Gălăgie! Tramvaiul si traficul intens trece prin fata geamului la parter. Poti dormi doar cu dopuri în urechi în camera pe care am avut-o, ceea ce e destul de inconfortabil.

The room was in good condition, very comfortable.

Beware that there is a tram line on the street which makes very laud noise at night. Its near the train station, so not the best neighbourhood. Also, its unpleasant that they put on display on the wall wine for sale. I didnt pay for room to sleep in the store.

Appreciated the closeness to all the main areas. Only 10-15 mins from the main Duomo. Very close the the main train terminal which is amazing if you are traveling via bullet train. Staff where fast to reply to you about the property, and check on was incredibly seamless!

Tram noise outside but not a massive deal

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Good location in walking distance of all main attractions. Bed was very comfortable.

Was unable to use balcony as it overlooked a garden/garage and did not feel safe to leave clothes there.

Dobili smo podrumski smjestaj ali doslovno u podrumu sa jakim mirisom vlage sa malim prozorom koji je izazivao klaustofobiju,nismo imali praktican ulaz nego smo svaki put morali ukucaviti sifre na dvoja ulazna vrata brava od naseg apartmana je bila u disfunkciji i morali smo se jako potruditi da je zakljucamo u kupatilu crne fleke od vlaga a tek buka sa ulice je bila nesnosna doslovno su nam tranvaji tutnjali iznad glave zvucna izolacija ne postoji,cak su nam ostavili i cepove za usi valjda da bi uspjeli nekako zaspati ,iako smo rezervirali dvije noci ostali smo jedva jednu,na slikama su drugi apartmani pretpostavljam sa boljim uvjetima nas je bio fijasko ,a cijena je brutalna u odnosu na kvalitetu boravka sve u svemo nikako ne preporucujem,noc je iznosila 122€

A renovation of an older Florence building, which was way behind exceptional. Excellent communication with the owners/management. Actually better than the photos (highly unusual 😂). Exceptionally clean. A great place to stay overnight or for a longer Florence stay. Highly recommend.

Nothing to criticize

La habitación nos encantó, muy cómoda, la ubicación a 5 minutos caminando de la estación del tren de Florencia lo vuelve muy cómodo, el centro histórico está a 10 minutos caminando. Estuvieron siempre al tanto, llegamos cerca de 2 horas antes del check inn y nos cuidaron las maletas, nada que reclamar, definitivamente volveríamos.

Ajeno completamente al lugar, fuera de la estación del tren de Florencia por la noche se juntan muchas personas sin ningún fin y por la mañana huele muy mal, solo es cuestión de llegar al hotel por la acera de enfrente para no pasar por ahí.

Really grateful location, around a 5 minute walk to the train station and 10-15 minute walk to the centre. The property was well maintained, a spacious shower and easy check in instructions. Coffee machine and kettle were a bonus!

No counter space, bad lighting, mirrors were very inconvenient as they were on the doors to the bathrooms and not above the sink. The room was small as well. However, could just be our room we were in.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und sehr gut. Es wurde immer sehr schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert.

Der Balkon enthielt keine Möbel, sodass wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Außerdem war der Balkon in Richtung eines weniger schönen Innenhofs. Das war für uns aber kein Problem, da die Stadt genügend Orte zum Verbleiben bietet. Das Abstellen der Koffer vor Check-In erwies sich als problematisch, insofern alle anderen Gäste hätten an das Gepäck gehen können. Es war kein separater Raum, sondern der Flur, wo man die Koffer abstellen konnte.

The room was clean, and the private spa was a great feature

Our room was in the basement, right next to the road. It was extremely noisy, and it was almost impossible to sleep because of the constant tram and car traffic throughout the night. Although the hotel provided earplugs, they weren't enough to block out the noise.

Lo stile della camera, la posizione vicina alla stazione, self check in

Macchina del caffè sporca, le tazze che abbiamo usato sono state sostituite con delle tazze già sporche (o le stesse sciacquate), quindi abbiamo dovuto usare i bicchieri. Molti dettagli in legno rovinati e silicone di tutta la doccia completamente annerito/ammuffito. Camera senza alcun piano di appoggio se non la scrivania già piena di oggetti di suo (molto scomodo soprattutto in bagno). Solo un piccolo specchio in bagno. Comodo il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno in autonomia lasciando i soldi in camera, se non fosse che dopo averli lasciato il primo giorno di permanenza ci hanno scritto dopo il check out chiedendoci di pagarli non avendo trovato i soldi. Fortunatamente avevo fatto la foto alla cassettina. Lo staff non è sicuramente molto collaborativo.

