Que tengan onsen en casa habitación es una un lujo. La cena genial para acercarte a la comida tradicional de Japón.

La ubicación, ir en transporte público es un poco tedioso. El desayuno es tradicional japonés, podrían dar otra opción ya que desayunar pescado para algunas culturas es un poco extraño y en lo personal, no nos apetecía mucho.

Cena e colazione non troppo di qualità a mio avviso

フリードリンクにウィスキーもあり、満足感がありました。館内は、清潔でレストランの方も皆さん感じが良く、イギリス人のお友達をアテンドしたのですが、スタッフ皆さんコミュニケーションに慣れていて気まずい事もなく、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ありがとう御座いました。

本館の階段は屋根が無く雨の際は濡れて滑り易いです。スリッパで出る時は、気を付けたほうが良いです。夕飯の前菜は、あまり美味しくないので品数減らして味を重視した方が良いように思いました。夕飯は、ボリュームがあって減らしても充分足りると思います。

Les futons très confortables, bien plus que dans l'autre Ryokan dans lequel nous étions allés plus tôt dans notre voyage. L'onsen privé. Le petit déjeuner !!

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful; our luggage was already in our room which was in the Annex. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had our own private onsen. Comfortable Yukata were provided for all guests which you were able to wear to attend breakfast and dinner. Breakfast, a set menu, was delicious and different on both days we stayed. Staff were very helpful in advising how to operate the in-table steaming etc. We did not book the evening meal, as we ate else where in Hakone but there was a 7Eleven a few steps away from the hotel if required.

У отеля хорошее местоположение. Рядом классный ботанический сад и приятный посёлок. В отеле есть безлимитный качественный алкоголь в общем доступе. Довольно вкусный кайсеки. Есть личный онсен в каждом номере. Очень приятный общий онсен. Есть инструкции на любые случаи.

Отель больше как отель в стиле рёкан, чем рёкан. Оставалось ощущение отеля, где всё на потоке. Кайсеки почти сразу весь приносится и нужно самим разбираться в своём закутке с приготовлением. Номера довольно потрёпанные, ремонт не помешал бы. В номере только одно маленькое окно с решеткой, в которое не посмотреть. Общий онсен находится в отдельном здании в 100-150 метрах от проживания.

Non ci hanno avvisati in anticipo che era disponibile la colazione intercontinentale con sovrapprezzo, l’ho letto casualmente sulle info generali dell’hotel e quando l’abbiamo richiesta (alle 18 circa) era già troppo tardi.

We really loved the authentic Ryoken Onsen experience. Having our own Onsen attached to the room was super. The food was exceptional and everything about the hotel was perfect. It was great to have alcoholic drinks available at the service area for free as well as during the meals.

Aliments de bonne qualité donc bon repas, mais beaucoup trop en quantité. Onsen privatif et public très agréable, qui accepte les personnes tatouées. Arrêt de bus et konbini juste à côté.

Lit très inconfortable, repas beaucoup trop chargé, donc gaspillage alimentaire... Lieu touristique assez éloigné, donc compliqué d'accès sans voiture ou taxi.

В отеле было грязно, в номере отсутствует вода в бутылках . Не пижамы. Еда ужасная. Я не ем свинину, попросила заменить, мне отказали. В общественные бани даже не было желания пойти, опасаясь за гигиену. Подушка жёсткая, как камень, матрас будто спишь на полу.

The dinners and breakfasts were really good. Came with a QR code to use with your phone to show how to prep the meal. Plus attentive staff. Room was a good size, annex mountain side. Nice quiet location, a convenience store a short walk one way and the pampas grass fields a short walk the other way.

I found the air conditioning instructions were a bit hard to figure out.

Mooie, grote en schone kamers. Drank inclusief. Heerlijk een eigen kleine onsen op de kamer. Genieten!

Private bath in the room was a really nice experience for the night.

El personal no hablaba inglés, tenían dificultades para indicar cómo llegar al lago, Cómo llegamos antes del horario del check in, dejamos equipaje y salimos, al volver una mochila no estaba y demoraron bastante en encontrarla. Había solo un horario de cena (17:45) muy cercano al check in

El hotel es muy lindo, las instalaciones están impecables y la habitación parece de Japón antiguo pero con todas las comodidades. El baño privado y público excelentes. El desayuno y la cena soberbios. Vale la pena pasar una noche allí

早餐吃的飽但沒有溫泉飯店的精緻。公共浴池整理的很乾淨，房內也有溫泉可以泡。地點較僻靜需要自駕比較好抵達，附近有全家滿方便的。

連住兩晚的話第二天餐點相較之下會覺得比較不符合期待

De prive onsen was echt heerlijk

The location was fine and close to Wetland Botanical Garden. Near a convenience store and a bus stop. Free drinks were nice.

