Ubicación excelente. Al ser un 20° piso tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Estaba limpio y era cómodo.

Es una verdadera odisea llegar hasta el alojamiento, especialmente después de las 17:00 cuando ya no tienen recepción.

La ubicació , just al centre de Ponta Delgada, amb bones vistes. Estava tot net i a la cuina compartida tenen detalls.

Una mica l'olor de l'habitació, no sé ven bé de que era, potser humitat... I per arribar has de fer una mica un room escape que si tens pressa malament, perque a part són 20 plantes d'ascensor , però bueno, els nens ja els agrada això d'anar posant codis i buscant claus 😉 El bany compartit

I think it is a spotless clean place and I loved the view from the shared area and the room. Everyone was friendly and I very much enjoyed my stay here. I think it’s great value for the price.

The other reviews about the walls being thin are valid and also no air-con can get a little stuffy.

Un poco lioso el sistema de checking con tantos códigos diferentes, parecia un room escape.... y no había personal en recepción.

it took us half an hour to look for the parking lot and another hour to find the room. they should send us the email at least 24 hour ahead and let us know how to check in, not on the same date.

Great location above the harbour on the 20 th floor with spectacular Vue toward the harbour and the ocean. Very comfortable bed with shared bathroom and kitchen. Excellent value for money and very clean. Also the public swimming pool is downstairs and beach towels are provided.

If it is windy you can hear the wind and if windows are open it makes the doors tremble and it's noisy but that can be fixed by closing the window

No sé ve fácilmente para la llegada, está bastante escondido, no pone ningún cartel ni nada. Los olores. La habitación no olía bien, el piso tampoco, las toallas... El colchón tampoco era muy cómodo. Muy caro para los precios de la ciudad y lo que ofrece.

Muy buena ubicación y buenas vistas, todas las mañanas disponías de desayuno hecho por el establecimiento

Il processo di check-in è dettagliato, ma orientarsi nella struttura non è facile. Rispetto al prezzo, si potrebbe trovare di meglio.

The view is incredible. It's the highest building in the Azores. The room, and all facilities were extremely clean. Lovely clean! Staff was not super easy to get ahold of while not in the building, but once I reached them, they were helpful and friendly.

Fantastisk utsikt från 20e våningen. Trevlig personal, rent och fräscht. Fint kök med allt man behöver. Tillgång till gemensam balkong med morgonsol och utsikt över hamnen

Lite konstig ingång genom köpcentrum och koder, men man vänjer sig. Rummet var lite mindre än förväntat och ganska lyhört.

Small and no air conditioning

The fantastic sunset views from the top floor windows and balcony and the lovely breakfast at sunrise the next day with a delicious homemade cake and Azorean Tea were the absolute best!!! The place was very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely and well stocked grocery store nearby and a natural swimming pool in the marina bay Portas do Mar within like 5 min walking distance.

We were very lucky all our neighbours at the time were very nice, quiet and respectful and we didn't disturb each other in any way. If you are unlucky though, there might be quite the noise and queue for the shared bathroom.

Proximité du centre ville de Ponta Delgada. Logement très propre, literie confortable, calme. Instructions fournies pour se rendre a notre chambre très claires.

Nous ne savions pas que nous étions au 20 ème étage dans un appartement partagé en 6 chambres avec salon et cuisine en commun..

Central location and perfectly lovely staff. This is a very well maintained hostel kind of vibe, with a common room and a beautiful kitchen. It is clear that everyone is very proud of this penthouse space that has been turned into an affordable stay in the high season in Ponta Delgada.

Unfortunately, the elevator broke and being on the top floor the 20th floor that caused some anxiety for checkout, but it was swiftly fixed and I suffered no trouble.

It is sweet this place provides coffee and cake. Also great with some shared spaces, it feels overall like a hostel with private rooms. I enjoyed the cleanliness and location of this place.

Not for light sleepers. The walls are paper-thin. You can hear your neighbors do everything, and not only that, also all the movement on the floor, including people coming and going from the shared bathroom/kitchen. There was also a faint smell of smoke in the room, perhaps from the shared smoking area on the floor.

Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. O alojamento encontrava-se impecavelmente limpo e com todas as condições necessárias para uma estadia confortável e agradável. A limpeza era realizada diariamente, assim como a reposição das toalhas de banho, garantindo sempre um excelente nível de conforto. As camas eram muito confortáveis e o cuidado com os detalhes foi evidente ao longo de toda a estadia. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada, permitindo preparar refeições com toda a comodidade. Além disso, foi um gesto muito apreciado disponibilizarem alguns produtos de cortesia, como chás e bolo. Gostaríamos também de destacar a simpatia, profissionalismo e disponibilidade das funcionárias, que foram sempre muito prestáveis durante toda a estadia. Outro pormenor muito útil foi a disponibilização de toalhas de praia para os hóspedes. A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro de Ponta Delgada, permitindo deslocações a pé para alguns pontos de interesse e estando rodeado de todos os serviços essenciais, como supermercados, restaurantes, cafés e comércio local. Sem dúvida, uma excelente opção para quem visita São Miguel. Recomendamos vivamente e voltaríamos a escolher este alojamento numa próxima visita aos Açores.