Location was a good walking distance from the train station

There was no mention when booking about the noise that can be heard and vibrations that can be felt from the running trams. The ear plugs left at the side of the bed for the guests stay are a telling sign….

Ho trovato la stanza comoda come vicinanza all'ippodromo del Visarno e alla stazione SMN. Ho gradito tantissimo la possibilità di non avere rapporti umani: dovere interagire per forza o sorridere per forza anche quando non ti va è orribile. Il fatto di poter comunicare via whatsapp è stato molto comodo. Inoltre mi hanno fornito una modalità alternativa al contante per pagare la tassa di soggiorno perché non li avevo. Ho apprezzato davvero. Gli armadi sono comodi, spaziosi ben riforniti. In uno di essi c'è una cassaforte e un comodo frigo con due bottigliette d'acqua in omaggio. Comodo il set da bagno con ciabattine. Ho adorato potermi fare il caffè in camera.

Intanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo è totalmente sbilanciato. Almeno nel periodo in cui ho soggiornato io (pochi giorni fa) ho pagato più di 400 euro per due notti in un luogo che è fondamentalmente una stanza ben arredata. La doccia non si chiude bene e allaga la stanza quando la si fa. Il tram non è solo rumoroso (hanno gentilmente lasciato i tappi per le orecchie) ma fa vibrare il letto disturbando sonno e relax. Non c'è un bidet. E finché il cliente proviene da un altro luogo forse va bene ma dovermi fare una doccia ogni volta che andavo di corpo mi è sembrato un tantino esagerato. Il lavandino ha la parte superiore che si sposta. La presa "vicina al letto" è molto in alto e c'è anche un'altra sul muro di fianco, più in basso ma verso la fine del letto, tanto che per caricare il telefono e poterlo utilizzare con un cavo di alimentazione di quelli odierni è stato complicato. È un affittacamere, lussuoso, per carità. Almeno all'apparenza lo è (o forse lo è stato) ma più di duecento euro a notte l'ho trovato assurdo. Ovviamente ho letto il prezzo prima e ovviamente l'ho pagato perché non potevo fare altrimenti, dovevo essere a Firenze in quei giorni ed era l'unico disponibile anche se l'ho prenotato diversi mesi prima. Ma se la camera fosse costata 80-100 euro a notte, la mia percezione sarebbe stata differente. Diciamo che per 80 euro a notte avrei detto: "ammazza che lusso". Per più di 200: "meh, si poteva fare decisamente di meglio." Un suggerimento: per una stanza a quel prezzo, forse lo sconto sulla colazione in un bar senza aria condizionata (oggi faceva molto caldo e non era accesa, ad esempio) e sempre pieno di persone, non è "abbastanza". Idem per l'eventuale sconto sulla cena portando un coupon. Il cliente per tornare deve avere la percezione che ne valga la pena. Che lì ci sia qualcosa che da altre parti non c'è allo stesso prezzo.

The location was great with minimal noise and access and communication was simple, the apartment was clean, with good firm bed, pleasant after a whole day of sightseeing.

A little bit of luxury close to Florence SMN Train Station. Yes, it's on a tram line, and yes you can hear them (when they are operating) but the luxurious room more than makes up for it.

The spa was amazing!!! Big fan of the salt chair! The space was clean comfortable and a good location!

It was a little loud by the tram but the ear plugs provided were helpful!

I am claustrophobic so having a room below ground by the street was really hard for me. The furnishing etc were very nice. There is no staff on site. So no concierge, etc. The room however was clean, warm, and safe.

I don’t like being in a basement

Room was lovely. All facilities clean and well maintained. It wasnt clear to us when we booked that the room had its own Saunsa, Hot seat and rainfall shower - for our private use which was a lovely suprise. Couple of minutes from the main train station. 5-10 minutes walk from all the shops. Would absolutely stay here again if in florence. Quick and clear Communication with the owner.

One thing to be mindful for light sleepes - a tram line runs right out side the window of room at the room - our room was a basement room and the tram rumbles are quite loud, although didnt really affect our sleep. They also provide earplugs which is cute.

READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY ! This room was a very small subterranean room directly across from the main train hub. Loud and busy with street traffic as well as trains and was quite hot, even in the cool spring air. Lugging suitcases down 2 flights then back up wasnt fun. Room is small. Looks like the rest of the rooms here were nice, but not this one - ....this one, very small and hot. 100% was NOT worth the $$ asked for it. This particular room would have been fine at 90-125 Euro not double that. ZERO Parking/loading. Location is on a central downtown street - a single, narrow ONE WAY street / lane with steep curbs on one side and a train track on the other! - in fact I got a parking ticket in less that 5 minitues it took to unlock the doors and bring our belongings downstairs. The other rooms may have been nicer, but this flat is a definate pass for an adult couple.

La camera affacciava su una via molto trafficata dalla tramvia, con passaggi continui che facevano vibrare tutto l’ambiente. Per chi cerca riposo e tranquillità, non è una soluzione confortevole. Nonostante i tappi per le orecchie messi a disposizione in stanza, il rumore resta davvero eccessivo e rende molto difficile dormire.

Great room and location. Room was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable!

Entry codes were sent via pdf instead of typed out. This led to a delay in access as we had trouble downloading the pdf without wifi.

Bellissima camera con ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e comunque molto ben collegata anche a piedi per raggiungere il centro e le attrazioni principali.

Unica pecca il miscelatore della doccia si staccava, ma tutto risolvibile in pochi secondi. Potevi rimetterlo apposto in autonomia.

La host molto scortese, per nulla professionale. Abbiamo trovato nella sauna un asciugamano usato e lo abbiamo subito fatto presente. In risposta ci è stato inizialmente detto di metterlo da parte perchè non era urgente... Abbiamo insistito per altre soluzioni da parte sua, ma abbiamo solo ricevuto in risposta che non poteva fare altro al momento. Successivamente abbiamo iniziato noi a proporre soluzioni alternative, ma per lei ormai era questione d'orgoglio e ha iniziato ad alzare il tono della voce. Alla fine ha mandato una cameriera a sistemare, ma è stato solo sostituire asciugamano con uno pulito. Non hanno neanche cercato di pulire almeno la zona interessata. Esperienza davvero pessima

Nos tocó la habitación Brunetti y, la verdad, fue una decepción. Estaba sucia, con pelos en la ducha. Además, da directamente a la calle y el tranvía pasa hasta muy tarde los fines de semana y vuelve temprano por la mañana. Cada vez que pasaba, la habitación vibraba. ¡Vibraba! Fue imposible descansar, el ruido constante.

Vicino alla stazione, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all’interno della struttura. Appartamento pulito e moderno.

La posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione ma non immersa nel caos del centro. L’arredamento delle camere elegante e raffinato. La pulizia. La disponibilità a ricevere informazioni. Top dei top la palestra e la SPA con sauna, doccia emozionale e mini grotta di sale correlata da angolo tisane. Ottimo inoltre la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi grazie al servizio di sorveglianza interno.

Spacious room, easy access to the building.

Located near the train station which is a bit of a bad spot at night. Take care when walking back at night.

The place was perfctly tidy. Super clean! Large beds and enough space to open our luggage. Everything we needed was in the room! I would love to stay there again. There was a discount when you want to have a breakfast. They have wines for you to drink in the room for less than 10 Euros. We really like the ambiance and the spotless room!

Just be careful when showering, the water would spill out of the shower area so we needed to use floor towels. Nevertheless, everything was amazing!!!!

It was very central, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The coffee machine was broken and leaked everywhere - a simple fault and didn’t impact us. The tram was also noisy through the night - but not property fault.

Ottima la posizione, bellissima ed accogliente la stanza , check-in veloce tramite whatsapp senza perdite di tempo , ma comunque reperibili per qualsiasi problema .

L’unica pecca è stato il riscaldamento, di notte era veramente tanto alto . Io e mio figlio abbiamo il sonno pesante e i rumori del traffico non ci hanno svegliato , per chi avesse il sonno leggero , potrebbe essere un problema , anche se comunque ti danno in omaggio dei tappi per dormire .

O hotel é lindo e a localização é muito boa, pertinho da estação de trem. Facilidade no check-in, quarto limpo, cama confortável, e chuveiro maravilhoso. Peguei o quarto mais em conta do local, pois só passaríamos só uma noite. Atendeu perfeitamente a nossa necessidade.

Do acesso ao quarto e da separação do quarto do banheiro. Há também barulho de rua (que disponibilizam tampões de ouvido), pois o quarto está abaixo do nível térreo. Minha sugestão é que se for ficar uma estadia mais longa pegar outro quarto no hotel.
