Green World Hoi An Villa

The host is extremely kind. She was really caring and lovely. The bed was comfortable and I liked the location. It's far away from the stress so the traffic noise isn't an issue.

The sound proofing of the doors and windows isn't great. I was disturbed by other guests talking outside the room for hours. The windows don't close fully, so as soon as others talk outside, it's as loud, as if they were inside. And the general vibe was more of a hostel, which is nice for young travellers I guess, but less so for a professional trying to work or relax.

La chambre n'était pas très propre ni bien entretenue. Il y a des tâches sur les murs et sur les rideaux, les oreillers également paraissent usés. Le lit n'est pas très confortable. L'armoire sent le renfermé à l'intérieur, nous ne l'avons donc pas utilisée.

Diem is amazing and so helpful! The rooms are great for what you pay for.

The host was amazing, and there is an amazing dog Bong on site. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. In a quiet location, 20 minute walk to town. Felt very local.

The villa was amazing and the welcome we got from the staff there was amazing the gave us to do check in early without charge on it . And place was worth it without a doubt

The bedding was clean and comfortable

There was never anyone at reception so impossible to request things the room was missing, I needed to pay for my stay and couldn’t find anyone. There was no drinking water in the rooms. The window locks were broken so the rooms were easily accessible from the outside, as they were on the ground floor we did not feel safe. The rooms were very damp and had a mildew like smell. In saying that the rooms themselves looked quite clean. It certainly did for one night but was relieved we didn’t book longer.

It was great value for money. The host was great and understanding of my needs... Even though I arrived later than I said. It's in a quiet alley, which means you can sleep well. Good AC, wifi, shower with soap and shampoo..... Great value

We stayed for a few nights. The host was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, but could be more varied. There was no drink or tea available. Quiet area, About 30 minutes on foot to the old town.

Long time to prepare breakfast. Water should have been given at the beginning, but it wasn't always. Tea only on the last day.

When we arrived late at night there wasn’t anyone to welcome us even though we informed the hotel. We had to look for a free room on our own because no one informed us which room is ours. She was very sorry about this but it wasn’t a great start for our stay. The breakfast wasn’t diverse (Egg with tomatoes, cucumbers and toast)

Quiet area, we stayed in a pool view room which was very relaxing with its courtyard and pool views! Close to restaurants Firefly, Little Flower, Turan all have great service and great meals! The family a young couple who made sure we were well looked after! The parents in law were also extremely attentive and helpful. We stayed a month with the family, allowing us to build a good report with each of the family! Before we left the beautiful mother in law made us a special meal of Chicken Rice wow what a treat we felt so honoured! I loved the bathroom as unlike many shower areas in Vietnam they don’t have shower screens. This bathroom did it was excellent! The pool was a reprieve from the constant intense heat while in Vietnam! The lovely housekeeper always made sure our room was attended to! We also had cloths and shoes made from a business they also own. The shoes were extremely well made! All in all we enjoyed our time with Green World Villa and the family who own it!

The bedroom which has a wonderful outlook needed bedside tables by the bed and if possible some chairs to sit on! A long term stay we found these items were a must but didn’t have! However we should have asked!

It was very peaceful, clean and conveniently located. The place was well furnished and very well maintained. The property was exactly how I viewed it online. Highly recommend.

Lovely family run hotel, made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and through the whole stay. We initially booked to stay 2 nights, but extended our stay for another 2 nights. Always helpful with information on what to do with our stay in Hoi An. Would definitely stay here again.

There are slight mould problems, but this is a problem everywhere in Hoi An due to the humidity.

What a great experience we've had here! Nini and her husband are really nice people and very friendly. It was Lunar New Year, so it was a bit difficult to find things, but they made it so easy for us. We even spent a night talking and learning about their culture. 👗She’s also a tailor and makes very good suits, so if you are looking for a suit, you can have it made here 😉 The rooms are beautiful and the building is very modern. The breakfast is good! It's a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute bike ride from the Old Quarter. We think this is a great way to get to know the city better. Very pleasant stay ❤️

The villa is very nice and breakfast was nice. Hosts are also tailors and we made a lot of nice clothes with them. They were patient and listened to all our wishes and explained to us everything about the best materials.

Banana cake for breakfast was great. Big comfy room and very clean. We got some clothes made which were awesome by the host. Great experience. A little bit out from the city but super cheap to get a grab taxi and not that far.

The host is very nice and speaks english very good. She can arrange trips, scooters, or tell you where to eat around Hoi An. I would recommend renting a scooter because the villa is not close to the city center where you have all the restaurants and attraction and also far away from the beach. The room we booked was not as big as we expected but for 2-4 nights stay it is enough. The swimming pool is clean and nice if you want to relax a little after a hot day.

Depending on the time of your visit it could be a little loud. Not the best soundproofing but still ok.

We really enjoyed staying in the Green World Villa. Everything was very clean and as in the pictures. The host helped us book tours and motorbike rental. Would definitely go back!

I and my friends had a really great time here, all things considered. The villa is nearby the river and a bit further out of the old quarter, but you can rent the bike whenever you want for a town trip. Best price, clean and spacious room, nice swimming pool, super friendly and helpful owner. The owner's family also does tailor business, you can make shoes, sandals, and clothes and have them on hand the next day with very reasonable prices. I and my friends make 3 dance shoes there, all come with exact designs as the catalog samples and are great quality. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay, which definitely contribute a lot to our whole experiences with the Lindy exchange event in VN.

