An Nguyen Building

A Nguyen Building offers a fantastic alternative to the hectic energy of the Old Quarter. Located in a comfortable and much quieter area, it provides a peaceful retreat while still keeping you well-connected. The standout feature is undoubtedly the staff. While there can occasionally be a bit of a language barrier, their willingness to help is exceptional, and using Google Translate turns any communication hurdle into a fun and seamless experience. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay in a great location! and having High-speed Wifi is a plus!

The location is comfortable and pleasantly quiet compared to the bustling Old Quarter, and the staff's dedication makes up for any language barriers. However, room 708 has a noticeable drawback: the air conditioning unit is quite loud when turned on. Aside from that persistent noise issue, everything else about the stay is good.

Yên tĩnh, cách âm tốt. Phòng dọn dẹp sạch sẽ.

Vị trí dễ tìm, yên tĩnh, mọi thứ sạch sẽ ngăn nắp. Nói chung mọi thứ ổn so với giá phòng.

Location is excellent. Close to the Lake and lots of cool coffee shops in the area. This Hotel scores highly as the location and price is amazing value. Rooms are more serviced apartments than a traditional Hotel - so ideal for a longer stay to do laundry etc.

Make sure you talk to the guy in reception and ask how to access the building if you come back late. Nothing I disliked. Met all expectation !

Lo mejor que tiene el alojamiento es la ubicación ya que esta cerca del centro pero fuera del bullicio. El apartamento es sencillo pero tiene todo para cumplir la estancia. Lo bueno también es que hay un señor 24h en la entrada

No me gustó que el conserje de la puerta no habla nada inglés y es muy difícil comunicarse. El mobiliario debería modernizarse El apartamento no está insonorizado, había unas obras y se escuchaban un poco al despertarnos

The location is good in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants around. Nice big room.

It was little bit further of the city centre than expected.

Le.personnel a été très accueillant et aidant. Particulièrement le fils des propriétaires qui a répondu à nos demandes très rapidement.

L'emplacement au calme sur une petite ile. Le confort et la taille de la chambre. L'amabalite et la gentillesse du concierge. Je recommande vraiment pour qui veut du calme sans etre trop excentré.

J'ai tout aime car je recherchais du calme apres un petit sejour dans le tres bruyant OldQuarter mais il faut savoir qu il fait marcher environ 25 min pour acceder au coeur de ville touristique. Ceci dit cette petite ile est une quartier sympathique et paisible avec ses petits restos et cafe et meme un petit resto de streetfood a tabourets en plastique juste au pied de l'immeuble.

Das Personal und die Besitzerin sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!! Das Zimmer ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt!!

Voor een super drukke stad als Hanoi is deze plek rustig en heel fijn.

Nos gustarpn muchas cosas: la ubicación que era cerca de todo a pie en una zona linda y tranquila, habían supermercados plazas y cafés cerca. El apartamento es muy acogedor y espacioso, perfecto para largas estancias y trabajar remoto fue muy cómodo. También hacían limpieza a la habitación 1 vez por semana. Las señoras de la limpieza y los porteros eran muy amables.

Our stay at An Nguyen building was superb. We booked this accommodation because it was near our relatives's place and in proximity with Truc Bach lake, which was also convenient to travel within the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay and attentive to our every needs. The facilities exceeded our expectations.

The traffic in the city centre is really hectic and it might take a while to reach to destination during busy hours. But it was worth it for us during our stay.

Je l'avais choisi parce que j'avais remarqué que le quartier était plutôt calme. Chambre très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut et en plus l'utilisation de la machine à laver est gratuit avec étendage à disposition ou sèche linge mais c'est payant.

家族での旅行に利用しました。ノイバイ空港からの送迎タクシーも手配してくれてスムーズでした。 入国初日と帰国前日にこの宿に泊まりました。シャワーが熱く水圧も使いやすくて良かったです。トイレとシャワースペースがガラスで区切られているのでトイレが水浸しにならないのも快適でした。利用しませんでしたがキッチンが着いてます。調味料はありませんが食器類やフライパンはありました。ハノイの観光地や両替所までは徒歩30分程度かかりますが、散歩も新鮮で楽しいですし、ホテル近くに美味しいレストランやカフェもあり交通量が多すぎず快適な立地でした。 WatsAppでタクシー手配などのやり取りをしました。

