Ei voinut pitää mistään. Jos voisi lähettää kuvia niin näkisi että paikka oli surkea. Kenenkään ei pitäisi majoittua täällä.

Huone ja WC tilat olivat järkyttäviä, tila jossa aamupala tehtiin aivan karsea. Rappukäytävä aivan karsea. Tänne ei pitäisi ketään majoittaa bookingin kautta. Voidaan lähettää kuvia

夜のスタッフさんも朝のスタッフさんもにこにこして温かく迎えてくれた。朝食の選択肢が8種類くらいあり、ベトナム式とアメリカ式それぞれで複数の選択肢があった。私はフランスパン、バナナ、野菜入り卵焼き、コーヒーのセットを選んだが、ボリュームたっぷりで美味しかった。部屋の中も清潔でシャンプーなども備え付けられていた。

コスパは十分によく、正直ベトナム１泊目だったら満点をつけていたと思う。ベトナムで既に８箇所目のホテルで、どこも素晴らしく、どうにも評価がインフレしてしまっているのでごめんなさい。 ・部屋にお水のボトルのサービスはなかった。 ・場所を簡単に見つけられたというレビューがあったが、その人は天才だと思う。それを信じてさぞ分かりやすいのだろうと思って歩いていると見つけられなかった。ただ全然分からないわけではなくて、マップに示される目的地近辺を少しうろうろしてたら見つかったので心配するほどではない。 ・ベランダがあるのは有難いのだが、隣の部屋と共有のベランダになっていて、迂闊に出られなかったり、ベランダ側の戸締りにも気を遣わないといけないというのはあった。

Reservamos dos habitaciones; una de ellas estaba en recepción, era donde dormía el personal, por lo que intuimos, porque las sábanas no estaban limpias y había tres ventilaciones para humedad que no servían y además hacían ruido. A las 5 ya nos despertamos por la gente hablando y gritando mientras entraban y salían del hotel, y mientras desayunaban, una habitación sin ventana que solo al entrar pensamos que era el baño de recepción. La otra habitación en segunda planta, llena de bichos, sin poder dormir, tanto por eso como por el aire que no funcionaba y hacía mucho ruido, habitaciones claustrofóbicas que no corresponden ni a las imágenes ni a las reseñas que leímos.

The room was really small, not so nice as it was on the picture. The first day was hard to find the hotel in this narrow, secretly streets.

We checked in late around midnight and all was okay. I was worried that it would be hard to find but it was actually very easy you just keep following the directions down the alley and go around a corner and the name of the hotel is on the building. The location was good it was never loud at night and only a few minutes walk to places. All the staff were very friendly and there was a lovely breakfast in the morning with lots of options - eggs, pancakes etc. We were on 5th floor with balcony which was nice and there was a lift which was handy. Room very clean and spacious, would definitely recommend this place we had a very comfortable stay!

Lack of attention. Sometimes there was no receptionist even if they said there will be someone via WhatsApp. Sometimes Internet didn’t work well. Since hotel is in the narrow allay, car couldn’t come (we had to walk with luggages)

The breakfast was nice especially the coffee prepared by Tony. The staff members were helpful and courteous. The location was near the food options and tourist attractions.

The street on the way to the hotel was not accessible by the taxi but the staff was kind enough to help pick you up if you can't find the hotel.

Personál moc ochotný. Přiletěli jsme ráno a nemuseli jsme čekat do 14h a mohli se vyspat a ubytovat v jiném pokoji který nám nabídli. Ubytování čisté, personál ochotný, výlety domluveny přes hotel a byli jsme moc spokojeni. Děkuji Dvořáková Simona

La ubicación perfecta para llegar caminando a cualquier parte de Hanói. Lena fue muy agradable, nos proporcionó una habitación superior que tenía libre sin costo alguno y nos ayudó a reservar actividades fuera de la ciudad así como el transporte a nuestra siguiente parada en Vietnam.

Las instalaciones están viejas y algo descuidadas, aunque es entendible por el precio que pagas la noche.

Bien placé dans petite rue etroite. Ascenseur et petit dejeiner donc pratique. Le personnel sympathique.

This place is in the middle of everything. I mainly came to explore the old town and my longest walk was 12min… The location is TOP! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked myself in for my last night in Vietnam again!

Very hard to locate..Local driver from.airport cant locate the hotel. It is suggested to make signage since the hotel is located at a small narrow street.

The room was very clean . All the receptionists were great . They were so polite and helpful . I would definitely come back again . I would recommend this place to all the tourist visting the old Quater Hanoi

L'emplacement, à proximité du vieux quartier mais caché dans une petite ruelle au calme. Personnel sympathique qui vous proposera des activités en ville et aux alentours. Les escaliers sont très étroits mais ne vous en faites pas il y a un ascenseur.

