The room feels cozy and has a nice view. The shower works well and the AC too.

Hard to get additional coffee for breakfast. Windows are heavy to handle and not in good shape (not sealing sounds effectively).

It was in a central area close to everything (Galata Tower) within walking distance. You could get to the bridge with a short walk. Staff was super friendly and the room were as expected. The beds were good.

The hotel is a bit older that I expected. Staff was very friendly but didn't really speak English at all. The internet, and therefore the T.V. did not work during our entire three day stay. They said it was a city thing that affected everyone, but it was still annoying and we ended up having to pay extra money for internet from a mobile service provider. The other thing was that it was at the very top of a pretty steep hill so that was less than ideal, but not really the hotels fault in itself.

L’immeuble et la chambre est un peu dégradée (lorsqu’on marche, on entend bruit de nos pieds sur le bois)

Neprijeten vonj v kuhinji, pomankanje odlagalnih površin v kopalnici, na splošno pomankanje opreme (kakšen krožnik več, kakšen stol na terasi...). Vrata med sobama se ne zapirajo...škoda: malo bi bilo za vložiti, popraviti in bi bil zelo dober apartma.

Hotel temiz idi, konumu cook iyi , çalışanları da sahibi de çok cana yakın, güler yüzlü ,naik ve güler yüzlü idiler.

Best location to stay as a tourist in Istanbul. Away from the noise but right in the centre of the action. Beautiful and comfortable apartment

The bathroom was a bit cramped

Personeel was uitstekend! Zeer vriendelijk. Boven slaapkamers waren echt mooi.

De gordijnen zaten vol stof, waardoor sommigen van ons allergisch werden.

The room was dark, poorly lit, dirty, and the furniture was old. The wooden floor creaked. The windows didn't close, and there was no air conditioning, which attracted insects. It was unpleasant to be in the room; everything was dirty. It's a good thing we only stayed for one night. The hotel is located on a hillside street and can only be reached by taxi. The area around the hotel is extremely dirty. My experience at this hotel was terrible. It looks decent in the photos, but it's not like in real life.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación aunque hay una buena cuesta pero está muy céntrico.

No me gustó que la segunda habitación resultó ser una cama en el mismo espacio que la cocina y que el único baño estaba dentro de la habitación

Posizione vicinanza Torre di Galata , con fermate tram e bus vicine. Staff e proprietà molto presenti e sempre a risolvere le richieste. Appartamento buono per soggiorno di 2 persone. Pulizie ok.

соотношение цена-качество хорошее. Недорого за двухкомнатный номер с двумя балконами, в самом центре на тихой улочке. Постель и полотенца были чистые.

Wifi работал очень плохо. Через сутки только принесли новый модем, стало лучше. Телевиденье пытались починить, ничего не получилось. В итоге мама осталась без телевизора. За 3 дня ни разу не убирались. В целом, отель старенький, убирают не очень хоршо.

Wir mochten die Individualität und Ruhe des Hauses, die ausgesprochen große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft und die zentrale Lage - diese ist eher gekennzeichnet von Künstlern und Handwerkern als vom Tourismus. Gastronomie, Meer, Museen alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

La chambre était grande, la salle de bain était propre, le personnel était sympathique. L’emplacement était top.

L’insonorisation n’était pas top. On pouvait entendre les personnes du rez de chaussé alors que nous étions au deuxième étage, et les gens du dessus.

Μείναμε στην προεδρική σουίτα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν άψογη, η θέα καταπληκτική, τα κρεβάτια πολύ άνετα. Κάποια έπιπλα ήταν λίγο ταλαιπωρημενα αλλα ήταν άνευ σημασίας

Nos gustó mucho alojarnos aquí! La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación es espaciosa y muy linda decorada. Descansamos super bien y disfrutamos mucho. El personal es muy amable y atento. Gracias!

Location was difficult to find at first, but convenient and close to tram and interesting shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a couch and comfortable bed.

The 'kitchenette' was missing basic cutlery and dishes, and the bathroom was tiny.

Great position, really close to Galata tower.

The room was really dark and with a few things broken (e.g. the mini fridge), the shower didn't have hot water, not sure if this is a widespread issue but would have been good to know in advance. Overall I don't think it lived to the expectations given the high rating on Booking.

La cama era cómoda pero las sabanas y las almohadas estaban sucias.

Tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico porque no habían puesto, no teníamos toallas de ducha (solamente las de lavabo), todo estaba muy sucio, los raíles de la ducha llenos de mugre, los sofás llenos de manchas, la puerta de la nevera se caía por lo que no enfriaba en absoluto, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y aunque fuera abril quisimos encenderlo porque hacía un calor horrible en la habitación y no podíamos abrir las ventanas bien porque no se sujetaban abiertas y había gatos al lado de la ventana queriendo entrar, no había suficientes utensilios de cocina, la habitación que nos tocó está pegada a la recepción y se oye absolutamente todo, las cortinas dejaban entrar muchísima luz y la calle en la que se encuentra es de difícil acceso. No hay ningún tipo de servicio de habitaciones, nosotros solo estuvimos dos noches pero si estás una semana olvídate de que te limpien absolutamente nada...

Jolie chambre spacieuse avec vue sur une cour arborée et Istanbul, calme. Quartier calme proche de la tour de Galata touristique. Proche du tramway aussi donc accès rapide à la Corne d’or. Personnel très gentil. Simple mais parfait.

L’emplacement est idéal et proche de tout ce qu’on visite à Istanbul. La vue du balcon est très belle et étonnamment l’appartement est au calme malgré un quartier qui grouille de monde. Aussi la douche est petite mais la pression de l’eau est parfaite. Les chambres sont lumineuses et le parquet est très beau. La literie est très confortable!

Le coin cuisine n’est pas suffisamment équipé. Il est impossible d’y cuisiner. Pas de casserole, pas de cafetière, pas de four à micro ondes, pas de petites cuillères, pas de bols ni même un seul saladier, pas assez de verres ni de tasses. Bref. C’est ok pour boire un thé mais difficile de se faire un dîner si l’envie de se reposer de la foule vous prenait.

The room is spacious and in a really good location- peaceful road but very central to get to various good spots and transport options. The staff were kind and let me store my bag on the day of checkout as I was only flying late.

The shower pools water and needs to be unclogged or further investigated. The Wi-Fi doesn’t really work well- I had to use mobile data most of the time.

The location was central to everything. People were very nice and welcome. All stores and transportation was close to the location.

The room was clean, but the lower floor area was open to smoke, causing our room a strong odor. The windows were closed, but I believed something was causing the smoke to enter.

Главное - тихая улица в центре Стамбула (!), легко добраться до всех основных достопримечательностей, уютная атмосфера, удобные кровати. Но учитывайте - это не отель с "классическим" набором услуг. Нам важнее была атмосфера и тишина и мы их получили.

We had a very beautiful and traditional room in the heart of Galata district. The staff was amazing, really helpful and friendly, made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Really worth the money, I would recommend it

it’s a really good location and near the property has a lot of options for food and activities. The stuff was really kind and helpful and always there when needed. I will choose it again next time.

Very central location, spacious room, unique design

Everything is in a very poor condition, broken or totally absent (on my door there was no handle, it probably fell off and nobody cared to repair it). It is a pity because place itself has certain sharm. Additiinal minus for me was that somebidy smoked in my room, ashtray was left on a table.

ОЧЕНЬ СИЛЬНАЯ СЛЫШИМОСТЬ. Когда соседи сверху ходили по комнате казалось, что ходят у нас в комнате) слышно все, что происходит в коридоре. Уборка была на 5 из 10. Довольно пыльно.

We enjoyed a lot, the room was spacious and very authentic. Great position in a quiet street close to many bars etc. The shower has strong pressure and nice hot water which is a plus. And our host Selçuk was super friendly, which made our stay even better! Wish you all the best :)

Das einzigste war der Ausblick auf den Bosporus. Den Rest fanden wir sehr enttäuschend.

Achtung Besitzerwechsel. Bewertungen stimmen hier betreffend Sauberkeit und Service nicht mehr überein. Zimmer (Präsidenten Suite) war teils sehr dreckig (kaum vorhandenes dreckiges Geschirr, Staub und Schmutz, sogar alte Schuhe unter dem Bett, Tabletten in Schubfächern usw.). Kaputte Möbel. Service schwer zu erreichen. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel nur auf Aufforderung. Aufzugserviceschacht direkt im Zimmer, dementsprechend entsprechender Geräuschpegel bei Nutzung.

