I really liked the convenient location, spacious and comfortable room, and the genuinely warm and helpful staff. I also loved the shared facilities on the 7th floor — the free laundry, kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea, and even the small billiard table. Such thoughtful little touches that made our stay in Hanoi really easy and enjoyable.

The only thing I wasn’t particularly comfortable with was the bathtub, as it felt a little slippery and not quite sturdy. It would be great if this could be improved for better safety and comfort.

Das Hotel ist wirklich genau wie auf den Bildern und hat ein super Personal. Die Lage ist top und das Zimmer war auch sehr groß und sauber.

The location was great, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was also very spacious with a bathtub, which was a great bonus. I really liked having access to the rooftop and free self-service laundry facilities. The room rate was very reasonable for what was offered, and I also appreciated the complimentary drinking water and snacks. The reception staff were very polite, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed.

The room was not well soundproofed, and the noise from outside was quite loud, which affected my sleep. Also, a few towels had an unpleasant smell and could be checked and replaced more regularly. However, these were only minor issues, and overall, I had a very good experience and was satisfied with my stay.

Ну, очень приветливый и приятный персонал. Меня заселили раньше, тк мой номер был свободен, я приехала раньше времени и я не оставалась с ночевкой. Очень круто что есть стиральная и сушильная машины (и стиральный порошок)

Единственный небольшой минус - это несвежий запах от полотенец. Протухший запах. Старые полотенца. Но с условиями всех приятных вещей, это остается мелочью.

The hotel was in a perfect location, in good walking distance from most things and it had evereything we could’ve possible needed provided! The staff were so lovely, all of them were really kind but especially Phu who was so helpful and bubbly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Chambre confortable Rooftop très sympa avec billard, machine à laver et sèche linge à disposition gratuitement et cuisine partagée.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et il y a eu des travaux toutes la nuit, ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais ça a rendu la nuit peu agréable

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji. Przestronne i wygodne pokoje. Świetnie działająca recepcja, możliwość zameldowania w późnych godzinach nocnych. Dostępne darmowe pralki i suszarki, co bardzo ułatwiło mi pobyt.

The beds were spacious and comfortable and the room itself was also very big. We did not hear the street, and really appreciated the top floor with view and additional seating area. Front desk was also very helpful. Location was central and convenient.

The room was smelly, probably from the drain in the bathroom. You kind of got used to the smell but it wasn't too nice upon entering the room. Also the floor under the bath was rather moldy since the water spilled over easily and got stuck under.

Die Lage war gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gut ist auch die Gemeinschaftsküche/der Aufenthaltsraum und die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschinen kostenlos zu nutzen.

Die Betten waren hart und die Kissen sehr fest. Generell hätte der Raum sauberer sein können.

Super behulpzaam personeel. Phu had the best tips for restaurants in the neighborhood. Very good service with possibility to wash and dry clothes. Shared ding room which was nice to sit, do homework and play some pool.

We had a very good stay at An Nguyen Boutique Hotel. The amenities were great and very practical—especially the lift, which made it easy to bring our luggage up and down. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. One thing I really loved was the common area—they offer free coffee and snacks, plus there’s even a billiards table for a bit of entertainment. There are plenty of tables, so it’s also a nice space if you need to work, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. They also have a laundry area, which was very convenient during our stay. Housekeeping was also excellent—they clean the room daily, change the towels, and consistently refill the snacks, coffee, and water, which we really appreciated. The location is also a big plus—it’s very close to the Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to nearby spots or just book a quick Grab ride. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay in Hanoi. Shout out to their receptionist, Van. She’s very helpful and accommodating. She helped me with my stuff and weigh my luggage. But all receptionists were nice and accomodating!

We had a really good stay overall, but there were a couple of minor issues. We experienced a problem with the bathtub, but the staff were quick to respond and fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. In another room we booked, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough. Aside from these small concerns, everything else during our stay was great.

Super friendly staff, rooms were very quit and with a view (which can be hard to find in Hanoi). Everything was clean and very well equipped. There were even washing machines and dryers free to use and a big communal room on top of the building. I can definitely recommend the hotel!

The pillows could be a little less high ;)

The hotel what situated in a great vacation and Hanoi. It was very close to train Street It's an amazing. Light and helpful when asking for directions and how to book transport to certain places. The room was right size clean the ball, but not so great throughout the window as we looked over a backyard of rubble 😕 Pop from that though very good.

The view from my window which was someone else's backyard full of rubbish and air conditioning vents!

Nên đó là điểm mạnh mình và bạn đời cực kỳ ấn tượng. Thiết kế An Nguyen Boutique rất dễ thương từ khi đến nơi, và mình thì rất thích sự đơn giản và tươi mát từ cây xanh được trang trí bên ngoài .Nói chung mình có chuyến trải nghiệm ở Hà Nội thật thú vị và ý nghĩa. 飯店的人有笑容和善，位置都是在老城區附近，也在同春市場附近 房間的床也很舒適，七樓有免費洗衣機茶和咖啡，以及用餐的區域

The owner is very sweet and gave us many recommendations for food and activities. Everything was clean and we had free water bottles in our room every day. We were also given free snacks upon arrival. There are also options to wash your laundry or use a spacious kitchen with free coffee if needed.

Noisy tenants and the access to the rooftop was difficult as I am traveling with a disabled kid in a wheelchair.

Everything was great, the room was really nice and clean and they gave us free snacks and drinks. However, the most outstanding thing about this place was the customer service. I managed to lose my passport on my way from the airport and Emy went an extra length to help me add much add possible, she talked to the people in the lost and found department and the airport and after realising that it was in the taxi she managed to communicate with the driver who gave my passport back. I would have been completely lost without her! So thank you so much for everything!!!

We had a great stay. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Clean, spacious rooms, beds are comfortable and very close to the center of Hanoi. The rooftop with kitchen, free coffee and free laundry is a really nice attention.

Our favorite hotel in Hanoi! My boyfriend and I discovered this gem on TikTok and loved it so much, we’ve stayed here twice already. It truly feels like a home away from home. The location is super convenient, the reception team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the shared amenities—like the washer, dryer, and coffee station—are such a bonus. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless. We honestly have nothing but great things to say and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi
