Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Estuvimos alojados en el Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kanazawa y la experiencia fue muy buena. El hotel está bien situado, a poca distancia andando de la estación de Kanazawa y cerca de paradas de autobús, lo que facilita moverse tanto al jardín Kenroku-en como al barrio de Higashi Chaya. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y silenciosa, con todo lo necesario para descansar después de un día de visitas. El personal fue amable y atento, y nos ayudaron con indicaciones y con el envío de equipaje. El desayuno tenía buena variedad y productos frescos. Lo recomendaría sin dudar para conocer Kanazawa con buena relación calidad-precio.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Quedaba a 5 minutos del castillo de Kanazawa y 10 de otros templos y jardines. De la estación de Kanazawa era como 1 km aprox y se podía llegar fácilmente. Cerca habían tiendas de conveniencia y locales para comer. Muy bonito
Era más pequeño que otros pero también mucho más económico y las instalaciones y limpieza estaban excelentes así que yo creo que vale la pena para 2 personas

I left an item of clothing behind and they arranged to have it forwarded to our next hotel at an incredibly reasonable price (Y1,080) and followed up to make sure I received it. The room itself was your standard Japanese western style, clean and functional with a large comfortable bed.
A very minor inconvenience, the bed was comfortable but the consequence of this is you are unable to store luggage under it making the room a bit tight. However, on balance I preferred a good night's sleep to extra floor space

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Ottima la posizione, per il resto di Sheraton ha solo il nome. Siamo stati in altre strutture Four Points di tutt’altro livello rispetto a questa. Per carità, per una notte può anche passare ma probabilmente c’è di meglio.
Struttura vecchia, camera e soprattutto bagno piccolissimi anche per gli standard giapponesi. Praticamente nessun servizio, neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua all’arrivo.

Disponibilità di caffè e tè alla reception e acqua ai piani. Servizio laundry a disposizione degli ospiti.
Non vicinissimo a piedi dalla stazione (20 minuti circa) ma comunque comodo per girare la città.

Les chambres sont vraiment très petites et impossible d’ouvrir sa valise. Le lit est assez petit et coller au mur. Le personnel est ok mais n’est pas le plus sympathique et est vite débordé . Les photos ne montrent pas totalement la réalité.

禁煙の部屋を予約し、禁煙の部屋に案内されたはずだが、宿泊フロアのエレベーターを降りた瞬間から煙草臭く、部屋でもずっとうっすら煙草臭。備え付けの衣類消臭スプレーを部屋中にスプレーしたが解消せず、頭が痛くなるほど。 本当に禁煙の部屋であったなら、エアコンに問題があるのでは？

The rooms are very small and I looked at the photos in detail before reserving and still felt shocked. To fit the toilet bowl inside the too tiny bathroom they got a small size toilet bowl since a normal toilet bowl would not fit inside the allocated bathroom space. When you sit on the toilet seat you cant hold an ipad without opening the door since the door is in your nose(no exaggeration here)

Tienen solamente dos lavadoras de ropa para TODOS los huespedes. Ademas la secadora necesita repetir el proceso muchas veces para que la ropa se seque. Es preferible ir a alguno de los lavaderos aunque no estan muy cerca. Ya habia leido en otros comentarios previos al viaje quejas sobre los ascensores y no fue hasta que lo pasé , que lo entendi. Los dos ascensores son EXTREMADAMENTE LENTOS. Supuestamente hay cafe libre a disposición, pero llamativamente cuando entro un grupo grande de gente al hotel, "dejo de funcionar" casi al instante y demoraron dos días en repararla.Y no sucedió sólo una vez , sino mas. En la ultima, mientras los empleados bebian cafe de la maquina parados al lado de la maquina , que tenia un cartel que decia que no funcionaba, decían que no funcionaba !!!

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Muito bem localizado, ao lado de um 7/11, pertissímo do Omicho Market e a curtas distâncias a pé dos principais pontos de referência; Quarto pequeno, mas com cama e almofadas muito confortáveis; Ofereciam gratuitamente café e chá, self-selvice, a qualquer hora do dia. Tivemos a sorte de ficar hospedados no primeiro fim de semana de Junho que coincidiu com o Hyakumangoku festival (estávamos localizados perto de todos os eventos e o desfile passou na avenida do nosso hotel).
O autoclismo da nossa sanita fazia muito barulho e a descarga demorava a terminar

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Największym plusem jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja – łatwy pieszy dostęp do głównych atrakcji, co ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta (najważniejsze atrakcje oraz dworzec dostępne w zasięgu 15-20 min pieszo) Pokój był w porządku, bez większych zastrzeżeń – spełniał swoje podstawowe funkcje i był wystarczający na nocleg. Personel również w porządku, uprzejmy i pomocny, bez żadnych problemów podczas pobytu. Duże wrażenie zrobił natomiast hol – bardzo ładnie urządzony, z wygodnymi miejscami do siedzenia, gdzie można było spokojnie odpocząć. Dodatkowym plusem była dostępna kawa i herbata w holu, co zdecydowanie umilało pobyt. Ogólnie – dobry, komfortowy hotel na pobyt w Kanazawie.

Il est relativement bien situé, car à une dizaine minutes de marche du quartier des samouraï par exemple. Nous avons tout fait à distance de marche. Un kombini se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres de l'hôtel, ce qui est également pratique.
Les chambres sont tout de même assez petites. Surtout avec des bagages. Pas de placard non plus.

Camera molto piccola, per poche notti può andare bene. Abbiamo fatto il bucato in quanto c’era la lavanderia, ma facendo due asciugatrici non si sono asciugate bene le cose nonostante fossero poche.