Pas grand chose, ce n'était pas du haut standing mais le rapport qualité prix est très bon

Muy buen hotel. Limpio, desayuno riquísimo, buena ubicación, habitaciones muy cómodas. Lena nos ayudó a organizar todos los tours que quisimos a muy buen precio. Gracias también a Kien, quien nos preparaba el desayuno antes de la hora cada día con una sonrisa, muy amable.

La chambre est quand même minimaliste, nous n'avons pas eu.de bouteilles d'eau a notre arrivée et il n'y a que 2 tables de 6 personnes en bas pour le petit déjeuner de tout l'hôtel...

La chambre et l'emplacement sont parfaits pour dormir tranquille et visiter le centre ville . L'environnement est trop bruyant cause concentration de foods street (assez mauvaise qualité et odeurs de fritures suffocante associé à la présence d'un parking et location de motocycles) où la circulation est difficile pour les piétons pour atteindre l'hôtel. Le personnel est gentil et disponible.

I booked two rooms for a 5-day vacation with my elderly parents and we had a wonderful stay. Lena the owner was especially kind and accommodating, always ready to help us with our extra needs and very easy to communicate with. Language is the huge barrier in Hanoi as most people does not speak English but Lena speaks and understood English well which is a big plus. She even arranged our day tours to Ninh Binh and incense village which made out trip much more convenient. While the hotel can be a bit difficult to find since it's located farther from the main road, the neighbourhood felt safe and had a plenty of nearby street food stalls to explore. The rooms were clean and daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a quite and affordable stay in Hanoi.

This might possibly be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place was rundown, with covers over sockets falling off and a general feeling that the place hadn’t been cared for in a long time.

Hidden in an alley, this is a modest hotel, where you still have an elevator , hot shower and a small breakfast. It was clean but dont expect high standard. Really good for the location and the price.

Da wir es "nur" kurzfristig gebucht haben um unsere sachen zu lagern und zu warten bis abends unser Bus ging, können wir nur sagen das das Zimmer grosszügig war und ein sehr sauberes Bad hatte und sehr zentral im old quarter liegt und man von dort aus überall schnell ist.

Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar und nicht leicht zu finden, die Gasse ist so schmal, dass man dort kein Hotel vermuten würde, deswegen längeres Herumirren bei der Ankunft

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt. Die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und umsichtig.

When we first arrived we had little hard time finding it since it was not accessible by car but once we’re there we got the hang of it.

Très bien situé dans le vieux quartier, au fond d'une ruelle étroite, donc très calme. Accueil agréable, nous avons eu une chambre double au lieu d'une simple. Pas vraiment l'utilité, mais c'était plus grand. Très bon petit déjeuner, aussi bien sucré que salé. L'hôtel est vétuste mais propre, suffisant pour y passer quelques nuits quand on est de passage.

J ai eu une chambre au dernier étage , avec un balcon. C était superbe ! Il y a un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique . Le petit déjeuner était bien . Le personnel à l écoute et sympathique . Merci à Lucie , qui gère l établissement d une façon très professionnelle.

The location

It could a fancy hotel if the painting was redone, random cables was coming out the wall, the room was rearranged (the bed is taking all the space because it is facing the tv that only has 3 channels). The cleaning is not done properly (they just swipe in the bathroom floor and put the same sheets on the bed). There is cleaning products on the floor outside the room. The breakfast is not worth it.

Die Gastfamilie war außergewöhnlich nett. Sehr hilfsbereit wenn man Fragen hatte.

Unterkunft liegt für das Old Quater sehr ruhig in einer Seitengasse was für eine ruhige Nacht sorgt.

Reception staff decided they would not give me my change when paying. Charged 30,000 extra for balcony which was the only fire escape. Breakfast was slimy cold pancakes. Photos taken with wide angle lens, access is via a narrow alleyway. Rats scuttled away as I approached. Smelly with stairs blocked by laundry. I moved to the super candle hotel 5 minutes away same price.have a look

There was nothing to like about it.

The place was a complete dump. As a traveler, I've stayed in many hostels, hotels, and houses, but I've never stayed in a place this bad. I was originally going to stay for 4 nights, but I could only tolerate one. It was very damp. They separated the rooms with plywood instead of walls. I could hear the person in the next room farting, and I could even smell it. Some people have written good reviews about this place; yes, it might be cheap, but shouldn't there be at least some quality? Moreover, when I asked for my money back, the employee deducted half of it from me, and suddenly, beneath that friendly demeanor, a vampire emerged, becoming nasty.

Zimmer war halbwegs sauber, bis auf die Haare im Bett.

Die „Lobby“ / der Frühstücksbereich waren so schäbig, ungemütlich, dreckig, vollgestellt und kalt. Ich verstehe nicht, wie das dem Personal so egal sein kann!
