The staff are good and nice , the location is good and the room is comfortable.

The hotel needs maintenance and arrangements. Families with babies should stay in a section away from singles rooms . The air-conditioner was broken , and the water hater was not working for 2 days.

The room was clean, location is good, staff was trying to meet our needs but some with some buts

The staff doesn’t speak English at all. The breakfast is a snack not a real breakfast with warm ingredients just a boiled egg, some cheese, olives and bread I can’t consider this as breakfast

Very clean, spacious rooms, non smoking, shower feels like a spa, and coffee and tea provided everyday.

I did not like that they don’t have an iron for the guests to use and their washing service is very limited, not to mention expensive. I would stay here again but I would my travel iron for the convenience.

Tout était parfait ,c’est un lieu chargé d’histoire ✨ L’endroit et reposant et agréable avec un personnel très attentionné envers leur clientèle. Les chambres sont spacieux et agréable et nettoyés tout les jours, Les draps sont très propre et sentent agréablement Une jolie terrasse est disponible dans chaque chambre Café ,thé et eau tout les jours Encore merci à tous ✨☺️

Rien à dire .un hôtel avec un personnel et un lieu magnifique ✨

Nous sommes venus en groupe de 12 personnes Et avons pris plusieurs chambres . Toutes les chambres étaient parfaites,propres,spacieuses et tous étaient agréablement surpris de la qualité de l’hôtel Je ne comprends pas les remarques négatifs de certaines personnes 😞 L’hôtel est très agréablement situé dans une petite ruelle au calme et sécurisante avec des commerçants très agréable et respectueux Les hôtes sont très professionnels et souriant ainsi que les femmes de ménages qui sont discrètes et serviables Un grand merci à vous tous qui avaient rendu notre séjour plus qu’agréable ☺️

J’aime bcp cette hôtel ,il est très bien placé et au calme. Le hôtel est très propre,les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses et les femmes de ménages sont très agréables ainsi que les hommes à la réception C’est une adresse à Istanbul que j’ai partagé avec mes connaissances et tous on bcp apprécié Encore merci pour tout ☺️

hatte aufgrund des Ramdans Nachtfrühstück gebucht. Ich wurde sogar telefonisch geweckt. Vorbereitet war ein einfaches Frühstück, aber absolut ausreichend.

Accessibility to the clinic i was attending

I paid for bed and breakfast. They told me its Ramadan no food. Not one member of staff spoke any English. The room was a disgrace badly fitting blinds.had to use open wardrobe dor for privacy. Only 1 socket and it was loose bedside lamps didn't work cleanliness was so so sadly I deleted the other photos I sent to family. As ii didn't realise yhe site hD this facility. There where water stains all Roumd ceiling and wall around the bed

We wanted closeness to Eyup Sultan and we got just that- amazing location - nearby restaurants really good.

Bazıları kötü yorumlar yazmışlar, anlamıyorum. Bu fiyata İstanbul’da daha iyi otel yoktur belkide, varsada konumu aynı iyi değildir. Odanın, otelin bazı eksik şeyleri olsada fiyatına göre çok iyidi, açık konuşmak gerekirse İstanbul daki otellerin kalitesi çok düşük, ona rağmen iyidi yani. Odası genişti, 20 metre kare dar bir oda değildi. Güzel, aile oteliydi. Gerçekten tavsiye ederim, İstanbul’un diğer yerlerinde kaldım, farklı otellerde. Bu fiyata çok zor bulunur daha iyisi.

Mesela halısı odanın eskiydi baya, okadar zor değil böyle şeyleri değiştirmek. Duş kabini tamir etmek, yeni çöp kutusu almak mesela.

I was denied the entry to the property almost at the middle of the night due the fact that I did not have the marriage certificate available to show him which was the primary condition to check in ( full payment was submitted in advance at the time of booking) when I pointed out that you did not have the authority to check in as you only need passports to check in the professional guard physically attacked me and pushed me with full force on my CHEST unexpectedly and I fell off on my wife behind me who injured her shoulder pretty bad and she was in Istanbul on her medical surgery next morning. I left the hotel with official conveyance arranged by the Clinic where we need to go for surgery next morning and checked to another hotel by 2 am. I spoke to the police and advised to have a medical both for me and my wife to file a case but we were busy for next 8 days going through the surgical procedures. I am Canadian Citizen / US Green Card holder and reserve the right to go the embassies for assistance.

Very nice place to live in eyup sultan. Very beautiful hotel and clean. Right inn the heart of eyup Sultan. Food, cafe shopping. Everything is nearby, I did not se any alcohol in this area, so we enjoyed this place very much. Very close to eyup sultan masjid, so we went there many times. The hotell stuff is not so good in english, but they will try ther best to help you anyway. It was a very good hotel, and will come back again. Those who want to live at a islamic vibe hotel should come her. It only takes 30 min with buss tram and you are at sultan Ahmed etc.

The only thing I was disappointed was no disability access, my elderly mother had to climb the stairs. Lift was not working.

breakfast was good, we were served the same plate everyday but it had a variety of things and it was good overall. the room had a balcony and a nice view. Rooms were very clean, house keeping came to clean everyday. people were always available at the front desk and were very nice and accomodating to our needs

the room was a bit hot and the AC was central so we couldn't lower the the temperature, also no microwave or way to heat the food

It was unpleasant stay at elgent hotel this time round. Its was better before but now its down graded very badly. Yes it’s in good location but never again.

The room ac didn’t work,we opened windows then the noise didn’t let us sleep, the bath room lights didn’t work the shower door was missing, the toilet roll was missing and the lift didn’t work as we was on second floor with a child .

Everything was terrible Hotel put me on the top floor , and the lift did not work. They gave us the loft rooms that was full of dampness, bathrooms had no circulation and no ventilation (dangerous for an asthmatic) No hot water on one day Poor lighting in the passages Curtains were absolutely bad, had no block outs and lights sets into the room all the time (daylight and at night all the neighborhood lights) Fridge was out of order Kettle was working but broken No spa and hamaam was functional (as advertised) Management needs to put a bit more effort in to updating the facilities with basic good finishes One had to constantly ask for the room to be serviced with toiletries ect Hotel is definitely not a 3 star I will not recommend this hotel to others

Be prepared to carry all your luggages by yourself all the way to SECOND floor, use stairs to be precise. Be prepared to feed your breakfast to a cat as cat would climb on the table. I don’t mind cats but sharing my food with cats on a same plate sounds a little unhealthy.

Hotel is old and outdated, warn not kept up. Location is great.

As the name says - this is an elegant hotel. Very clean hotel. Nice smell. Excellent customer service And right next to amenities and shops yet on a private road so peaceful and quiet. If you are visiting Sayyidina Abu Ayoub Al Ansari, this is the hotel to stay at. It is literally at the doorsteps of his Maqam.

J’ai trouvé mon séjour fantastique. L’hôtel est très bien placé près de la mosquée de Ayoub et d’une rue piétonne plein de commerçants et d’artisans. J’adore cet endroit, il y a le téléphérique tout proche et l’hôtel est super beau grande chambre très spacieuse, le personnel adorable, cinq étoiles

Always love staying here! The staff treats us like family and it’s very convenient to Eyupsultan mosque, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this blessed location.
