Muy buena atención por parte del personal y la habitación estaba muy limpia.

Me faltaron una o dos sillas para poder sentarme a comer en la mesa bajo la televisión.

Room was very clean

The view from our room was a wall so couldn't even open the curtains and it was quite noisy outside. The air conditioning was broken and stuck on 18 degrees which was fine initially but freezing during the night.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidied when we were away. Came back to fresh sheets and new towels.

Buen trato del personal, la habitación tenia todo lo necesario para pasar unos días (y sino, puedes pedirlo en recepción), conexión tanto por bus como tren con otros lugares y muchos establecimientos tanto para comer como para comprar en los alrededores.

La puerta no aislaba del todo y se escuchaba algo de ruido del pasillo. Por lo demás, nada remarcable.

All was satisfactory, the only thing requiring improvement was mouldy shower - it needed to be cleaned better. The staff at reception was super helpful and friendly and checking in/out was easy.

I really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day. Many of your competitors no longer provide daily housekeeping and may not clean the room at all during the entire stay, so this made a real difference.

Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt niet centraal, maar de station is op 10 minuten afstand. Echt wel te doen. Het hotel bevind zich op een weg met veel restaurants en ander soort winkels. Heel handig. Qua prijs verhouding echt goed!

The Nox Hotel Golders Green is an ideal stopping point for a short duration stay. We were there to commute the short distance by bus to Wembley and it worked out very well. There are lots of restaurants around the area and a handy Tesco express just next door. We were given an unsolicited room upgrade (G2) with a small kitchenette which had filtered drinking water, a hob, sink and toaster. The coffee pod machine was a nice touch and the coffee was delicious. The bathroom shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. We slept soundly the whole night.

The TV had usable apps but no TV channels (I'm not sure if this was user error - we weren't there to watch TV but it was an observation)

My only complain was that the shower did not have any cold water. When outside there was a heat wave i would have really enjoyed the cold shower...

Good shower, fridge, microwave provided (also induction hob but I didn't need to use it), toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Very comfortable bed. Convenient location for supermarkets and restaurants and near tube station and bus stop for Brent X Shopping Centre and National Express airport shuttles.

I had a converted attic room and kept bumping my head on the low ceiling. There was no freezer compartment in the fridge.

Apesar de ser perto do metro, e por isso muito acessível, fica um pouco longe do centro de Londres.

Room size and location.. The bath shower was great and the room was clean.

During our stay, the air conditioning was ineffective and locked at 25°C, making it impossible to lower the temperature. Additionally, the room's window faced a direct outside wall, which prevented any ventilation or fresh air. This made the room very uncomfortable, especially while staying with young children.

Excellent location Clean and just what we needed

The hotel is well situated just a short walk from Golders Green station. Shops and cafes nearby. Extremely comfortable bed. Very clean facilities. Very affordable for London. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lieu très calme donc pour se reposer le soir c'est parfait. Toujours quelq'un de disponible en cas de besoin. Règle de sécurité respectée. Chambre très grande et prix défiant toute concurrence. C'était ma première fois à Londres et je suis sûr que lors de mon prochain passage ce sera dans cet hôtel pour mon prochain voyage. Ménage réalisé une fois par jour et tout est fait parfaitement que ce soit les lits la salle de bain etc... Merci à toute l'équipe encore pour cette expérience J'avais pris 2 chambres pour moi et mes amis nous étions 4.

La climatisation n'avais pas l'air de bien fonctionner mais la chambre était assez fraîche donc ce n'était pas dérangeant d'y dormir.

Loved the kichen and fridge. This is why I choose The Nox whenever possible.

No teabags. I understand there is a coffee machine and there are always coffee machine pods available. However there were no teabags at all in the room during this stay. I shouldn't have to ask at reception for teabags when coffee is always stocked up.

Amazing price for quality, great facilities and overall enjoyable stay!

I loved the stay at Nox. It was situated in a very nice and accessible neighbourhood (bus stop was 2 mins away and the tube station was a 7 min walk). There was also lots of restaurants and cafes along with pharmacies and Tesco express. The room was very clean and very modern too

I think it was possibly due to the location of my room, I could hear a lot of construction work happening in the afternoon, which died down by the evening

Čtvrť je velmi fajn, příjemná a plno obchůdků. Cesta z Lutonu bez problému. Check-in byl velmi jednoduchý a trval asi 3 minuty. Příjemné osvětlení pokeje a koupelny. Palec na horu za TV připojenou k Wi-Fi. Fén a žehlička také super. Klimatizace fungovala perfektně. Poměr cena - výkon!

Malé postele a jedna peřina. Špinavé zdi a je vidět, že hotel něco zažil. Kávovar sice byl, ale nádoba na vodu v hrozném stavu. Dveře papírové a svítí do pokoje světlo z chodby. Na 2 až 3 noci úplně v pohodě, déle už ne.

La habitación estaba impecable, tenía cocina armario y de todo, nos encantó la cama y el baño estaba completo y con todo lo necesario. El personal era muy amable y atento.

We always stay here when in London, great location, great price and lovely rooms

Convenient location on the main road, easy access to public transport and shops. Reception mostly willing to look into issues. Elevator useful if you have luggage. Shower water pressure was consistent and hot water supply was strong. Air con ultimately worked, just keep the window closed for added noise insulation against traffic.

Longstanding maintenance issues hadn't been addressed (room 103 window missing handle, frame hanging off window, air conditioning filter needed cleaning, dusty surfaces, paint chips off walls, towel rail covered in rust). White paint marks on the pillow covers. If your next door neighbour doesn't switch on the extractor fan, cooking odours spread through the shared vent to your room.

It was a comfortable place I did like it

I arrive at the place for work and the room is underground with no window and no phone reception so I can't work. I had no other option but to leave the place and find a much more suitable place. The place is not suitable for a person who comes to the place for work, especially since the receptionist's attitude was disdainful and unwilling to help. It is not recommended to go to the place. There are much better places nearby.

We used to stay in other local ‘shabbos friendly’ (the old fashioned keys for the hotel rooms over shabbos) hotels since holiday inn express closed their doors to paying guests and house asylum seekers instead and this is certainly our future hotel and we’ve already booked our next stay for one months time!

I don’t want to say anything negative because it was an overall very positive stay