The food was disappointing. The dinner was served too quickly and we had to cook most of our own food at the table. There were written instructions on how to cook, but not much help from staff. The primary fish course, which they prepared, was overcooked and dry and inedible. Our room was okay but a bit tired. The in-room bath was much smaller than it appeared in photos.

Onsen. Var helt själv där vilket var väldigt avkopplande. Bra service när vi önskade kokta ägg till frukost. Personalen kom ihåg önskemålen. Nära till flera härliga utflykter.

Barnen åt inte så bra av frukosten. Men den hör till hela upplevelsen så det var ändå kul.

The dinner was amazing. We also appreciate the cleanliness and the beautiful location.

I’d have appreciated more flexibility about breakfast time. They booked our breakfast and 7:40 am (there were 2 later slots but already all reserved). I realized it is not a matter of space as every room has one reserved table. It was a matter of organizing the table preparation. Considering we have a young child they could have been more flexible in allowing us to arrive later.

Personnel très impersonnel et froid . Impossibilité de manger au restaurant du pas de réservation. Harcèlement au téléphone le matin pour prévenir or des heures de fermeture du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et des surtaxe en cas de dépassement de l’heure de départ

Nos encanto la estancia en el ryokan: el onsen, los trajes para cenar, la esplendida cena servida en comedor. Camas muy cómodas y habitaciones espaciosas. Y el desayuno, espectacular!

Camera spaziosa (con vasca privata) e ben arredata, molto bello il bagno comune, con vista su un rilassante bosco. Cena e colazione abbondanti e varie, con moltissime pietanze e drink.

El personal fue muy amable, la parada de bus esta justo al lado, la habitación con onsen propio esta muy bien y es muy espaciosa. La cena y el desayuno muy completo, eso si, mucho pescado tanto cocinado como crudo.

No tienen servició de lavanderia y no pude bañarme en los baños publicos por que tengo algun tatuaje, no queda claro hasta que llegas si permiten tattoos o no...

No one will help you with the luggage while you have to walk far and take the luggage upstairs. On the rainy day, it was very slippery.

La habitación era hermosa, y el hotel ofrecía todo tipo de amenities desde yukatas y abrigos para usar al entrar y salir del onsen hasta bebidas y helado para disfrutar después del mismo. La comida del desayuno era abundante y el personal muy amable. También hay un FamilyMart cerca para comprar comida si no se reservan los menús de desayuno y/o cena, no se sienten a gusto con la comida tradicional japonesa, o simplemente se quiere algo para picotear.

The private real stone onsen in the room was delightful, with big and super clean space. The food was purely amazing. We discovered a lot of Japanese fine dishes! The beds were really confortable, and the staff was really nice in every situation!

The only two things that gave us some difficulties have been that the food was served all at once during the dinner. It was a little bit overwhelming for us as we weren't 100% sure in which order eating. But the quality was definitely there and the ambiance super nice! And the second thing is the location was a little farther in Hakone. I think if you have a car it is not as much as an issue, but that day the buses were late and the last cruise was at 3P.M in the winter (which is super early). It took us 2 hours between the cruise start location and the Ryokan. So my advice would be, get there by car, or, be sure to really go to Ryokan early! That will def reduce the stress to be late for the check-in.

Private Onsen

The dinner spread was delicious with a variety of Japanese food entrees. I stayed for 2 nights dinner included and appreciate thst they have two different menu each night. I felt like royalty with the meal and its beautiful set up. Breakfast was grilled fish, sides with vegetable, egg, miso soup, and coffee. I loved the public onsen on-site which is separated by gender. There's one indoor onsen and one outdoor onsen - both have great quality water. Even though my room had a private onsen, the water temperature wasn't as hot as I'd like so I ended up using the public onsen more often.

I'm not sure why they have paper towel dispenser set-up but a towel hanger with a towel would be more convenient and eco-friendly in the bathroom sink area. The hotel is about 40 minute bus ride from Hakone-Yumoto station. I took the bus from the station to the hotel around 2pm on a Thursday in February and the bus was packed so I had to stand the whole trip with my big weekend bag which was tiring. So keep that in mind if you'd prefer staying closer to the station.

It felt a little run down in places, inside the room/toilet/onsen) I was surprised by the set breakfast. The traditional Japanese breakfast isn’t something I’d eat in the morning, but I appreciated the experience nonetheless.

Amazing place to stay and relax after long day of wondering around hakone. Price is a bit higher but its worth it. Having your own thermal bath in the room with view over mountain is just amazing. And after u take a rest in the bath there is a 3 course michelin quality meal waitting for u and the same thing goes for breakfast. If u are looking for a place to relax and eat some amazing japennese cousine this is a place for u.
