos vêtements chaque jour. - La climatisation marche très bien.

Points négatifs : - Le bruit. Nous étions au 6e étage de l'hôtel mais le bruit restait insupportable. L'hôtel se trouve dans une rue passante avec beaucoup de bars et de restaurants, il y avait des fêtes / de la musique jusqu'à 3h du matin ; nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour. Il faut absolument demander une chambre sur cour. - Certains équipements de la chambre : nous n'avions pas de couette sur le lit - juste une petite couverture (d'ailleurs trop petite pour le lit double) -, les rideaux n'étaient pas opaques donc nous étions réveillés par la lumière du jour très tôt le matin, les chaussons fournis dans la chambre d'hôtel étaient troués (alors que nous ne les avions pas utilisés). - Le petit-déjeuner : nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner parce que sur le site de réservation (Booking), il était indiqué qu'il était "exceptionnel" mais nous avons été très déçus. Il n'y a pas de fruits, pas de viennoiseries et très peu de choix, c'est un petit-déjeuner à prendre si vous voulez juste vous mettre quelque chose sous la dent avant de partir explorer Istanbul pendant la journée.

The hotel itself was a great location with amazing service and staff who were always so helpful. The breakfast was always good and consistently filling for long days of walking the city.

Готель очень близко к метро и башне Галата, идеальное место, если любите гулять в этом районе. Очень приветливый персонал, чисто, сделали всё, чтобы мне было комфортно.

В первую ночь (суббота) было очень шумно из-за оживленной улицы, но потом всё наладилось.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from Istiklal Street and 5 minutes walk from the Tunel, which is very convenient. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και είχε πάρα πολύ φασαρία.

La amabilidad, la cama es cómoda y la ubicación. El personal es muy amable en concreto Nevruz, somos una familia de 4 y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo respecto a información y comodidad en la estancia, íbamos con una bebé y siempre nos ayudaron con calentar su comida, el carro, etc.

La cuesta de la calle de torre galata pero eso ya lo sabíamos cuando decidimos visitar Estambul.

My stay there was royalty. Nevruz ensured that I was treated like a real princess. Every staffs were very nice to me. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of the best in Istanbul. Close to all amenities and located in a lively street with so many nearby restaurant. Breakfast was very nice and room very clean and modern. As a solo traveler I felt safe ❤️ Nevruz definitely deserve a good raise for giving such a wonderful customer service. He has been booking cheap taxis for me, lift my suitcases so many times to ensure they are the correct weights. So impressed! I definitely recommend this place for your Istanbul vacation. Keep it up 😘

Η σχέση τιμής και τι παρείχε, ήταν πολύ οικονομικό , το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο, μας είχαν και παντόφλες, μπουκαλάκια νερό κάθε μέρα , η τοποθεσία ένα βήμα από την Ιστικλάλ και το Pera palace hotel, καθώς και το μουσείο του Pera,εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι και το πρωινό αντάξιο της τιμής που πληρώσαμε. Χάσαμε στο δωμάτιο ένα προσωπικό αντικείμενο και την άλλη μέρα ενώ το βρήκε η υπηρεσία δωματίου ( θα μπορούσε άνετα να το κρατήσει) ωστόσο προς τιμή της μας το είχε αφήσει πάνω στο κομοδίνο, μπράβο.

Ίσως οι πετσέτες να χρειάζονται μια αλλαγή.

La atencion de todo el personal especialmente de señor Behman que estuvo en todo momento tratando de solucionar nuestros problemas y ayudarnos a localizar los lugares.

A mi me gustó todo porque quería estar en un lugar para poder salir de noche a pesar de que fuera un poco ruidoso.

Отличное расположение, буквально в двух шагах от улицы Истикляль, хорошее транспортное расположение: метро недалеко, впрочем, как и автобусы с трамваем. Рядом много магазинов, кафешек. Комнаты чистые, показалось, что даже лучше, чем на фото. Персонал прекрасный, очень вежливые и приветливые

Много читала в отзывах о том, что в номерах шумновато из-за звуков с улицы. Да, шум есть, но после прогулок по Стамбулу, когда ты устал и хочешь спать, эти звуки вообще не мешают, да и нельзя сказать, что прям громко было.

Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, κοντά στον πύργο του Γαλατά, σε ένα δρομάκι μέσα στην istiklal, πολύ κεντρικά, αλλά χωρίς να έχει πολλή φασαρία. Με τα πόδια πας και στην πλατεία Ταξίμ, αλλά και στη γέφυρα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαιραιτητα κ το κρεβάτι άνετο.

Alquilamos una habitación individual económica y dos habitaciones dobles estándar. En una de ellas, el desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado. Las duchas de las otras habitaciones también estaban muy mal y descuidadas. Había mucha humedad. Las almohadas eran viejas y no estaba limpio. Yo no volvería. Lo único bueno era el personal: gente amable, sonriente y que intentaba ayudar.

El alojamiento es perfecto. Tiene todo lo básico que necesitas y la ubicación es ideal para visitar la ciudad. Lo que más destacaría es la atención del personal sobre todo de Nervuz. Desde el primer momento fue súper amable conmigo, me dio muchísimas recomendaciones y siempre que me veía me preguntaba qué tal lo estaba pasando. Ha sido mi primera vez en Istanbul y viajaba sola y me hizo sentir como en casa. Si vuelvo a la ciudad volveré a alojarme aquí sin duda alguna. El desayuno también estaba muy rico.

Останавливалась в этом отеле в середине апреля.К сожалению, после первой же ночи обнаружила множественные укусы клопов. Это стало серьезной проблемой и сильно испортило отдых. Я сообщила об этом персоналу, однако ситуация не была нормально решена — деньги за проживание мне не вернули и адекватной компенсации не предложили. Впервые с таким столкнулась,укусы долго заживали а насколько это неприятно было обнаружить я вообще молчу ((

In realtà non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto forse i rumori notturni ma ci stanno poiché l'hotel si trova in una strada ricca di ristoranti pub bar con una vita notturna attiva.