Our time in the Green World Villa was amazing! We had such a great time. Everything was perfect: the room, the atmosphere and also the owners family was so warmly. The receptionists are a very nice couple, both so honest and helpful. In addittion, they made for us so many great clothes and shoes for a very good price. I cannot say anything negative. Only recommend it for everyone that wants to spend nice time in Hoi An! Thank you for everythink:) <3

Our hostess was super nice and helpful! We forgot some stuff in our room and she even send it to our next location! We also loved the bike rental, with the bikes it was super easy and convenient to explore the city on our own. In Hoi An a bike is the best way to visit all the sites in my opinion! Also, the fact that there is no food at the hotel is not a problem at all. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

The water wasn’t warm all the time

Very good location — away from the old town. Quiet and peaceful. Perfectly clean. My room had a view of the neghbor’s beautiful garden. The pool was nice. The owner was helpful.

My room had glass sliding door which provided hardly any light/acoustic isolation, so I could hear the other guests at the staircase. Also a small night lamp in the room would be nice.

A very warm welcome on arrival from NY, who is very helpful and affable. The residence is in a quiet lane off the street where there are two good restaurants within a minute's walk. The room was large with a good ensuite. The internet was good. Ny arranged a taxi collection from the airport and to the railway station at Danang, at a very good price. A lovely time spent her - despite the weather!

Excellent value , nice room, big clean and modern . Ny who runs this place is very nice , and will help you with anything you need. She will be able to book your onward travel at good rates which was nice and easier than going to the brokers in own.

This house isn’t central but is a very nice quiet street and it only took us 10 mins to walk to the center , you can walk along the river most of the way which is nice !

The location is new and very very clean. The room I had was big enough with a confortable bed, big bathroom and nice shower. It is 10 min away by bike from the city center. Green Villa hotel is simply a little gem hidden in Hoi An. It's a beautiful place where you can find peace around you. The Villa is beautiful, with just the necessary for a stay in Hoi An. The staff was super friendly, and they made our stay special. Always trying to go the extra mile for us, looking to make us happy. The hotel is in a nice location, between the beach and the city, it takes you only 10 minutes to get to the center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hoi An.

I think this is Booking's fault when we booked the hotel the price included breakfast, but at the property, we had to pay for it separately.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We actually when to Rice river villa as the Green world villa was under renovation. But it’s managed by the same people and they were the one redirecting us to that villa. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious the only thing is that there’s no sound proofing and the walls are very fine so you can here everything ( people talking downstairs, the doors closing, people going up and down the stairs and also sometimes the karaoke singer across the road). The plus side is the free push bikes as the villa is approx. 3kms away from Hoi An old town. The swimming pool (nice and clean).

The lady who will welcome you is in one way nice she is trying to help you to make the most out of your time in Hoi An but on the other side she takes to long to explain this... and then it’s alth because she is trying to sell you stuff so that she can make more money. Pictures are well done because rooms looks bigger as in the reality. Hotel was new but is not anymore in my room there was issue with water an the wall...

My partner and I had a great three-night stay here. Sisters Vy and Kim make you feel very welcome and at home. They give you advice about where to eat and local tourist information and the room was comfortable. Plus you can use free bikes to wizz around town, which we did every day. We loved being a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the historic quarter, but only a 5-minute bike ride into town, especially riding along the river road, which is very serene.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is more of homestay as opposed to a hotel, however my room and the ensuite are of a hotel standard. Fast WiFi and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. There is also a nice pool which catches the sun in the morning so good for relaxing. It is a 20/25 min walk from the old town, however you can walk along the river in a straight line so is very easy (no busy roads or beep beeps!). There is a good restaurant a 2 min walk from hotel, great pizzas.

한국어 후기가 없길래 남겨요 .. 진짜 정말 정말 친절하고 가격대비 서비스 좋고 조식을 이틀동안 한번도 먹지 못하고 일찍 나갔는데 마지막날 아침비행기로 집에가는데 과일 도시락으로 싸줬어요 완전 친절 ..오직 단점이라면 깨끗하긴한데 샤워기 수압이 쫌 약하고 수영장이 크지 않아요 그래도 근방에 안방비치랑 참섬투어 가서 수영하면 되니깐 수영장은 크게 중요하지 않았어요 ,하나더 거리상 올드타운이랑도 쫌 떨어져 있고 안방비치랑도 떨어져있어요 .여기서 그랩이 잘 안잡혀서 프론트에 말하면 미터 콜택시 불러줘서 걱정없습니다 . it was the greet exprienced ever ! clean room and she's friendly , kindly .always asked to her and got a good answer about travelling around Hoi an . if i had chance to Danag again, I would be stay there !

Pros are clean room, quiet, comfortable bed and satisfactory breakfast. Cons are poor WiFi which did not work at all at times, far from town and taxi had very hard time finding the hotel.

The villa is great. Very spacious, clean and friendly service. Considering the flood hit Hoi An the week before, they have done a great job cleaning up. The hotel is close enough to Hoi An, a bit hard to find but local taxi knows where to go.