Good location, nice view, clean room

Constant noice outside from a machine operating 24h, cannot sleep with open windows, but also not with closed ones because the room gets quickly very warm and humid. Besides that we were unlucky and the neighbours were very loud the whole night, some of them did not manage the „complicated“ entry system so they were making noice and a mess all the time. Not recommended when you want to sleep in the night

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Mitten im Zentrum und direkt am Hafen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Flughafen. Das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Etwas klein, aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Die Küche ist super. Jeder bekommt seine Box für den Kühlschrank und ansonsten findet man alles was man braucht. Kuchen gab es auch umsonst.

Es ist sehr hellhörig. Ein Bad ist auf dem Flur und man konnte alles im Zimmer hören.

A vista do alto no seu 20º andar. Saía-mos cedo e voltávamos tarde pelo que era praticamente só dormida e pequeno almoço. Ótima localização para visitar Ponta Delgada. Para uma volta a pé pela cidade está muito bem localizado

O local é um pouco limitado para estacionamento. Chegasse ao fim do dia e tens que dar 2 ou 3 voltas para conseguir um local para estacionar.

Total versteckt, alles in die Jahre gekommen. Umständlich zu erreichen. Das Bett war durchgelegen.

Невероятно красивый вид из окна в комнате, и из окна в гостинной! Чистая, оборудованная кухня, где можно приготовить бутерброды и выпить чай. Расположение в самом центре, внизу есть продуктовый магазин. Номер небольшой, но довольно комфортный, много розеток, есть даже столик.

увы, санузел общий (и это указано в объявлении). слышно будильники других жильцов утром.

Absolutely a great location love the area

I only looked at but did not stay as I made other arrangements for a longer stay. The room was pleasant enough and the view of Portas do Mar anf the Port was amazing.

I went to look at and enjoyed a cup of tea overlooking the port. I would have happier to have received the reimbursement fot my stay. That is the reason for the rating, as I don't have information with any added services. Unfair no-refundable policy!

Awesome view and great location. Close to the centre and some great restaurants.

The entry code pad next to the door stopped working a few times. It took a while to understand how the alternative way of getting in worked but another guest was quite stressed when it happened.

Great location for airport Well equipped kitchen

Bit noisy late at night with some comings and goings but not constant. No one could make the coffee machine work! No instructions.

The view from the 20th floor was amazing, the common kitchen was modern and nicely furnished, tea and delicious cake was very much appreciated. The room service was very helpful e.g. with organizing a taxi. It was a good choice and I can recommend it. Thank you.

Literie confortable et possibilité d'avoir d'une cuisine commune.

Le système pour récupérer la chambre est par étape, pas de personnel mais des codes et des clés. Il se situe dans un centre commercial et obligé de rentrer avant 22h.

The room and common areas were comfortable and the balcony had a good view. There was always fresh drinking water in the fridge and the hostesses baked cakes for the guests. Arrival was inconvenient, each time you needed two pin codes before you were at the door of the room. Bath towels were changed every day but on the last day they forgot to bring a new one. The light bulb in the hallway was not changed despite my request. Once I almost panicked when I couldn't get in from the street, two of the three doors had been locked before 9 pm, only the third was open.

There was no staff present 24 hours a day. The pine code system was unpleasant

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann zu jeder Zeit einchecken, da man einen Code für die Türen bekommt. Der Küchenbereich ist sauber und es gibt immer Kuchen. Obwohl das Bad geteilt wird, ist es sauber und ich hatte bisher keine Engpässe mit der Dusche z.B.

Gar nichts. Es wird ganz klar kommuniziert, worum es sich bei Atlantic Homes handelt und das findet man auch vor.

Grandioser Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen. Tolle Gemeinschaftsküche. Absolut zu empfehlen. Tolle Lage. Keine 10 min mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen. Auch perfekt für an und abreise. Wir kommen wieder.

Da localização, da limpeza, das comodidades. Tudo excelente. O quarto era lindo. A cama muito confortável. Não havia barulhos noturnos. A cozinha muito bem equipada e linda. O banho agua bastante quente e agradável. Será certamente para voltar. Gostei muito. Um alojamento ótimo para passar uns dias em família ou sozinho. Parabéns. É excelente.

Gostei de tudo. Não sei se foi erro meu, mas nao consegui tirar café na máquina automática. Fora isso, nada apontar.

Jó az elhelyezkedése, szép a kilátás.

Kicsit zsúfolt a sok szoba miatt. A mi pici folyosónkon 3 szoba volt, arra egy közös fürdő. A másik folyosón szintén 3 szoba, plusz egy. Sztem túl sok egy helyen.

No geral estava tudo nas conformidades exceto a falta de luz no prédio, a qual eles já sabiam que ia haver uma manutenção geral da luz e não avisaram que tal situação ia acontecer. Ou seja, ficamos alojados no 20º andar e estivemos sujeitos a subir as escadas, não ter luz no quarto nem puder tomar banho.. Acho que deveriam notificar quem aluga os espaços de tal situação para bem de decidirem se querem ou não se sujeitar a tal situação. E não foi por falta de contatos meus, inclusive no mesmo dia liguei a confirmar se estava tudo ok pra nossa chegada. A parte desta situação estava tudo ok.