Me encantó todo, las instalaciones, la ubicación y la atención! Fue un ambiente super amable, tranquilo, muy acogedor y familiar, con todo lo necesario! Tuve un problemita con la regadera y me la arreglaron inmediatamente. Cuando quise extender mi estancia, y no había cupo con ellos, me ayudaron a conseguir una habitación en otro lugar a unas cuadres y con un descuento. Me ayudaron con mi equipaje y con recomendaciones de lugares increíbles tanto como para conocer como para comer con vistas maravillosas y precios accesibles.

No me gustó el no haber podido quedarme más tiempo!

The host is super attentive and kind, the location is great and the room was big and beautiful. We were there in the winter and the heating was perfect. It's located a short walk from the Tower of Galata and near a tram station so all other parts of the city are easily accessible. They also organized a taxi from and to the airport for us. Great stay.

We had a few initial problems that were sorted quickly. Other than that some things might need a bit of an update - the shower door for example. But overall great stay

Το προσωπικό του καταλύματος ήταν ευγενέστατο . Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ήσυχη με όλα τα απαραίτητα γύρω σου

Το μόνο αρνητικό που μπορώ να βρω ήταν ότι το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ανηφορίτσα τίποτα άλλο

المكان حلو كموقع قريب من محطة الترام وغلاطة تاور وكثير من المطاعم والبقالات الستاف حبوبين

سكنا لمدة ٥ ليالي ولم تنظف الغرفة ولو لمرة واحدة الارضيات جداً مزعجة لايوجد عوازل للصوت

Incroyable, tout était parfait. La chambre était super confortable, bien décorée et pratique. Le lit est vraiment super confortable, quel plaisir. L’emplacement est idéal, dans le quartier Galata! Le personnel était super gentil. Vraiment rien à redire, je vous le conseille à 100% !!!

Чудесный персонал, улыбчивый, и поможет, если надо. Расположение удобное. Хорошее жилье для ночевок. Уборок в номере не проводилось. Но для нас - это все было ок (мы не любим навязчивого сервиса) , впечатление позитивное, жилье рекомендуем.

Не было кухонных приборов, полотенца чистые , но их желательно уже заменить. Слишком сильный диффузор\ аромат в жилье при заселении. Датчик противопожарный постоянно пикал.

The place has a certain charm and character, and the building itself is interesting. The room was spacious and had potential, and overall it could be a nice stay if some details were improved.

The photos are misleading, as they make it look like a large hotel, when in reality it is a house located in a narrow and somewhat sketchy alley. Reaching the property requires walking up a very steep hill, which was inconvenient. The bathroom lacked even a proper mirror, so we had to use the one in the room. The bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned recently, and the sink area inside the room was below expectations. For two guests, only one cup was provided. When we asked for glasses to celebrate New Year’s Eve with champagne, we were told they didn’t have any. It felt either unavailable or that they were unwilling to provide them.

The room was decorated so nicely. It was in a great location. But what made it so great was the staff. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but he was there morning, noon and night. He helped us with directions, recommendations, taxis, baggage, etc. We left to go to another town for a couple days and then we were returning to Istanbul. We liked the hotel so much we cancelled our hotel for our return and rebooked with this one

Интерьер, широкая удобная кровать, большой диван, много пространства, есть мини кухня (без плиты). Вид из окна вбок (видно залив), эркерный диванчик очень заценил ребёнок. Приветливый персонал. Предложили нам кофе, пока ждали такси. Помогли вынести вещи. Есть лифт (лестница довольно крутая). Улица тихая. Нам все очень понравилось, спасибо!

Разве что относительно расположения: улица под наклоном, но это особенности Стамбула.

Die netten Mitarbeiter haben mir gefallen und dass es einen Aufzug gab. Außerdem ist der Weg zur Bahn akzeptabel bis gut.

Die Präsidenten suite ist leider nicht so, wie man es erwarten würde. Der Abfluss hat regelmäßig stark gerochen und insgesamt fehlt im Raum einfach die Liebe. So fehlt z.B. in der Dusche die Aufhängung für den Duschkopf, Möbel sind leicht beschädigt und die Steckdosen sind dreckig. Auch habe ich Müll in einer Sitzbank gefunden. Leider war auch das Licht im Treppenhaus kaputt, die Sicherung ist einmal rausgeflogen und das bereitgestellte Kopchgeschirr ist sehr sehr dürftig und lädt definitiv nicht zum Kochen ein.