最初にファミリールームを予約したのですが「トラブルがあってその部屋は使えない」と連絡が来ました。結局ツインルームとダブルルームの2部屋に変更せざるを得なく、値段交渉にも応じてくれましたが、結果的には最初の予約より値段が高くなりました。直前の連絡だったので他のホテルを安く取ることもできず、その点は残念でした。 また、「帰国前にバインミーを買ってから空港に行きたいからタクシーのドライバーにその旨を伝えて、予約してくれないか」と相談したら快く応じてくれたしたが、やり取りに食い違いがあり、出発の朝にタクシーが居ませんでした。フライト時刻も迫っているのでもう面倒で自分でGrabを呼んだら、Grabの運転手にバインミーの店に寄るように伝えてくれました。実際に案内された店はバインミーの店ではなくただパンを売ってる店だったのでバインミーは食べられませんでしたが。 手配してくれたタクシーも日本と比べたら破格の料金でしたが、Grabの方が若干安かったです。

Lovely friendly staff. The option to use the washing machines was very helpful. Air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Die Unterkunft hat ein super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Es ist sehr sauber, das Bett ist gemütlich und auch die Dusche ist toll. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein wenig außerhalb der Altstadt, dafür aber deutlich ruhiger und angenehmer. Außerdem gibt es in direkter Umgebung tolle Kaffees und Restaurants!

Hotel bien ubicado en un barrio cerca de muchos cafés y del lago. Silencioso y con buen espacio en las piezas. Personal muy amable. Nos ayudaron a reservar tours y taxis. Las camas cómodas. Con refrigerador, hervidor electrico y ollas si uno quisiera cocinar. Se puede comprar agua en la recepción. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos permitieron ingresar a la habitación. Tiene ascensor. Respondieron siempre rápido por WhatsApp.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Altstadt und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Auf der Straße ist bis ca.22:30 Trubel und danach sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war groß mit Bett und Couch. In der Umgebung gab es ausreichend Verpflegung. Gute Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft. Haben direkt einen Fahrer zum Flughafen geschickt. Sollte man unbedingt annehmen. Taxi sind viel zu teuer und man kann leicht verars.... werden.

The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood close to the lake. There are cute cafes and restaurants close by and you can walk nicely along the water side. The room was spacious.

The apartment was incredibly basic, both in terms of amenities and atmosphere. There were no power outlets next to the bed, no bedside tables, there was a big kitchen but the cabinets were all empty but one, sponge for dishes was dirty. The bed was placed by the window which had roll down curtains with big gaps in between, no pull down curtains whatsoever. The whole place felt worn down and totally soul-less. The hotel is situated on a really busy street and it's incredibly noisy. Overall, I do not recommended going here, especially for this price. They take no pride into making it comfortable or cosy for guests.

We liked the area. It felt authentic and not crazy busy. Easy to walk around without too much traffic.

Unfortunately the shower wasn’t slopped properly to the drain, so when showering the bathroom floor would flood. We eventually figured out how to hold the water back by using a towel which got pretty soaked and still had water running into bathroom area. The wifi was decent throughout the day, but evenings it was spotty. But the room was inexpensive, so we didn’t worry too much about it. The room was quite large and it had some kitchen amenities which was nice.

The apartment is great. Spacious, clean, had complete utensils, AC works great, hot water works great. Didn’t have any issue with noise at all. The staff - very helpful. Always had a friendly smile when you bump into them at the property. Apartment location is great - I had stayed before in Westlake but it was on the other side. The side of the lake where the property is is far better than where I stayed before.

Căn hộ có vị trí thuận tiện, cách hồ Trúc bạch vài bước chân, gần nhiều địa điểm ăn uống, cafe. Phòng sạch sẽ, giường rộng, có bồn tắm, nước nóng mạnh. Sân thượng nhìn được ra hồ Trúc Bạch và hồ Tây. Giá phòng rất hợp lý. Anh bảo vệ thân thiện.

Very polite and courteous owner. Room was quite spacious, clean and had all the amenities listed.

The elevator in the ground floor has a step to get down. If not noticed, one can stumble over.

The room was huge! Massive beds, fridge freezer and cooking space!

Great location

Wi-Fi did not work and the drain in the shower/bath was closed almost completely so it took ages for Water to run out. The place had a bit of a smell of damp about it.

Excellent all round

Great room, spacious and comfortable. Location is pretty out the way, especially if you are only visiting Hanoi for a short time. There was a mix-up when we checked in as they put us in the wrong room by accident. The man downstairs wasn’t too friendly when this happened. Otherwise great stay. Free water refill and has a lift.

Although it is a bit far from the old town square, there are many food stalls and restaurants within walking distance. If you are vegetarian, you can buy vegetables or fruits at the local market nearby.

Location is great, quiet, alot of cafe and restaurant around. Easey to get to the center - Hoan Kiem lake. Our room is a bit old, smell moldy, dusty. But the restroom is new. So it's fine to us.
